# The best LinkedIn email finders in 2026, ranked by price, Sales Navigator support and account risk

Nine tools that turn a LinkedIn profile into a work email or phone number. We compared how each one works, what a contact costs, and whether it runs inside your LinkedIn account.

By Enrich.chat Editorial. Updated October 15, 2026.

**Short answer:** The best LinkedIn email finder for AI agents and apps in 2026 is Enrich.chat: you pass a profile URL, it never logs in to LinkedIn, and credits are spent only on matches. If you prospect inside LinkedIn, ContactOut, Lusha and Skrapp are the strongest Chrome extensions, but [LinkedIn can restrict accounts](https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/a1341387) that use extensions to scrape or automate its site.

## Key takeaways

- Section 8.2 of LinkedIn's User Agreement bans browser plugins that scrape or copy profiles. LinkedIn names no tools, but says members who use them risk restriction.
- On August 20, 2026, Wiza removed bulk export from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter pages, because LinkedIn tightened what extensions can do.
- A phone costs 5 credits on Lusha and 8 on Apollo, against 1 credit for an email.
- For 100 contacts with an email and a phone in one month, listed monthly plans run from $49 (Wiza Starter) to $119 (RocketReach Pro). The same 100 contacts need 26,000 credits on Enrich.chat, which fits the Growth plan at $29 a month.
- Skrapp is the cheapest pick for emails only, at $39 a month for 2,000 credits, but it finds no phone numbers.

## The verdict

For people who want LinkedIn contacts in an AI agent, a sheet or an app, **Enrich.chat** is the best LinkedIn email finder: paste a profile URL, nothing runs in your LinkedIn account, and credits are spent only on matches.

- Best for agents and apps: Enrich.chat (LinkedIn URL in, no extension, plans from $29)
- Best flat price: ContactOut (Email + Phone for $99 a month, one user)
- Best extension for reps: Lusha (Works in Sales Navigator, 1 credit per email)
- Best all-in-one: Apollo (Free plan, sequences and a dialer)
- Best for emails only: Skrapp ($39 a month for 2,000 credits)

## What is the best LinkedIn email finder in 2026?

Enrich.chat is the best LinkedIn email finder if you want contacts in an AI agent, a spreadsheet or your own app. It looks up a profile URL without touching your LinkedIn account and spends credits only on matches. If you prospect by hand inside LinkedIn all day, an extension such as Lusha, ContactOut or Skrapp is faster.

We ranked nine tools on the five things buyers ask about most:

1. **How you use it.** A Chrome extension on LinkedIn, a web app, an API, or a mix.
2. **Sales Navigator support.** Whether the tool works on Sales Navigator pages, and with what limits.
3. **Price per contact.** The free tier, the cheapest paid plan, and what a phone costs next to an email.
4. **Export limits.** How many contacts you can move to a CSV file or a CRM each month.
5. **LinkedIn account risk.** Whether the tool runs inside your signed-in LinkedIn session.

Every price and limit on this page comes from the vendor's own pricing page or help center, checked on October 15, 2026. We did not run test lookups or judge data quality, because a fair test needs your own list. Run 20 of your own contacts through two free tiers before you pay. If you only need one person you are connected to, check their Contact info first: our guide to [finding someone's email on LinkedIn](https://enrich.chat/blog/find-email-on-linkedin/) covers the free methods.

## Should you use a Chrome extension or a URL lookup?

Use an extension when you work one profile at a time inside LinkedIn and want the email next to the profile. Use a URL lookup when you have a list, want an agent or a script to do the work, or do not want a tool running in your LinkedIn account.

