# The best direct dial and mobile number providers in 2026, compared on price, checks and AI agent access

We read 11 providers' pricing pages and docs on October 15, 2026. Here is what a phone number costs at each, what each says it checks, and how to test the numbers before you dial.

By Enrich.chat Editorial. Updated October 15, 2026.

**Short answer:** The best direct dial provider depends on how you call. [Enrich.chat](https://enrich.chat/pricing/) fits AI agents and apps, with a mobile at 250 credits on plans from $29 a month. [Cognism](https://www.cognism.com/blog/b2b-direct-dials) says its team calls mobiles to confirm them but publishes no prices, and [Apollo](https://www.apollo.io/pricing/about-credits) charges 8 credits a phone number.

## Key takeaways

- A phone number costs more than an email wherever credit rates are published: Apollo charges 8 credits against 1, Lusha 5 against 1 and FullEnrich 10 against 1. Enrich.chat uses 250 credits for a mobile and 10 for a work email.
- Every accuracy and connect-rate figure on these pages is the vendor's own. Cognism claims a 3x gain in connect rates, RocketReach 98% accuracy, and none of the figures comes with a method you can check.
- Calls to a business are mostly exempt from the FTC's rule, but the TCPA still needs prior express consent for autodialed or prerecorded calls to any cellular number.
- Cognism, ZoomInfo and Seamless.AI publish no prices. If every credit bought a mobile, the published entry plans cost from $0.0725 (Enrich.chat Growth) to about $0.65 (Kaspr Starter) per number.
- The word verified has no standard meaning for phone numbers. Cognism says its team calls mobiles, FullEnrich lists landline and out-of-service checks, and Enrich.chat returns a line type of mobile or unknown, which is not a call.

## The verdict

For teams that put phone numbers inside AI agents and apps, or want unlimited seats and no annual contract, **Enrich.chat** is the best fit: one prompt, a line type on every mobile, and 0 credits when a lookup finds nothing. Pick Cognism if you need the human call check it describes.

- Best for AI agents and apps: Enrich.chat (One prompt, 250 credits a mobile, no annual contract)
- Best for UK and European calling: Cognism (Says its team calls mobiles; quote only)
- Best all-in-one with a dialer: Apollo (8 credits a phone, from $49 a seat billed yearly)
- Best for many-source mobile search: FullEnrich (10 credits a mobile, charged only on a find)

Sales intelligence focused on Europe. Cognism says its team calls mobile numbers to confirm they belong to the right prospect.

- Best for: Teams that call into the UK and Europe and accept a quoted, seat-based contract
- Pricing: Quote only; Standard and Pro each include 5 seats ([Cognism pricing](https://www.cognism.com/pricing), Oct 15, 2026)

## What is a direct dial provider, and what does this page cover?

A direct dial provider sells the phone number of a named person at a company. This page covers data providers: you look up a person and get a number back. It does not cover carriers that rent DID numbers, or dialer software that places the calls.

Providers use the words loosely. [Apollo's help center](https://knowledge.apollo.io/hc/en-us/articles/31969477982221) lists the personal numbers it returns as mobile, work direct, home or other, and gives the company's HQ number for free. [UpLead](https://www.uplead.com/pricing/) describes its mobile direct dials as non-HQ lines. Our guide to [direct dials](https://enrich.chat/blog/direct-dials/) explains how a desk number differs from a mobile.

Mobiles matter because they reach the person wherever they are. In a 2025 study of nearly 3 million dials, [Nooks found](https://www.nooks.ai/blog-posts/nooks-insights-heres-who-picks-up-the-most) that mobile numbers connected 45% more often than other numbers. Nooks sells sales software, so read that as a guide, not a promise.

## How much does a mobile number cost at each provider?

A phone number costs more than an email at every provider that publishes credit rates. [Apollo](https://www.apollo.io/pricing/about-credits) charges 8 credits against 1 for an email, [Lusha](https://docs.lusha.com/user-guide/usage-analytics/how-credits-are-counted) 5 against 1 and [FullEnrich](https://fullenrich.com/pricing) 10 against 1. Enrich.chat uses 250 credits for a mobile and 10 for a work email. Credits differ in size, so compare dollars, not credits.

