# Demandbase pricing in 2026: the package structure, what buyers report paying, and the contract terms in the fine print

Demandbase quotes its price and posts only the structure. Here is what its own pages say, what Vendr's buyer data and AWS Marketplace show, and what the standard agreement says about renewal.

By Enrich.chat Editorial. Updated October 16, 2026.

**Short answer:** Demandbase does not publish a price for its platform. Its pricing page describes a platform fee plus a flat fee per user, and [Vendr's buyer data](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/demandbase) puts the median contract at $68,591 a year, from $24,000 to $164,037. Its [AWS Marketplace listing](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-zx44zqkodqaro) shows one 12-month contract at $215,000, and the standard agreement renews at then-current rates.

## Key takeaways

- Demandbase publishes no platform price and names no plans. Its pricing page describes a platform fee plus a flat fee per user and says Marketing and Sales are not sold separately.
- Vendr's buyer data, last updated February 2026, shows a median of $68,591 a year across 187 purchases, from $24,000 to $164,037. AWS Marketplace lists one 12-month contract at $215,000.
- Under Demandbase's standard agreement, a term renews for 12 months unless notice is given 30 days before it ends, renewals use then-current rates, and fees are non-refundable.
- The only posted prices are for Mojo, a separate Demandbase marketing agent: Free, then Plus at $200 a month on intro pricing.
- Enrich.chat has no intent data and no advertising. It covers the contact step: people and work emails at the accounts Demandbase names, from $29 a month.

## Plans and prices

Prices as listed by Mojo by Demandbase on October 16, 2026. [Source](https://trymojo.ai/pricing). These are the plans of Mojo, a separate Demandbase marketing agent. Demandbase's own platform has no public plans or prices, and Mojo says its prices and credit limits may change.

| Plan | Price | Notes |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Mojo Free | $0 | Not a trial |
| Mojo Plus | $200 /month | Intro pricing, limited time |
| Mojo Custom | Quote | Quoted on request |

## How much does Demandbase cost in 2026?

Demandbase does not publish a price for its platform, so every figure in this section is a report, not a quote. [Vendr's buyer data](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/demandbase), last updated February 2026, shows a median contract of $68,591 a year across 187 purchases, with a low of $24,000 and a high of $164,037. Demandbase's own [pricing page](https://www.demandbase.com/pricing/) is a request form with no amounts. Its [AWS Marketplace listing](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-zx44zqkodqaro) shows one list price, $215,000 for 12 months. Figure 1 plots them, checked October 16, 2026.

**Figure 1: Reported and listed yearly costs for Demandbase.** Bar chart on a scale to $250,000 a year. Vendr's buyer data shows a low of $24,000, a median of $68,591 and a high of $164,037. The AWS Marketplace listing shows $215,000 for 12 months. Mojo Plus, a separate Demandbase product, costs $2,400 over 12 monthly payments of $200.

*What Demandbase costs per year, as reported or listed. Demandbase publishes no platform price. The Vendr bars are buyer-reported contract values, and the AWS bar is one listed configuration. The Mojo bar is our arithmetic, 12 payments of $200, for a separate product. Sources: [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/demandbase), [AWS Marketplace](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-zx44zqkodqaro) and [Mojo](https://trymojo.ai/pricing), checked October 16, 2026.*

| Figure | Amount | What it covers |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Vendr low end | $24,000 a year | The smallest purchase in Vendr's sample |
| Vendr median | $68,591 a year, about $5,716 a month | The middle purchase among 187 |
| Vendr high end | $164,037 a year | The largest purchase in Vendr's sample |
| AWS Marketplace | $215,000 for 12 months | One listed configuration, Demandbase One platform |
| Demandbase blog | $35,000 to over $1 million a year | Its range for ABM platforms in general, not a Demandbase price |

The last row comes from a [Demandbase roundup of ABM solutions](https://www.demandbase.com/blog/account-based-marketing-solutions/) dated September 18, 2026. It describes the whole category, so do not read it as Demandbase's own price.

Treat the median as a budget guide, not a price. Vendr lists four product lines for Demandbase, so one buyer may have bought a single module and another the full platform. Vendr also says annual contracts are standard and that buyers save 13% on average against the first quote. Our [intent data providers](https://enrich.chat/blog/intent-data-providers/) page sets this median beside Bombora, 6sense and ZoomInfo, and our [6sense pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/6sense-pricing/) guide covers its closest rival.

