# The best Wiza alternatives in 2026, compared by what you used Wiza for

Wiza removed bulk export from LinkedIn and Sales Navigator pages on August 19, 2026. We compared eight alternatives by job, price and credit rules, using each vendor's own pages.

By Enrich.chat Editorial. Updated October 16, 2026.

**Short answer:** Wiza removed bulk export from LinkedIn and Sales Navigator pages on August 19, 2026, so the best alternative depends on the job. Apollo and Prospeo build lists from their own databases, Lusha and ContactOut reveal one profile at a time, and FullEnrich, Hunter and Enrich.chat enrich contacts you already hold. [Wiza's plans](https://wiza.co/pricing) cost $49, $99 or $199 per user a month.

## Key takeaways

- Wiza's extension no longer exports in bulk from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator or Recruiter pages. The change rolled out on August 19, 2026 on every plan, and lists now come from Wiza Prospect, CSV upload or CRM import.
- Wiza's monthly plans cost $49, $99 and $199 per user. Its yearly plans cap list exports at 2,500 a month, and its API sells credits at $0.025 each with a $50 minimum.
- Alternatives that still build lists do it from their own databases. Apollo says you can export up to 10,000 leads in one click when no record limit applies, and Prospeo's Starter plan allows 20,000 rows to be selected.
- For 500 work emails a month on monthly billing, list prices run from $39 on Skrapp to $99 on Wiza's Email plan. Enrich.chat costs $29 on the Growth plan.
- Wiza stays the better pick for people who reveal contacts beside a LinkedIn profile and sync to a CRM. Enrich.chat has no extension and no CRM sync.

## The verdict

For people who want contact data inside an AI agent or their own app, **Enrich.chat** is the simplest Wiza alternative: one prompt, unlimited seats, and credits spent only on the emails and mobiles it finds. For list building and profile reveals, pick by the job.

- Best for agents and apps: Enrich.chat (One prompt, plans from $29 a month)
- Best for building lists: Apollo (Database search and bulk export, from $49 a seat billed yearly)
- Best for a list you hold: FullEnrich (Waterfall, unlimited users, from $55 a month)
- Best for profile reveals: Lusha (Extension, 1 credit per email and 5 per phone)

## What changed in Wiza in August 2026?

Wiza removed bulk export and multi-select from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter pages on August 19, 2026. [Wiza's changelog](https://feedback.wiza.co/changelog) says it did so to protect LinkedIn accounts and stay in line with LinkedIn's changing rules. [Its help article](https://help.wiza.co/en/articles/16500453-update-changes-to-chrome-extension-for-linkedin-sales-navigator-and-recruiter), dated August 20, says the change covers search, list and company pages on all plans, and that Support cannot restore the old workflow for one account.

The extension still works on one full profile at a time. It now opens in a browser side panel, and it does not read the preview pane in Sales Navigator. To build a list, Wiza points you to Wiza Prospect, a CSV upload or a CRM import. Wiza says its plans, credits, API and CRM sync are unchanged.

**Figure 1: Where a Wiza list starts, before and after August 19, 2026.** Before August 19, 2026, the Wiza extension selected many people on a Sales Navigator search page and exported them to a CSV or CRM list in one step. Now, on all plans, a list starts in Wiza Prospect, a CSV upload or a CRM import, then is enriched with credits and exported or synced. On a full LinkedIn profile page, the Wiza side panel reveals one person at a time.

Wiza's own pages do not all agree yet. [Its Chrome Web Store listing](https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/wiza-find-contact-informa/pjmlkdacmaejhkdcflncbpcpidkggoio), updated October 11, 2026, still advertises "Export leads in bulk," and [its home page](https://wiza.co/) still says the extension can bulk export prospects to CSV or a CRM. Wiza's [export credits guide](https://help.wiza.co/en/articles/9868095-what-are-export-credits), dated August 22, still lists Sales Navigator search and list exports, and its [plan limits guide](https://help.wiza.co/en/articles/12315280-wiza-plan-limits-emails-phones-and-export-credits), dated July 9, does too. Treat the August 20 help article as the current rule, and ask Wiza before you pay for a bulk export from LinkedIn.

