# The best ZoomInfo alternatives in 2026: cheaper options with mobile numbers and no annual contract

ZoomInfo sells annual contracts with no public price. We compared eight competitors on published prices, mobile numbers, contract terms, free tiers and how they work inside ChatGPT and Claude.

By Enrich.chat Editorial. Updated October 15, 2026.

**Short answer:** The best ZoomInfo alternatives in 2026 are Enrich.chat for emails and mobiles inside AI agents on monthly credit plans from $29, [Apollo](https://www.apollo.io/pricing) for data plus outreach from $49 a seat a month billed yearly, and Cognism for European data and intent. ZoomInfo publishes no prices, and [Vendr's buyer data](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo) puts the median ZoomInfo contract at $33,500 a year. Most alternatives publish prices and offer monthly billing.

## Key takeaways

- ZoomInfo publishes no prices. Vendr's buyer data shows a median ZoomInfo contract of $33,500 a year across 1,577 purchases.
- ZoomInfo's license terms say an agreement is not cancellable once signed. Renewal and notice terms sit in each order form.
- Apollo, Lusha, UpLead and LeadIQ publish prices and bill monthly, from $20 a month (LeadIQ Pro, 5 users) to $99 a month (UpLead Essentials).
- ZoomInfo Lite, formerly Community Edition, is still free. ZoomInfo GTM AI gives 1,000 free data credits but no mobile numbers.
- Enrich.chat plans start at $29 a month for 100,000 credits, with unlimited seats, no annual contract and 0 credits spent on misses.

## Why do teams look for ZoomInfo alternatives?

ZoomInfo sells annual contracts with no public price, and the median one costs $33,500 a year, according to [Vendr's buyer data](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo). The friction sits in three places: price, contract terms and credits. All three are hard to see before a sales call.

- **Contract size.** ZoomInfo's [pricing page](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing) lists no prices. It says cost depends on features, the number of licenses and credit usage. Vendr's median of $33,500 comes from 1,577 purchases, with a range of $7,240 to $156,042. The cheapest public listing we found is [ZoomInfo Basic on AWS Marketplace](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-ckg6rmyo3zsmw): $3,000 for 12 months, for 1 user and 2,000 bulk credits.
- **Contract terms.** ZoomInfo's [license terms](https://www.zoominfo.com/legal/ltc) say an agreement "is not cancellable" and runs until it expires. Renewal terms sit in each order form. Vendr reports that auto-renewal clauses are common, often with price increases of 5% to 10% a year, and that notice periods usually run 30 to 90 days.
- **Seats.** Each ZoomInfo user gets a login that may not be shared. Under the same license terms, sharing a login counts as buying another seat. Vendr's comparison notes that ZoomInfo often requires a multi-seat, annual commitment.
- **Credits.** ZoomInfo's [credit docs](https://docs.gtm.ai/docs/credit-usage-and-limits) say customers buy credits in bulk on an annual basis. ZoomInfo's pricing FAQ adds that CRM integrations usually carry a base cost and a minimum bulk credit purchase. Vendr lists overage fees as a common hidden cost.
- **Mobiles on the self-serve plan.** ZoomInfo's pay-as-you-go [GTM AI plan](https://gtm.ai/pricing) has no contract, but it lists mobile phone data as an Enterprise feature.

**Figure 1: How a 12-month data contract renews.** A 12-month contract term with a notice deadline at month 10. The last 60 days before renewal are too late to cancel, and the contract then renews for another term. ZoomInfo sets the notice period in each order form, and Vendr reports 30 to 90 days. Cognism requires 60 days of written notice and caps renewal uplifts at 10 percent. Seamless.AI requires changes 60 days before the annual renewal date. Enrich.chat plans are billed monthly and cancel anytime, so there is no annual term to renew.