## How does Demandbase price its packages?

Demandbase prices its flagship platform as a platform fee plus a flat fee per user, and it names no plans or tiers. [Its pricing page](https://www.demandbase.com/pricing/) answers three questions. The platform is for Sales and Marketing together, and Demandbase says it does not split the two into separate products. Advertising is offered as a starting place, and Data can be bought on its own. The page lists no amounts, features, free offer or contract length.

The user fee is flat, so each seat adds the same cost. Demandbase's own guide to [intent data providers](https://www.demandbase.com/blog/b2b-intent-data-providers/), dated August 12, 2026, says it tailors each quote to team size, target account list and the modules selected.

Plan names are where search results go wrong. Several rival blogs list Basic, Professional and Enterprise tiers for Demandbase, but Demandbase's pricing page names none. [MarketBetter](https://marketbetter.ai/blog/demandbase-pricing-breakdown-2026/), a rival vendor, says its own tiers are not officially published, so treat tier tables as guesses. AWS Marketplace and Vendr call the flagship Demandbase One, while Demandbase's own pages call it Demandbase.

### What does each Demandbase package include?

The table paraphrases Demandbase's pages for [Marketing](https://www.demandbase.com/products/account-based-marketing/), [Sales](https://www.demandbase.com/products/sales-intelligence/), [Advertising](https://www.demandbase.com/products/advertising/), [Data](https://www.demandbase.com/products/data/) and [AI](https://www.demandbase.com/ai/), checked October 16, 2026. It shows what each covers, not what each costs.

| Package | What Demandbase says it does | How it is bought |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Marketing | Builds and ranks target account lists, coordinates programs across channels, personalizes web experiences and measures pipeline | Platform fee plus per-user fee |
| Sales | Surfaces in-market accounts, shows buying group members and sends enriched account and contact data to CRM and sales tools | Platform fee plus per-user fee |
| Advertising | Runs B2B campaigns on display, video, connected TV, social and web from account and intent data | Offered as a starting place; media spend is separate, per Vendr |
| Data | Verified accounts, buyers and person-level intent, with CRM enrichment, website visitor identification, B2B APIs and warehouse delivery | Can be bought on its own; APIs and MCP are licensed separately |
| Demandbase AI | Prioritizes accounts, answers questions in AI Chat and runs agents; MCP links it to ChatGPT, Claude and other tools | MCP needs a license and credits |
| Mojo | A separate B2B marketing agent for campaign work | Posted plans: Free, Plus and Custom |

Figure 2 shows what a Demandbase quote is made of and which parts have a public number.

**Figure 2: What a Demandbase quote is made of.** A list of seven quote lines and whether an amount is public. Demandbase's pricing page names the platform fee, the flat per-user fee and Advertising or Data on their own, but shows no amount for any of them. Vendr reports onboarding and services from a few thousand dollars to mid-five figures, and says ad media is billed separately. Demandbase's developer docs list API and MCP licenses but show no price per credit. Renewals use then-current rates under the agreement, and Vendr reports increases of 3 to 5%.

*The parts of a Demandbase quote and where each is stated. Dark chips are Demandbase's own pages, blue chips are buyer-reported by Vendr, and the beige chip is the contract. Sources: [Demandbase pricing](https://www.demandbase.com/pricing/), [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/demandbase), [Demandbase developer docs](https://developer.demandbase.com/docs/understanding-demandbase-api-access-and-licensing) and the [Master Services Agreement](https://www.demandbase.com/master-services-agreement/), checked October 16, 2026.*

Demandbase's [comparison page against 6sense](https://www.demandbase.com/why-demandbase/6sense/) adds one pricing claim: extra predictive models deploy in under 24 hours with no added fees. That is a vendor claim, so ask for it in writing.