## Who is Wiza for, and why do people look elsewhere?

Wiza is a prospecting tool for people who build contact lists and buy emails and phones by the credit. [Wiza's Chrome Web Store listing](https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/wiza-find-contact-informa/pjmlkdacmaejhkdcflncbpcpidkggoio) says sales teams use it to build pipeline, recruiters to source candidates, and founders and agencies to find customers. It has a Chrome extension, Wiza Prospect (a searchable database), CSV upload, CRM import and an API. [Wiza's Prospect guide](https://help.wiza.co/en/articles/11654795-understanding-actions-in-wiza-prospect) lists Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Zoho CRM, Salesloft, Pipedrive and Attio as connections.

The reasons below come from Wiza's own pages and from review pages we could open. G2 and Capterra blocked our automated reads and Reddit was not available to us, so we did not use them.

- **Bulk export from LinkedIn is gone.** To rebuild a Sales Navigator search, Wiza says to use Prospect filters such as title, seniority, location, company size and industry, then enrich the result.
- **Plans are per user.** On [Wiza's pricing page](https://wiza.co/pricing), monthly Starter costs $49, Email $99 and Email + Phone $199 per user. The Team plan, for 3 or more users, has no public price. We read these on October 16, 2026.
- **Unlimited has caps.** The yearly Email and Email + Phone cards list 2,500 exports a month. Wiza's [fair use article](https://help.wiza.co/en/articles/9902806-what-is-the-fair-use-limit) limits unlimited accounts to 500 reveals in 24 hours and 50 in 5 minutes.
- **Overage bills itself.** On monthly plans, [Wiza's overages guide](https://help.wiza.co/en/articles/10777525-understanding-overages) says extra valid emails cost $0.15 and extra phones $0.35, and that you are responsible for the charge.
- **Reviews are thin.** [Trustpilot](https://www.trustpilot.com/review/wiza.co) showed 1.8 from 14 reviews on an unclaimed profile, and the Chrome Web Store listing showed 3.7 from 140 ratings. Wiza's pricing page shows 4.8 for the store, so the two figures disagree. Trustpilot does not fact-check reviews, and several on its first page come from people who say Wiza lists their details, not from buyers.

For credits, overage, the API and cancellation terms in full, see our [Wiza pricing guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/wiza-pricing/).

## Which Wiza alternative fits which job?

Match the alternative to what you used Wiza for. Three jobs cover most Wiza use, and each has different options.

**Figure 2: Which Wiza alternative fits which job.** Four jobs and the alternatives that fit each. Building a list from a search points to Apollo, Prospeo and Lusha, which search their own databases. Revealing one profile you are reading points to the Lusha, ContactOut and Skrapp extensions. Enriching a list you already hold points to FullEnrich, Hunter and Prospeo by CSV or API. Looking up contacts from an AI agent or your own code points to Enrich.chat.

*Which alternative fits which job. Fit is drawn from the vendors' own pages, checked October 16, 2026: [Apollo](https://www.apollo.io/pricing), [Prospeo](https://prospeo.io/pricing), [Lusha](https://www.lusha.com/pricing/), [ContactOut](https://contactout.com/pricing), [Skrapp](https://skrapp.io/pricing), [FullEnrich](https://fullenrich.com/pricing), [Hunter](https://hunter.io/pricing).*

### Build a list from a search

This is the job the Sales Navigator export used to do. Apollo, Prospeo, Lusha and ContactOut let you search their own databases instead of reading LinkedIn pages. [Apollo's pricing page](https://www.apollo.io/pricing) says you can select and export up to 10,000 leads in one click when no record limit applies. [Prospeo's pricing page](https://prospeo.io/pricing) lists 28 search filters but lets you select only 25 rows, while Starter allows 20,000. Wiza Prospect does the same job inside Wiza. Our [Apollo alternatives](https://enrich.chat/alternatives/apollo/) and [Lusha alternatives](https://enrich.chat/alternatives/lusha/) pages cover those two in depth.

