# LinkedIn Sales Navigator alternatives in 2026: tools that add emails, phones and exports

Sales Navigator finds people but does not give you their emails or mobiles. We compared seven alternatives on price, contact data and AI agent access, using each vendor's own pages.

By Enrich.chat Editorial. Updated October 15, 2026.

**Short answer:** The best LinkedIn Sales Navigator alternatives in 2026 are Apollo, Lusha and UpLead for a search app that includes emails and phones, ZoomInfo and Cognism for enterprise teams, and Enrich.chat for AI agents and apps. [Sales Navigator Core costs $119.99 per seat a month](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/compare-plans), and LinkedIn says a lead page shows an email or phone [only if someone supplied it](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a106049/lead-pages-in-sales-navigator-overview?lang=en).

## Key takeaways

- Sales Navigator Core costs $119.99 a seat a month, or $1,079.88 billed annually. Advanced costs $159.99, or $1,799.88 billed annually. Neither exports leads to CSV.
- LinkedIn says a lead page shows contact information only if the member added it, you or a teammate entered it, or your CRM supplied it.
- Apollo Basic costs $49 a seat a month billed annually and Lusha Starter $37.45 a month billed yearly. Both sell emails and phone numbers by credit. ZoomInfo and Cognism publish no prices.
- For 5 sellers billed annually, Sales Navigator Core costs $449.95 a month. Enrich.chat costs $90 a month for 500 contacts with an email and a mobile, with unlimited seats.
- Sales Navigator stays the better choice for InMail, TeamLink warm introductions and LinkedIn alerts. No alternative replaces them.

## The verdict

If reps search by hand and want contact data on the same screen, **Apollo** or **Lusha** replace Sales Navigator for less money. If an AI agent or your own app does the work, **Enrich.chat** is the simplest swap: one prompt, unlimited seats and credits spent only on matches.

- Best for agents and apps: Enrich.chat (Plans from $29, unlimited seats)
- Best all-in-one app: Apollo (From $49 a seat a month, billed yearly)
- Best add-on to Sales Navigator: Kaspr (Works on top of Sales Navigator)
- Best for enterprise: ZoomInfo or Cognism (Quote only, no public prices)

- Watch out for: Priced by licenses, features and credit usage, so cost rises with team size

## Why do people look for a Sales Navigator alternative?

People leave Sales Navigator over limits that LinkedIn documents itself: a per-seat price, no contact details of its own, no export and a cap on search results. On [LinkedIn's plans page](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/compare-plans) on October 15, 2026, Core cost $119.99 per seat a month, or $1,079.88 billed annually. Advanced cost $159.99, or $1,799.88 billed annually. Our [Sales Navigator pricing guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/linkedin-sales-navigator-pricing/) covers every plan, the free trial and cancelling.

- **Contact details only when someone supplied them.** A lead page shows contact information [if the member added it, if you or a teammate entered it, or if your CRM supplied it](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a106049/lead-pages-in-sales-navigator-overview?lang=en). Sales Navigator does not find an email or mobile for you.
- **No export.** LinkedIn says it [does not offer the option to export account and lead information into a CSV or XLS file](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a102031). Advanced Plus adds CRM Sync with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot.
- **Capped results.** A search shows [up to 2,500 lead results across 100 pages](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a106030).
- **A fixed InMail allowance.** Every plan gets [50 InMail credits a month, and you cannot buy more](https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/57013).
- **Nothing to keep.** When you cancel, [saved leads, saved accounts and messages are removed](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a102026).

Sales Navigator is built to find and research people. It leaves the contact step to another tool, and that gap is what most alternatives sell.