| Provider | What a phone number costs | Entry plan with phones | Is a miss charged? |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Enrich.chat | 250 credits for a mobile found | [Growth $29 a month for 100,000 credits](https://enrich.chat/pricing/), plus 10 free lookups a day | No: 0 credits |
| [Apollo](https://www.apollo.io/pricing/about-credits) | 8 credits for any phone number; HQ numbers free | [Basic $65 a seat monthly, or $49 billed yearly](https://www.apollo.io/pricing), 2,500 credits a seat a month | [API: only when data returns](https://docs.apollo.io/docs/api-pricing). App: charged on access, [no mobile refunds](https://knowledge.apollo.io/hc/en-us/articles/4738396786701-Request-Contact-Data-in-Apollo) |
| [Lusha](https://docs.lusha.com/user-guide/usage-analytics/how-credits-are-counted) | 5 credits for a phone number | [Starter $49.90 a month, or $37.45 billed yearly](https://www.lusha.com/pricing/), 400 credits a month | API: 1 credit minimum per request. CSV rows with no match: 0 |
| [Cognism](https://www.cognism.com/pricing) | 1 credit per revealed contact | Quote only; Standard and Pro include 5 seats | Not stated |
| [ZoomInfo](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing) | 1 credit per export | Quote only; Professional lists mobile numbers | Not stated |
| [FullEnrich](https://fullenrich.com/pricing) | 10 credits for a mobile | Pro $55 a month for 1,000 credits | No: you pay only when data is found |
| [Kaspr](https://www.kaspr.io/pricing) | 1 phone credit per lead | Starter $65 a user monthly, or $49 billed yearly, 100 phone credits a month | Not stated |
| [RocketReach](https://rocketreach.co/pricing) | No per-phone price: Pro and Ultimate include phones, within an export cap | [Pro $75 a month billed yearly ($899)](https://web.archive.org/web/20261013163342/https://rocketreach.co/pricing), 3,600 exports a year | No: a lookup with no verified email or phone is refunded |
| [SignalHire](https://www.signalhire.com/pricing) | 1 credit per contact when an email or phone returns; no per-phone rate | Phones $69 a month for 435 credits, or $57 a month billed yearly | No: only when an email or phone returns |
| [UpLead](https://www.uplead.com/pricing/) | 1 credit per contact, email and mobile direct dial together | Essentials $99 a month, or $74 billed yearly, 170 credits a month | Not stated for phones |
| [Seamless.AI](https://seamless.ai/customers/education/articles/seamless-ai-credit-and-license-types) | 1 credit per contact researched, phones included | Quote only; Free plan has 50 credits, once | [API search with no rows: 0](https://docs.seamless.ai/rate-limits-and-credits). Research: not stated |

Three providers publish no prices. [Cognism](https://www.cognism.com/pricing) and [ZoomInfo](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing) ask you to talk to sales, and [Seamless.AI](https://seamless.ai/) directs visitors to its sales team. For a guide, [Vendr's buyer data](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo) shows a median ZoomInfo contract of $33,500 a year across 1,577 purchases. Our guides to [Cognism pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/cognism-pricing/), [ZoomInfo pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/zoominfo-pricing/) and [Seamless.AI pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/seamless-ai-pricing/) cover what buyers report.

### What does one mobile cost if you use every credit?

Divide a plan's price by the mobiles its credits can buy. Figure 1 does that for each entry plan with phone numbers and a published price. It is a floor, because few teams spend every credit.

**Figure 1: Cost of one mobile number if every credit buys one.** Bar chart of what one mobile number costs if every credit on an entry plan buys a mobile, on list prices checked October 15, 2026. Enrich.chat Growth costs $0.0725, SignalHire Phones $0.16, Apollo Basic $0.21, RocketReach Pro billed yearly $0.25, FullEnrich Pro $0.55, UpLead Essentials $0.58 per contact, Lusha Starter $0.62 and Kaspr Starter $0.65. Cognism, ZoomInfo and Seamless.AI publish no price.