### Reveal one profile you are reading

Wiza still does this. Lusha, ContactOut, Prospeo and Skrapp also offer Chrome extensions for it. LinkedIn's Help page says it does not permit extensions that scrape or automate its site, so read the section on what each side says before you install one.

### Enrich a list you already hold

If your sheet or CRM already has LinkedIn URLs, or names and company domains, you do not need a browser. [FullEnrich's API docs](https://docs.fullenrich.com/api/v2/contact/enrich/bulk/post) say it takes a LinkedIn URL, or a name plus a company, and enriches up to 100 contacts per request. Prospeo lists CSV and API enrichment on Starter, and [Hunter's Email Finder API](https://hunter.io/api-documentation) takes a domain plus a name, or a LinkedIn handle. Enrich.chat takes the same kinds of input from your agent.

## How much do 500 work emails a month cost on Wiza and its alternatives?

For 500 work emails a month on monthly billing, list prices run from $29 on Enrich.chat to $99 on Wiza's Email plan. Wiza's API route costs $50, its minimum purchase. Every price is a plan or pack price, checked October 16, 2026, and each plan includes more credits than 500 emails use.

**Figure 3: Monthly cost of 500 work emails on Wiza and its alternatives.** List price per month on monthly billing for 500 work emails: Enrich.chat $29 on the Growth plan, Skrapp $39, Prospeo $49, Hunter $49, the Wiza API $50 for its minimum credit pack, FullEnrich $55, Apollo $65, Lusha $69.90 and Wiza's Email plan $99.

*Plan or pack prices for 500 work emails a month on monthly billing, one user, checked October 16, 2026. Each plan includes more credits than 500 emails use, and you pay the full price either way. The Wiza API bar is its $50 minimum pack, since 500 emails need only 1,000 of the 2,000 credits sold. Sources: [Wiza](https://wiza.co/pricing), [Wiza API credits](https://help.wiza.co/en/articles/13551713-how-to-purchase-api-credits), [Apollo](https://www.apollo.io/pricing), [Lusha](https://www.lusha.com/pricing/), [Prospeo](https://prospeo.io/pricing), [FullEnrich](https://fullenrich.com/pricing), [Skrapp](https://skrapp.io/pricing), [Hunter](https://hunter.io/pricing), [Enrich.chat pricing](https://enrich.chat/pricing/).*

- **Wiza:** the Email plan includes 500 valid emails for $99 a month per user. Through the [API](https://docs.wiza.co/using-the-api/credit-deduction-behavior), a valid email costs 2 credits at $0.025, so 500 emails need 1,000 credits, or $25. Credits are sold from 2,000, so the bill is $50.
- **Apollo:** an email costs 1 credit, and [Apollo's credit guide](https://www.apollo.io/pricing/about-credits) says you are charged only for emails Apollo can verify. Basic grants 2,500 credits a seat for $65 on monthly billing.
- **Lusha:** [Lusha's credit guide](https://docs.lusha.com/user-guide/usage-analytics/how-credits-are-counted) charges 1 credit for an email. Pro includes 600 credits for $69.90 a month.
- **Prospeo, FullEnrich, Skrapp and Hunter:** each charges 1 credit for a found email, per [Prospeo's credit guide](https://help.prospeo.io/en/article/how-prospeo-credits-work-yso5gk), [FullEnrich's credit docs](https://docs.fullenrich.com/api/v2/general/credit), [Skrapp's pricing page](https://skrapp.io/pricing) and [Hunter's credit guide](https://help.hunter.io/en/articles/1911617-how-do-credits-work-in-hunter). The plans in the chart include 2,000, 1,000, 2,000 and 2,000 credits.
- **Enrich.chat:** 500 emails at 10 credits each use 5,000 credits, which fits the Growth plan at $29 a month.
- **ContactOut:** not in the chart. Its Email plan costs $49 and lists unlimited emails with 300 exports a month, and the pages we read do not say which actions count as an export.

