# FullEnrich pricing in 2026: what credits cost, what a miss costs, and the terms behind your bill

FullEnrich sells credits in monthly or yearly tiers. Here are every tier, what a work email, mobile and export cost, what happens to unused credits, how the API and MCP server bill, and how it compares with a monthly credit plan.

By Enrich.chat Editorial. Updated October 15, 2026.

**Short answer:** FullEnrich sells one paid self-serve plan, Pro, from $29 a month for 500 credits up to $3,500 a month for 100,000, or from $26 a month billed yearly, per [its pricing page](https://fullenrich.com/pricing) on October 15, 2026. A work email costs 1 credit, a personal email 3 and a mobile 10. Nothing found costs 0, and monthly credits stay valid for 3 months.

## Key takeaways

- On October 15, 2026, FullEnrich's Pro plan had 11 monthly tiers, from $29 for 500 credits to $3,500 for 100,000, and 11 yearly tiers from $26 a month. Above those you talk to sales.
- A work email costs 1 credit, a personal email 3 and a mobile 10. A miss, a landline and an invalid email cost 0, but a catch-all email costs 1 credit.
- By our arithmetic on the published tiers, a mobile costs $0.58 at the 500-credit tier and $0.35 at 100,000 credits on monthly billing.
- Monthly credits last 3 months and yearly credits 12. After you cancel, unused credits expire at the end of the billing cycle, and enriched contacts are deleted after 3 months.
- 1,000 contacts with an email and a mobile, if every lookup is found, need 11,000 FullEnrich credits at $720 a month, or 260,000 Enrich.chat credits on the Scale plan at $90 a month.

## Plans and prices

Prices as listed by FullEnrich on October 15, 2026. [Source](https://fullenrich.com/pricing). Monthly billing is shown first, and the page opens on it. Yearly billing starts at $26 a month and is about 10% cheaper. Prices exclude tax. Every Pro tier has the same features, and only the credits change.

| Plan | Price | Notes |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Free trial | $0 | No credit card |
| Pro, monthly | $29 /mo | 500 credits, up to $3,500 for 100,000 |
| Pro, yearly | $26 /mo | Billed yearly, 6,000 credits a year |
| Enterprise | Custom | Over 100,000 credits a month |

## How much does FullEnrich cost in 2026?

FullEnrich's paid Pro plan costs $29 a month for 500 credits, rising to $3,500 a month for 100,000 credits, on monthly billing. [Its pricing page](https://fullenrich.com/pricing) showed those prices on October 15, 2026. Yearly billing starts at $26 a month for 6,000 credits a year. Above 100,000 credits a month or 1.2 million a year, FullEnrich sells by quote.

The page lists three plans. The free trial gives 50 credits with no credit card. Pro is the one paid self-serve plan, sold in 11 sizes on each billing view. Enterprise has custom pricing.

We read the page's credit slider in both its Monthly and Annual views and recorded all 22 tier prices. They match FullEnrich's [machine-readable pricing file](https://fullenrich.com/pricing.md), which says the pricing page is the source of truth. Some guides still call the 500-credit tier "Starter", as [Hack'celeration's June 2026 guide](https://www.hackceleration.com/labs/fullenrich-pricing) does. FullEnrich's page now labels every self-serve tier Pro. Each size has the same features, and only the credits change.

### FullEnrich monthly billing tiers

| Credits a month | Price a month | Cost per credit |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 500 | $29 | $0.058 |
| 750 | $42.75 | $0.057 |
| 1,000 | $55 | $0.055 |
| 1,500 | $79.50 | $0.053 |

| 50,000 | $1,950 | $0.039 |
| 100,000 | $3,500 | $0.035 |
| Over 100,000 | Contact sales | Not listed |

### FullEnrich yearly billing tiers

| Credits a year | Price a month | Price a year | Cost per credit |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 6,000 | $26 | $312 | $0.052 |
| 9,000 | $39 | $468 | $0.052 |
| 12,000 | $49 | $588 | $0.049 |
| 18,000 | $71 | $852 | $0.047 |
| 24,000 | $94 | $1,128 | $0.047 |
| 60,000 | $232 | $2,784 | $0.046 |
| 120,000 | $454 | $5,448 | $0.045 |
| 180,000 | $655 | $7,860 | $0.044 |
| 300,000 | $1,046 | $12,552 | $0.042 |
| 600,000 | $1,769 | $21,228 | $0.035 |
| 1,200,000 | $3,150 | $37,800 | $0.032 |
| Over 1,200,000 | Contact sales, price not listed | | |

Yearly billing is about 10% cheaper. For example, 12,000 credits cost $588 on yearly billing, against $660 for twelve months of the 1,000-credit monthly tier. Hack'celeration's guide says around 20%, which the published tiers do not show. Yearly credits also stay valid for 12 months instead of 3.