*Illustrative maths on list prices checked October 15, 2026: each plan's price divided by the mobiles its credits buy. Enrich.chat 100,000 credits at 250 each; Apollo 2,500 credits at 8; Lusha 400 at 5; FullEnrich 1,000 at 10; Kaspr 100 phone credits; SignalHire 435 credits, assuming one per contact; UpLead 170 credits per contact, email and mobile together; RocketReach Pro $899 a year for 3,600 exports. Apollo, Lusha, Kaspr and UpLead prices are per seat or user. The chart says nothing about which numbers connect. Sources: [Enrich.chat](https://enrich.chat/pricing/), [SignalHire](https://www.signalhire.com/pricing), [Apollo](https://www.apollo.io/pricing), [RocketReach](https://web.archive.org/web/20261013163342/https://rocketreach.co/pricing), [FullEnrich](https://fullenrich.com/pricing), [UpLead](https://www.uplead.com/pricing/), [Lusha](https://www.lusha.com/pricing/) and [Kaspr](https://www.kaspr.io/pricing).*

Seats change the maths. Apollo and Kaspr bill per seat or user, and each Lusha plan includes a fixed number of seats. Enrich.chat plans include unlimited seats. Take 300 mobiles a month with no emails. Apollo needs 2,400 credits, which fits [one Basic seat at $65 a month](https://www.apollo.io/pricing). Enrich.chat needs 75,000 credits, which fits the Growth plan at $29 a month. Our guides to [Apollo pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/apollo-pricing/), [Lusha pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/lusha-pricing/) and [FullEnrich pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/fullenrich-pricing/) show the rest of each bill, and [Enrich.chat pricing](https://enrich.chat/pricing/) lists every plan.

## What does a verified phone number actually mean?

Verified has no standard meaning for phone numbers. A vendor may mean the number is a mobile line, that it is in service, that it matches the person's name, or that someone called it. Figure 2 sorts these into four levels, from the weakest check to the strongest.

**Figure 2: Four levels of phone number checking and who describes each.** A ladder of four checks on a phone number. Level 1 is line type, described by Enrich.chat and FullEnrich. Level 2 is whether the number is in service, which FullEnrich lists as out-of-service removal. Level 3 is an owner match, which FullEnrich lists for the US and Canada. Level 4 is a person calling the number, which Cognism says its team does. Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Kaspr, RocketReach, SignalHire, UpLead and Seamless.AI do not describe a method on the pages read.

*Four levels of phone checking, from weakest to strongest, and the vendors that describe each on October 15, 2026. The levels are our way of sorting vendor claims, not an industry standard. Sources: [Twilio](https://www.twilio.com/docs/lookup/v2-api/line-type-intelligence), [FullEnrich](https://fullenrich.com/pricing), [Cognism](https://www.cognism.com/blog/b2b-direct-dials) and [Enrich.chat agents.md](https://enrich.chat/agents.md).*

Each level answers a different question. [Twilio's Line Type Intelligence](https://www.twilio.com/docs/lookup/v2-api/line-type-intelligence) returns a type such as mobile, landline or VoIP, and the carrier's name. It does not name the subscriber. Numbers also change hands. The FCC runs a [Reassigned Numbers Database](https://www.fcc.gov/reassigned-numbers-database) so callers can check whether a number may now belong to someone else.

Enrich.chat sits at level 1. Each mobile comes back with a line type of mobile or unknown. That describes the number. It is not a call, an owner check or proof that the person answers, so treat each number as a strong lead and log who picks up. The free [phone number validator](https://enrich.chat/tools/phone-number-validator/) shows the line type of any number you paste.

The table lists what the ten other vendors say about the phone numbers they return and how they check them. These are the vendors' own statements, read on October 15, 2026. We did not test them.

