# The best Similarweb alternatives in 2026, sorted by traffic, search, app and technology data

Similarweb sells traffic, market, search, app and technology data in one product, and it quotes most prices on request. We compared eight alternatives by job, with list prices, free options and what each tool measures.

By Enrich.chat Editorial. Updated October 16, 2026.

**Short answer:** Similarweb quotes its web data prices on request, so the best alternative depends on the job. [Semrush's Traffic & Market plan costs $289 a month](https://www.semrush.com/pricing/traffic-and-market/) for competitor traffic, [Ahrefs starts at $129](https://ahrefs.com/pricing) for search traffic, and for a company's tech stack Enrich.chat gives 10 lookups a day at no cost, with no signup. Enrich.chat has no traffic data.

## Key takeaways

- Similarweb's pricing page shows no price for its web data packages. Only Sales Intelligence Individual is priced: $99 a month billed yearly, or $129 monthly (checked October 16, 2026).
- Semrush's Traffic & Market Pro is $289 a month, while Ahrefs Lite and SE Ranking Core are $129. Ahrefs estimates Google search traffic, not total visits.
- Every traffic number is a model. A 2024 test by Promodo on 184 sites, against Search Console data, found a 50% average error across Similarweb, Ahrefs and Semrush.
- Enrich.chat covers the technology half only. Checking 1,000 sites uses 5,000 credits, which fits the Growth plan at $29 a month.
- Enrich.chat has no traffic, audience or market-share data, looks up one domain at a time and does not crawl the web by technology (company search lists companies in its records that use a tool).

## The verdict

Pick by the job. For a competitor's total traffic and channels, Semrush's Traffic & Market is the nearest plan with a published price. For search traffic, use Ahrefs or SE Ranking. For a company's tech stack from an AI agent, **Enrich.chat** is the simple swap, but it has no traffic data at all.

- Competitor traffic and channels: Semrush (Traffic & Market Pro, $289 a month)
- Search traffic and SEO: Ahrefs (From $129 a month, search traffic only)
- Tech stack from an agent: Enrich.chat (One domain, then its people. No traffic data)
- Mobile apps and web audience: Sensor Tower (Price on request)

## Eight Similarweb alternatives and Enrich.chat for tech data, by job

Ranked for people who want a company's tech stack inside an AI agent or app, then sorted by the job each tool does. Enrich.chat covers the technology half only. Prices come from each vendor's own pages, checked October 16, 2026.

### Enrich.chat

Contact and company data for AI agents and apps. One call returns a company's technologies with a category for each, and the same API finds the people there. It has no traffic, audience or market data.

- Best for: Agents and apps that need what one company runs on, then the right contacts, without a contract
- Pricing: Plans from $29 a month with 100,000 monthly credits. A tech stack found uses 5 credits, and nothing found uses 0
- Strength: One domain per request through a plain API with no key to start, or from one prompt in ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor
- Strength: A remote MCP server that needs no key, and the same API finds the people at that company
- Strength: Credits are spent only on matches, with unlimited seats, monthly billing and no annual contract
- Watch out for: No traffic, audience, keyword, backlink or market-share data
- Watch out for: Looks up one domain at a time, returns names and categories only, does not crawl the web by technology and has no browser extension

### Semrush

An SEO and AI-search suite. Its separate Traffic & Market toolkit estimates a site's traffic, channel mix and market from a clickstream panel.

- Best for: Teams that want competitor traffic estimates and SEO tools under one login
- Pricing: Traffic & Market Pro $289 a month. SEO plans $139, Starter $199 and Pro+ $299 a month ([Traffic & Market](https://www.semrush.com/pricing/traffic-and-market/) and [plans](https://www.semrush.com/prices/), Oct 16, 2026)
- Strength: Traffic & Market lists a traffic overview, market view, channel mix, top pages and competitor alerts, for up to 100 competitors
- Strength: Says its panel holds [over 200 million anonymized users in 190+ countries](https://www.semrush.com/kb/998-where-does-semrush-data-come-from)
- Strength: MCP access from the Starter plan
- Watch out for: Traffic & Market is its own $289 plan, apart from the SEO plans
- Watch out for: Its pages give no error margin: the numbers are estimates

### Ahrefs

An SEO suite built on its own crawler. It estimates a site's Google search traffic from rankings, so it is a search number, not total visits.