## Where does Demandbase show a price in public?

In the places we could read, Demandbase shows a price in only two: one AWS Marketplace contract and the plans of Mojo, a separate product. Everything else is a quote. The table lists every channel we checked on October 16, 2026.

| Where | What we found | Price shown |
| --- | --- | --- |
| AWS Marketplace | A software-as-a-service listing sold by Demandbase, with one contract option | $215,000 for 12 months |
| Google Cloud Marketplace | A search for demandbase returned one unrelated product | None |
| Salesforce AppExchange | Warmly, a rival, says the Demandbase One for Sales listing shows $150 a user a month. The listing did not load for us | Reported only, not confirmed |
| Mojo by Demandbase | A separate marketing agent with posted plans | Free, $200 a month, Custom |
| US federal contracts | A USAspending keyword search of contract awards for Demandbase returned no award | None found |
| Other public-sector records | Web searches found no US or UK purchase records | None found |

### What does the AWS Marketplace listing say?

[The listing](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-zx44zqkodqaro) offers one 12-month contract, Demandbase One platform, at $215,000. AWS says you pay upfront or in installments under your contract, and that overages are charged on top at a usage rate. The one rate shown is $0.01 for Usage per contract, and the listing does not say what a unit is. Refunds are as per individual contract, and custom pricing goes through a private offer. The $215,000 is above Vendr's highest reported contract of $164,037, so read it as one listed configuration, not a typical price.

The [Warmly](https://www.warmly.ai/p/blog/demandbase-pricing) figure is a competitor's claim for a single module, and we could not open the listing, so we do not rely on it.

### What are Mojo's plans?

[Mojo](https://trymojo.ai/pricing) is a B2B marketing agent that Demandbase builds and operates. It is not the Demandbase platform. Its page lists Free at $0, Plus at $200 a month on intro pricing for a limited time, and a Custom plan quoted by sales. Every plan has every feature and unlimited users, and only the daily automation volume differs. Plus is billed monthly and can be canceled anytime.

### Are there public-sector purchase records?

We found none. A keyword search of federal contract awards on [USAspending](https://www.usaspending.gov/) for Demandbase returned no awards on October 16, 2026, and web searches for US and UK public-sector records found nothing. That does not prove no agency buys it. Resellers can appear under their own names, and many state and local records are not searchable this way.

## What add-ons and extra costs come on top of Demandbase?

Seats, onboarding, ad media, API licenses and renewal increases come on top of the platform fee. Demandbase publishes an amount for none of them, so the ranges below are Vendr's and are labelled.

- **Seats.** The pricing page says each user carries a flat fee. [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/demandbase) says sales intelligence and engagement tools are typically priced per seat. Under the [Master Services Agreement](https://www.demandbase.com/master-services-agreement/), each user keeps a login private, so you cannot share one seat.
- **Onboarding and services.** [Demandbase's services page](https://www.demandbase.com/why-demandbase/services-support/) describes onboarding in under 60 days, adoption over 3 to 6 months and optimization after that, with no prices. Vendr says onboarding runs from a few thousand dollars to mid-five figures, and professional services and training about $5,000 to $25,000 or more. The agreement also bills reasonable travel and lodging.
- **Ad media.** Vendr says advertising media costs sit apart from platform fees. Demandbase's [advertising planning calculator](https://www.demandbase.com/calculators/advertising/) gives a sense of scale. On its default settings on October 16, 2026, 500 small-business accounts for one month at a CPM band of $14 to $18, it recommends $12,800 to $15,200. That is planning guidance, not a price.
- **API, MCP and credits.** Demandbase's [developer docs](https://developer.demandbase.com/docs/understanding-demandbase-api-access-and-licensing) list the B2B API, Data Export API and MCP as licensed, and say a Demandbase One subscription does not automatically include B2B API credits.
- **Overage, support and procurement fees.** Vendr lists data overage fees and premium support at extra cost, with no figures. The agreement adds a 1.5% monthly late charge, and fees from a procurement platform such as Ariba fall on you.

## How long is a Demandbase contract, and does it auto-renew?

Demandbase's standard agreement renews each term for 12 months unless either side gives notice at least 30 days before the term ends. The length of the first term is set in your Order, and a signed Order can change the notice period. The table summarizes [the Master Services Agreement](https://www.demandbase.com/master-services-agreement/) as published on October 16, 2026.

| Term | What the agreement says | Section |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Renewal | Each term renews for 12 months unless a party gives notice 30 days before it ends | 11.1 |
| Renewal price | Renewal fees use Demandbase's then-current rates, even if an earlier Order was discounted | 11.2 |
| Payment | Invoiced on the Order's schedule and due in 30 days unless the Order says otherwise; late payments carry 1.5% a month | 11.2 |
| Refunds | Fees are non-refundable, with exceptions for warranty, infringement-claim and SLA remedies | 11.2 |
| Ending early | Either side can end it for a material breach left uncured 30 days after notice, or for insolvency. We found no clause for ending early for convenience | 14.2 |
| Data export | You can export your data during the term and for 30 days after | 4.5 |
| Changes to the terms | An updated online version applies only to Orders signed after the update | 22.6 |

The renewal and non-refundable language also appears in the [EULA PDF](https://d7umqicpi7263.cloudfront.net/eula/zCQzsC9FM6VeH28lfD2U6FXHmH6JBH_T4nV-LmhNIm0) linked from Demandbase's AWS Marketplace listing, where it is numbered 10.1 and 10.2.