Phones change the sums. A Wiza phone uses 1 phone credit, or $0.35 past your allowance. A phone costs 8 credits on Apollo, 5 on Lusha, and 10 on Prospeo and FullEnrich. On Enrich.chat a mobile costs 250 credits. So 500 contacts that each need an email and a mobile use 130,000 Enrich.chat credits, which is the Scale plan at $90 a month. Wiza's Email + Phone plan covers 500 emails and 500 phones for $199 a month per user. See our [Prospeo](https://enrich.chat/blog/prospeo-pricing/), [FullEnrich](https://enrich.chat/blog/fullenrich-pricing/), [ContactOut](https://enrich.chat/blog/contactout-pricing/) and [Hunter](https://enrich.chat/blog/hunter-io-pricing/) pricing guides for more workloads.

## Which Wiza alternatives have an API?

Wiza, Prospeo, FullEnrich, Hunter and Enrich.chat all sell lookups by API. They differ in what you send and in what a miss costs.

| Service | Lookup input | When nothing is found | Price |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Wiza API | A profile URL, or a name and company ([Wiza](https://wiza.co/wiza-api)) | No credits taken, per [its docs](https://docs.wiza.co/using-the-api/credit-deduction-behavior) | $0.025 a credit, $50 minimum pack |
| Prospeo API | A LinkedIn URL, or a name and a company ([docs](https://prospeo.io/api-docs/enrich-person)) | No credits used | Plan credits: 1 per email, 10 per mobile |
| FullEnrich API | A LinkedIn URL, or a name and a company ([docs](https://docs.fullenrich.com/api/v2/contact/enrich/bulk/post)) | No credits used | 1 per email, 10 per mobile, from $55 a month |
| Hunter API | A domain or company plus a name, or a LinkedIn handle ([docs](https://hunter.io/api-documentation)) | No credit when no email is found | 1 credit per email, from $49 a month |
| Enrich.chat API | A LinkedIn URL, a work email, or a name and company website | 0 credits | 10 credits per email, 250 per mobile, plans from $29 |

Wiza's own pages disagree on whether API credits expire: its [purchase guide](https://help.wiza.co/en/articles/13551713-how-to-purchase-api-credits) says they do not, and its API docs say they last 12 months. Wiza's API plans are quote only. Our [LinkedIn URL to contact API](https://enrich.chat/api/linkedin-to-contact/) page shows the Enrich.chat version of the same lookup.

## What do LinkedIn and the vendors say about extensions and Sales Navigator exports?

LinkedIn says it does not permit browser extensions that scrape or automate its site, and Wiza says it changed its extension to match. We do not suggest any tool that scrapes LinkedIn. This section reports what each side says, with dates, so you can decide. It is not legal advice.

- **LinkedIn's Help page.** [The page on prohibited software and extensions](https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/a1341387) was marked last updated 2 years ago when we read it on October 16, 2026. It says LinkedIn does not permit third-party software, including browser extensions, that scrapes, modifies or automates activity on its site, and that members who use such tools risk restricted or closed accounts.
- **LinkedIn's User Agreement.** Section 8.2 of the [User Agreement](https://www.linkedin.com/legal/user-agreement), effective November 3, 2025, bans software, including browser plugins, that scrapes or copies profiles.
- **Sales Navigator.** [LinkedIn's Sales Navigator help page](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a102031) says it does not offer export to CSV or XLS. The documented route out is CRM Sync with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or HubSpot on the Advanced Plus plan. See our guide to [exporting leads from Sales Navigator](https://enrich.chat/blog/export-leads-from-sales-navigator/).
- **Wiza.** Its [restrictions article](https://help.wiza.co/en/articles/8694897-can-using-wiza-lead-to-linkedin-restrictions) says the current extension reads only the active tab's URL, not the page content, and that Wiza cannot guarantee LinkedIn will never restrict an account.
- **Skrapp.** [Skrapp's LinkedIn page](https://skrapp.io/linkedin) says its extension works on Sales Navigator and Recruiter, and its Professional card lists multi-page enrichment and auto-connect for LinkedIn. Those are Skrapp's claims, and LinkedIn's Help page above applies to them.

