# The best intent data providers in 2026, compared on signal source, price and AI agent access

We read nine providers' own pages on October 16, 2026. See where each signal comes from, what buyers report paying, and how to reach the people at an account once intent names it.

By Enrich.chat Editorial. Updated October 16, 2026.

**Short answer:** The main intent data providers are Bombora, 6sense, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, G2, Informa TechTarget, Intentsify, Apollo and Leadfeeder. They differ by signal source: your own site, one review or media network, or an outside co-op. Of the nine, only Apollo and Leadfeeder publish prices, and [Vendr's buyer data](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/apollo-io) puts yearly medians between $19,000 and $95,292.

## Key takeaways

- Intent providers differ most by signal source. Leadfeeder reads your own site, G2 and Informa TechTarget read their own networks, Bombora runs a publisher co-op, and 6sense, Demandbase and ZoomInfo mix sources.
- Of the nine, only Apollo and Leadfeeder publish prices. Vendr's buyer data shows yearly medians from $19,000 (Apollo) to $95,292 (TechTarget), and several medians cover more than intent.
- Six of the nine list an MCP or agent connection: 6sense, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, G2, Intentsify and Apollo. Each one reads from your own vendor account or license.
- A Forrester analyst suggests a second intent source should be at least 30 to 40% unique from the first. 6sense and Demandbase already import Bombora and G2 feeds, so check overlap before you buy twice.
- Every provider here names accounts first. Enrich.chat has no intent data: it is the step after, searching an account's website for people and returning each work email with a status.

## The verdict

No single provider wins, because they sell different signals. Pick by where your buyers leave a trail, then budget for the contact step. **Enrich.chat** sells no intent data. It is the step after an intent tool names an account.

- Best plain intent feed: Bombora (Account-level topic scores from a publisher co-op; Vendr median $25,000 a year)
- Best account-based platform: 6sense or Demandbase (Scores, ads and alerts in one platform; quote only)
- Best contacts plus intent: ZoomInfo (Intent topics inside a contact database, with an MCP server)
- Best for late-stage software buyers: G2 Buyer Intent (Who compares you with rivals on G2)
- Cheapest way to try intent: Apollo (1 topic on Free, 6 from $49 a seat a month billed annually)
- Best contact step after intent: Enrich.chat (Not an intent provider: people and work emails once an account is named)

## Nine intent data providers, then the contact step

The order is not a ranking. Each card says what the provider sells, what buyers report paying and where it falls short. The last card is Enrich.chat, which sells no intent data and is here only as the contact step.

### Bombora

A standalone account-level intent feed built on a co-op of B2B publisher and brand sites.

- Best for: Teams that want a topic feed to plug into their own CRM, ad and scoring tools
- Pricing: Quote only. [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/bombora) shows a median of $25,000 a year across 35 purchases (checked Oct 16, 2026)
- Strength: Compares each account and topic over the latest three weeks with a 12-week baseline, per its [intent page](https://bombora.com/intent/)
- Strength: Also sold inside other tools, such as Cognism Pro and as a partner feed in 6sense and Demandbase
- Watch out for: No price on its page; Vendr says annual contracts are standard and API access can cost $5,000 to $20,000 or more a year extra
- Watch out for: It names accounts and roles; contact details come from another tool

### 6sense

An account-based platform that mixes its own intent network with partner feeds and scores accounts into five buying stages.

- Best for: Enterprise revenue teams that run account-based marketing and sales on one score
- Pricing: Not published. [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/6sense) shows a median of $62,220 a year across 386 purchases (checked Oct 16, 2026). See the [6sense pricing guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/6sense-pricing/)
- Strength: Tracks an unlimited number of custom keywords in more than 40 languages, per its [intent page](https://6sense.com/platform/intent-data/)
- Strength: MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT, Writer and Agentforce
- Watch out for: No public price, and emails and phone numbers need a package with data credits
- Watch out for: The MCP server needs an eligible 6sense license

### Demandbase

An account-based platform with its own bidstream intent, keyword sets in 133 languages and imports from partner feeds.