- Best for: SEO teams that want keywords, backlinks and search traffic for any site
- Pricing: Lite $129, Standard $249 and Advanced $449 a month, plus Starter at $29. Enterprise $1,499 on an annual commitment ([Ahrefs pricing](https://ahrefs.com/pricing), Oct 16, 2026)
- Strength: Site Explorer shows organic and paid traffic for any site, globally and across 171 countries
- Strength: [Batch Analysis](https://ahrefs.com/traffic-checker) checks the estimated search traffic of up to 200 sites at once
- Strength: Lite and above include API and MCP access
- Watch out for: Its help page defines the number as estimated Google search clicks, so direct, social and referral visits are not counted
- Watch out for: Extra users cost $40 to $80 a month each

### SE Ranking

An SEO and AI-search platform with keyword, competitor and backlink research on every plan.

- Best for: Agencies and small teams that want SEO research at a lower entry price
- Pricing: Core $129 a month, or $103.20 billed yearly. Growth $279, or $223.20 billed yearly. Enterprise by quote ([SE Ranking pricing](https://seranking.com/subscription.html), Oct 16, 2026)
- Strength: Unlimited keyword, competitor and backlink research on Core
- Strength: Core includes 25K API credits and MCP access
- Strength: Growth adds all-time historical data and 3 manager seats
- Watch out for: The pricing page lists no traffic estimates or technology data
- Watch out for: The lower price needs annual billing paid upfront

### Sensor Tower

Mobile app, advertising and audience intelligence, with Web Insights for website visits and unique users across desktop and mobile web.

- Best for: Teams that need app downloads and usage next to web audience data
- Pricing: Not published. Sensor Tower says it customizes pricing plans for each customer ([Sensor Tower](https://sensortower.com/pricing), Oct 16, 2026)
- Strength: App data lists downloads, revenue, active users, retention and ratings
- Strength: [Web Insights](https://sensortower.com/web-insights) lists total visits, unique users and unique visitors across desktop and mobile web
- Strength: An MCP server is listed as live
- Watch out for: No public price, plan list or free tier
- Watch out for: The Web Insights page does not say how its web numbers are collected

### BuiltWith

Technology lookups, lists of sites by technology and more than 18 years of trend history.

- Best for: Sales and research teams that need technology lists and history
- Pricing: Basic $295, Pro $495 and Team $995 a month ([BuiltWith plans](https://builtwith.com/plans), Oct 16, 2026)
- Strength: Says it tracks 127,827 technologies on data from 491.9 million domains
- Strength: Plans list 18+ years of technology trend history and links to CRMs such as HubSpot
- Strength: Our [BuiltWith alternatives](https://enrich.chat/alternatives/builtwith/) page compares it in depth
- Watch out for: Basic covers only 2 technologies, and unlimited starts at Pro
- Watch out for: The plans page lists no traffic or audience data

### Wappalyzer

Technology lookups, lead lists by technology, email verification and website alerts.

- Best for: People who research sites by technology and build lead lists
- Pricing: Pro $250, Business $450 and Enterprise from $850 a month ([Wappalyzer pricing](https://www.wappalyzer.com/pricing/), Oct 16, 2026)
- Strength: Lead lists with 2 technology targets on Pro and unlimited on Business
- Strength: Business includes 20,000 API credits
- Strength: Our [Wappalyzer alternatives](https://enrich.chat/alternatives/wappalyzer/) page compares it in depth
- Watch out for: Pro includes no API credits, and API credits that come with a plan expire after 60 days
- Watch out for: No traffic or audience data on the pricing page

### Cloudflare Radar

Public domain rankings built from anonymized DNS lookups to Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1 resolver.

- Best for: A rough, public check of how popular a domain is, not how many visits it gets
- Pricing: No price listed on the pages we read ([Cloudflare Radar](https://radar.cloudflare.com/domains), Oct 16, 2026)
- Strength: An ordered top 100, global and by country, [updated daily](https://developers.cloudflare.com/radar/investigate/domain-ranking-datasets/)
- Strength: Unordered buckets from the top 200 to the top 1,000,000, updated weekly
- Strength: Ranks by the estimated number of users who look a domain up, not raw traffic
- Watch out for: A rank or a bucket, never a visit count, country split or traffic source
- Watch out for: [Cloudflare says](https://blog.cloudflare.com/radar-domain-rankings/) the long tail is less reliable and that infrastructure domains are ranked with websites

### Google Analytics and Search Console

Free analytics for your own sites and apps, plus Google's report on the queries, impressions and clicks your site gets from Google Search.