A database search, or an API call that uses a profile URL only as a key, does not run inside your LinkedIn session. Enrich.chat never logs in to LinkedIn. Our guide to [LinkedIn scraping law](https://enrich.chat/blog/is-linkedin-scraping-legal/) covers the background, and the [best LinkedIn email finders](https://enrich.chat/blog/best-linkedin-email-finder/) guide compares extensions side by side.

## When is Wiza the better choice?

Wiza is the better choice when your team works in a browser, builds lists in an app and syncs them to a CRM. Pick Wiza if:

- You reveal contacts one at a time beside a LinkedIn profile. Wiza's side panel does this, and Enrich.chat has no extension.
- You want Prospect, CSV upload and CRM import in one app. Wiza's [July 14, 2026 changelog](https://feedback.wiza.co/changelog) says lists from those sources hold up to 10,000 records.
- You use Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Zoho CRM, Salesloft, Pipedrive or Attio and want two-way sync. Enrich.chat has no CRM sync.
- You need personal emails. Wiza's Prospect guide says a full profile may offer one. Enrich.chat returns work emails, and its email input takes work addresses only, not personal mailboxes such as Gmail.
- You run a phone-heavy list at volume on a yearly plan. Wiza's yearly Email + Phone plan costs $1,990 a year, about $166 a month, for unlimited reveals and 2,500 list exports a month. 2,500 contacts with an email and a mobile need 650,000 Enrich.chat credits, which is the Pro plan at $299 a month. At that volume Wiza's yearly plan has the lower list price.

Enrich.chat is our product, so weigh our view with that in mind. Choose it when the contacts go into an agent, a sheet your agent fills or your own app. It has no Chrome extension, Sales Navigator export, list export or CRM sync. For bigger databases with sales-led contracts, see the [best B2B data providers](https://enrich.chat/blog/best-b2b-data-providers/).

## How do you run Wiza-style lookups from an AI agent?

Add Enrich.chat's remote MCP server at `enrich.chat/mcp` (one-click links are on the [install page](https://enrich.chat/install/)), or paste one prompt into ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor so the agent reads [enrich.chat/agents.md](https://enrich.chat/agents.md). There is no key for the first 10 lookups each day. Most Wiza jobs have an Enrich.chat call in their place, apart from LinkedIn page exports and CRM sync:

| In Wiza | What it returns | Enrich.chat call |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Reveal from a profile | Email, phone and role for one person | `GET /v1/person` with `linkedin_url` |
| Upload a CSV | Contacts for names and companies | `GET /v1/person` with `name` and the company website, one row at a time |
| Prospect search | People by title, seniority, industry and place | `GET /v1/search` or `GET /v1/company/people` |
| Company details | Firmographics and tech stack | `GET /v1/company` and `GET /v1/company/tech` |
| Bulk export from LinkedIn, list export, CRM sync | Lists and records in your tools | No equivalent |

```text
Use www.enrich.chat to enrich the list below. For each row use the LinkedIn profile URL, or the full name plus the company website. Return the work email and mobile with their status, mark rows not found, flag catch_all emails as risky, and tell me the total credits_used: [paste one person per row]
```

The agent loops over your rows at about one request a second and returns them with new columns and the total `credits_used`. It never logs in to LinkedIn, because a LinkedIn URL is only a lookup key. Each work email comes back as `verified`, `catch_all` or `unknown`, and each mobile as a line type. Treat every contact as a strong lead, not a guarantee. A lookup that finds nothing uses 0 credits.