### What each FullEnrich plan includes

- **Free trial.** 50 credits to start and no credit card. Each teammate who joins through your invite adds 50 credits, per FullEnrich's [credits article](https://help.fullenrich.com/en/articles/9736469-how-do-credits-work).
- **Pro.** Waterfall enrichment across 25+ sources, email and phone verification, people and company search, bulk CSV enrichment, a HubSpot integration, API and no-code connectors, an MCP server and unlimited users. Credit limits per user and low-credit alerts are Pro features, per the [pricing page](https://fullenrich.com/pricing).
- **Enterprise.** Everything in Pro plus priority support, custom rate limits, a dedicated account manager, flexible billing terms and a bring-your-own API key. Custom SSO is an add-on.

## How do FullEnrich credits work?

FullEnrich charges credits only for data it finds, and each kind of data costs a different amount. [Its pricing page](https://fullenrich.com/pricing) sets a work email at 1 credit, a personal email at 3 and a mobile phone number at 10. Any credit can be spent on any data type, so there are no separate email and phone quotas, says the [pricing file](https://fullenrich.com/pricing.md).

| What you get | Credits | Cost at $0.055 a credit |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Work email (valid, probably valid or catch-all) | 1 | $0.055 |
| Personal email | 3 | $0.165 |
| Mobile phone number | 10 | $0.55 |
| Reverse email lookup (an email in, a person and company out) | 1 | $0.055 |
| Person and company profile, with any enrichment | 0 | Free |
| Person and company profile, on its own | 0.25 | $0.014 |
| Search export, or one result from the Search API | 0.25 | $0.014 |
| Nothing found, a landline, an invalid email | 0 | $0 |

The dollar column uses $0.055, the cost of one credit on the 1,000-credit monthly tier. Other tiers scale it up or down. Figure 1 shows what that tier's 1,000 credits buy.

**Figure 1: What 1,000 FullEnrich credits buy.** Bar chart of what the 1,000-credit monthly tier, priced at 55 dollars, buys at FullEnrich's credit costs. It buys 1,000 work emails at 1 credit each, 1,000 reverse email lookups at 1 credit each, 333 personal emails at 3 credits each, or 100 mobile phone numbers at 10 credits each. One mobile number costs as much as 10 work emails.

*What the 1,000-credit monthly tier buys at FullEnrich's credit costs. The counts are the ones [FullEnrich's pricing page](https://fullenrich.com/pricing) shows for that tier.*

A work email costs 1 credit whether it is valid, probably valid or catch-all, per [FullEnrich's help center](https://help.fullenrich.com/en/articles/9736469-how-do-credits-work). The status matters. [FullEnrich's email status article](https://help.fullenrich.com/en/articles/9377499-email-status-explained-what-valid-probably-valid-catch-all-and-invalid-mean) puts the bounce rate at about 1 to 2% for valid emails, about 9% for probably valid and about 26 to 40% for catch-all. An email marked invalid costs nothing.

### What does a FullEnrich miss cost?

A FullEnrich miss costs 0 credits. [FullEnrich's credit docs](https://docs.fullenrich.com/api/v2/general/credit) say credits are used only when it finds a result, and its [help center](https://help.fullenrich.com/en/articles/9736469-how-do-credits-work) says no credits are used when enrichment or a reverse lookup finds nothing. A landline returned in place of a mobile is free too, per the [pricing file](https://fullenrich.com/pricing.md).

Repeat lookups are free in most cases. FullEnrich keeps enrichment data for 3 months, and re-enriching the same contact in that window returns the stored result for 0 credits. Duplicates still slip through in three cases, per the [credit docs](https://docs.fullenrich.com/api/v2/general/credit):

- Contacts are not deduplicated inside one bulk request.
- Inputs that differ, such as another LinkedIn URL format or company domain, can defeat deduplication.
- Two requests for the same contact sent at the same moment are not deduplicated.