*How annual data contracts renew. The example uses a 60-day notice period, as in Cognism's and Seamless.AI's terms; ZoomInfo sets its period in each order form. Sources: [ZoomInfo license terms](https://www.zoominfo.com/legal/ltc), [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo), [Cognism terms](https://www.cognism.com/customer-terms/gtc), [Seamless.AI terms](https://seamless.ai/policies/terms-of-use).*

Annual renewal is not unique to ZoomInfo. Cognism's [general terms](https://www.cognism.com/customer-terms/gtc) renew each order for at least a year unless you give 60 days' written notice, and allow renewal price rises of up to 10%. [Seamless.AI's terms](https://seamless.ai/policies/terms-of-use) say every subscription is annual, and you must cancel 60 days before the renewal date. If you want no renewal dates at all, choose monthly billing or prepaid credits.

## What is ZoomInfo still best at?

ZoomInfo is strongest when you sell on buying signals, not just contact details. Here is what ZoomInfo says it offers, as listed on its own site on October 15, 2026:

- **Coverage.** ZoomInfo's [data page](https://www.zoominfo.com/data) claims more than 500 million professional profiles, 122 million company records, 300 million verified business emails and 135 million direct dials.
- **Intent.** ZoomInfo says it tracks more than 4,500 intent topics. Its [intent page](https://www.zoominfo.com/features/intent-data) adds person-level intent, which names the people inside an account who show buying signals.
- **Scoops and news.** ZoomInfo's [signals docs](https://docs.gtm.ai/docs/signals-insights) list scoops on funding, M&A, executive changes, hiring plans and product launches, searchable by API and MCP.
- **Company structure.** Higher packages add org charts, department sizes and technographics, per ZoomInfo's [pricing FAQ](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing).
- **AI access.** The [ZoomInfo MCP server](https://www.zoominfo.com/solutions/zoominfo-mcp) connects ZoomInfo data to Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Replit.

These are ZoomInfo's own claims, and we did not test them. If your team depends on these signals, read our [ZoomInfo pricing guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/zoominfo-pricing/) before you negotiate, and the [Apollo vs ZoomInfo comparison](https://enrich.chat/compare/apollo-vs-zoominfo/) for the closest all-in-one rival.

## How much do ZoomInfo alternatives cost?

Most ZoomInfo alternatives publish entry plans from $15 to $99 a month. Cognism, Seamless.AI and ZoomInfo sell by quote. The table shows each entry plan as listed on the vendor's site on October 15, 2026.

| Tool | Entry plan | Billed yearly | Billed monthly | Cost of one mobile |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Enrich.chat | Growth, unlimited seats | No annual term | $29 a month | 250 credits, only when found |
| [Apollo](https://www.apollo.io/pricing) | Basic, per seat | $49 a month | $65 a month | 8 credits |
| [Lusha](https://www.lusha.com/pricing/) | Starter, 1 seat | $37.45 a month | $49.90 a month | 5 credits |
| [LeadIQ](https://leadiq.com/pricing) | Pro, 5 users | $15 a month | $20 a month | 10 credits |
| [UpLead](https://www.uplead.com/pricing/) | Essentials | $74 a month | $99 a month | 1 credit, email included |
| [ZoomInfo GTM AI](https://gtm.ai/pricing) | Pay as you go | $0.45 to $0.25 a credit | Same rate | Enterprise only |
| [Cognism](https://www.cognism.com/pricing) | Standard, 5 seats | Quote | Quote | 1 credit per contact |
| [Seamless.AI](https://seamless.ai/pricing) | By quote | Quote | Annual term only | Not published |
| [ZoomInfo](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing) | Professional | Quote | Quote | 1 credit per export |

Credit maths changes the ranking. If every credit goes to mobile numbers on yearly billing, Apollo Basic works out to about $0.16 a mobile, UpLead Essentials to about $0.44 with the email included, Lusha Starter to about $0.47 and LeadIQ Pro to $0.75. Those rates only hold if you use every credit. [Apollo's FAQ](https://www.apollo.io/pricing) says unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. On Enrich.chat a mobile uses 250 credits, which works out to about $0.0725 on Growth and $0.0299 on Pro if you use every credit. The plan price is what you pay, from $29 a month, and a lookup that finds nothing uses 0 credits. Full rates are on the [pricing page](https://enrich.chat/pricing/).