- Best for: Enterprise teams that want intent, ads and sales alerts in one platform
- Pricing: Quote by form: a platform fee plus a flat fee per user. [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/demandbase) shows a median of $68,591 a year across 187 purchases (checked Oct 16, 2026). See the [Demandbase pricing guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/demandbase-pricing/)
- Strength: Says direct bidstream access is the source of the most intent signals, and also partners with other intent providers
- Strength: Read-only MCP for ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants
- Watch out for: Its pricing page says it does not split the platform into separate Marketing and Sales products
- Watch out for: The MCP must be enabled for your tenant by your account team

### ZoomInfo

A contact and company database with intent topics, website visitors and an MCP server that searches intent for free.

- Best for: Teams that want contacts and intent under one contract
- Pricing: Quote only; no dollar prices on its pricing page. [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo) shows a $33,500 median across 1,577 purchases for the whole platform (checked Oct 16, 2026). See the [ZoomInfo pricing guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/zoominfo-pricing/)
- Strength: Plans list 25, 100 or unlimited intent topics, from Marketing Demand to ABM Enterprise
- Strength: MCP: Search Intent is free, and Enrich Company Signals costs one bulk data credit per signal
- Watch out for: Streaming Intent is an add-on priced by the keywords and accounts you track
- Watch out for: Intent tools return nothing until Intent Topics are set up

### G2 Buyer Intent

Second-party signals from buyers browsing G2, Capterra, Software Advice and GetApp.

- Best for: Software vendors with a G2 profile that want late-stage comparison signals
- Pricing: Not published; your G2 plan sets which signals you get. [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/g2) shows a $28,000 median across 529 purchases for all G2 products (checked Oct 16, 2026)
- Strength: Shows who views your profile, your category and your competitors, per its [Buyer Intent page](https://sell.g2.com/buyer-intent)
- Strength: Integrates with Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense and Demandbase, and has an MCP server
- Watch out for: Sees only activity on G2 and its sister sites
- Watch out for: It helps mainly if you sell software listed there; MCP access needs a G2 subscription

### Informa TechTarget (Priority Engine)

Intent from research on its own technology publications, tied to buyers and buying groups.

- Best for: Vendors that sell to IT buyers
- Pricing: Not published. [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/techtarget) shows a $95,292 median across 34 purchases for all TechTarget products, and says Priority Engine starts around $30,000 to $50,000 a year (checked Oct 16, 2026)
- Strength: Says its signals are not bought or brokered and come from its own opted-in audience, per its [Buyer Intelligence page](https://www.informatechtarget.com/products/buyer-intelligence/)
- Strength: Lists integrations with 6sense, Demandbase, Outreach and Salesloft
- Watch out for: Covers research on its own network, so it fits technology buyers best
- Watch out for: We found no MCP server on its pages

### Intentsify

Multi-source intent scored against your own solutions, sold with managed programs and an MCP server.

- Best for: Marketing teams that want persona-level intent and managed campaigns
- Pricing: Not published. [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/intentsify) lists a $43,636 median but shows no purchase count (checked Oct 16, 2026)
- Strength: MCP for Claude and ChatGPT, per its [MCP page](https://intentsify.io/integrations/mcp/)
- Strength: Says it offers persona-level intent and a managed-service model
- Watch out for: No public price
- Watch out for: A managed-service model means a services engagement, not a self-serve feed

### Apollo

A prospecting platform with intent topics on every plan, from one topic on Free.

- Best for: Small teams that want to try intent at a published price
- Pricing: Free; Basic $49, Professional $79, Organization $119 per seat a month, billed annually ([Apollo pricing](https://www.apollo.io/pricing), Oct 16, 2026). See the [Apollo pricing guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/apollo-pricing/)
- Strength: Published prices and a $0 entry point
- Strength: 6 intent topics on Basic and Professional, 12 on Organization
- Watch out for: Few topics compared with a Bombora or 6sense contract
- Watch out for: Organization has a 3-seat minimum, and Vendr puts the median at $19,000 a year across 101 purchases for the whole platform

### Leadfeeder (formerly Dealfront)

First-party site visitor identification: it shows which companies visit your own website.

- Best for: Teams with enough website traffic to make visiting companies a useful signal
- Pricing: Lite free; Discover from €79, Activate from €369, Scale from €599 a month, billed annually. Shown in euros ([Leadfeeder pricing](https://www.leadfeeder.com/pricing/), Oct 16, 2026)
- Strength: Free plan with unlimited users
- Strength: Pricing page shows every paid plan
- Watch out for: It sees only companies that visit your own site
- Watch out for: Scale is billed annually only, and plans are sized by identified companies

### Enrich.chat (the contact step, not an intent provider)

Not an intent provider. It has no intent data, scores or visitor tracking. Give your agent an account's website and it returns people by title, then a work email with a status for each.