### Do search and export use credits?

Searching and viewing results in the FullEnrich app is free. Exporting an unenriched person or company costs 0.25 credits each, and each person or company returned by the Search API costs 0.25 credits, per the [help center](https://help.fullenrich.com/en/articles/9736469-how-do-credits-work). Exporting a result you already enriched or exported is free. On the 1,000-credit tier, exporting 1,000 new people costs 250 credits, about $13.75.

## What does one FullEnrich contact really cost?

At list price, a FullEnrich work email costs $0.035 to $0.058 and a mobile costs $0.35 to $0.58, depending on the monthly tier. These figures are our arithmetic on the [published tiers](https://fullenrich.com/pricing). They assume the lookup finds a result and that you spend every credit you buy.

**Figure 2: FullEnrich cost per credit by monthly tier.** Bar chart of FullEnrich's cost per credit on monthly billing, checked October 15, 2026. It falls from 5.8 cents at the 500-credit tier, which costs 29 dollars a month, to 5.5 cents at 1,000 credits, 4.8 cents at 15,000 credits, 3.9 cents at 50,000 credits and 3.5 cents at 100,000 credits, which costs 3,500 dollars a month. That is about 40 percent below the first tier.

*FullEnrich's cost per credit on monthly billing, from the credit slider on its pricing page on October 15, 2026. Bars start at zero. A work email is 1 credit and a mobile is 10, so multiply by 10 for a mobile. Source: [FullEnrich pricing](https://fullenrich.com/pricing).*

| Monthly tier | Work email | Mobile | Email and mobile |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 500 credits, $29 | $0.058 | $0.58 | $0.638 |
| 1,000 credits, $55 | $0.055 | $0.55 | $0.605 |
| 5,000 credits, $255 | $0.051 | $0.51 | $0.561 |
| 15,000 credits, $720 | $0.048 | $0.48 | $0.528 |
| 50,000 credits, $1,950 | $0.039 | $0.39 | $0.429 |
| 100,000 credits, $3,500 | $0.035 | $0.35 | $0.385 |

The real cost is higher if you leave credits unused, because the tier price is due in full. FullEnrich's own pricing file works through 1,000 contacts that each need a work email and a mobile. It assumes about 80% of work emails and 50 to 70% of mobiles are found, which needs 5,800 to 7,800 credits and points to the 10,000-credit tier at $499 a month. Those find rates are FullEnrich's assumptions, and the file says they vary by region and seniority. If every lookup were found, the same list would need 11,000 credits and the 15,000-credit tier at $720.

## Do FullEnrich credits roll over, and what are the contract terms?

FullEnrich credits stay valid for 3 months on monthly tiers and 12 months on yearly tiers, which its [pricing page](https://fullenrich.com/pricing) calls credit rollover. They do not last past that window, and they expire when a subscription ends. These terms come from [FullEnrich's Terms and Conditions](https://fullenrich.com/tos), last updated August 20, 2026. Partner terms and a signed order form can differ, and bracketed numbers are section numbers. This is not legal advice.

- **Validity (9.1, 9.2).** Monthly credits are valid for three months from the date they are added. Yearly credits are valid for twelve months.
- **Auto-renewal (9.1, 9.2, 11.2).** Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew on their own, and FullEnrich charges you through Stripe on each anniversary.
- **Cancelling (16.1).** You cancel in the workspace with a Cancel subscription button. A monthly cancellation takes effect on the last day of the current month. A yearly one takes effect at the end of the current year. The [help center](https://help.fullenrich.com/en/articles/9688274-can-i-cancel-my-subscription-whenever-i-want) says the subscription stays active until the end of the billing cycle.
- **Unused credits.** FullEnrich's [credits article](https://help.fullenrich.com/en/articles/9736469-how-do-credits-work) says unused subscription credits expire when the billing cycle ends after you cancel.
- **Refunds (1, 16.1).** Credits are neither exchangeable nor refundable. If you end a yearly or one-time contract, you can ask FullEnrich to refund what you paid for the period after the end date.
- **Changing size (9.1, 9.2).** A monthly change takes effect at once. A yearly decrease takes effect at the end of the year. The credits article adds that switching tiers charges you immediately and resets the renewal date to the purchase date.
- **Late payment and disputes (11.3).** Late invoices carry interest at the European Central Bank's key rate plus ten points, and a 40 euro recovery fee. You must dispute a payment within 25 calendar days.
- **Changes (18).** FullEnrich can change the contract on its own. It gives 15 calendar days of notice for substantial changes, and you can end the contract instead of accepting them.