**Figure 2: What one year costs on each entry plan.** Bar chart of one year on each tool's entry plan at list prices on October 15, 2026. The ZoomInfo median contract reported by Vendr is $33,500 a year, off the scale. ZoomInfo Basic on AWS Marketplace is $3,000. UpLead Essentials is $888, Apollo Basic $588, Lusha Starter $449 and LeadIQ Pro $180, all billed yearly. ZoomInfo GTM AI has no plan fee and sells credits from $20. Enrich.chat's Growth plan is $29 a month, shown for 12 months.

## Does ZoomInfo have a free version?

Yes. ZoomInfo Lite, which ZoomInfo used to call Community Edition, was still offered free on October 15, 2026. ZoomInfo's [Lite FAQ](https://www.zoominfo.com/faqs/community-edition) says anyone with a business email can join, as long as they are not a current or past subscriber to ZoomInfo's premium services. You get a standard monthly credit allowance, and unused credits do not roll over.

Community Edition is now an upgrade inside ZoomInfo Lite. You connect Outlook, Google, Office or a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and you get more monthly credits for contributing business contacts. ZoomInfo's [Community Edition page](https://www.zoominfo.com/ce) says the software reads contact details from your emails and contact book, such as names, titles, phone numbers and email addresses. It may also collect IP addresses from email headers. Ask your security team before you connect a work mailbox.

ZoomInfo's second free option is [GTM AI](https://gtm.ai/pricing): 1,000 data credits and 1,000 AI credits at signup, with no card and no mobile numbers. Free tiers from the alternatives, as listed on October 15, 2026:

- **Enrich.chat**: 10 lookups a day per IP, with no signup. Try one in the browser with the free [LinkedIn email and phone finder](https://enrich.chat/tools/linkedin-email-finder/).
- **[Apollo](https://www.apollo.io/pricing)**: 900 credits a seat a year, granted monthly.
- **[Lusha](https://www.lusha.com/pricing/)**: 40 credits a month for 1 seat.
- **[LeadIQ](https://leadiq.com/pricing)**: 50 credits for 1 user.
- **[Seamless.AI](https://seamless.ai/)**: free for up to 50 credits.
- **[UpLead](https://www.uplead.com/pricing/)**: a 7-day trial with 5 credits.

## Which ZoomInfo alternative fits your team size?

Match the tool to how your team works first, then to its size. A founder working in Claude needs something different from 50 reps working in Salesforce. Figure 3 maps the common cases.

**Figure 3: ZoomInfo alternatives by need and team size.** A grid of four needs by three team sizes. For contact data in an AI agent or app, Enrich.chat fits every team size. For data, sequences and a dialer, Apollo Basic fits 1 to 5 reps, Apollo Professional 5 to 50 and Apollo Organization 50 or more. For reps prospecting from LinkedIn, Lusha Starter, LeadIQ Pro and Seamless.AI on an annual quote. For intent, scoops and org charts, ZoomInfo GTM AI, Cognism Pro and a ZoomInfo Copilot contract.

*A starting point by need and team size, based on each vendor's published plans on October 15, 2026. Test any pick on your own contacts before you commit. ### Small business: 1 to 5 people

Small teams should skip annual contracts until they know their volume. Enrich.chat plans start at $29 a month with unlimited seats and no annual term, and credits are spent only on the emails and mobiles found. If you want a prospecting app instead, Apollo Basic and Lusha Starter both offer monthly billing, and Apollo adds email sequences. Our [Apollo pricing guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/apollo-pricing/) explains its credits.

### Growing teams: 5 to 50 people

Seat prices add up at this size. LeadIQ's Pro plan includes 5 users for $20 a month, but a mobile costs 10 of its 200 monthly credits. Cognism's Standard and Pro packages include 5 seats and are priced by quote, and [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo) describes Cognism as a strong option for EMEA-focused teams. Apollo Professional costs $79 a seat a month billed yearly.