The then-current rates clause matters most. A first-year discount can disappear at renewal unless your Order caps the price. [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/demandbase) says renewal contracts often include automatic increases of 3 to 5% a year, and that multi-year commitments often bring 15 to 30% lower effective annual pricing. At Vendr's median of $68,591, three years cost $205,773 flat, $212,008 with 3% rises and $216,233 with 5% rises. That is our arithmetic, before onboarding and ad media. Figure 3 shows how the first renewal works.

**Figure 3: How a Demandbase term renews under its standard agreement.** A timeline of a 12-month term followed by a 12-month renewal term at then-current rates. Notice of non-renewal is due 30 days before the first term ends. Fees are due 30 days after the invoice date unless the Order says otherwise, late payments carry 1.5% a month, and fees are non-refundable with a few exceptions.

*How a term renews under Demandbase's standard Master Services Agreement. The 12-month first term is only an example, because the Order sets the real length. Source: [Demandbase Master Services Agreement](https://www.demandbase.com/master-services-agreement/), sections 11.1 and 11.2, checked October 16, 2026.*

Timing is the trap. Notice is due 30 days before the term ends, yet Vendr suggests starting renewal talks 90 to 120 days before expiry. Put the notice date in your calendar when you sign. This is not legal advice, so read your own Order.

## What should you ask Demandbase before you sign?

Ask for every line in writing, because Demandbase quotes each deal separately. Seven questions cover most of the gaps above:

1. What are the platform fee and the per-user fee, and how many users does the platform fee include?
2. Which modules are in the quote, and which are separate, such as Advertising and Data?
3. What do onboarding and services cost, and what is the scope?
4. What are the ad media minimum, billing cycle and CPM?
5. Is API or MCP access licensed, and what do credits cost?
6. Can the Order cap renewal increases and state the notice date?
7. How do you export your data, and for how long after the term ends?

Vendr also suggests getting competing quotes and negotiating each line separately. Our guides to [what 6sense is](https://enrich.chat/blog/what-is-6sense/), [6sense pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/6sense-pricing/), [Bombora pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/bombora-pricing/) and [ZoomInfo pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/zoominfo-pricing/) give you the other sides of that comparison.

## Is there a free Demandbase plan or free trial?

We found no free plan or self-serve trial for the Demandbase platform. The [pricing page](https://www.demandbase.com/pricing/) offers a form, and the [agreement](https://www.demandbase.com/master-services-agreement/) says a trial exists only if Demandbase grants one, for 30 days when no period is named. Three smaller free options exist:

- **Account ID Free Edition.** [MarTech Series](https://martechseries.com/sales-marketing/id-mgmt/demandbase-delivers-the-first-100-free-account-identification-solution/) reported on December 1, 2022 that Demandbase launched a free account identification product that sends data into Google Analytics. The Free Edition page we opened redirected to a Demandbase sign-in screen, and its help center blocked our reader, so we could not confirm the limits or that it is still open.
- **Intent preview.** Demandbase's [intent preview page](https://engage.demandbase.com/) shows a top 10 list of accounts by industry, revenue range and keyword set. It says the list is a preview and not every account showing intent appears.
- **Mojo Free.** Mojo's $0 plan is a separate product, not a trial of the platform.

## What does the contact step cost with Demandbase?

Demandbase meters contact data in credits, but it publishes no price per credit, so you cannot work out a cost per contact from public pages. The units are public. Its [MCP credit docs](https://developer.demandbase.com/docs/credit-consumption) say one credit is one record returned, whether an account, a contact or a lead, and nested data such as employment history adds nothing. Lists default to 5 records a page and go up to 100. Nothing is charged when a query returns no data, fails, or repeats an identical query within five minutes.