A LinkedIn email finder Chrome extension is a program in your browser. You open a profile while signed in to LinkedIn, and the extension shows contact details from the vendor's database. A URL lookup works from the other end. You send the profile address, such as linkedin.com/in/jane-doe, to an API and get the contact back. LinkedIn is never opened as you.

| Question | Chrome extension | URL lookup |
| --- | --- | --- |
| One profile you are reading | Fastest: one click in the side panel | Copy the URL, then paste it |
| A list of 500 profiles | Open pages one by one, or use bulk tools where the vendor still allows them | One prompt; the agent sends one request per row |
| Runs in your LinkedIn session | Yes | No |
| Works on Sales Navigator pages | Often, with limits | No: you pass the linkedin.com/in/ URL |
| Works from ChatGPT, Claude or code | No | Yes |
| What you need to start | An account, often a paid seat | A list of profile URLs |

**Figure 1: The data path for 10 LinkedIn profiles: extension vs URL lookup.** With a Chrome extension, you open 10 profile pages while signed in to LinkedIn, the extension runs on each page and the vendor's database sends back an email or phone, so all 10 page loads happen in your LinkedIn session. With a URL lookup, your agent sends 10 profile URLs to the Enrich.chat API as 10 GET requests and gets 10 rows back with email, mobile and status, and no LinkedIn page is opened as you.

*With an extension, each of the 10 profiles is a page you open while signed in to LinkedIn. With a URL lookup, your agent sends the 10 addresses to an API, and your LinkedIn account is not used. Sources: [LinkedIn Help, Prohibited software and extensions](https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/a1341387), [Enrich.chat agents.md](https://enrich.chat/agents.md).*

The trade is speed while browsing against account risk and automation. If your reps live in Sales Navigator, keep an extension. If the contacts end up in a CRM, a sheet or an outbound agent, a URL lookup takes the browser out of the job. The free [LinkedIn email and phone finder](https://enrich.chat/tools/linkedin-email-finder/) runs one lookup in your browser, and the [LinkedIn URL to email and mobile API](https://enrich.chat/api/linkedin-to-contact/) runs the same lookup for a whole list.

## Can a LinkedIn email extractor get your account restricted?

It can, if LinkedIn decides the tool scrapes or automates its site. LinkedIn's Help Center says it does not permit [browser plug-ins or extensions that scrape, modify the appearance of, or automate activity](https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/a1341387) on its website. It says members who use them risk having their accounts restricted or shut down.

The rule comes from Section 8.2 of the [LinkedIn User Agreement](https://www.linkedin.com/legal/user-agreement), effective November 3, 2025. It bans software, including browser plugins and add-ons, that scrapes or copies profiles. It also bans bots that add or download contacts. LinkedIn goes to court as well: in July 2025 it said it had [resolved its lawsuit against Proxycurl](https://news.linkedin.com/2025/LinkedInWinsLegalBattleToProtectMemberData) over unauthorized scraping. Our [Proxycurl alternative guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/proxycurl-alternative/) covers what that meant for API buyers.

To be fair to the vendors, LinkedIn does not publish a list of banned tools, and extensions work in different ways. Here is what four vendors say about their own:

- **Lusha** says its extension [does not scrape LinkedIn](https://www.lusha.com/lusha-extension/). It pulls details from Lusha's own database, so there is no automated activity on your account to flag.
- **Wiza** says it [cannot guarantee that LinkedIn will never challenge or restrict an account](https://help.wiza.co/en/articles/8694897-can-using-wiza-lead-to-linkedin-restrictions). Its extension now reads only the tab URL, not the page.
- **Kaspr** needs [a LinkedIn account with at least 20 connections](https://help.kaspr.io/en/articles/8800588-kaspr-pricing-and-subscription-plans) before you can use it.
- **Skrapp** lists multi-page enrichment and auto-connect for LinkedIn on its [paid plans](https://skrapp.io/pricing), and says its extractor handles [up to 1,000 profiles per minute](https://skrapp.io/linkedin).

A simple rule of thumb: the more a tool does inside LinkedIn for you, the closer it gets to the automation Section 8.2 describes. A reveal on one profile you opened is light activity. Bulk exports from search pages and auto-connect are not. If LinkedIn restricts an account, it is yours, not the vendor's. Enrich.chat never logs in to LinkedIn and never uses your account, so there is no LinkedIn activity to tie to you.