### Enterprise: 50 people and more

Large teams often need SSO, CRM sync and intent data under one contract. That is ZoomInfo's home ground, and Cognism and Seamless.AI compete for it. Seamless.AI's [pricing page](https://seamless.ai/pricing) offers quotes for unlimited users. For a wider field, see our list of the [best B2B data providers](https://enrich.chat/blog/best-b2b-data-providers/).

## How do you get contact data inside ChatGPT or Claude?

Most ZoomInfo alternatives now ship an MCP server, and Enrich.chat has one too. Here is what each vendor offered on October 15, 2026:

- **ZoomInfo**: the [ZoomInfo MCP server](https://www.zoominfo.com/solutions/zoominfo-mcp) works in Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Replit after you sign in with ZoomInfo credentials.
- **Apollo, Lusha and LeadIQ**: each lists MCP access on every plan, including Free, on its pricing page.
- **Cognism**: its [MCP server](https://docs.cognism.com/docs/mcp-server) needs an active Cognism account, and in ChatGPT an admin must turn on developer mode.
- **Seamless.AI**: offers an [MCP server](https://seamless.ai/products/mcp) plus apps for Claude and ChatGPT, scoped to your license.
- **UpLead**: lists an API on its Professional plan, but no MCP server.
- **Enrich.chat**: a remote MCP server at `enrich.chat/mcp` that needs no sign-in and no key, with one-click links for Cursor and VS Code on the [install page](https://enrich.chat/install/).

Enrich.chat keeps setup short. You add the MCP server, or you paste one prompt, your agent reads [agents.md](https://enrich.chat/agents.md), and then it calls a plain HTTPS API. There is no account to connect on the free tier. Each work email comes back as verified, catch_all or unknown, and each mobile has a line type of mobile or unknown. The line type describes the number, not whether the person still answers it. A miss returns `{"found": false}` and uses 0 credits. SDKs are planned. The [data API for AI agents](https://enrich.chat/agents/) page shows the setup.

```text
Use www.enrich.chat to find the verified work email and mobile for each person in this list. Mark misses as not found, flag catch_all emails as risky and tell me the total credits used: [paste name and company, or a LinkedIn URL, per row]
```

For more agent workflows, see [Claude for sales](https://enrich.chat/blog/claude-for-sales/) and our [ChatGPT lead generation prompts](https://enrich.chat/blog/chatgpt-lead-generation-prompts/). If you already pay for ZoomInfo, our [ZoomInfo MCP guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/zoominfo-mcp/) covers its setup and limits.

## When is ZoomInfo the better choice?

Stay with ZoomInfo when your team uses more than contact details. ZoomInfo is the better choice in four cases:

- **You sell on intent and trigger events.** Intent topics, person-level intent and scoops on funding and executive moves are core to ZoomInfo. Enrich.chat has no intent data or scoops.
- **You need org charts and company hierarchy.** ZoomInfo's higher packages include org charts and department sizes, per its [pricing FAQ](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing).
- **You already have a contract with spare credits.** Using credits you paid for beats buying a second source. ZoomInfo's [credit docs](https://docs.gtm.ai/docs/credit-usage-and-limits) say a record you enrich can be enriched again for 12 months without another credit.
- **You want one vendor for data, chat, ads and call recording.** ZoomInfo's [pricing page](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing) also lists website chat, Chorus conversation intelligence and ad audiences.

If you want ZoomInfo's company and intent data without a contract, test GTM AI first. It sells data credits from $0.45 down to $0.25 each, and search and lookup never use credits.