- Best for: Seeing the real traffic and sources of a site you own
- Pricing: Free of charge, per [Google's Analytics page](https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/analytics/) (Oct 16, 2026)
- Strength: Measures your own visitors instead of estimating them
- Strength: [Search Console](https://search.google.com/search-console/about) shows which queries bring users to your site, with impressions, clicks and position
- Watch out for: It reports on sites and apps you set up, so it cannot show a competitor's traffic

## How much does Similarweb cost, and what is free?

Similarweb does not publish a price for its web data packages in the page text we could read. [Its pricing page](https://www.similarweb.com/corp/pricing/) describes custom packages for businesses and self-service packages for individuals and small teams, and shows no figure for either. The one priced plan is [Sales Intelligence Individual](https://www.similarweb.com/packages/sales/), at $99 a month billed yearly or $129 monthly. We read both pages on October 16, 2026.

| Similarweb option | Price | What the pages list |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Free tools and site lookups | $0 | Website traffic checker, AI traffic checker, free app analytics, keyword generator, technology checker and a browser extension. Its FAQ calls free site data a high-level sample of the paid data |
| Sales Intelligence Individual | $99 a month billed yearly, or $129 monthly | 1 user, 3 months of traffic data, 1,000 data credits, CSV export. No API or MCP access listed |
| Sales Intelligence Business | By quote | 5 users, 25 months of traffic data, 1,000 API enrichments a month, API and MCP access, CRM integration |
| Sales Intelligence Enterprise | By quote | 10 users, 37 months of traffic data, single sign-on |
| Web, app and AI search packages | By quote | Custom packages. Annual billing is arranged through support |

A free lookup shows only part of the paid product. On [Similarweb's free page for a large site](https://www.similarweb.com/website/google.com/), total visits for three months are visible, but only the top three traffic channels appear, and a free trial is needed for the full breakdown. Our [Similarweb pricing guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/similarweb-pricing/) goes through each package.

## Why do people look for a Similarweb alternative?

People most often leave over quote-only prices, a free tier that is a sample, and traffic numbers that are modeled, not measured. Public reviews are mostly positive, so none of this makes Similarweb a poor tool.

- **Prices on request.** [Similarweb's pricing page](https://www.similarweb.com/corp/pricing/) says premium features need a custom package and sends you to sales. You cannot price a web data plan without a call.
- **A sample, not a free plan.** The same page calls free site data a high-level sample of the paid platform, and the free site page cuts the channel view at three.
- **Modeled numbers.** [Similarweb's data page](https://www.similarweb.com/corp/ourdata/) says it blends analytics measured at millions of sites, anonymous data from its own products on millions of devices, public sources and partner data. It gives no error rate or sample size there.
- **Mixed accuracy tests.** The agency Promodo [compared 184 sites](https://promodo.com/blog/data-accuracy-at-similarweb-ahrefs-and-semrush), from about 5,000 to over 8 million monthly views, with Google Search Console data for the first half of 2024. It reported a 50% average error across Similarweb, Ahrefs and Semrush, and said Similarweb is weak under 5,000 visits a month but improved after a July 2024 update. Search Console counts only Google search clicks, so read this as a rough check.
- **Trial billing complaints.** [Trustpilot](https://www.trustpilot.com/review/similarweb.com) shows 4.5 out of 5 from 800 reviews, with 19% at one star. Its summary praises the browser extension for quick traffic checks. Three of the four reviews shown on the page we read complain about charges or lost access after a free trial.

## Which Similarweb alternative fits which job?

Pick by the job. Similarweb bundles competitor traffic, search data, market views, app data and technology lookups, and no single alternative covers all of them. Figure 1 maps seven jobs to the tool that fits.

**Figure 1: Which Similarweb alternative fits which job.** Seven jobs and the tool that fits each: a competitor's total traffic and channels points to Semrush Traffic and Market, search traffic and keywords to Ahrefs or SE Ranking, a company's tech stack from an AI agent or code to Enrich.chat, lists of sites by technology to BuiltWith or Wappalyzer, mobile app downloads to Sensor Tower, domain popularity rank to Cloudflare Radar, and your own site's traffic to Google Analytics.