| Provider | Phone types it says it returns | What it says about checking or accuracy |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Cognism | Phone-verified mobiles, per its [data page](https://www.cognism.com/our-data) | Says its [team calls mobile numbers](https://www.cognism.com/blog/b2b-direct-dials) to confirm them, and claims a 3x improvement in connect rates over the industry average. No method shown |
| Apollo | Mobile, work direct, home and other; [HQ numbers free](https://knowledge.apollo.io/hc/en-us/articles/31969477982221) | Says phone numbers are verified in real time when you request them. Its [98% accuracy claim](https://www.apollo.io/product/b2b-data) is for emails |
| Lusha | Phone numbers, per its [pricing page](https://www.lusha.com/pricing/) | Lists verified phones and emails as a feature. Its [data page](https://www.lusha.com/our-data/) gives no accuracy figure for phones |
| ZoomInfo | Direct dial and mobile phone numbers, per its [pricing page](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing) | Says its [MCP server](https://www.zoominfo.com/solutions/zoominfo-mcp) adds verified contact details, including direct dials. No phone accuracy figure on the pages we read |
| FullEnrich | Mobile phone numbers; landlines flagged at no credit cost | Lists landline detection, out-of-service removal and, in the US and Canada, an owner-name check. Estimates its email and phone find rate averages about 80% ([pricing page](https://fullenrich.com/pricing)) |
| Kaspr | Personal and professional numbers, mainly direct mobiles, sometimes company landlines ([help center](https://help.kaspr.io/en/articles/8865905-what-are-credits)) | Calls the numbers its [extension](https://www.kaspr.io/pricing) returns verified. No method or accuracy figure |
| RocketReach | Verified mobile and direct phone numbers on Pro and Ultimate | Says its data is [verified on demand and in real time with 98% accuracy](https://rocketreach.co/pricing), without naming the fields |
| SignalHire | Emails, phone numbers and social profiles, per its [API docs](https://docs.signalhire.com/overview) | Makes no accuracy claim of its own on its [pricing page](https://www.signalhire.com/pricing), which shows customer testimonials |
| UpLead | Mobile direct dials, described as non-HQ lines | Says it [verifies phone numbers](https://www.uplead.com/pricing/) to give the most accurate data. Its 95% accuracy figure is for emails |
| Seamless.AI | Cell phones, emails and direct dials | Describes itself as a [real-time search engine](https://seamless.ai/) that verifies contact data. No phone accuracy figure on its homepage |

## Which direct dial provider should you choose?

Choose by the job you hire the data for. Most teams need one main source, and some add a second for one region or one hard-to-find role.

| If you need | Choose | Why |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Mobile numbers inside an AI agent, script or app | Enrich.chat | One prompt or MCP server, 250 credits a mobile, unlimited seats |
| Mobiles a team has called, for UK and European calling | Cognism | Says its team phone-verifies mobiles; quote only |
| Data, sequences and a dialer in one seat | Apollo | Published prices; 8 credits a phone |
| Phone numbers from a browser extension | Lusha or Kaspr | Per-user plans with monthly billing |
| Mobiles searched across many sources | FullEnrich | Charges only when it finds data |
| Direct dials inside an enterprise platform | ZoomInfo | Mobile numbers on Professional; sales-led contract |
| Phones on a yearly plan with capped exports | RocketReach | Refunds lookups that find nothing |
| A plan sized for phone numbers | SignalHire | A separate Phones plan with unlimited users |

Two more providers sell phone data. [UpLead](https://www.uplead.com/pricing/) gives a contact's email and mobile direct dial for one credit, from $99 a month for 170 credits, and its page does not say whether a missing mobile is refunded. [UpLead's API docs](https://docs.uplead.com/) deduct a credit only when an email comes back Valid or Accept All. [Seamless.AI](https://seamless.ai/customers/education/articles/seamless-ai-credit-and-license-types) charges one credit per contact researched, phones included, and publishes no paid prices. If one source leaves gaps, read our guide to [waterfall enrichment](https://enrich.chat/blog/waterfall-enrichment/). If you also need emails and company data, see the [best B2B data providers](https://enrich.chat/blog/best-b2b-data-providers/).

## How do you test mobile numbers before you pay?

Dial a sample from each provider and score every number yourself. Vendor figures use their own samples, so only a test on your own list answers the question.

1. **Pick 100 contacts.** Use people in the role and region you call. Keep their LinkedIn URLs so every provider gets the same lookup key.
2. **Use free tiers and trials.** Enrich.chat gives 10 lookups a day with no signup. Apollo, Lusha and Kaspr have Free plans, and FullEnrich gives 50 trial credits.
3. **Check the line type.** Paste doubtful numbers into the [phone number validator](https://enrich.chat/tools/phone-number-validator/) to catch landlines and VoIP lines before you dial.
4. **Dial and sort every number.** Use the five rows in Figure 3. Hand-dial, and screen mobiles against the registries first.
5. **Divide spend by good numbers.** Count seats, expiring credits and charged misses in the spend.

**Figure 3: A scoring sheet for a 100-number phone test.** A scoring sheet for dialing 100 numbers from one provider. Each number lands in one of five rows: right person answers, right person reaches voicemail, wrong person, not in service, or main line or switchboard. Cost per good number is what you spent divided by the numbers in the first two rows.