## Which LinkedIn email finders work inside Sales Navigator?

Lusha, ContactOut and Skrapp say their extensions work on Sales Navigator search and list pages. Apollo, RocketReach, Kaspr and Wiza work there with limits. Enrich.chat does not run on Sales Navigator at all: you pass the lead's standard profile URL instead.

| Tool | Sales Navigator support | Limit |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Lusha | [Saved leads and search results](https://www.lusha.com/lusha-extension/) | Same credits as LinkedIn: 1 per email, 5 per phone |
| ContactOut | [Search pages and the Leads page](https://contactout.com/blog/contactout-product-updates/) | Stated in a September 2023 product update |
| Skrapp | [People Search, Lead Lists and Account Lists](https://skrapp.io/linkedin) | Core, Advanced and Advanced Plus; emails only |
| Kaspr | [Paid plans only](https://www.kaspr.io/pricing) | Free works on LinkedIn only; Recruiter Lite needs Business |
| Apollo | [Suggested leads on search pages](https://knowledge.apollo.io/hc/en-us/articles/46391645933581-Prospect-On-LinkedIn-Sales-Navigator-with-the-Apollo-Chrome-Extension) | No selecting or bulk actions; some profiles send you to the standard LinkedIn page |
| RocketReach | [Profile pages](https://knowledgebase.rocketreach.co/hc/en-us/articles/230561248-How-does-the-RocketReach-Browser-Extension-work) | Does not load on lead lists or search results |
| Wiza | [Full profiles, one at a time](https://help.wiza.co/en/articles/16500453-update-changes-to-chrome-extension-for-linkedin-sales-navigator-and-recruiter) | Bulk export removed on August 20, 2026 |
| SignalHire | Not stated | [Its help article](https://www.signalhire.com/knowledge-base/how-to-use-the-signalhire-extension) lists LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, GitHub and Meetup profiles |
| Enrich.chat | No | Pass the linkedin.com/in/ URL to your agent or the API |

If you pay for Sales Navigator mainly to find leads, our [Sales Navigator pricing guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/linkedin-sales-navigator-pricing/) compares the Core, Advanced and Advanced Plus plans.

## How much does each LinkedIn email finder cost?

Most tools charge a monthly plan per user and price a phone at several times an email. Enrich.chat also sells monthly plans, with unlimited seats: an email uses 10 credits and a mobile 250, on plans from $29 for 100,000 credits. The table shows list prices on monthly billing in US dollars, from each vendor's page on October 15, 2026.

| Tool | Free tier | Cheapest monthly plan | Email vs phone | Export limit |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Enrich.chat | 10 API lookups a day, 10 on the website tools, no signup | Growth $29 for 100,000 credits | 10 credits per email, 250 per mobile | Nothing to export: each result is in the API response, within your plan's rate limit |
| [ContactOut](https://contactout.com/pricing) | 5 emails, 5 phones, 5 exports a day | Email $49; Email + Phone $99 | Flat, with [fair-use caps](https://contactout.com/terms) of 2,000 emails and 1,000 phones a month | 300 or 600 exports a month |
| [Lusha](https://www.lusha.com/pricing/) | 40 credits a month | Starter $49.90 for 400 credits | 1 credit vs 5 credits | [CSV export](https://docs.lusha.com/user-guide/usage-analytics/how-credits-are-counted) costs 1 credit per 25 rows |
| [Apollo](https://www.apollo.io/pricing) | 75 credits a month | Basic $65 a seat for 2,500 credits | [1 credit vs 8 credits](https://www.apollo.io/pricing/about-credits) | Record selection limits by plan |
| [RocketReach](https://rocketreach.co/pricing) | 5 lookups | Essentials $69 for emails; Pro $119 with phones | 1 lookup per contact | 100, 250 or 1,000 exports a month |
| [Kaspr](https://www.kaspr.io/pricing) | 15 B2B email, 5 phone, 5 direct email credits a month | Starter $65 a user | Unlimited B2B emails; 100 phone credits a month | [1,000 export credits a month](https://help.kaspr.io/en/articles/8800588-kaspr-pricing-and-subscription-plans) |
| [SignalHire](https://www.signalhire.com/pricing) | 5 credits, or 10 a month with the extension | Emails $69 for 1,000 credits; Phones $69 for 435 | 1 credit per contact with a result | Unlimited exports |
| [Wiza](https://wiza.co/pricing) | 20 valid emails, 5 phone numbers | Starter $49 a user: 100 emails and 100 phones | $0.15 per extra email, $0.35 per extra phone | 2,500 a month on yearly plans |
| [Skrapp](https://skrapp.io/pricing) | 50 credits, 1 user | Professional $39 for 2,000 credits | Emails only | List exports from Professional |