*Which tool fits which job. Fit is drawn from the vendors' own pages, checked October 16, 2026: [Semrush](https://www.semrush.com/pricing/traffic-and-market/), [Ahrefs](https://ahrefs.com/pricing), [SE Ranking](https://seranking.com/subscription.html), [Sensor Tower](https://sensortower.com/pricing), [BuiltWith](https://builtwith.com/plans), [Wappalyzer](https://www.wappalyzer.com/pricing/), [Cloudflare Radar](https://radar.cloudflare.com/domains), [Google Analytics](https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/analytics/).*

- **Competitor traffic and channels.** [Semrush's Traffic & Market toolkit](https://www.semrush.com/pricing/traffic-and-market/) lists a traffic overview, market view, acquisition channel mix and competitor alerts for $289 a month. [Sensor Tower's Web Insights](https://sensortower.com/web-insights) lists total visits and unique users across desktop and mobile web, with no public price.
- **Search traffic and keywords.** [Ahrefs](https://ahrefs.com/pricing), [SE Ranking](https://seranking.com/subscription.html) and Semrush's SEO plans are built around search: keywords, rankings and backlinks.
- **Technology stack.** Enrich.chat, BuiltWith and Wappalyzer look up what a site runs on. Our [BuiltWith alternatives](https://enrich.chat/alternatives/builtwith/) and [Wappalyzer alternatives](https://enrich.chat/alternatives/wappalyzer/) compare the technology tools in depth.
- **Mobile apps.** [Sensor Tower](https://sensortower.com/pricing) lists app downloads, revenue and active users. Similarweb also sells app data, under App Intelligence.
- **Domain rank.** [Cloudflare Radar](https://radar.cloudflare.com/domains) ranks domains from DNS lookups. A rank is not a visit count.
- **Your own site.** [Google Analytics](https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/analytics/) records your own visitors, and [Search Console](https://search.google.com/search-console/about) shows the queries, impressions and clicks your site gets from Google Search.

## Where do these tools get their traffic numbers?

They use different inputs, so two tools can show different numbers for the same site. None of the product pages we read gives an error margin.

**Figure 2: What goes into each tool's traffic number.** Five tools, the inputs each says it uses and what comes out. Similarweb blends site analytics, device data, public and partner data into modeled visits. Semrush uses a clickstream panel of 200 million users plus its backlink and ranking data to model visits. Ahrefs combines Google rank positions, search volume and an estimated click rate into search clicks. Cloudflare Radar uses anonymized DNS lookups to its 1.1.1.1 resolver to produce rank buckets. Google Analytics records visits to your own sites and apps.

*What each tool says goes into its number. Only Google Analytics records your own visits. Sources: [Similarweb](https://www.similarweb.com/corp/ourdata/), [Semrush](https://www.semrush.com/kb/998-where-does-semrush-data-come-from), [Ahrefs](https://help.ahrefs.com/ahrefs-metrics/how-accurate-is-ahrefs-organic-traffic-metric-and-how-do-we-calculate-it), [Cloudflare](https://blog.cloudflare.com/radar-domain-rankings/), [Google](https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/analytics/), checked October 16, 2026.*

[Semrush says](https://www.semrush.com/kb/998-where-does-semrush-data-come-from) its Traffic & Market data comes from a panel of over 200 million anonymized internet users in more than 190 countries and regions, built with hundreds of clickstream providers. A neural network then combines that with Semrush's backlink and ranking databases. [Ahrefs says](https://help.ahrefs.com/ahrefs-metrics/how-accurate-is-ahrefs-organic-traffic-metric-and-how-do-we-calculate-it) its figure estimates Google search clicks from rank position, search volume and a click-rate model, and that it works well for comparing sites but is not actual traffic. [Cloudflare says](https://blog.cloudflare.com/radar-domain-rankings/) its ranking counts the estimated number of users who look a domain up, not the volume of traffic.

Use any of these numbers to compare sites with each other and to watch trends. For a site you own, use your own analytics. Our guide to [technographic data](https://enrich.chat/blog/technographic-data/) covers the same limits for technology detection.

## What do the Similarweb alternatives cost?

The paid SEO and technology plans we compared run from $129 to $295 a month, Enrich.chat's Growth plan is $29, and Similarweb's web plans and Sensor Tower are quoted on request. The plans do different jobs, so compare what each includes, not only the number.

**Figure 3: Cheapest published monthly plan for each tool's main job.** Monthly list price in dollars of one plan from each tool with a published price: Enrich.chat $29 on the Growth plan for tech lookups, Ahrefs Lite $129 and SE Ranking Core $129 for search research, Semrush SEO $139, Wappalyzer Pro $250, Semrush Traffic and Market Pro $289 and BuiltWith Basic $295. The plans do different jobs. Similarweb web plans and Sensor Tower are quote only.