- Best for: Teams and agents that already know which accounts to work and need the people and emails
- Pricing: Free (10 lookups a day, no signup), then monthly plans from $29: 5 credits per person returned, 10 per work email found
- Strength: Credits are spent only on matches, and a lookup that finds nothing uses 0 credits
- Strength: Works in any AI agent through the MCP server or one prompt, with unlimited seats and no annual contract
- Watch out for: No intent data, buying scores, alerts or website visitor tracking
- Watch out for: Takes a website, not a company name; about 25 people a search; no saved lists, bulk export or sending on self-serve plans

## What are intent data providers, and where does the signal come from?

An intent data provider sells signals that show which companies are researching a topic or comparing vendors. The providers differ most by where the signal comes from: your own website, one company's review or media network, or an outside co-op or ad exchange. [Demandbase's guide](https://www.demandbase.com/faq/what-is-intent-data/) names the same three types: first-party, second-party and third-party. Our [intent data guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/intent-data/) covers what a signal contains and what it leaves out.

Price is the other way to sort providers. On July 31, 2023, Forrester analyst Brett Kahnke wrote that he had put 14 providers into [four business models](https://www.forrester.com/blogs/which-type-of-intent-data-provider-is-best-for-your-b2b-business/), based mainly on how they price their signals.

- **Traditional data providers** sell third-party signals as a standalone product, priced by the volume of data used. Bombora's page quotes Forrester calling it one.
- **ABM platform providers** include data access in a software subscription, with analytics and activation tools. 6sense and Demandbase fit here.
- **Campaign execution firms** roll the data cost into activation fees or price per lead. Intentsify describes a managed-service model that sits close to this group.
- **Walled gardens** sell second-party signals from their own properties, such as review sites. G2 and Informa TechTarget fit here.

Forrester names no vendors in that post, so the matches above are ours. It adds that some providers fit more than one model. Figure 1 shows where each provider's signal comes from.

**Figure 1: Where each intent data provider's signal comes from.** A grid of nine providers against three signal sources: your own site, one review or media network, and an outside co-op or ad exchange. Bombora and Intentsify collect only from an outside co-op or ad exchange. 6sense and Demandbase use all three sources and import the review-network feed from partners. ZoomInfo uses your own site and an outside publisher network. G2 and TechTarget collect from their own review or media networks. Apollo reads your own site and imports co-op scores from a partner. Leadfeeder reads only your own site.

### What is bidstream intent data?

Bidstream data is information passed between ad systems while a page loads and an ad is auctioned. [Bombora's guide](https://bombora.com/what-is-intent-data/) calls it fragmented, surface-level data that gives only a momentary glimpse of a visitor. [Demandbase's product page](https://www.demandbase.com/products/account-intelligence/intent/) says its direct access to the bidstream is the source of the most intent signals, and that language models cut false positives. Both are vendor claims. Ask each provider to test its signal on accounts you already know.

### Do intent providers share data?

Often, yes. [6sense](https://6sense.com/platform/intent-data/) names Bombora, TechTarget, TrustRadius and G2 as integrated providers. [Demandbase](https://www.demandbase.com/blog/b2b-intent-data-providers/) says it folds Bombora, G2 and TrustRadius intent into the same view as its own. [Cognism's Pro plan](https://www.cognism.com/pricing) carries Bombora's Company Surge, and Bombora lists Apollo as a featured partner. [G2](https://sell.g2.com/buyer-intent) says Buyer Intent integrates with 6sense and Demandbase. The Forrester analyst suggests a second source should be at least 30 to 40% unique from the first, and that you test a sample dataset before you buy.

## How much do intent data providers cost?

Most intent data providers publish no price, so [Vendr's buyer data](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/bombora) is the best public guide. Vendr reports yearly medians from $19,000 for Apollo to $95,292 for TechTarget. Figure 2 plots them. Each median covers the whole contract buyers signed, and several bundle far more than intent.

**Figure 2: Median yearly contract paid for eight intent data providers.** Vendr buyer data on median yearly contracts. Apollo is $19,000 across 101 purchases, Bombora $25,000 across 35, G2 $28,000 across 529, ZoomInfo $33,500 across 1,577, Intentsify $43,636 with no purchase count shown, 6sense $62,220 across 386, Demandbase $68,591 across 187 and TechTarget $95,292 across 34. The bars run from about $19,000 to about $95,000 on a scale to $100,000.