## What do Sales Navigator alternatives replace, and what do they not?

Contact data tools replace Sales Navigator's search, contact and export jobs. None of them replaces LinkedIn's own network features, such as InMail and warm introductions.

| Job | What Sales Navigator gives you | What replaces it |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Find people by role, company and place | 50+ lead and account filters on every plan ([LinkedIn](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/compare-plans)) | Filters in [Apollo](https://www.apollo.io/pricing), [Lusha](https://www.lusha.com/pricing/), [UpLead](https://www.uplead.com/pricing/) and [Cognism](https://www.cognism.com/pricing), or plain-English search in Enrich.chat |
| Get an email or mobile | Only what the member, your team or your CRM supplied | A credit per reveal in Apollo, Lusha, UpLead, Kaspr, Cognism and ZoomInfo, or a lookup in Enrich.chat |
| Export a list | No CSV or Excel export; CRM Sync on Advanced Plus only | CSV or CRM export in Apollo, Lusha, UpLead, Cognism and [Kaspr](https://www.kaspr.io/pricing) |
| Spot job changes and buying signals | Alerts on every plan, Buyer Intent from Advanced | Intent topics in Apollo and Lusha, signals in Cognism, news alerts in UpLead |
| Message people you do not know | 50 InMail credits a month | Nothing replaces InMail. These tools give you an email or phone number, so you write from your own inbox or dialer. |
| Find a warm introduction | TeamLink, from Advanced | Nothing replaces LinkedIn's own network graph. |
| Keep a CRM in step | CRM Sync on Advanced Plus | CRM integrations in Apollo, Lusha and UpLead |

The last three rows are why some teams keep Sales Navigator and add a contact tool on top.

## How do you get emails and mobiles for the people you find in Sales Navigator?

Keep Sales Navigator for search, copy each person's public profile URL and look it up. Enrich.chat takes a linkedin.com/in/ URL, returns a work email with a status and a mobile with a line type, and never logs in to LinkedIn.

**Figure 1: Sales Navigator finds people, a URL lookup adds contact data.** Three steps and a fourth. In step 1, Sales Navigator finds people with 50+ lead filters, saved lists and alerts and InMail, but gives no email or phone. In step 2, you copy each person's public linkedin.com/in/ profile URL. In step 3, Enrich.chat looks up the URL and returns a work email with a status and a mobile with a line type, uses 0 credits when nothing matches and never logs in to LinkedIn. In step 4, you email, call or sync to your CRM with your own tools.

*Sales Navigator handles the search. A lookup by public profile URL adds the contact details. Sources: [LinkedIn lead pages](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a106049/lead-pages-in-sales-navigator-overview?lang=en), [Enrich.chat agents.md](https://enrich.chat/agents.md).*

A Sales Navigator lead link starts with linkedin.com/sales, so copy the public linkedin.com/in/ address instead. Our [pricing guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/linkedin-sales-navigator-pricing/) shows how to tell the two apart. For one profile, use the free [LinkedIn email and phone finder](https://enrich.chat/tools/linkedin-email-finder/). For a list, paste this prompt into ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor, followed by your URLs:

```text
Use www.enrich.chat to find the work email and mobile number for each linkedin.com/in/ URL in this list of Sales Navigator leads. Flag catch_all emails as risky, mark rows with no match as not found, and give me the total credits_used: [paste LinkedIn URLs]
```

Each work email comes back as `verified`, `catch_all` or `unknown`, and each mobile with a line type, `mobile` or `unknown`. Treat every contact as a strong lead, not a guarantee. A lookup that finds nothing uses 0 credits, and every match shows `credits_used`. On a plan, a work email costs 10 credits and a mobile 250. See [how to find an email on LinkedIn](https://enrich.chat/blog/find-email-on-linkedin/) and [how to get a phone number from LinkedIn](https://enrich.chat/blog/find-phone-number-from-linkedin/) for more.

