# Cognism pricing in 2026: what teams report paying, what the contract says, and what to ask for

Cognism sends you to sales, so there is no price list. Here are the reported figures with their sources, what the packages and credits include, the contract terms that shape the real cost, and how it compares with a monthly credit plan.

By Enrich.chat Editorial. Updated October 15, 2026.

**Short answer:** Cognism publishes no prices: [its pricing page](https://www.cognism.com/pricing) lists Standard and Pro packages with 5 seats each and asks you to talk to sales. [SpendHound](https://spendhound.com/marketplace/cognism-pricing) puts average yearly spend at $24,387 for companies with 50 to 1,000 employees, from 160 Cognism customers. Orders renew for at least a year unless you give 60 days of notice, per Cognism's [terms](https://www.cognism.com/customer-terms/gtc).

## Key takeaways

- Cognism publishes no prices. On October 15, 2026, its pricing page listed Standard and Pro with 5 seats each, 1 credit per revealed contact and a quote form.
- SpendHound, using 160 Cognism customers, lists average yearly spend of $24,387 for companies with 50 to 1,000 employees and $163,272 above 1,000.
- Two trackers say the page showed prices in mid-2026: from $14,000 (Standard) and $18,750 (Pro) a year, or €12,750 and €17,000. The live page showed none on October 15.
- Cognism's October 2026 terms renew an order for the longer of its first term or one year, need 60 days of written notice to stop it, call fees non-cancellable and cap renewal increases at 10%.
- 1,000 contacts a month with an email and a mobile use 260,000 Enrich.chat credits, the Scale plan at $90 a month, with unlimited seats.

## Plans and prices

Prices as listed by Cognism on October 15, 2026. [Source](https://www.cognism.com/pricing). Cognism lists no prices: every package says talk to sales, so the cards show its structure, not a cost.

| Plan | Price | Notes |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Standard | Quote 5 seats | Core prospecting |
| Pro | Quote 5 seats | Marked most popular |
| CRM Enrichment | Quote add-on | Or buy it alone |

## How much does Cognism cost in 2026?

Cognism does not publish a price. [Its pricing page](https://www.cognism.com/pricing) lists a Standard and a Pro package, each with 5 seats, and sends you to a sales form. On October 15, 2026, we found no dollar figure, free plan or free trial on it. The page links a [free data sample](https://www.cognism.com/datasample) and a demo.

The best public number comes from SpendHound, a software spend tracker. [Its Cognism page](https://spendhound.com/marketplace/cognism-pricing), updated October 1, 2026, says it uses spend data from 160 Cognism customers, not list prices. Average yearly spend is $24,387 for companies with 50 to 1,000 employees and $163,272 for companies with more than 1,000. SpendHound gives no median or range. It also does not say how many seats or credits that spend buys.

| Source | Figure | What it is |
| --- | --- | --- |
| [SpendHound](https://spendhound.com/marketplace/cognism-pricing) | $24,387 a year (50 to 1,000 employees); $163,272 a year (over 1,000) | Average spend from 160 Cognism customers |
| [PricingSaaS](https://pricingsaas.com/companies/cognism/diffs/2026W32) | Standard from $14,000 a year; Pro $18,750 | Prices its tracker logged on Cognism's page in July and August 2026 |
| [GTM Arena](https://www.gtmarena.ai/providers/cognism) | Standard €12,750 a year; Pro €17,000; 5 seats each | Prices it says it read on Cognism's page on July 4, 2026 |
| [ZoomInfo's Cognism guide](https://pipeline.zoominfo.com/sales/cognism-pricing) | About $15,000 plus $1,500 a user (Standard); about $25,000 plus $2,500 a user (Pro) | Third-party estimates from a competitor, gathered under older packaging |
| [Capterra](https://www.capterra.com/p/169083/Cognism/pricing/) | From $1,000 per feature per month | A listing with no stated source, unlike anything on Cognism's page |

Treat each figure as a guide, not a quote. [Cognism's pricing FAQ](https://www.cognism.com/pricing) says its pricing depends on the product, your team setup and how you use the platform. None of the figures above says how many credits it buys.