The [B2B API model](https://developer.demandbase.com/docs/credit-consumtion-model) is similar. In its per-record model, a match or a contact or company fetch costs one credit, and a contract assigns that model or a record-under-management model. Both routes are licensed apart from the platform, per the [licensing page](https://developer.demandbase.com/docs/understanding-demandbase-api-access-and-licensing), and the MCP must be enabled for your tenant, per the [setup guide](https://developer.demandbase.com/docs/get-started-with-demandbase-mcp). So the public pieces are a unit, a rule for misses and no dollar rate. Our guide to [MCP servers for sales](https://enrich.chat/blog/best-mcp-servers-for-sales/) compares other agent routes.

## How does Enrich.chat handle the contact step?

Enrich.chat has no intent data, no buying stages and no advertising, so it does not replace Demandbase. It does one job: given a person, or an account's website, it returns people and their work emails with a status label. If Demandbase or another tool names the accounts and buying group members, your agent can take them from there. Our [what is 6sense](https://enrich.chat/blog/what-is-6sense/) page shows the same loop with 6sense. The table sets the two contact steps side by side.

| Contact step | Demandbase | Enrich.chat |
| --- | --- | --- |
| What is metered | One credit per record returned, on MCP and the B2B API | 10 credits per work email found, 250 per mobile, 5 per person returned or profile |
| Price per credit | Not published | Set by the plan: Growth $29 for 100,000 credits, Scale $90 for 500,000 credits, Pro $299 for 2,500,000 credits |
| When nothing is found | MCP: no charge | 0 credits |
| How you get access | MCP and B2B API are licensed on top of a Demandbase contract | 10 free lookups a day with no signup, then a monthly plan |
| Seats | A flat fee per user | Unlimited seats on every plan |
| Contract | The Order term, renewing for 12 months unless notice is given | Billed monthly, cancel anytime |
| Intent, buying stages, ads | Yes | No |

### What does one lookup look like?

Say Demandbase flags a buying group at a made-up account, Ridgeway Components, and names Elena Ortiz as head of demand generation. Your agent calls `GET /v1/person` with her name and the company website, and asks only for the email. Enrich.chat takes a website, not a company name. Every name and address below is fictional, and the response is illustrative:

```
GET https://enrich.chat/v1/person
    ?name=Elena%20Ortiz
    &company=ridgeway.example.com
    &fields=email
{"found": true,
 "name": "Elena Ortiz",
 "title": "Head of Demand Generation",
 "company": {"name": "Ridgeway Components"},
 "work_email": {
  "value": "elena.ortiz@ridgeway.example.com",
  "status": "verified"},
 "credits_used": 10,
 "free_lookups_remaining": 9}
```

The status is `verified`, `catch_all` or `unknown`. It is a label, not a delivery guarantee. A catch_all domain accepts every address, so the mailbox cannot be confirmed, and our guide to [catch-all emails](https://enrich.chat/blog/what-is-a-catch-all-email/) explains how to treat it. A person not found returns `found: false` and uses 0 credits. If a buying group is missing a role, `GET /v1/company/people` lists people at the website by title, at 5 credits per person returned. The free [email finder](https://enrich.chat/tools/email-finder/) runs the same lookup in a browser.

### What does 300 contacts a month cost?

Say your team works 100 accounts a month and wants three people at each, which is 300 people. If Demandbase gives you the names, 300 work emails need 3,000 credits. That fits the Growth plan at $29 a month, with unlimited seats and no annual contract. If you also need the people found, add 300 people returned by search at 5 credits each, and the month needs 4,500 credits, still the Growth plan at $29 a month. Add a mobile for the 30 best-fit people and it is 12,000 credits, which fits the Growth plan at $29 a month. People or emails not found use 0 credits, so the real total can be lower.

For scale, Vendr's median spread over twelve months is about $5,716 a month. Over 3,600 contacts a year, 300 a month, it is about $19 a contact. That buys an account platform, ads and seats, so the two numbers are not like for like. They show the price of different jobs.

```text
Use www.enrich.chat to take the people and company websites from my Demandbase account list: [paste name and company website per row]. For each person, find the work email with its status, flag catch_all emails as risky, write not found where nothing matches, and tell me the total credits_used.
```

Paste the prompt into ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor. The agent reads [enrich.chat/agents.md](https://enrich.chat/agents.md) and calls the API about once a second. You can also add the MCP server at `https://enrich.chat/mcp`, and the [install page](https://enrich.chat/install/) has the steps for each app. An API key is optional. For longer runs, see [pricing](https://enrich.chat/pricing/), the [person enrichment API](https://enrich.chat/api/person-enrichment/) and the [people search API](https://enrich.chat/api/people-search/).