## How much do Sales Navigator and its alternatives cost?

Lusha Starter at $37.45 a month and Apollo Basic at $49 per seat a month cost less than Sales Navigator Core at $89.99 a month billed annually, and both sell emails and phone numbers. ZoomInfo and Cognism publish no prices. All figures were checked on October 15, 2026.

| Tool | Entry price | What the plan includes |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Sales Navigator Core | $119.99 monthly, or $1,079.88 billed annually | 50 InMail credits a month; no emails or phones |
| Sales Navigator Advanced | $159.99 monthly, or $1,799.88 billed annually | Adds TeamLink and Buyer Intent |
| [Apollo Basic](https://www.apollo.io/pricing) | $49 per seat a month, billed annually | 30,000 credits per seat a year; email 1 credit, phone 8 |
| [Lusha Starter](https://www.lusha.com/pricing/) | $37.45 a month, billed yearly | 4,800 credits a year, 1 seat; email 1 credit, phone 5 |
| [UpLead Essentials](https://www.uplead.com/pricing/) | $99 monthly, or $74 a month billed annually | 170 credits a month, 1 user; one credit gives an email and mobile |
| [Kaspr Starter](https://www.kaspr.io/pricing) | $49 per user a month, billed yearly | Unlimited B2B emails, 100 phone credits a month |
| Enrich.chat Growth | $29 a month, unlimited seats | 100,000 monthly credits: 10 per email, 250 per mobile |
| Cognism and ZoomInfo | No public prices | Quote only |

[ZoomInfo's pricing page](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing) says price depends on features, the number of licenses and credit usage. [Vendr's buyer data](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo) shows a median ZoomInfo contract of $33,500 a year from 1,577 purchases, last updated February 2026. [Cognism's page](https://www.cognism.com/pricing) lists no prices, only that Standard and Pro each include 5 seats. Some guides still show older Sales Navigator prices: [Vendr's LinkedIn page](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/linkedin) lists Core at $99 a month billed annually, while LinkedIn's own page showed $89.99.

**Figure 2: Monthly cost for 5 sellers on Sales Navigator and three alternatives.** List price per month for a team of 5 sellers, billed annually where offered. Sales Navigator Advanced costs $749.95 and Core $449.95, with no emails or mobiles. Lusha Premium costs $299.95 with 5 seats and 3,400 credits a month. Apollo Basic costs $245 for 5 seats with 12,500 credits a month. Enrich.chat costs $90 on the Scale plan, which covers 500 contacts with an email and a mobile, with unlimited seats.

*List prices for a team of 5 sellers, billed annually where the vendor offers it. The Enrich.chat bar is the plan that covers 500 contacts a month with a work email and a mobile each. The tools sell different things, so read the notes under each bar. Sources: [LinkedIn](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/compare-plans), [Lusha](https://www.lusha.com/pricing/), [Apollo](https://www.apollo.io/pricing), checked October 15, 2026.*

Here is how each bar was built from the vendors' pricing pages:

- **Sales Navigator:** 5 seats × $89.99 for Core, or × $149.99 for Advanced, which are the annual prices per month.
- **Lusha:** [Premium](https://www.lusha.com/pricing/) costs $299.95 a month billed yearly, with 40,800 credits a year (3,400 a month) and 5 seats. An email costs 1 credit and a phone 5.
- **Apollo:** 5 Basic seats × $49. Each seat comes with 30,000 credits a year, so the team holds 12,500 a month. An email costs 1 credit and a phone 8.
- **Enrich.chat:** 500 contacts × (10 + 250) credits = 130,000 credits, which fits the Scale plan at $90 a month. Seats are unlimited. See [Enrich.chat pricing](https://enrich.chat/pricing/).
- **Not shown:** UpLead sells Essentials and Plus as single-user accounts and puts teams on a quote-only, annual-only Professional plan. Kaspr, Cognism and ZoomInfo are priced per user or by quote.

## Which Sales Navigator alternative should you choose?

Choose by who does the work and whether you still need LinkedIn's network features. Keep Sales Navigator for InMail and warm introductions, pick an app for reps who search by hand, and pick Enrich.chat when an agent or your own code does the searching.

**Figure 3: Which Sales Navigator alternative fits your team.** A decision tree. If you need InMail, warm introductions or alerts on LinkedIn, keep Sales Navigator and add contact data with Kaspr on its pages or a profile URL lookup on Enrich.chat. If not, ask who runs the searches. Reps working in an app should look at Apollo, Lusha or UpLead. An enterprise team that accepts a quote should look at ZoomInfo or Cognism. An AI agent or your own code should use Enrich.chat.