## Did Cognism show its prices in 2026?

Two pricing trackers say it did, for part of mid-2026. When we read the page on October 15, 2026, it showed no price. We could not open the trackers' page captures, so treat their figures as unconfirmed.

[PricingSaaS](https://pricingsaas.com/companies/cognism/diffs/2026W32), which tracks pricing pages, logged starting prices of $14,000 a year for Standard and $18,750 for Pro on July 13, 2026. It logged the prices as hidden again on July 20 and as listed on August 3. [GTM Arena](https://www.gtmarena.ai/providers/cognism), a price index, says it read €12,750 for Standard and €17,000 for Pro, 5 seats each, on July 4. It links cognism.com/pricing-v2 as its source, and that address returned a 404 error when we tried it. The two sets differ by about 10%, so they may be one price list in two currencies. We cannot confirm that.

**Figure 1: Cognism's pricing page in 2026.** A timeline of five observations of Cognism's pricing page. On July 4 GTM Arena read Standard at 12,750 euros and Pro at 17,000 euros a year. On July 13 PricingSaaS logged Standard from 14,000 dollars and Pro at 18,750 dollars a year. On July 20 the tracker logged the prices as hidden. On August 3 it logged them as listed again. On October 15 Cognism's own page showed Standard and Pro with 5 seats each and no price.

*What three sources say about Cognism's pricing page in 2026. We saw only the October 15 state ourselves. Sources: [GTM Arena](https://www.gtmarena.ai/providers/cognism), [PricingSaaS](https://pricingsaas.com/companies/cognism/diffs/2026W32), [Cognism pricing](https://www.cognism.com/pricing).*

Many guides also quote a platform fee plus a per-user charge. [ZoomInfo's Cognism guide](https://pipeline.zoominfo.com/sales/cognism-pricing), updated September 30, 2026, lists about $15,000 a year plus $1,500 a user for Standard, and about $25,000 plus $2,500 a user for Pro. [Amplemarket's guide](https://www.amplemarket.com/blog/how-much-does-cognism-really-cost) gives the same figures. Both are written by Cognism competitors, and both name Vendr among their sources. ZoomInfo says the figures are third-party estimates gathered under Cognism's earlier packaging. Vendr's Cognism page returned a not-found error on October 15, 2026, so we could not check them. We do not use that formula in the maths on this page.

## What do Cognism's Standard and Pro packages include?

Pro adds three things to Standard in the comparison table on [Cognism's pricing page](https://www.cognism.com/pricing): a premium mobile filter, on-demand mobile verification and intent data. Both packages include 5 seats. [Third-party guides](https://pipeline.zoominfo.com/sales/cognism-pricing) say Standard was briefly marketed as Grow and earlier as Platinum, and Pro earlier as Diamond.

| What Cognism lists | Standard | Pro |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Seats included | 5 | 5 |
| Emails, mobiles, job titles and work history | Yes | Yes |
| Hiring, funding and job-change signals | Yes | Yes |
| Technology usage data | Yes | Yes |
| Premium mobile filter | No | Yes |
| On-demand mobile verification | No | Yes |
| Intent data, up to 12 topics | No | Yes |
| AI research and search, MCP and API access | Yes | Yes |
| CSV enrichment and SSO | Yes | Yes |
| Live chat support and an account manager | Yes | Yes |
| CRM Enrichment | Add-on | Add-on |

Cognism's pricing FAQ says its intent data comes from Bombora's Company Surge, and admins pick up to 12 topics from more than 11,000. Two products sit outside the packages. CRM Enrichment keeps CRM records up to date, and you can buy it as an add-on or alone. Data-as-a-Service is priced by usage and delivery method. The FAQ shows no price for either.

Cognism's claims about its verified mobiles are its own, and we did not test them. Our [Cognism alternatives](https://enrich.chat/alternatives/cognism/) page covers them and who else sells verified phone numbers.

## How do Cognism credits work?

One Cognism credit reveals one contact, and each seat comes with an allowance of credits. The size of the allowance is not published. Cognism's pricing page says you can buy more credits at any time, and gives no price.