*A scoring sheet we suggest for testing any provider, not an industry standard. Run the same 100 contacts through each provider. Numbers can be reassigned, which is why row C exists: the FCC keeps a database so callers can check. Source: [FCC Reassigned Numbers Database](https://www.fcc.gov/reassigned-numbers-database).*

Real results can run low. [Clay](https://clay.com/blog/best-mobile-phone-data), which also sells data, worked with TitanX on a test it published in May 2026. They scored 9,806 mobile numbers from ten providers, RocketReach among them. Only 23% were rated P1 or Good. Clay defines P1 as likely to connect at least 25% of the time.

Repeat the test before you renew. People change jobs, and a desk number goes back to the employer when they leave. Our guide to [B2B data decay](https://enrich.chat/blog/b2b-data-decay/) covers how fast contact data goes stale.

## Is it legal to call the numbers you buy?

Calling a business line is often lawful in the US, but mobiles have extra rules. The FTC says [most phone calls between a telemarketer and a business are exempt](https://www.ftc.gov/business-guidance/resources/complying-telemarketing-sales-rule) from its Telemarketing Sales Rule. The [TCPA](https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/47/227) still bars calls made with an autodialer or an artificial or prerecorded voice to a cellular number without prior express consent. It allows $500 in damages per violation, and a court can raise that to three times as much for willful or knowing violations.

Providers help in different ways. Apollo [warns you](https://knowledge.apollo.io/hc/en-us/articles/31969477982221) when a number is on a do-not-call registry, but still charges credits for it. [Cognism says](https://www.cognism.com/our-data) it cross-checks data against 16 do-not-call lists. You stay responsible for compliance whichever provider you use, Enrich.chat included. This is not legal advice. Our [TCPA and B2B cold calling guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/tcpa-b2b-cold-calling/) covers the rules, and anyone can ask to be removed at the [Enrich.chat opt-out page](https://enrich.chat/opt-out/).

## When is Cognism, Apollo or another provider the better choice?

Another provider is the better choice when you need a human check on phone numbers, a dialer, or a sales platform around the data. Enrich.chat offers none of those.

- **Cognism** when you call into the UK and Europe. [Cognism says](https://www.cognism.com/blog/b2b-direct-dials) its team calls mobile numbers to confirm they belong to the right prospect. Budget for a contract: its [terms](https://www.cognism.com/customer-terms/gtc) renew an order for the longer of the first term or one year unless you give 60 days' notice.
- **Apollo** when your reps want data, sequences and a dialer in one seat. [Apollo's plans](https://www.apollo.io/pricing) list a US dialer that bills credits per 30 seconds of calling.
- **FullEnrich** when a hard-to-find mobile is worth 10 credits and you want many sources tried. Its [plan table](https://fullenrich.com/pricing) lists landline detection, out-of-service removal and an owner-name check in the US and Canada.
- **Lusha or Kaspr** when one rep reveals numbers in a browser extension, one at a time.
- **ZoomInfo** when phone data is one part of an enterprise sales platform and a sales-led contract is fine. [ZoomInfo's pricing page](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing) lists mobile numbers on its Professional tier.

Enrich.chat has two honest gaps. Its mobiles carry a line type, not a call, so it has no equivalent of the human check Cognism describes. And it has no dialer, Chrome extension or CRM app, and its SDKs are still planned. For more head-to-head detail, see our [Cognism alternatives](https://enrich.chat/alternatives/cognism/), [Lusha alternatives](https://enrich.chat/alternatives/lusha/) and [Apollo phone numbers](https://enrich.chat/blog/apollo-phone-numbers/) guides.

## How do you get mobile numbers from an AI agent?

With Enrich.chat, add the remote MCP server at `enrich.chat/mcp` to ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, VS Code or Codex, with no sign-in and no key. Or paste one prompt: the agent reads [agents.md](https://enrich.chat/agents.md) and calls a plain HTTPS API. The [install page](https://enrich.chat/install/) has the steps. You get 10 free lookups a day with no signup. To go further, log in on the [account page](https://enrich.chat/account/) with your email and a one-time code, pick a plan and pay through checkout, and your API key appears there. The MCP servers from [Apollo](https://docs.apollo.io/docs/apollo-mcp), [Lusha](https://docs.lusha.com/user-guide/mcp/lusha-model-context-protocol-mcp-server), [Cognism](https://docs.cognism.com/docs/mcp-server), [ZoomInfo](https://www.zoominfo.com/solutions/zoominfo-mcp) and [SignalHire](https://docs.signalhire.com/mcp-server) each need an account first. Our list of the [best MCP servers for sales](https://enrich.chat/blog/best-mcp-servers-for-sales/) compares them.

```
GET https://enrich.chat/v1/mobile?linkedin_url=linkedin.com/in/jane-doe
{"found": true, "mobile": {"value": "+14155550142", "line": "mobile"},
 "credits_used": 250, "free_lookups_remaining": 9}
```

