# lemlist pricing in 2026: what each plan costs, what a credit buys, and what a contact really costs

lemlist sells outreach software and a contact database on separate meters. Here is what its own pages say about each, with the maths, and how the data half compares with Enrich.chat's credit plans.

By Enrich.chat Editorial. Updated October 16, 2026.

**Short answer:** lemlist's Email plan costs $69 a month for a whole team with 50,000 emails ($55 billed yearly), and Multichannel costs $109 per user ($87 yearly), per its [pricing page](https://www.lemlist.com/pricing) on October 16, 2026. Contact data is extra: a found email uses 5 credits and a phone number 20, and add-on credits start at $20 for 2,000.

## Key takeaways

- lemlist lists Email at $69 a month per team for 50,000 emails, rising to $659 for 1,000,000, and Multichannel at $109 per user. Yearly billing takes 20% off and quarterly 10%.
- Data is a separate meter. A found email uses 5 credits and a phone number 20, charged only on a result. Add-on credits run from $20 for 2,000 to $1,568 for 200,000 a month.
- On monthly billing a found email costs $0.05 at the smallest add-on and $0.039 at the largest, a drop of about 22%. A phone number costs $0.20 and $0.157.
- The Email plan includes no credits, and Multichannel includes 400 per user a month, enough for 80 emails. Plan credits reset every month, while add-on credits roll over.
- Plans renew automatically, and the Terms say unused fees are not refunded, even pro rata. The credits add-on is a separate subscription with its own cancel step.

## Plans and prices

Prices as listed by lemlist on October 16, 2026. [Source](https://www.lemlist.com/pricing). Monthly list prices in US dollars, excluding VAT. Quarterly billing takes 10% off and yearly billing 20%. The Email plan price is for a whole team and rises with sending volume.

| Plan | Price | Notes |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Free trial | $0 14 days | No card needed |
| Email | $69 /month per team | $55 a month billed yearly |
| Multichannel | $109 /user/month | $87 a month billed yearly |
| Enterprise | Custom annual | Minimum 5 seats |
| Lead data add-on | $20 /month, 2,000 credits | $16 a month billed yearly |

## How much does lemlist cost in 2026?

lemlist's Email plan costs $69 a month for a whole team, and its Multichannel plan costs $109 a month for each user, on monthly billing. Those are the list prices on [lemlist's pricing page](https://www.lemlist.com/pricing), which we read in its monthly, quarterly and yearly views on October 16, 2026. Quarterly billing takes 10% off and yearly billing takes 20%. Enterprise has no public price.

| lemlist plan | Monthly billing | Quarterly, per month | Yearly, per month | Priced by |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Email, 50,000 emails | $69 | $62 | $55 | Team, unlimited users |
| Multichannel, 1 user | $109 | $99 | $87 | User |
| Enterprise | Quote | Quote | Quote | Annual billing only |

Prices exclude VAT, which lemlist adds at checkout from your billing address. Payments run through Stripe in dollars, euros or pounds, per lemlist's [plans and pricing overview](https://help.lemlist.com/en/articles/4452791-lemlist-plans-and-pricing-overview). The plan price pays for the software. Lead data is a separate meter, covered below.

lemlist offers a 14-day free trial. It includes Multichannel features except in-app calls, plus 200 credits, per the FAQ on the pricing page. lemlist's [trial guide](https://help.lemlist.com/en/articles/4941590-lemlist-free-trial-what-s-included-and-how-it-works) says it needs no card, caps sending at 50 emails a day and does not bill you when it ends. The account then moves to a Freemium plan. Per the [Freemium guide](https://help.lemlist.com/en/articles/9579215-freemium-plan-what-s-included-and-how-it-works), that plan cannot send campaigns and shows only the first page of leads database results.