## How do you switch from ZoomInfo without a gap?

Plan the move around your renewal date, not the day you sign up elsewhere. Work through these steps:

1. Find the renewal date and notice period in your ZoomInfo order form, and put the notice deadline in your calendar.
2. Send written notice of non-renewal before that deadline, and keep a copy.
3. Keep what you exported. ZoomInfo's [license terms](https://www.zoominfo.com/legal/ltc) let you keep using data obtained during the term after it ends, subject to the agreement, but platform access stops.
4. Test replacements on your own rows. Run 10 of your contacts through Enrich.chat's free tier and compare each field with what ZoomInfo returned.
5. Map the fields. Store the email status, the mobile line status and the check date with each row, and treat catch_all emails as risky.
6. Point your CRM or workflow tool at the new source. The [person enrichment API](https://enrich.chat/api/person-enrichment/) lists every parameter, and n8n, Make or Zapier can call it over HTTP.
7. Honor removals. People can opt out at [enrich.chat/opt-out](https://enrich.chat/opt-out/), and you stay responsible for TCPA, CAN-SPAM and GDPR rules.

## Frequently asked questions

### Does ZoomInfo have a free version?

Yes. ZoomInfo Lite, formerly called Community Edition, is free for anyone with a business email who is not a current or past premium ZoomInfo subscriber, per [ZoomInfo's Lite FAQ](https://www.zoominfo.com/faqs/community-edition). You get a monthly credit allowance that does not roll over, and connecting your mailbox or CRM to share business contacts earns more credits. ZoomInfo's [GTM AI plan](https://gtm.ai/pricing) also gives 1,000 free data credits at signup, without mobile numbers.

### What is the cheapest alternative to ZoomInfo?

It depends on volume. For a few hundred contacts, small monthly plans cost least. Enrich.chat starts at $29 a month for 100,000 credits, enough for 400 mobiles or 10,000 emails, with 10 free lookups a day. Among plans with seats, [LeadIQ Pro](https://leadiq.com/pricing) costs $20 a month for 5 users and 200 credits, and [Lusha Starter](https://www.lusha.com/pricing/) costs $49.90 a month, as listed on October 15, 2026. ZoomInfo's cheapest public listing is $3,000 a year on [AWS Marketplace](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-ckg6rmyo3zsmw).

### Can you cancel a ZoomInfo contract early?

Usually not. [ZoomInfo's license terms](https://www.zoominfo.com/legal/ltc) say an agreement is not cancellable and runs until it expires, unless both sides agree to end it or one side breaches it and fails to fix the breach within 21 days. Renewal and notice terms sit in your order form. [Vendr reports](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo) that auto-renewal clauses are common and notice periods run 30 to 90 days, so diary the deadline well before renewal. This is not legal advice.

### Is Apollo cheaper than ZoomInfo?

On list prices, yes. [Apollo's Basic plan](https://www.apollo.io/pricing) costs $49 a seat a month billed yearly, or $65 monthly, with 30,000 credits a seat a year. ZoomInfo publishes no prices, and [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo) puts its median contract at $33,500 a year. Apollo charges 8 credits per phone number, and unused credits expire each billing cycle. Our [Apollo vs ZoomInfo comparison](https://enrich.chat/compare/apollo-vs-zoominfo/) goes deeper.

### Which is better, ZoomInfo or Lusha?

ZoomInfo is broader: it adds intent data, scoops, org charts and enterprise workflows on an annual contract. Lusha is simpler and cheaper to start. [Lusha's pricing page](https://www.lusha.com/pricing/) lists a free plan with 40 credits a month and Starter at $37.45 a month billed yearly, with monthly billing and cancellation at any time. A phone number costs 5 Lusha credits. Pick Lusha for a few reps revealing contacts, and ZoomInfo for signal-led selling at scale.

### Is there a ZoomInfo alternative for small business?

Yes. Small teams usually want monthly billing and no seat minimums. Enrich.chat plans have unlimited seats and start at $29 a month, so one founder can start small and spend credits only on matches. [Apollo](https://www.apollo.io/pricing), [Lusha](https://www.lusha.com/pricing/), [UpLead](https://www.uplead.com/pricing/) and [LeadIQ](https://leadiq.com/pricing) all publish monthly plans under $100 a month. ZoomInfo Lite is free if you have never paid for ZoomInfo. Avoid annual-only contracts until you know your volume.