Yearly billing lowers most of these prices. Apollo Basic drops from $65 to $49 a seat a month, Lusha Starter from $49.90 to $37.45, and Skrapp Professional from $39 to $29. Wiza's yearly plans switch to unlimited email reveals, at $990 a year for Email. Credit rules differ too: [Apollo's credits expire](https://www.apollo.io/pricing/about-credits) at the end of each billing cycle, while Lusha's monthly plans and Skrapp's paid plans roll unused credits over.

### What do 100 contacts with an email and a phone cost?

On the cheapest monthly plan that covers them, 100 contacts with both fields cost $49 to $119 on the other tools. On Enrich.chat they need 26,000 credits, which fits the Growth plan at $29 a month. Here is how each number works:

**Figure 2: What 100 LinkedIn contacts with email and phone cost in one month.** Cost of 100 contacts that each need a work email and a phone number, in one month, on each tool's cheapest monthly plan that covers them: Enrich.chat $29 a month on the Growth plan, Wiza Starter $49, Kaspr Starter $65, Apollo Basic $65, Lusha Pro $69.90, ContactOut Email + Phone $99, SignalHire Unlimited $99 and RocketReach Pro $119. Skrapp returns no phone numbers.

*List prices on monthly billing for 100 contacts that each need a work email and a phone number. The Enrich.chat bar is the Growth plan's monthly price, which covers the 26,000 credits these contacts need. A plan costs the same if you use fewer contacts. Sources: [Wiza](https://wiza.co/pricing), [Kaspr](https://www.kaspr.io/pricing), [Apollo](https://www.apollo.io/pricing), [Lusha](https://www.lusha.com/pricing/), [ContactOut](https://contactout.com/pricing), [SignalHire](https://www.signalhire.com/pricing), [RocketReach](https://rocketreach.co/pricing), [Skrapp](https://skrapp.io/pricing), checked October 15, 2026.*

- **Enrich.chat:** 100 emails and 100 mobiles use 26,000 credits if every contact returns both, which fits the Growth plan at $29 a month. Pro-rated at that plan's rate the credits are worth $7.54, but the plan price is what you pay. Lookups with no match use 0 credits, and each response shows `credits_used`.
- **Wiza and Kaspr:** Wiza Starter includes 100 valid emails and 100 phones a month for $49. Kaspr Starter includes 100 phone credits and unlimited B2B emails for $65.
- **Apollo and Lusha:** On Apollo, 100 emails at 1 credit and 100 phones at 8 come to 900 credits, inside Basic's 2,500. On Lusha they come to 600 credits, exactly Pro's monthly allowance at $69.90.
- **ContactOut, SignalHire and RocketReach:** ContactOut Email + Phone and SignalHire's Emails & Phones Unlimited package cost $99 each. RocketReach Pro costs $119 at US prices and includes 250 lookups with phones.

### How much does ContactOut cost?

ContactOut sells two self-serve plans: Email at $49 a month and Email + Phone at $99 a month, with US and UK data included. A toggle on [ContactOut's pricing page](https://contactout.com/pricing) takes 50% off if you exclude US and UK data. Both plans show a struck-through list price of $99 and $199.

| ContactOut plan | With US and UK data | Without US and UK data | What you get |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Free | $0 | $0 | 5 emails, 5 phones and 5 exports a day; listed as limited time only |
| Email | $49 a month | $25 a month | Unlimited emails, 300 exports a month, email campaigns, list builder |
| Email + Phone | $99 a month | $49 a month | Unlimited emails and phones, 600 exports a month, data enrichment |
| Team / API | Through sales | Through sales | Team plan, API access, Salesforce and ATS integrations |

"Unlimited" has a ceiling. [Section 10 of ContactOut's Terms of Use](https://contactout.com/terms) caps unlimited plans at 2,000 email credits and 1,000 phone credits per account per month. Self-serve plans allow one user per company. If those limits rule ContactOut out, the closest ContactOut alternatives are SignalHire for unlimited users, RocketReach for an API on every plan, and Enrich.chat for URL lookups through a plain API with unlimited seats.