*Median yearly contract paid, from Vendr buyer data. Each median covers the whole contract buyers signed, which often includes more than intent. The dashed bar is Intentsify, whose Vendr page shows a median but no purchase count. Source: Vendr guides to [Apollo](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/apollo-io), [Bombora](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/bombora), [G2](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/g2), [ZoomInfo](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo), [Intentsify](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/intentsify), [6sense](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/6sense), [Demandbase](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/demandbase) and [TechTarget](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/techtarget), last updated February 2026 where Vendr shows a date, checked October 16, 2026.*

Read the bars as budget ranges, not a ranking. Bombora's median is the closest to a plain intent feed. ZoomInfo's covers contacts and seats, G2's covers review profiles, and [TechTarget's](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/techtarget) covers campaigns and content syndication as well as Priority Engine. Vendr's Intentsify page gives no purchase count or date, so treat that bar as weaker evidence.

| Provider | What sets the price | Source |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Bombora | Topics tracked, accounts monitored and delivery method; annual contracts are standard | [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/bombora) |
| 6sense | Quote; contact emails and phone numbers need data credits | [6sense pricing page](https://6sense.com/pricing/) |
| Demandbase | A platform fee plus a flat fee per user; Marketing and Sales are not sold separately | [Demandbase pricing page](https://www.demandbase.com/pricing/) |
| ZoomInfo | Licenses, credits and features; Streaming Intent is an add-on priced by keywords and accounts tracked | [ZoomInfo pricing page](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing) |
| G2 Buyer Intent | Your G2 plan sets which signals you receive | [G2 documentation](https://documentation.g2.com/docs/buyer-intent) |
| TechTarget | Annual subscription by accounts, topics and integrations, plus campaign fees for other products | [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/techtarget) |
| Intentsify | Not published; sold with managed programs | [Intentsify](https://intentsify.io/) |
| Apollo | Per seat per month; published | [Apollo pricing page](https://www.apollo.io/pricing) |
| Leadfeeder | Identified companies a month; published | [Leadfeeder pricing page](https://www.leadfeeder.com/pricing/) |

Fees can stack on top of the median. Vendr says Bombora charges onboarding fees of $5,000 to $20,000 or more, API access of $5,000 to $20,000 or more a year, and often adds price increases of 3% to 7% a year. For Demandbase, [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/demandbase) lists onboarding from a few thousand dollars to the mid-five figures, and renewal increases of 3% to 5%. Vendr says Priority Engine starts around $30,000 to $50,000 a year for mid-market deployments. For one vendor at a time, read our guides to [Bombora pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/bombora-pricing/), [6sense pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/6sense-pricing/), [Demandbase pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/demandbase-pricing/), [ZoomInfo pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/zoominfo-pricing/) and [Apollo pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/apollo-pricing/).

## Which intent data providers publish a price?

Of the nine, only Apollo and Leadfeeder show prices on their own pages. Lusha and Clay sell intent as one feature of a contact or workflow tool and also publish plan prices, while Cognism sells it by quote. The table lists what each page showed on October 16, 2026.

| Option | What intent you get | Price shown on its page |
| --- | --- | --- |
| [Apollo](https://www.apollo.io/pricing) | 1 intent topic on Free, 6 on Basic and Professional, 12 on Organization | Basic $49, Professional $79, Organization $119 per seat a month, billed annually; Organization has a 3-seat minimum |
| [Lusha](https://www.lusha.com/pricing/) | 5 buying intent topics from the Starter plan | Starter $37.45 a month, billed yearly |
| [Clay](https://www.clay.com/pricing) | Web intent signal tracking on Growth, plus job change and company news signals | Launch from $185 a month, Growth from $495 a month, on monthly billing |
| [Leadfeeder](https://www.leadfeeder.com/pricing/) | Companies that visit your own site; Activate adds verified emails and phones | Lite is free with up to 100 companies a month; Discover from €79, Activate from €369, Scale from €599 a month, billed annually |
| [Cognism](https://www.cognism.com/pricing) | Pro plan: Bombora Company Surge, up to 12 topics from more than 11,000 | Quote only |

Leadfeeder, formerly Dealfront, showed euro prices when we loaded its page, and its Scale plan is billed annually only. Apollo's prices are the yearly-billing rates. Our guides to [Lusha pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/lusha-pricing/) and [Cognism pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/cognism-pricing/) cover the other two in depth.