*A short decision path. Kaspr's pricing page says it works on top of Sales Navigator. Sources: [Kaspr](https://www.kaspr.io/pricing), [LinkedIn](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/compare-plans), [Apollo](https://www.apollo.io/pricing), [Cognism](https://www.cognism.com/pricing), checked October 15, 2026.*

For head-to-head detail, read [Apollo vs Sales Navigator](https://enrich.chat/compare/apollo-vs-linkedin-sales-navigator/) and [ZoomInfo vs Sales Navigator](https://enrich.chat/compare/zoominfo-vs-linkedin-sales-navigator/). Each vendor's own rivals are covered in our [Apollo](https://enrich.chat/alternatives/apollo/), [ZoomInfo](https://enrich.chat/alternatives/zoominfo/), [Lusha](https://enrich.chat/alternatives/lusha/) and [Cognism](https://enrich.chat/alternatives/cognism/) alternatives guides. ## When is LinkedIn Sales Navigator the better choice?

Sales Navigator is the better choice when the work happens inside LinkedIn. Pick it if:

- You message prospects you do not know. [Every plan gives 50 InMail credits a month](https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/57013), and a reply within 90 days earns a credit back.
- You want warm introductions. [TeamLink](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/compare-plans), on Advanced and Advanced Plus, uses your team's connections to reach decision-makers.
- You want LinkedIn's own signals. Alerts cover job changes and new content on every plan, and Buyer Intent comes with Advanced.
- Your team works in Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or HubSpot and wants Sales Navigator data in the CRM. That needs Advanced Plus, which is sold by quote.
- You already own a contact tool and only need the search side.

Many teams keep Sales Navigator for finding and messaging people and add a contact tool for the email and phone. If you mainly want contact data, a data tool costs less and does not need a LinkedIn seat. [LinkedIn Premium Business](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/premium-versus-sales-navigator) starts at $69.99 a month with 15 InMail credits and more limited sales filters, which can suit a solo seller.

## Can you export Sales Navigator leads with an extension or scraper?

LinkedIn offers no CSV export, and its rules restrict the usual workarounds. [Section 8.2 of the LinkedIn User Agreement](https://www.linkedin.com/legal/user-agreement) bans software, including browser plugins and add-ons, that scrapes or copies profiles and other data. [LinkedIn's Help Center](https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/a1341387) says members who use such tools risk having their accounts restricted or shut down.

The Help Center page describes kinds of tools, not a list of named products, so check any extension against it before you install one. Browser extensions such as [Kaspr](https://www.kaspr.io/pricing) and [Cognism](https://www.cognism.com/gtm-plays/enrich-linkedin-sales-navigator-lead-lists) work on the Sales Navigator page you have open. Whether a given extension crosses LinkedIn's line is a question for the vendor and for LinkedIn.

Enrich.chat works differently. A LinkedIn URL is only a lookup key, and it never logs in to LinkedIn or uses anyone's account. This is not legal advice. Our guides cover [whether scraping LinkedIn is legal](https://enrich.chat/blog/is-linkedin-scraping-legal/), [LinkedIn MCP servers](https://enrich.chat/blog/linkedin-mcp/) and [LinkedIn API pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/linkedin-api-pricing/).

## How do you search for people from an AI agent instead?

Add the Enrich.chat MCP server at `enrich.chat/mcp` (one-click links are on the [install page](https://enrich.chat/install/)), or paste a prompt into ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor so the agent reads [enrich.chat/agents.md](https://enrich.chat/agents.md). No key is needed for the first 10 lookups each day. Each Sales Navigator step has a call, apart from the LinkedIn-only features:

| Sales Navigator step | What you get | Enrich.chat call |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Search leads | Names, titles, companies and LinkedIn URLs | `GET /v1/search?q=` with filters for title, seniority, industry, country, state, company size and domain |
| List people at one account | People at a company, by title | `GET /v1/company/people?domain=&title=` |
| Open a lead for contact details | Work email and mobile, each with a status | `GET /v1/person?linkedin_url=` |
| Research the account | Company profile and tech stack | `GET /v1/company` and `GET /v1/company/tech` |
| InMail, TeamLink, alerts, saved lists | LinkedIn-only features | No equivalent |

```text
Use www.enrich.chat to find 10 VPs of Operations at US logistics companies with 200 to 1000 employees, then look up the work email for each one and tell me the total credits_used.
```