## What are the best Wiza alternatives now that bulk export is gone?

On August 20, 2026, Wiza [removed bulk export and multi-select](https://help.wiza.co/en/articles/16500453-update-changes-to-chrome-extension-for-linkedin-sales-navigator-and-recruiter) from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter search, list and company pages. The extension still reveals one full profile at a time, and Wiza now points list builders to Wiza Prospect, CSV upload or CRM import.

If you used Wiza to turn Sales Navigator lists into emails, pick an alternative by how you work now:

- **You have the profile URLs:** Enrich.chat. Export the URLs from your CRM or sheet, give them to your agent, and get one row back per profile, with no extension.
- **You want bulk inside Sales Navigator:** Skrapp says it works inside Sales Navigator lead lists and account lists, for emails only. The same LinkedIn rules apply to it.
- **You would rather search a database:** Apollo, Lusha and RocketReach let you build lists in their own web apps instead of on LinkedIn pages.
- **You mostly work one profile at a time:** Keep Wiza. [Wiza Starter](https://wiza.co/pricing) costs $49 a month for 100 valid emails and 100 phones, and yearly plans include unlimited email reveals.

## When is ContactOut, Lusha or another extension the better choice?

An extension-first tool is the better choice when a person, not a program, does the prospecting, and that person works inside LinkedIn. Pick one of these if:

- You reveal contacts while you read profiles in LinkedIn or Sales Navigator all day. Lusha and ContactOut fit this best.
- You want a flat monthly price for heavy use by one person. ContactOut's Email + Phone plan covers up to 1,000 phones a month for $99.
- You want data, sequences and a dialer in one seat. [Apollo's extension](https://www.apollo.io/product/chrome-extension) works on every plan, including free. Our [Apollo Chrome extension review](https://enrich.chat/blog/apollo-chrome-extension/) covers its limits.
- You recruit and need personal emails. ContactOut, Kaspr's [direct email credits](https://help.kaspr.io/en/articles/8865905-what-are-credits) and SignalHire all return them.
- You want many users on one pool of credits. SignalHire allows unlimited users on every paid plan.
- You only need work emails on a small budget. Skrapp costs $39 a month for 2,000 credits.

Choose Enrich.chat when the contacts go into an agent, a sheet or your own app, and you want credits spent only on what comes back. For tools with bigger databases and web apps, see our guides to [RocketReach alternatives](https://enrich.chat/alternatives/rocketreach/) and [Apollo alternatives](https://enrich.chat/alternatives/apollo/).

## How do you find emails for a list of LinkedIn URLs with an AI agent?

Paste one prompt into ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or any agent that can make web requests, then paste your profile URLs. The agent reads enrich.chat/agents.md and calls the API once per URL.

```text
Use www.enrich.chat to find the work email and mobile for each LinkedIn profile URL in my list. Show the status of each, flag catch-all emails as risky, mark rows with no match as not found, and tell me the total credits_used.
```

Behind the prompt, each row is one plain request:

```
GET https://enrich.chat/v1/person
    ?linkedin_url=linkedin.com/in/jane-doe
    &fields=email,mobile
{"found": true,
 "work_email": {"value": "jane.doe@acme.com", "status": "verified"},
 "mobile": {"value": "+14155550142", "line": "mobile"},
 "credits_used": 260}
```

1. **The agent sends one request per row,** within your plan's rate limit.
2. **Each match comes back with statuses.** The work email is `verified`, `catch_all` or `unknown`, and the mobile line type is `mobile` or `unknown`.
3. **Rows with no match return `{"found": false}`** and use 0 credits. Each matched response includes `credits_used`, so the agent can total the credits.