If nothing matches, you get `{"found": false}` and 0 credits. A LinkedIn URL is only a lookup key: Enrich.chat never logs in to LinkedIn. Read the `line` value next to each number. The [LinkedIn URL to email and mobile API](https://enrich.chat/api/linkedin-to-contact/) and the [LinkedIn email and phone finder](https://enrich.chat/tools/linkedin-email-finder/) use the same lookup. Paste this prompt into your agent to price your own list:

```text
Use www.enrich.chat to look up mobile numbers for these LinkedIn URLs, show each number's line type, mark misses as not found, and report the matches and total credits_used so I can compare the price per number with other providers: [paste LinkedIn URLs]
```

For the full setup, see [Enrich.chat for AI agents](https://enrich.chat/agents/).

## Frequently asked questions

### What is the best direct dial provider?

It depends on how you call. Enrich.chat fits AI agents and apps: a mobile found uses 250 credits, a miss uses 0, and plans start at $29 a month with unlimited seats. [Cognism says](https://www.cognism.com/blog/b2b-direct-dials) its team calls mobile numbers to confirm them, but it publishes no prices. [Apollo](https://www.apollo.io/pricing) adds a dialer and sequences from $49 a seat a month billed yearly. Test two providers on the same 100 contacts.

### How much does a mobile number cost from a B2B data provider?

On October 15, 2026, a phone number cost 8 credits at [Apollo](https://www.apollo.io/pricing/about-credits), 5 at [Lusha](https://docs.lusha.com/user-guide/usage-analytics/how-credits-are-counted), 10 at [FullEnrich](https://fullenrich.com/pricing) and 250 at Enrich.chat. If every credit bought a mobile, that is about $0.21 on Apollo Basic billed monthly, $0.62 on Lusha Starter, $0.55 on FullEnrich Pro and $0.0725 on Enrich.chat Growth. Cognism, ZoomInfo and Seamless.AI quote prices instead.

### Which provider has the most accurate mobile numbers?

No independent test covers every provider, and each vendor measures accuracy its own way. [Cognism says](https://www.cognism.com/our-data) phone-verified mobiles give a 3x improvement in connect rates over the industry average, and shows no method. In a test [Clay and TitanX](https://clay.com/blog/best-mobile-phone-data) published in May 2026, only 23% of 9,806 mobile numbers from ten providers were rated good. Dial a sample from your own list before you buy.

### Is there a free way to find mobile numbers for sales?

Yes, in small amounts. Enrich.chat gives each IP address 10 free lookups a day with no signup. [Apollo's Free plan](https://www.apollo.io/pricing) has 75 credits a month, enough for 9 phone numbers at 8 credits each. [Lusha's Free plan](https://www.lusha.com/pricing/) has 40 credits, enough for 8 phone numbers, and [Kaspr's Free plan](https://www.kaspr.io/pricing) has 5 phone credits a month. Free plans suit a short test, not a calling list.

### Can ChatGPT or Claude find direct dials?

Not on their own, because a chat assistant has no phone data. It needs a data provider. With Enrich.chat you add the MCP server at enrich.chat/mcp or paste one prompt that points the agent to enrich.chat/agents.md, with no signup for the first 10 lookups a day. The MCP servers from [Apollo](https://docs.apollo.io/docs/apollo-mcp), [Lusha](https://docs.lusha.com/user-guide/mcp/lusha-model-context-protocol-mcp-server) and [Cognism](https://docs.cognism.com/docs/mcp-server) each need an account first. See [Enrich.chat for AI agents](https://enrich.chat/agents/).

### Is it legal to cold call a mobile number in the US?

Often yes, with limits. The FTC says [most phone calls between a telemarketer and a business are exempt](https://www.ftc.gov/business-guidance/resources/complying-telemarketing-sales-rule) from its Telemarketing Sales Rule. But [the TCPA](https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/47/227) bars autodialed or prerecorded calls to any cellular number without prior express consent, with $500 in damages per violation. This is not legal advice. Read our [TCPA and B2B cold calling guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/tcpa-b2b-cold-calling/).