Your enriched contacts follow a separate clock. FullEnrich deletes them after 3 months, and the deletion cannot be undone, per the credits article. Export the results or push them to your CRM before then.

## How does FullEnrich pricing work for the API and MCP server?

The FullEnrich API and MCP server spend the same credits as the app, and the [pricing file](https://fullenrich.com/pricing.md) lists both as included from the free trial up. Neither lists a separate fee, though an order form can add a fee for a higher API usage limit, per section 11.1 of the [terms](https://fullenrich.com/tos). Both need a FullEnrich account.

### FullEnrich API

- **Key.** You copy an API key from the dashboard and send it as a Bearer header. A request without a valid key gets a 401 error, per the [authentication docs](https://docs.fullenrich.com/api/v2/general/authentication).
- **Rate limit.** The limit is 60 API calls a minute across Enrich, Reverse Email Lookup and Search. A bulk call takes up to 100 contacts, so one workspace can send up to 6,000 contacts a minute. The default queue is 100 concurrent enrichments, per the [rate limit docs](https://docs.fullenrich.com/api/v2/general/ratelimit). Custom limits are an Enterprise feature.
- **Asynchronous results.** The [bulk enrich endpoint](https://docs.fullenrich.com/api/v2/contact/enrich/bulk/post) returns an enrichment ID, and results arrive by webhook. FullEnrich's [implementation guide](https://docs.fullenrich.com/api/v2/implement-in-product/quality-over-speed) says most enrichments finish in 30 to 90 seconds per contact, 56 seconds on average.
- **Cost.** Enrichment uses the credits in the tables above. Search returns cost 0.25 credits per person or company.

### FullEnrich MCP server

- **Setup.** The server is at `https://mcp.fullenrich.com/mcp`. You sign in with your FullEnrich account in a browser, and the [MCP guide](https://help.fullenrich.com/en/articles/14190120-mcp-server) lists Claude, ChatGPT, Manus and Claude Code or other IDEs as clients.
- **Tokens.** Scripts and command-line clients can use a personal access token that starts with fep_ as a Bearer header, per the [token guide](https://help.fullenrich.com/en/articles/15025057-personal-access-tokens-connect-mcp-clients-and-call-the-api).
- **Credits.** A search through MCP shows the first 10 results and the total count at no cost. Exporting costs 0.25 credits per contact or company. Enrichment costs the usual credits, and the AI asks you to confirm before it runs.

Our guide to [waterfall enrichment](https://enrich.chat/blog/waterfall-enrichment/) covers how managed waterfalls bill, and the [best data enrichment tools](https://enrich.chat/blog/best-data-enrichment-tools/) page compares them by price.

## What hidden costs can raise a FullEnrich bill?

The tier price is only part of a FullEnrich bill. Mobiles, catch-all emails, exports and expiry all change what a found contact costs. Check these seven items before you pick a tier.

- **Mobiles use 10 credits.** The 1,000-credit tier buys 100 of them. A list that needs mobiles for most rows pushes you up a tier fast.
- **Catch-all emails cost 1 credit.** FullEnrich charges for them, and its own article puts their bounce rate at about 26 to 40%. Test risky domains with a [catch-all checker](https://enrich.chat/tools/catch-all-checker/) before you send.
- **Exports cost 0.25 credits.** A search is free, but pulling 10,000 new people out of it costs 2,500 credits.
- **Credits expire.** They last 3 months on monthly tiers, and they lapse when a subscription ends.
- **Contacts are deleted after 3 months.** Export or sync them first, or you may pay to enrich the same people again.
- **Duplicate inputs.** A bulk request does not dedupe its own rows, so clean your list first.
- **Tax and currency.** Prices exclude VAT and other taxes, per section 11.1 of the [terms](https://fullenrich.com/tos). [Overloop's guide](https://overloop.com/blog/fullenrich-pricing) says a European visitor saw euros, at 55 euros for the 1,000-credit tier. We saw dollars, and FullEnrich's pricing file lists US dollars.

## Is FullEnrich worth the price?

FullEnrich is worth the price for teams that run bulk email and mobile lookups and want one credit meter behind a waterfall of 25+ sources. The entry price is low. Mobiles drive the bill, and credits last only 3 months.