The first 10 lookups each day are free per IP, with no signup. After that you need a monthly plan from $29, where an email uses 10 credits and a mobile 250, as the [pricing page](https://enrich.chat/pricing/) shows. Treat catch-all emails as risky, and test the domain with the [catch-all checker](https://enrich.chat/tools/catch-all-checker/). A mobile line type describes the number, not whether the person still answers it, so confirm before you call and follow the consent rules in our guide to [getting phone numbers from LinkedIn](https://enrich.chat/blog/find-phone-number-from-linkedin/). For more agent workflows, see [Enrich.chat for AI agents](https://enrich.chat/agents/). Anyone can remove their data on the [opt-out page](https://enrich.chat/opt-out/).

## Frequently asked questions

### What is the best free LinkedIn email finder?

It depends on how much you need. Enrich.chat gives 10 API lookups a day per IP with no signup, plus 10 on its website tools. [ContactOut's free plan](https://contactout.com/pricing) allows 5 emails and 5 phones a day, listed as limited time. [Skrapp](https://skrapp.io/pricing) starts you on 50 credits, [Lusha](https://www.lusha.com/pricing/) gives 40 credits a month and [Apollo](https://www.apollo.io/pricing) 75. Kaspr gives 5 phone credits a month. We checked each one on October 15, 2026.

### How much does ContactOut cost per month?

ContactOut's Email plan costs $49 a month and its Email + Phone plan $99 a month with US and UK data, as listed on [ContactOut's pricing page](https://contactout.com/pricing) on October 15, 2026. Without US and UK data, the same plans cost $25 and $49. Email includes 300 exports a month and Email + Phone 600. Both allow one user per company, and API access needs a Team plan through sales.

### Does Wiza still work with Sales Navigator?

Only one profile at a time. On August 20, 2026, Wiza [removed bulk export and multi-select](https://help.wiza.co/en/articles/16500453-update-changes-to-chrome-extension-for-linkedin-sales-navigator-and-recruiter) from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter search, list and company pages. It said LinkedIn had tightened what third-party extensions can do. In Sales Navigator you now open a full profile and reveal it in the Wiza side panel. To build lists, Wiza points you to Wiza Prospect, CSV upload or CRM import.

### Can LinkedIn detect email finder extensions?

LinkedIn says it keeps improving its defenses against scraping and automation tools, and that members who use them [risk having their accounts restricted or shut down](https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/a1341387). It does not say how it detects them, and it names no tools. Vendors differ: [Lusha says](https://www.lusha.com/lusha-extension/) its extension reads Lusha's own database, not LinkedIn's pages, while [Wiza says](https://help.wiza.co/en/articles/8694897-can-using-wiza-lead-to-linkedin-restrictions) it cannot guarantee LinkedIn will never restrict an account. A lookup by URL never uses your LinkedIn account.

### How do I find someone's email from their LinkedIn profile?

Check the profile's Contact info first. LinkedIn shows contact details [only to 1st-degree connections](https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/a545600/what-people-can-see-on-your-profile), and only what the member added. For anyone else, paste the profile URL into the [LinkedIn email finder](https://enrich.chat/tools/linkedin-email-finder/). It returns the work email with its status and never logs in to LinkedIn. Our guide to [finding someone's email on LinkedIn](https://enrich.chat/blog/find-email-on-linkedin/) covers the free methods.

### What is the best LinkedIn scraper?

For contact data, you do not need one. Section 8.2 of the [LinkedIn User Agreement](https://www.linkedin.com/legal/user-agreement) bans software, including browser plugins, that scrapes or copies profiles. In July 2025 LinkedIn said it had [resolved its lawsuit against Proxycurl](https://news.linkedin.com/2025/LinkedInWinsLegalBattleToProtectMemberData) over unauthorized scraping. A lookup by profile URL returns the email and phone without using your LinkedIn account. Whether a given scraping use is also illegal depends on your country, so ask a lawyer.