### What does Enrich.chat not do?

- **No intent data, advertising or visitor identification.** It has no buying scores, alerts, ad audiences or website visitor tracking. You need Demandbase or another source to say which accounts to work and where to advertise.
- **No saved lists, bulk export or sending.** On self-serve plans there is no list workspace, bulk export, sequencing, Chrome extension or CRM app. Enterprise adds bulk files and data licenses.
- **Narrow inputs.** It takes a company website, not a name. A search returns about 25 people a call, and SDKs are planned, not available.

Treat every contact as a strong lead, not a guarantee, and follow the rules for your outreach. This is not legal advice, and using Enrich.chat does not make outreach compliant.

## When is Demandbase the better choice?

Demandbase is the better choice when your problem is running account-based marketing and sales as one program, not finding contact details. Choose it when:

- You want intent data, account scoring, sales alerts and B2B advertising in one platform, and your budget fits Vendr's reported $24,000 to $164,037 a year before add-ons. See [intent data providers](https://enrich.chat/blog/intent-data-providers/) for the field.
- You run account-based advertising and want audiences that follow account activity. Demandbase's advertising covers display, video, connected TV, social and web.
- You want account, person and intent data inside your CRM, from a vendor with onboarding, advisory services and customer success staff.
- Your team can sign annual terms and manage a renewal window. Our [account-based marketing guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/account-based-marketing/) explains when that spend pays off.

A simpler setup works when you can already name your fit accounts, when you need contact data and not scores or ads, or when a contract of this size is out of reach. Compare [Cognism pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/cognism-pricing/) and the [6sense alternatives](https://enrich.chat/alternatives/6sense/), or read the [best sales intelligence tools](https://enrich.chat/blog/best-sales-intelligence-tools/).

## Frequently asked questions

### How much does Demandbase cost?

Demandbase does not publish a platform price. Its pricing page describes a platform fee plus a flat fee per user and ends in a request form. [Vendr's buyer data](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/demandbase), last updated February 2026, shows a median of $68,591 a year across 187 purchases, from $24,000 to $164,037. Onboarding, ad media and API licenses can add more. See our [intent data providers](https://enrich.chat/blog/intent-data-providers/) page for the other vendors.

### Does Demandbase have a free plan or free trial?

Demandbase's pricing page lists no free plan or trial. Its agreement allows a trial only if Demandbase grants one, for 30 days when no period is named. A free account identification edition was announced in December 2022, but we could not confirm it is still open. Mojo, a separate Demandbase product, has a $0 plan. Check each offer's terms before you rely on it.

### Is Demandbase priced per user?

Partly. Demandbase says its pricing has a platform fee plus a flat fee per user, so each seat adds cost, but it does not publish the amounts. [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/demandbase) says sales intelligence and engagement tools are typically priced per seat. Enrich.chat works differently: every plan includes unlimited seats and has no annual contract. See [Enrich.chat pricing](https://enrich.chat/pricing/).

### Does Demandbase auto-renew, and does the price go up?

Under Demandbase's standard [Master Services Agreement](https://www.demandbase.com/master-services-agreement/), a term renews for 12 months unless either side gives notice at least 30 days before it ends. Renewal fees use Demandbase's then-current rates, even if an earlier Order was discounted. Vendr says renewals often carry increases of 3 to 5% a year. Your signed Order can change these terms. This is not legal advice.

### Can you buy Demandbase on AWS Marketplace?

Yes. Demandbase sells its platform on [AWS Marketplace](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-zx44zqkodqaro) as a software-as-a-service listing. On October 16, 2026 it showed one 12-month contract, Demandbase One platform, at $215,000, plus extra usage at $0.01 a unit. Custom pricing goes through a private offer. A Google Cloud Marketplace search for demandbase returned no Demandbase listing.

### What is a cheaper way to get contacts at the accounts Demandbase names?

Enrich.chat has no intent data or advertising, but it can look up people and work emails at accounts you already know. A work email uses 10 credits, and a lookup that finds nothing uses 0. Plans are Growth $29 for 100,000 credits, Scale $90 for 500,000 credits, Pro $299 for 2,500,000 credits, with unlimited seats and no annual contract.