## Which intent data providers work with AI agents?

Six of the nine list an MCP or agent connection: 6sense, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, G2, Intentsify and Apollo. Every one reads from your own vendor account, so an agent sees only what you already pay for.

- **6sense:** [its MCP server](https://6sense.com/platform/mcp-server/) works with Claude, ChatGPT, Writer and Agentforce, signs in with your 6sense credentials and needs an eligible license. It returns keyword intent trends and account summaries, and contact details are for sale.
- **ZoomInfo:** [its MCP intent tools](https://pipeline.zoominfo.com/sales/mcp-intent-data) include Search Intent, which is free, and Enrich Company Signals, which costs one bulk data credit per signal for up to 10 companies per call. Intent Topics must be set up first, and ZoomInfo says MCP is read-only. See our [ZoomInfo MCP guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/zoominfo-mcp/).
- **Demandbase:** [its MCP](https://developer.demandbase.com/docs/get-started-with-demandbase-mcp) covers intent and buying group data, and must be enabled for your tenant by your account team.
- **G2:** [its MCP server](https://documentation.g2.com/docs/g2-mcp-server) returns buyer intent, competitor and review data. Partner routes need an active G2 subscription, and G2 says buyer intent data may need extra entitlements.
- **Intentsify:** [its MCP](https://intentsify.io/integrations/mcp/) brings account and persona-level signals into Claude and ChatGPT.
- **Apollo:** it documents an MCP server on its [MCP docs page](https://docs.apollo.io/docs/apollo-mcp).
- **Bombora, Informa TechTarget and Leadfeeder:** we found no MCP server product page for any of them. Bombora's website terms mention MCP servers and agent-to-agent services for its platform, but we found no public page or price for them. Bombora and TechTarget describe CRM, marketing and ad integrations, and [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/bombora) lists Bombora API access as a paid extra.

Our guide to the [best MCP servers for sales](https://enrich.chat/blog/best-mcp-servers-for-sales/) compares the wider field. If your agent also has the Enrich.chat MCP server, it can take account websites from one connector and look up people with the other. The last section shows that step.

## How do you choose an intent data provider?

Start with the job, then test the signal. Eight checks cover most of the decision.

1. **Source.** Ask which sites and networks feed the signal and which source in Figure 1 it uses. [Demandbase's guide](https://www.demandbase.com/faq/what-is-intent-data/) lists coverage, topic quality, recency, account resolution, transparency, noise reduction, integrations, privacy and governance, and ease of activation as the points to compare.
2. **Account or person.** G2's [data reference](https://documentation.g2.com/docs/buyer-intent-data-reference) lists company fields only. [Intentsify](https://intentsify.io/integrations/mcp/) and [Informa TechTarget](https://www.informatechtarget.com/products/buyer-intelligence/) say they tie signals to people. Ask any vendor how it builds person-level data.
3. **Overlap.** Check how much a second source adds before you pay for it, as in the 30 to 40% rule above.
4. **Freshness.** [G2 updates](https://documentation.g2.com/docs/buyer-intent) Buying Stage and Activity Level daily. [Bombora](https://bombora.com/intent/) compares the latest three weeks with a 12-week baseline. Ask how long a spike counts.
5. **Delivery.** Confirm the CRM, ad platform, API or MCP route you need, and what each costs.
6. **Terms.** Ask about annual terms, price increases, onboarding fees and notice periods, using the Vendr figures above as a check.
7. **Consent.** Bombora calls its tag consent-driven and Informa TechTarget calls its audience opted in. Ask for the details in writing. This is not legal advice.
8. **Who acts.** A signal needs a person who contacts the account within days. See our guides to [sales signals](https://enrich.chat/blog/sales-signals/) and the [lead scoring model](https://enrich.chat/blog/lead-scoring-model/).

Intent data is not always worth buying. If you can name and reach all your fit accounts, a contact list may be enough, as our [intent data guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/intent-data/) explains.