When the free lookups run out, the API returns 402 with a link to [your account page](https://enrich.chat/account/), where you log in with your email, pick Growth, Scale or Pro and pay at checkout. To try one profile in the browser first, use the free [LinkedIn email finder](https://enrich.chat/tools/linkedin-email-finder/). Anyone can opt out at [enrich.chat/opt-out](https://enrich.chat/opt-out/), and you stay responsible for TCPA, CAN-SPAM and GDPR rules. See our [terms](https://enrich.chat/terms/).

## Frequently asked questions

### What is the best alternative to Wiza?

It depends on the job. [Apollo](https://www.apollo.io/pricing) and [Prospeo](https://prospeo.io/pricing) build lists by searching their own databases. [Lusha](https://www.lusha.com/pricing/) and [ContactOut](https://contactout.com/pricing) offer extensions that reveal one profile at a time. [FullEnrich](https://fullenrich.com/pricing), [Hunter](https://hunter.io/pricing) and [Enrich.chat](https://enrich.chat/pricing/) enrich contacts you already hold, from a LinkedIn URL or a name and company. We read each price on October 16, 2026.

### Can you still export from Sales Navigator with Wiza?

Not in bulk. [Wiza's August 20, 2026 help article](https://help.wiza.co/en/articles/16500453-update-changes-to-chrome-extension-for-linkedin-sales-navigator-and-recruiter) says export and multi-select are gone from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter search, list and company pages on all plans. The extension still reveals one full profile at a time. To build lists, use Wiza Prospect, a CSV upload or a CRM import. LinkedIn itself [offers no CSV or XLS export](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a102031) from Sales Navigator. See [our guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/export-leads-from-sales-navigator/).

### Why did Wiza remove bulk export from LinkedIn?

Wiza says LinkedIn tightened what third-party extensions can do. Its [August 19, 2026 changelog](https://feedback.wiza.co/changelog) says it removed bulk actions to help protect LinkedIn accounts and keep Wiza in line with LinkedIn's rules. [LinkedIn's Help page](https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/a1341387) says it does not permit browser extensions that scrape or automate its site. Wiza's [restrictions article](https://help.wiza.co/en/articles/8694897-can-using-wiza-lead-to-linkedin-restrictions) says it cannot guarantee that LinkedIn will never restrict an account.

### Is there a free alternative to Wiza?

Yes, several tools have free tiers. Enrich.chat gives each IP address 10 lookups a day with no signup. [Prospeo](https://prospeo.io/pricing) gives 100 credits a month, [Apollo](https://www.apollo.io/pricing) 75, [Hunter](https://hunter.io/pricing) 50 and [Lusha](https://www.lusha.com/pricing/) 40. [ContactOut](https://contactout.com/pricing) gives 5 emails, 5 phones and 5 exports a day. Wiza's own Free plan has 20 valid emails and 5 phone numbers, with no period stated. We checked each tier on October 16, 2026.

### How much does Wiza cost compared with its alternatives?

On monthly billing, [Wiza](https://wiza.co/pricing) costs $49, $99 or $199 per user. For 500 work emails a month, Wiza's Email plan costs $99, Apollo Basic $65, Lusha Pro $69.90, Prospeo Starter $49, FullEnrich $55, Skrapp $39 and Hunter Starter $49. Enrich.chat costs $29 on the Growth plan. These are plan prices checked October 16, 2026. See our [Wiza pricing guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/wiza-pricing/).

### Does Wiza have an API?

Yes. [Wiza sells API credits](https://help.wiza.co/en/articles/13551713-how-to-purchase-api-credits) at $0.025 each, with a minimum of 2,000 credits, which is $50. Per [its API docs](https://docs.wiza.co/using-the-api/credit-deduction-behavior), a valid email costs 2 credits, a phone 5 and a profile match 1, charged only when data comes back. [Wiza's API page](https://wiza.co/wiza-api) says to book a call about API plan pricing. Wiza's own pages disagree on whether credits expire.