*Monthly list price of one plan per tool, on monthly billing. The plans do different jobs, so bar length compares list prices, not value. Enrich.chat looks up tech stacks only. - **Enrich.chat:** $29, $90 and $299 a month. See [pricing](https://enrich.chat/pricing/) for the credits in each plan.

## Which Similarweb alternatives are free?

Free options cover search traffic, domain rank, tech stacks and your own site. The free versions of the tools that estimate a competitor's total traffic are samples or trials.

| Tool | Free option | What it limits |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Similarweb | Free site lookups, tools and extension | A sample: three channels shown, three months of visits |
| Semrush | Free account, 1 demo project, 10 reports a day | Paid plans have a 7-day trial |
| Ahrefs | Free traffic checker, and Ahrefs Free for your own site | Google search traffic only |
| SE Ranking | 14-day trial, no card | Up to 10 projects and 750 keywords a day in the trial |
| Sensor Tower | None listed | Demo request only |
| Cloudflare Radar | Public rankings and CSV files | Ranks and buckets, not visits |
| Google Analytics | Free of charge | Your own sites and apps only |
| BuiltWith and Wappalyzer | Single-site lookups, and 50 lookups a month | Lists and APIs need a paid plan |
| Enrich.chat | 10 lookups a day per IP address, no signup | Tech stacks, companies and people. No traffic data |

The free tiers come from each vendor's own pages: [Similarweb](https://www.similarweb.com/website/google.com/), [Semrush](https://www.semrush.com/prices/), [Ahrefs](https://ahrefs.com/traffic-checker), [SE Ranking](https://seranking.com/subscription.html) and [Wappalyzer](https://www.wappalyzer.com/pricing/). For a company's stack with no signup, the free [tech stack lookup](https://enrich.chat/tools/tech-stack-lookup/) is one more place to start.

## How do you replace Similarweb's technology data with Enrich.chat?

Enrich.chat replaces only the technology lookup. Call `GET /v1/company/tech` with a company website and you get the technologies that company runs on, each with a category. [Similarweb's technology page](https://www.similarweb.com/technology/) offers a free checker with market share and usage stats, lead lists by technology and a weekly refresh. Enrich.chat has the lookup, not the lists.

```text
Use www.enrich.chat to check the tech stack of each company website below. Flag the ones that use HubSpot, mark any with no result as not found, add nothing the API did not return, and tell me the total credits used: [paste company websites]
```

Behind that prompt, your agent makes a plain GET request. This response is illustrative and uses a fictional company on example.com:

```
GET https://enrich.chat/v1/company/tech?domain=example.com
{
  "found": true,
  "domain": "example.com",
  "company": "Example Co",
  "technologies": [
    {"name": "HubSpot", "category": "CRM"},
    {"name": "Google Workspace", "category": "Email"},
    {"name": "Cloudflare", "category": "Hosting"}
  ],
  "credits_used": 5,
  "free_lookups_remaining": 9
}
```

A stack found uses 5 credits, and a lookup with `found` false uses 0. Each IP address gets 10 lookups a day at no cost and with no signup, and the free tool gives 10 checks shared across the website tools. When the free lookups run out, the API returns 402 with a link to [your account page](https://enrich.chat/account/), where you log in with your email, pick Growth, Scale or Pro and pay at checkout. Plans bill monthly with unlimited seats and no annual contract.

Here is the credit maths for a real task. You check 1,000 company sites, and 150 of them run the tool you sell against. Each tech lookup is 5 credits, so 1,000 lookups use 5,000 credits. For each of the 150 matches, `GET /v1/company/people` returns one person for 5 credits, and `GET /v1/person` returns that person's work email for 10 credits. That adds 750 and 1,500 credits. The total is 7,250 credits, which fits the Growth plan at $29 a month. Any lookup that finds nothing uses 0 credits. Each found work email comes back with a status label (verified, catch_all or unknown), which is a label and not a delivery guarantee.

### What does the Enrich.chat lookup not do?

- It has no traffic, audience, keyword, backlink, ad or market-share data. If you need any of those, use a tool above.
- It checks one domain at a time. Company search can list companies in its records that run a tool, 25 to a page, but it cannot list every site on the web that uses a technology or show a technology's market share.
- It returns names and categories only: no dates, no confidence score and no browser extension.
- It needs a company website, such as example.com. Company names alone are not supported yet.

To go from a stack to a buyer, use the [company enrichment API](https://enrich.chat/api/company-enrichment/). The [agent docs](https://enrich.chat/agents.md) list every endpoint, and the [install page](https://enrich.chat/install/) has one-click MCP links. Anyone can opt out at [enrich.chat/opt-out](https://enrich.chat/opt-out/), and you stay responsible for TCPA, CAN-SPAM and GDPR rules. See our [terms](https://enrich.chat/terms/).