- **Cost drivers.** [Overloop](https://overloop.com/blog/fullenrich-pricing) and [SyncGTM](https://syncgtm.com/blog/fullenrich-review), which both sell competing tools, put a mobile at about $0.55 on the 1,000-credit tier. [Hack'celeration](https://www.hackceleration.com/labs/fullenrich-pricing), which earns affiliate fees from FullEnrich sign-ups, calls mobiles the main cost driver.
- **Ratings.** FullEnrich's pricing page shows a 4.8 rating on G2. That is the vendor's claim, and G2's own page blocked us. [Trustpilot](https://www.trustpilot.com/review/fullenrich.com) showed a 2.1 score from 22 reviews, 86% of them one star. In the text we could read, the one-star reviews raise personal data, consent and reseller terms, and none raises pricing or credits. It is a small sample.

For a first test, the free trial's 50 credits cover 50 work emails or 5 mobiles. Run the same short list through each tool you are weighing, and count what you can use.

## What does Enrich.chat cost compared with FullEnrich?

Enrich.chat sells monthly credit plans: Growth $29 for 100,000 credits, Scale $90 for 500,000 credits, Pro $299 for 2,500,000 credits. Every plan includes every product and unlimited seats, is billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime. A work email costs 10 credits and a mobile 250. A lookup that finds nothing uses 0 credits. Each IP also gets 10 free lookups a day without signup. The [pricing page](https://enrich.chat/pricing/) lists every plan, and our [terms](https://enrich.chat/terms/) cover accounts.

Credits are not one unit across vendors, so compare dollars. The table prices four lists on each service, using the smallest monthly plan or tier that covers the credits. It assumes every lookup is found. Misses use no credits on either side.

| List | FullEnrich, monthly billing | Enrich.chat |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 5,000 work emails | 5,000 credits, 5,000-credit tier, $255 | 50,000 credits, Growth plan, $29 |
| 1,000 mobiles | 10,000 credits, 10,000-credit tier, $499 | 250,000 credits, Scale plan, $90 |
| 1,000 contacts, work email and mobile | 11,000 credits, 15,000-credit tier, $720 | 260,000 credits, Scale plan, $90 |
| 5,000 contacts, work email and mobile | 55,000 credits, 100,000-credit tier, $3,500 | 1,300,000 credits, Pro plan, $299 |

**Figure 3: Monthly bill: FullEnrich tiers and Enrich.chat plans.** Bar chart of the monthly bill on October 15, 2026 for three lists, assuming every lookup is found. For 5,000 work emails, FullEnrich costs 255 dollars on its 5,000-credit tier and Enrich.chat costs $29 on the Growth plan. For 1,000 contacts with a work email and a mobile, FullEnrich costs 720 dollars on its 15,000-credit tier and Enrich.chat costs $90 on the Scale plan. For 5,000 such contacts, FullEnrich costs 3,500 dollars on its 100,000-credit tier and Enrich.chat costs $299 on the Pro plan.

Enrich.chat bars are the smallest monthly plan that covers them, with unlimited seats. This compares price only, since credits are different units. Price is only one input. This page makes no claim about which service finds more of your list, so test both on the same rows. These differences are not about price:

- **Credit life.** FullEnrich credits stay valid for 3 months on monthly tiers. Enrich.chat credits renew with each monthly payment and do not roll over. Both include unlimited seats.
- **Answers inside an agent's turn.** FullEnrich's enrich API returns an ID and sends results by webhook, taking 56 seconds per contact on average, per its docs. Enrich.chat's GET endpoints answer in the same response, so an [AI agent](https://enrich.chat/agents/) can use a result mid-conversation. See the [person enrichment API](https://enrich.chat/api/person-enrichment/).
- **Agent access.** FullEnrich's MCP server needs a FullEnrich account and an OAuth sign-in or a token. Enrich.chat's remote MCP server at `enrich.chat/mcp` needs no sign-in, and the free tier needs no API key. The [install page](https://enrich.chat/install/) has one-click steps.
- **Status on every field.** Each Enrich.chat work email comes back as verified, catch_all or unknown, and each mobile with its line type, mobile or unknown. You see the status of every field.
- **LinkedIn.** A LinkedIn URL works as a lookup key, and Enrich.chat never logs in to LinkedIn.

Enrich.chat has two honest gaps next to FullEnrich:

- **No app, bulk tools or CRM app.** Enrich.chat returns data over an API and MCP. It has no search screen, CSV upload, native HubSpot app, Chrome extension, sequencing or dialer, and SDKs are planned, not available. FullEnrich has a web app with bulk CSV enrichment, filtered search and a HubSpot integration.
- **A line type, not a call.** A mobile's line type describes the number. It is not a call or a hand check, so treat every contact as a strong lead, not a guarantee.