- **Reveals.** A credit is spent when you reveal a contact. Viewing a contact you already revealed is free, and you can keep using it for the contract term, says the same FAQ. A credit is spent again only if that person changes jobs.
- **One pool.** The same credits work in the Cognism platform, its Enrich product and its API, per the pricing page.
- **A second meter for the API and MCP.** [Cognism's API docs](https://docs.cognism.com/docs/credits-and-search-tokens) add search tokens: one per record a search returns and one per count call. Your subscription sets the allotment, and the API returns a 402 error when it runs out.
- **Reveals add up fast.** The docs warn that one person search with contact details and a limit of 100 can spend 100 credits in a single call. They tell AI agents to ask you before revealing contacts for more than a handful of records.

Cognism's [MCP server](https://docs.cognism.com/docs/mcp-server) uses the same meters. It signs you in with OAuth and needs an active Cognism account. The pricing page lists MCP and API access in Standard.

Because the allowance is unpublished, nobody outside a Cognism contract can state a cost per contact. The table shows the maths with SpendHound's $24,387 average and volumes you choose. It is illustrative only, since the price also pays for seats, support and, on Pro, intent data.

| Contacts revealed in a year | Cost per contact at $24,387 a year |
| --- | --- |
| 5,000 | $4.88 |
| 10,000 | $2.44 |
| 25,000 | $0.98 |
| 100,000 | $0.24 |

## What are Cognism's contract and renewal terms?

Cognism orders renew on their own, and the fees cannot be cancelled. These terms come from Cognism's [General Terms and Conditions, October 2026 version](https://www.cognism.com/customer-terms/gtc). They say that if an order form conflicts with them, the order wins, so read your own order before you sign. This is not legal advice.

- **Automatic renewal (section 10.1).** Unless the order says otherwise, an order renews for the longer of its first term or one year. Either side can stop a renewal with written notice at least 60 days before the term ends.
- **Fees (5.1).** Payment obligations are non-cancellable, and fees are non-refundable. If an order ends for cause, prepaid unused fees are refunded.
- **Renewal uplift (5.4).** Cognism can raise fees at each renewal by up to 10%.
- **Late payment (5.2).** Interest is the lower of 1.5% a month or the legal maximum. After 10 days' notice, Cognism can end the order or turn off access, and fees keep accruing while access is off.
- **Switching (10.4).** To move to another provider you must give 60 days of written notice. Cognism charges no switching fee, but the fees due for the term stay payable.
- **Named seats (1.3).** Each license goes to one user, logins cannot be shared, and Cognism approves any reassignment at its discretion.

**Figure 2: A 12-month Cognism order and its renewal.** A timeline for an example 12-month order. Written notice to stop the renewal is due 60 days before the term ends, around month 10. At month 12 the order renews on its own for the longer of the first term or one year, at up to 10 percent higher fees. Fees are non-cancellable and non-refundable unless the order ends for cause. As an example, SpendHound's 24,387 dollar average could become at most 26,826 dollars at renewal.

*How the default terms play out for a 12-month order, per Cognism's October 2026 general terms. Your order form can differ. The dollar example is our arithmetic on SpendHound's average. Sources: [Cognism general terms](https://www.cognism.com/customer-terms/gtc), [SpendHound](https://spendhound.com/marketplace/cognism-pricing).*

The first term is set in your order, so a two-year order renews for two years. Our [Cognism alternatives](https://enrich.chat/alternatives/cognism/) page lists the same terms beside tools that bill monthly.

## What hidden costs can raise a Cognism bill?

The package price is only part of a Cognism bill. Extra credits, a second token allowance, add-ons and the terms above all change what you pay. Check these seven items before you sign.

- **Extra credits.** Cognism's pricing page says more credits can be bought at any time. It shows no price, so ask for the rate in your quote.
- **Search tokens.** API and MCP searches draw on a separate token allotment, one token per record returned. The pricing page does not mention it.
- **Extra seats.** Both packages include 5 seats. The page does not say what a sixth seat costs.
- **Add-ons.** CRM Enrichment and Data-as-a-Service are priced apart from Standard and Pro.
- **Mobile verification.** Pro includes on-demand verification. The page does not say whether each check spends credits or has a monthly limit.
- **Onboarding.** Cognism's page lists no onboarding fee. [Amplemarket's guide](https://www.amplemarket.com/blog/how-much-does-cognism-really-cost) says onboarding is usually billed apart, so ask whether your quote has one.
- **Tax, bank fees and interest.** The [terms](https://www.cognism.com/customer-terms/gtc) make you responsible for taxes and bank charges, plus 1.5% monthly interest on late payments.