## When is each intent data provider the better choice?

- **Bombora or Intentsify** fit when you want a signal feed for your own CRM, ads and scoring. Bombora is the plainer feed. Intentsify adds managed programs and an MCP server.
- **6sense or Demandbase** fit when you run account-based ads and want scores, alerts and ads in one platform. In Vendr's data they carry the higher medians, $62,220 and $68,591. See [what is 6sense](https://enrich.chat/blog/what-is-6sense/) and the [6sense alternatives](https://enrich.chat/alternatives/6sense/).
- **ZoomInfo** fits when you want contacts, intent topics and an MCP server under one contract. See [ZoomInfo alternatives](https://enrich.chat/alternatives/zoominfo/).
- **G2 Buyer Intent** fits software vendors with a G2 profile who want to see who compares them with rivals. **Informa TechTarget** fits companies that sell to IT buyers.
- **Leadfeeder** fits when your own site gets enough visits that knowing which companies come is useful.
- **Apollo** fits when you want to try intent topics at a published price, inside a tool that also holds contacts. See [Cognism alternatives](https://enrich.chat/alternatives/cognism/) and the [best sales intelligence tools](https://enrich.chat/blog/best-sales-intelligence-tools/) for other bundles.

## What do you do once intent data names an account?

Intent data names a company, not a person, so the next job is to find the right people there and their work emails. Enrich.chat is not an intent provider. It has no intent data, buying scores, alerts or website visitor tracking. It does the second job: your agent searches the account's website for people by title, then looks up each work email, which comes back with a status. Figure 3 shows a run on three made-up accounts.

**Figure 3: One intent export becomes a contact sheet.** An illustrative run on three fictional accounts. The intent tool names the accounts and a signal. Enrich.chat then returns people and work emails. Brightwater has 2 people, one verified and one catch_all email, and uses 30 credits. Northfield has 3 people, two verified emails and one not found, and uses 35 credits. Kestrel returns no people and uses 0 credits. The total is 65 credits.

*An illustrative contact sheet for three fictional accounts. The intent tool supplies the account and the signal. Enrich.chat supplies the people and the work emails, and each person returned uses 5 credits and each work email found uses 10. Source: Enrich.chat [agents.md](https://enrich.chat/agents.md).*

### Step 1: search the account's website for people

Take the website from your intent export. Enrich.chat takes a company website, not a company name, so add the website first if your export has only names. Call `GET /v1/search` with the website and a title or seniority. One call returns up to 25 people, and each person returned uses 5 credits. This is an illustrative response for a fictional account:

```
GET https://enrich.chat/v1/search
    ?company_domain=brightwater.example.com
    &title=fleet
    &seniority=director
### Step 2: look up each work email and its status
Pass each LinkedIn URL to `GET /v1/person` and ask for the email only. If your intent tool already names a person, pass the name and the company website instead. A LinkedIn URL is only a lookup key, and Enrich.chat never logs in to LinkedIn. Each work email found uses 10 credits. These are illustrative responses:
```
GET https://enrich.chat/v1/person
    ?linkedin_url=linkedin.com/in/priya-nair-example
    &fields=email

{"found": true, "name": "Priya Nair",
 "title": "Director of Fleet Operations",
 "company": {"name": "Brightwater Logistics"},
 "work_email": {
  "value": "priya.nair@brightwater.example.com",
  "status": "verified"},
 "credits_used": 10,
 "free_lookups_remaining": 8}

GET https://enrich.chat/v1/person
    ?name=Marcus%20Webb
    &company=brightwater.example.com
    &fields=email