To price your own list before you pick a FullEnrich tier, paste this prompt into your agent:

```text
Use www.enrich.chat to find the work email and mobile for each person in the list below, mark anyone not found, and give me the match count and total credits_used so I can compare it with a FullEnrich tier: [paste a LinkedIn URL, or a name and company website, per row]
```

## When is FullEnrich the better choice?

FullEnrich is the better choice when you want a managed multi-source waterfall for batch lists, bulk tools and a web app, and you can wait for results by webhook. Enrich.chat fits when you want contact data inside an agent or app, on a plan with unlimited seats.

- **You want one waterfall to run for you.** FullEnrich says it queries 25+ sources behind one credit meter. That is its main offer.
- **You work in batches and a web app.** FullEnrich has bulk CSV enrichment, filtered search, a HubSpot push and per-user credit limits.
- **You want credits to last.** Three months on monthly tiers and twelve on yearly ones beats credits that renew with each payment.
- **Phone checks matter to you.** [FullEnrich's plan table](https://fullenrich.com/pricing) lists landline detection, out-of-service removal and, in the US and Canada, an owner-name check. We did not test them. Our [direct dials](https://enrich.chat/blog/direct-dials/) guide and [TCPA guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/tcpa-b2b-cold-calling/) cover calling rules.
- **You need Enterprise terms.** Custom rate limits, a bring-your-own API key and custom SSO come only with a FullEnrich Enterprise quote.

We also cover [Clay pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/clay-pricing/), [Apollo pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/apollo-pricing/), [Lusha pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/lusha-pricing/) and [Hunter pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/hunter-io-pricing/). ## Frequently asked questions

### How much does FullEnrich cost?

FullEnrich's Pro plan runs from $29 a month for 500 credits to $3,500 a month for 100,000 credits on monthly billing, and from $26 a month for 6,000 credits a year on yearly billing, per [its pricing page](https://fullenrich.com/pricing) checked October 15, 2026. A free trial gives 50 credits with no card. Above 100,000 credits a month, FullEnrich sells by quote. Prices exclude tax.

### How many credits does a FullEnrich mobile number cost?

A mobile number costs 10 credits, against 1 for a work email and 3 for a personal email, per [FullEnrich's credit docs](https://docs.fullenrich.com/api/v2/general/credit). On monthly billing that is about $0.58 at the 500-credit tier and $0.35 at the 100,000-credit tier, by our arithmetic. A landline found in place of a mobile costs nothing, and so does a lookup that finds no number.

### Does FullEnrich charge when it finds nothing?

No. [FullEnrich's help center](https://help.fullenrich.com/en/articles/9736469-how-do-credits-work) says no credits are used when enrichment or a reverse lookup finds nothing, and invalid emails cost nothing. It does charge 1 credit for a catch-all email, which its own article says bounces about 26 to 40% of the time. Re-enriching a contact within 3 months is free, but one bulk request is not deduplicated.

### Do FullEnrich credits roll over?

Credits stay valid for 3 months on monthly tiers and 12 months on yearly tiers, per [FullEnrich's terms](https://fullenrich.com/tos), which its pricing page calls rollover. When you cancel, the subscription runs to the end of the billing cycle, and unused credits expire then, says its [help center](https://help.fullenrich.com/en/articles/9736469-how-do-credits-work). Enriched contacts are deleted after 3 months, so export them first.

### Does FullEnrich have a free plan?

FullEnrich has a free trial, not a free plan. [Its pricing page](https://fullenrich.com/pricing) gives 50 credits with no credit card, enough for 50 work emails or 5 mobile numbers. Each teammate who joins through your invite adds 50 more, per its [help center](https://help.fullenrich.com/en/articles/9736469-how-do-credits-work). Enrich.chat's free tier is 10 lookups a day with no signup.

### Is there a FullEnrich alternative for AI agents?

For work emails and mobiles inside an AI agent or app, [Enrich.chat](https://enrich.chat/pricing/) sells monthly credit plans, Growth $29 for 100,000 credits, Scale $90 for 500,000 credits, Pro $299 for 2,500,000 credits, with unlimited seats. A work email costs 10 credits, a mobile 250, and a miss costs 0. It has no bulk CSV tool, search screen or Chrome extension.