### What does the Email plan cost at each volume?

lemlist's Email plan has no per-user price. You pick a monthly sending volume, and the whole team shares it across campaigns, the inbox and the contact panel, per the [plans guide](https://help.lemlist.com/en/articles/6643849-lemlist-plans-how-to-choose-the-right-one). Users, sending addresses and contacts are unlimited.

| Emails a month | Monthly billing | Quarterly, per month | Yearly, per month | Per 1,000 emails, monthly |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 50,000 | $69 | $62 | $55 | $1.38 |
| 100,000 | $89 | $80 | $71 | $0.89 |
| 200,000 | $159 | $143 | $127 | $0.80 |
| 500,000 | $359 | $323 | $287 | $0.72 |
| 1,000,000 | $659 | $593 | $527 | $0.66 |

The last column is our arithmetic: the monthly price divided by the volume in thousands. It is the sending price only. Credits, and any domains or mailboxes you buy through lemlist, cost extra. At the limit, active campaigns pause and the admin gets an email. Moving up a tier takes effect at once, charges the new tier minus the unused days and resets the counter to 0. Moving down waits for the end of the billing period, with no refund of the difference.

### How does Multichannel pricing work per user?

lemlist's Multichannel plan adds LinkedIn automation, SMS, a built-in call dialer and use from Gmail and LinkedIn. It is priced per user, so the bill grows in a straight line with your team.

| Multichannel users | Monthly billing | Quarterly, per month | Yearly, per month |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 1 | $109 | $99 | $87 |
| 2 | $218 | $198 | $174 |
| 5 | $545 | $495 | $435 |
| 8 | $872 | $792 | $696 |

Each user gets up to 5 sending addresses, 400 free credits and 400 call minutes a month, per the plans guide. An extra address slot costs $9 a month, per lemlist's [guide to adding addresses](https://help.lemlist.com/en/articles/4452692-add-a-different-email-address). All addresses on one seat must belong to one person. WhatsApp is a paid add-on, and the pricing page shows no price for it. Enterprise is annual only, starts at 5 seats and adds SSO, an account manager and 800 call minutes per user. The pricing page calls the middle plan Multichannel, while lemlist's help center and Terms call it Multichannel Expert.

### Why do other sites list different lemlist prices?

lemlist's older plans still exist for current customers: the plans guide says Email Pro stays on its old pricing. Some third-party pages show those older plans. An Instantly [comparison page](https://instantly.ai/blog/instantly-vs-lemlist-pricing-comparison/) that Google dates October 31, 2025 says lemlist charges per user from $69 a seat, and its table says from $59. Neither matches the pricing page, where the Email plan is priced per team. Check lemlist's own page before you buy.

## What does one lemlist credit buy?

A lemlist credit pays for one unit of data or AI work. A found email costs 5 credits and a found phone number costs 20, per lemlist's [credits guide](https://help.lemlist.com/en/articles/8944295-credits-how-they-work) and [enrichment guide](https://help.lemlist.com/en/articles/7939921-enrich-leads-with-finder-verifier-and-phone). Credits come off when lemlist returns a result, with one exception in the table.

| lemlist action | Credits | Charged when |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Email finder and verifier | 5 | A deliverable or risky email is returned |
| Verify an address you hold | 1 | Each lead verified |
| LinkedIn enrichment | 1 | Each lead |
| Phone number finder | 20 | A number is found, with no check that it works |
| AI variables | 1 | A valid result is returned |
| AI contact sourcing | 1 per company | Each company, even when no one is found |
| SMS | 6 | Each message sent |
| In-app calls | 4 per billed minute | Basic routes; premium routes cost up to 32 |
| Signal agents | 20 to 100 | Each signal found; custom signals bill monthly; external signals are free |

lemlist's email statuses matter here. Deliverable and risky emails are charged, and risky includes accept-all addresses, full mailboxes and disposable addresses. Undeliverable and unknown results are not. A catch-all domain accepts every address, so a charged email can still bounce. Our [catch-all checker](https://enrich.chat/tools/catch-all-checker/) and guide to [catch-all emails](https://enrich.chat/blog/what-is-a-catch-all-email/) explain why, and [waterfall enrichment](https://enrich.chat/blog/waterfall-enrichment/) compares how other vendors bill them.

### Which credits does lemlist spend first, and do they roll over?

lemlist's credits guide lists four kinds of credit, spent in this order:

1. **Plan credits.** The trial gives 200 once. Multichannel and Enterprise give 400 per user a month. The Email plan gives none. They reset every month.
2. **Enrichment add-on credits.** This is a monthly credit subscription. The credits roll over with no limit while the add-on stays active.
3. **Top-up credits.** These are one-off purchases that do not expire on your billing date.
4. **Gift credits.** lemlist grants these by hand, and they are kept the same way.