{"found": true, "name": "Marcus Webb",
 "company": {"name": "Brightwater Logistics"},
 "work_email": {
  "value": "marcus.webb@brightwater.example.com",
  "status": "catch_all"},
 "credits_used": 10,
 "free_lookups_remaining": 7}
```
The status is a label, not a delivery guarantee: `verified`, `catch_all` or `unknown`. A catch_all domain accepts every address, so the mailbox cannot be confirmed. Treat that email as risky, as our guide to [catch-all emails](https://enrich.chat/blog/what-is-a-catch-all-email/) explains. A lookup that finds nothing returns `found: false` and uses 0 credits.
### What does the contact step cost?
Say your intent tool flags 40 accounts this month and you want up to three directors or VPs at each. That is up to 120 people. Each person returned uses 5 credits and each work email found uses 10, so a full run needs 1,800 credits. That fits the Growth plan at $29 a month, with unlimited seats and no annual contract. Add a mobile for the 20 best-fit people at 250 credits each and the run needs 6,800 credits, which still fits the Growth plan at $29 a month. People or emails that are not found use 0 credits, so the real total can be lower.
```text
Use www.enrich.chat to take the company websites in this list of accounts my intent tool flagged: [paste websites]. For each one, find up to three directors or VPs in the function that matches the intent topic, then get each person's work email with its status. Flag catch_all emails as risky, write not found where nothing matches, and tell me the total credits_used.
```
Paste the prompt into ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor. The agent reads [enrich.chat/agents.md](https://enrich.chat/agents.md) and calls the API about once a second. You can also add the MCP server at enrich.chat/mcp, and the [install page](https://enrich.chat/install/) has the steps for each app. The free tier gives 10 lookups a day with no signup, and an API key is optional. For longer runs, see [pricing](https://enrich.chat/pricing/), the [people search API](https://enrich.chat/api/people-search/) and the [person enrichment API](https://enrich.chat/api/person-enrichment/). The free [lead list builder](https://enrich.chat/tools/lead-list-builder/) runs one search at a time. For the same loop with one vendor, see [what is 6sense](https://enrich.chat/blog/what-is-6sense/).
### What does Enrich.chat not do?
- **No intent data.** It has no topic research, buying scores, alerts or website visitor tracking. You still need a provider above, or your own site analytics, to say which accounts to work.
- **No saved lists, bulk export or sending.** On self-serve plans there is no list workspace, bulk export, sequencing, Chrome extension or CRM app. Enterprise adds bulk files and data licenses.
- **Narrow inputs.** It takes a company website, not a name, and a work email only on the email input. A search returns about 25 people a call, requests run at about one a second, and SDKs are planned, not available.
Treat every contact as a strong lead, not a guarantee, and follow the rules for your outreach. See our guides to [cold email](https://enrich.chat/blog/cold-email/) and [TCPA and B2B cold calling](https://enrich.chat/blog/tcpa-b2b-cold-calling/). This is not legal advice, and using Enrich.chat does not make outreach compliant.
## Frequently asked questions
### Who are the main intent data providers?
The main B2B intent data providers are Bombora, 6sense, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, G2, Informa TechTarget and Intentsify, plus Apollo and Leadfeeder at the low-cost end. Bombora sells a standalone feed. 6sense and Demandbase wrap intent in account-based marketing platforms. ZoomInfo adds it to a contact database. G2 and TechTarget sell signals from their own sites. See our [intent data guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/intent-data/) for the basics.
### Which intent data providers are first-party, second-party or third-party?
Leadfeeder is first-party: it shows companies visiting your own site. G2 and Informa TechTarget are second-party: they sell what buyers do on their own review and media sites. Bombora and Intentsify are third-party, collected across many outside sites. 6sense, Demandbase and ZoomInfo mix types. This is our reading of each vendor's pages, since vendors define the terms differently.
### How much do intent data providers cost?
Most publish no price. [Vendr's buyer data](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/bombora) shows yearly medians of $25,000 for Bombora, $28,000 for G2, $33,500 for ZoomInfo, $62,220 for 6sense, $68,591 for Demandbase and $95,292 for TechTarget, though several cover more than intent. Apollo shows plans from $0 to $119 a seat a month, and Leadfeeder starts at €79 a month billed annually. See [6sense pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/6sense-pricing/).
### Which intent data provider is cheapest?
Apollo and Leadfeeder are the cheapest to start because both publish prices. Apollo includes one intent topic on its Free plan and six from $49 a seat a month billed annually. Leadfeeder's Lite plan is free and identifies up to 100 companies a month that visit your site. Both cover less than a Bombora or 6sense contract, so match the tool to the job. Prices checked October 16, 2026.
### Do intent data providers give you contact details?
Not by themselves. Most intent feeds name accounts, and some add persona or buying group detail. Contact details usually cost extra: 6sense sells emails and phone numbers with data credits, ZoomInfo charges a credit per export, and Leadfeeder's Activate plan adds verified emails and phones. Enrich.chat has no intent data, but it can find people and work emails at an account once you know it. See the [people search API](https://enrich.chat/api/people-search/).
### Is Enrich.chat an intent data provider?
No. Enrich.chat has no intent data, buying scores, alerts or website visitor tracking. It handles the step after an intent tool names an account: search the account's website for people by title, then look up each work email, which comes back with a status of verified, catch_all or unknown. The free tier gives 10 lookups a day with no signup. See [pricing](https://enrich.chat/pricing/).