## Is Cognism worth the price?

Cognism is worth it for teams that cold-call in Europe and will use its phone data and intent signals. Reviewers rate it highly, though G2's summary lists high pricing as a con.

- **Ratings.** G2 shows 4.5 out of 5 from 1,363 reviews, per [G2's AI summary](https://ai.g2.com/product/cognism) dated May 2026. [Capterra](https://www.capterra.com/p/169083/Cognism/pricing/) shows 4.7 from 265 reviews and 4.5 for value for money.
- **What reviewers praise.** G2's summary credits reliable phone and email data in EMEA and a simple interface.
- **What they criticize.** The same summary lists weaker North American coverage, high pricing and some wrong contact details in the Middle East and Africa.

### Who Cognism suits

Cognism fits teams that call European prospects and want Pro's mobile verification. It also fits teams that sell on intent data, and teams that want SSO, live chat support and an account manager, which [Cognism lists](https://www.cognism.com/pricing) in both packages. You also need to be comfortable with a quote process and a term that renews for at least a year.

### Who should look elsewhere

Small teams and founders face a quote and a 5-seat package, and Cognism's pricing page lists no free plan, only a data sample. Teams focused on North America should weigh the coverage comments in G2's summary and test their own market. Builders who want contact data inside an app or agent, without seats or contracts, may be better served by a credit plan or API. Our guides to [direct dials](https://enrich.chat/blog/direct-dials/) and the [best direct dial providers](https://enrich.chat/blog/best-direct-dial-providers/) compare phone data options.

## What should you ask Cognism for before you sign?

Ask for every number in writing, because the pricing page gives none. Cognism's terms let the order form override them, so put the changes you want in the order.

1. **The credit allowance per seat** and the price of extra credits.
2. **The search-token allotment**, if an agent or script will use the API or MCP.
3. **Whether mobile verification spends credits**, and any monthly cap.
4. **The term, the renewal term and the exact notice date.** The default is 60 days before the term ends, so put the date in your calendar.
5. **A renewal cap below the 10% in the terms**, or a price lock for the renewal term.
6. **The seat rules**, including how fast you can swap one user for another.
7. **A competing quote.** Compare it with the published prices in our guides to [Apollo pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/apollo-pricing/), [Lusha pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/lusha-pricing/) and [RocketReach pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/rocketreach-pricing/).

Before you sign, request the free data sample and run the same accounts through other tools. Count how many numbers connect. If you call US prospects, read our guide to [TCPA and B2B cold calling](https://enrich.chat/blog/tcpa-b2b-cold-calling/) too.

## What does Enrich.chat cost compared with Cognism?

Enrich.chat sells monthly credit plans: Growth $29 for 100,000 credits, Scale $90 for 500,000 credits, Pro $299 for 2,500,000 credits. Every plan includes every product and unlimited seats, is billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime. A work email costs 10 credits and a mobile 250. A lookup that finds nothing uses 0 credits. Each IP also gets 10 free lookups a day without signup. The [pricing page](https://enrich.chat/pricing/) lists every plan.

A Cognism credit reveals a contact with an email and phone numbers. The same contact on Enrich.chat, a work email plus a mobile, uses 260 credits. A team that needs 1,000 such contacts a month uses 260,000 credits. That fits the Scale plan at $90 a month. With 2,000 contacts a month, the team needs 520,000 credits, which fits the Pro plan at $299 a month. Figure 3 sets those bills beside SpendHound's average Cognism spend, spread over 12 months.

**Figure 3: Monthly bill: Cognism average and Enrich.chat plans.** Bar chart of monthly cost on October 15, 2026. SpendHound's average Cognism spend of 24,387 dollars a year for companies with 50 to 1,000 employees is about 2,032 dollars a month. Enrich.chat costs $90 a month on the Scale plan for 1,000 contacts with an email and a mobile, and $299 a month on the Pro plan for 2,000 contacts. The two are not like for like.