## When is Similarweb the better choice?

Similarweb is the better choice when you need traffic, channel and audience estimates for competitors across web and apps from one vendor, and a quoted contract is acceptable. Those are what its packages are built for.

- **Many data types, one vendor.** [Similarweb's home page](https://www.similarweb.com/) lists web, app, sales, AI search and retail products, plus free technology and company profile checkers.
- **Channel and country detail.** Even the free page shows a rank, total visits and top countries. The pricing page mentions 100+ countries and up to 37 months of history on some packages.
- **All traffic types.** Promodo listed access to every traffic type, including referral and paid, and easy competitor comparisons as Similarweb's upsides, and said its accuracy improved after a July 2024 update.
- **Technology next to traffic.** Its technology tool offers lists by technology and market share stats, and it says the data refreshes weekly. Enrich.chat has no lists or market share.
- **Sales workflows.** Sales Intelligence Business adds CRM integration, contact details and API access. Enrich.chat returns people and work emails, but it has no sequencing and no CRM app.

Choose another tool for narrower jobs. Use Ahrefs or SE Ranking for search data, Sensor Tower for apps, Enrich.chat for a stack lookup from an agent, and Google Analytics for your own site. For wider company data, compare the [best company data APIs](https://enrich.chat/blog/best-company-data-apis/), and for the basics see [what technology a website uses](https://enrich.chat/blog/what-technology-does-a-website-use/).

## Frequently asked questions

### What is the best free alternative to Similarweb?

No single free tool matches it. For a competitor's search traffic, try [Ahrefs' free traffic checker](https://ahrefs.com/traffic-checker). For domain rank, use [Cloudflare Radar](https://radar.cloudflare.com/domains). For your own site, use [Google Analytics](https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/analytics/). For a company's tech stack, Enrich.chat gives 10 lookups a day at no cost, with no signup. Competitor traffic by channel is the one job where free versions, including Similarweb's own, are samples or trials.

### How much does Similarweb cost per month?

[Sales Intelligence Individual is $99 a month billed yearly, or $129 monthly](https://www.similarweb.com/packages/sales/), checked October 16, 2026. Business and Enterprise plans, and the web, app and AI search packages, are quoted on request. Our [Similarweb pricing guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/similarweb-pricing/) covers each package. For comparison, [Semrush's Traffic & Market Pro](https://www.semrush.com/pricing/traffic-and-market/) is $289 a month.

### Is Similarweb traffic data accurate?

It is an estimate. [Similarweb says](https://www.similarweb.com/corp/ourdata/) it blends site analytics, anonymous device data, public sources and partner data, and it publishes no error rate there. [Promodo's 2024 test](https://promodo.com/blog/data-accuracy-at-similarweb-ahrefs-and-semrush) of 184 sites against Search Console found a 50% average error across Similarweb, Ahrefs and Semrush, and weak data under 5,000 visits a month. For your own site, use your own analytics.

### Can Ahrefs or Semrush replace Similarweb?

Partly. [Ahrefs estimates Google search traffic](https://help.ahrefs.com/ahrefs-metrics/how-accurate-is-ahrefs-organic-traffic-metric-and-how-do-we-calculate-it) from rank, search volume and a click-rate model, so it leaves out direct, social and referral visits. [Semrush's Traffic & Market plan](https://www.semrush.com/pricing/traffic-and-market/), $289 a month, is the closer match for total traffic and channel mix. It uses a clickstream panel, and neither tool publishes an error margin.

### How can I find a company's tech stack without Similarweb?

Use a technology lookup. Enrich.chat returns a company's technologies and categories for one domain, with 10 lookups a day at no cost. [BuiltWith](https://builtwith.com/plans) has free single-site lookups, and [Wappalyzer](https://www.wappalyzer.com/pricing/) gives 50 free lookups a month. Our [guide to what technology a website uses](https://enrich.chat/blog/what-technology-does-a-website-use/) shows the signals they read.

### Does Enrich.chat replace Similarweb?

Only the technology lookup. Enrich.chat's company tech endpoint returns technology names with categories for one domain, and the same API finds the people there. It returns no traffic, audience, keyword, market-share or app data, does not crawl the web by technology and has no browser extension. For those, use a tool above. Try the [free tech stack lookup](https://enrich.chat/tools/tech-stack-lookup/) first.