On a plan, each person a search returns costs 5 credits, and a work email lookup costs 10 credits when it finds a match. See the [people search API](https://enrich.chat/api/people-search/) and [AI lead list builder](https://enrich.chat/tools/lead-list-builder/), which previews a search for free. Two things to know before you choose Enrich.chat. It has none of the LinkedIn-side features above, and it has no Chrome extension, visual table builder, sequencing or dialer, so you send and call from your own tools.

When the free lookups run out, the API returns 402 with a link to [your account page](https://enrich.chat/account/), where you log in with your email, pick Growth, Scale or Pro and pay at checkout. Anyone can opt out at [enrich.chat/opt-out](https://enrich.chat/opt-out/), and you stay responsible for TCPA, CAN-SPAM and GDPR rules. See our [terms](https://enrich.chat/terms/) and [TCPA rules for B2B calling](https://enrich.chat/blog/tcpa-b2b-cold-calling/).

## Frequently asked questions

### Is there a free alternative to LinkedIn Sales Navigator?

For light use, yes. Sales Navigator has no free plan, only [a one-month trial that needs a card](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/compare-plans), and LinkedIn's free search has [basic filters](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/premium-versus-sales-navigator). [Apollo](https://www.apollo.io/pricing) gives 900 credits a seat a year, [Lusha](https://www.lusha.com/pricing/) gives 40 credits a month, and [Kaspr](https://www.kaspr.io/pricing) gives 15 B2B email and 5 phone credits a month. Enrich.chat gives every IP address 10 lookups a day with no signup.

### Does Sales Navigator give you email addresses and phone numbers?

Only when someone supplied them. LinkedIn says a lead page shows contact information [if the member added it, if you or a teammate entered it, or if your CRM supplied it](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a106049/lead-pages-in-sales-navigator-overview?lang=en). Sales Navigator does not find or verify an email or mobile. To add them, copy the lead's public linkedin.com/in/ URL into the [LinkedIn email and phone finder](https://enrich.chat/tools/linkedin-email-finder/), or send a list through the [LinkedIn URL to contact API](https://enrich.chat/api/linkedin-to-contact/).

### Do you need LinkedIn Premium to use Sales Navigator?

No. Sales Navigator is a separate subscription, and LinkedIn says a [Sales Navigator subscription includes access to Premium Business features](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/premium-versus-sales-navigator). A free trial of Core or Advanced is open to members with no paid LinkedIn subscription and no LinkedIn free trial in the past 365 days. Premium Business starts at $69.99 a month with 15 InMail credits, against 50 on Sales Navigator.

### Can you export leads from Sales Navigator without breaking LinkedIn's rules?

LinkedIn offers no CSV or Excel export, only [CRM Sync on Advanced Plus](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a102031). [Section 8.2 of the User Agreement](https://www.linkedin.com/legal/user-agreement) bans software, including browser plugins, that scrapes or copies profiles, and the [Help Center](https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/a1341387) warns of restricted accounts. A different route is to copy public profile URLs into a contact API, which never logs in to LinkedIn. This is not legal advice.

### Can an AI agent do what Sales Navigator does?

Partly. An agent can search for people by role, industry, location and company size with the [Enrich.chat people search API](https://enrich.chat/api/people-search/), then fetch each person's work email and mobile. It cannot send InMail, show warm introductions or watch LinkedIn alerts, because those live inside LinkedIn. See our guides to [LinkedIn MCP servers](https://enrich.chat/blog/linkedin-mcp/) and [data for AI agents](https://enrich.chat/agents/).