*SpendHound's $24,387 yearly average divided by 12 is our arithmetic, and it does not say how many contacts that buys. The Enrich.chat bars are monthly plan prices for the workloads shown, with an email and a mobile for each contact, billed monthly with unlimited seats. Contacts that are not found use no credits. This compares price only. Sources: [SpendHound](https://spendhound.com/marketplace/cognism-pricing), [Enrich.chat pricing](https://enrich.chat/pricing/).*

Price is only one input. This page makes no claim about which service finds more of your list. Each Enrich.chat work email comes back as verified, catch_all or unknown, and each mobile as mobile or unknown by line type, so you see the status of every field. A LinkedIn URL works as a lookup key, and Enrich.chat never logs in to LinkedIn. Cognism's MCP server needs a Cognism account and OAuth sign-in. Enrich.chat's remote MCP server at `enrich.chat/mcp` needs no sign-in, and the [install page](https://enrich.chat/install/) has one-click steps. The free tier needs no API key.

Enrich.chat has two honest gaps next to Cognism:

- **No intent data, web app or outreach tools.** Enrich.chat returns data over an API and MCP. It has no Chrome extension, sequencing or dialer, and SDKs are planned, not available.
- **A line type, not a human check.** A mobile's line type describes the number. It is not a call or a hand check, so treat every contact as a strong lead, not a guarantee. If hand-checked phone data for European cold-calling matters most, Cognism is built for that.

## Frequently asked questions

### How much does Cognism cost?

Cognism does not publish a price. Its [pricing page](https://www.cognism.com/pricing) lists Standard and Pro packages with 5 seats each and asks you to talk to sales. [SpendHound](https://spendhound.com/marketplace/cognism-pricing) reports average yearly spend of $24,387 for companies with 50 to 1,000 employees, from 160 Cognism customers. Two trackers say the page showed prices from $14,000 (Standard) and $18,750 (Pro) a year in mid-2026. Treat every figure as a guide, not a quote.

### Does Cognism offer a free trial?

Not on its pricing page. [Cognism's free data sample](https://www.cognism.com/datasample) is the closest thing: you describe your business and ideal customer in a form, and Cognism says it aims to send back mobiles and emails within 72 hours. You can also book a demo. Enrich.chat has a free tier of 10 lookups a day with no signup, and monthly plans from $29.

### Can you cancel Cognism early?

Usually not. [Cognism's general terms](https://www.cognism.com/customer-terms/gtc) call payment obligations non-cancellable and fees non-refundable, except when an order ends for cause. Orders renew for the longer of the first term or one year unless you give written notice 60 days before the term ends, and renewal increases are capped at 10%. Your order form can differ, so read it first. This is not legal advice.

### How many credits do you get with Cognism?

Cognism does not say. Its [pricing page](https://www.cognism.com/pricing) says each seat includes an allocation of credits and extra credits can be bought at any time, with no numbers or prices. One credit reveals one contact, and viewing it again is free. API and MCP searches also spend search tokens, one per record returned, per [Cognism's API docs](https://docs.cognism.com/docs/credits-and-search-tokens). Ask for the allowance in writing.

### Is Cognism cheaper than ZoomInfo?

On SpendHound's tracked averages, yes. [It lists](https://spendhound.com/marketplace/cognism-pricing) $24,387 a year for Cognism and $49,097 for ZoomInfo at companies with 50 to 1,000 employees, and $163,272 against $243,246 above 1,000. Both sell by quote on term contracts, and the packages differ, so compare written quotes for the same seats. See our [ZoomInfo pricing guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/zoominfo-pricing/) and the [ZoomInfo vs Cognism](https://enrich.chat/compare/zoominfo-vs-cognism/) comparison.

### What is a cheaper alternative to Cognism?

For work emails and mobiles inside an AI agent or app, [Enrich.chat](https://enrich.chat/pricing/) sells monthly credit plans, Growth $29 for 100,000 credits, Scale $90 for 500,000 credits, Pro $299 for 2,500,000 credits, with unlimited seats and no annual contract. A work email costs 10 credits, a mobile 250, and a lookup that finds nothing costs 0 credits. It has no intent data or sequencing. See the full list of [Cognism alternatives](https://enrich.chat/alternatives/cognism/).