The whole team shares one pool, and only admins can buy credits. lemlist grants credits monthly even if you pay yearly. When they run out, enrichment pauses and campaigns keep sending. You must restart enrichment by hand after a top-up. The guide says purchased credits are not refundable.

## What does a lemlist contact really cost?

On monthly billing, a found email costs about $0.05 at lemlist's smallest credit add-on and about $0.039 at its largest. A found phone number costs about $0.20 and $0.157. The numbers come from the price catalog in lemlist's [credits guide](https://help.lemlist.com/en/articles/8944295-credits-how-they-work): the add-on price divided by its credits, times 5 for an email or 20 for a phone.

| Credits a month | Billed monthly | Billed yearly | One email, monthly | One phone, monthly |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 2,000 | $20 | $16 | $0.050 | $0.200 |
| 5,000 | $49 | $39 | $0.049 | $0.196 |
| 10,000 | $94 | $75 | $0.047 | $0.188 |
| 25,000 | $225 | $180 | $0.045 | $0.180 |
| 50,000 | $441 | $353 | $0.044 | $0.176 |
| 100,000 | $833 | $666 | $0.042 | $0.167 |
| 200,000 | $1,568 | $1,254 | $0.039 | $0.157 |

Volume helps only a little: going from 2,000 to 200,000 credits cuts the cost of an email by about 22%, while yearly billing alone takes 20% off the smallest add-on.

**Figure 1: Cost of 1,000 found emails on each lemlist credit add-on.** Bar chart of what 1,000 found emails cost on lemlist, at 5 credits each, for each Enrichment add-on size. On monthly billing it falls from $50.00 on the 2,000 credit add-on to $49.00, $47.00, $45.00, $44.10, $41.65 and $39.20 on the 200,000 credit add-on. On yearly billing it falls from $40.00 to $31.35. The cost falls by about 22 percent from the smallest to the largest add-on.

*Cost of 1,000 found emails, which is 5,000 credits, on each lemlist Enrichment add-on size, if every credit goes to emails. Add-on price divided by its credits, times 5,000. The labels under each size are its monthly and yearly prices. Source: price catalog in lemlist's [credits guide](https://help.lemlist.com/en/articles/8944295-credits-how-they-work), checked October 16, 2026.*

One-off top-ups cost more than the add-on at every size: $28 for 2,000 credits is $0.014 a credit. lemlist's [lead-cost guide](https://www.lemlist.com/blog/how-much-do-leads-cost-in-lemlist) prices every credit at one cent, which holds only at the smallest monthly add-on. It puts a 1,000-person list at $50 for emails, $200 for phones and $250 for both.

Those totals assume every lookup finds something. lemlist's own [lead finder guide](https://www.lemlist.com/blog/lead-finder) says its waterfall lands roughly an 80% email find rate, with no method given. You pay only for hits, so at 80% a 1,000-person list would use 4,000 credits for emails, or $40 at the smallest add-on. We did not test that claim. The credits guide advises a test batch of 50 to 100 leads.

Multichannel's free credits go a short way: 400 credits is 80 emails or 20 phones per user a month. A team that sends 50,000 emails and finds 1,000 new ones pays $69 plus the 5,000-credit add-on at $49. That is $118 a month, or $94 on yearly billing ($55 plus $39).

lemlist's pricing page says its lead database holds 650M+ leads, while its plans guide and its MCP docs say 450M+. We tested neither figure.

## What hidden costs can raise a lemlist bill?

A lemlist bill has three layers, and the pricing page shows mostly the first.

**Figure 2: The three layers of a lemlist bill.** Three stacked blocks show what a lemlist bill is made of. Layer one is the plan: Email at $69 a month per team for 50,000 emails, or Multichannel at $109 a month per user, with yearly billing taking 20 percent off. Layer two is credits, the data half: an Enrichment add-on from $20 to $1,568 a month, with 5 credits for an email, 1 for LinkedIn enrichment and 20 for a phone number. Layer three is extras: $9 a month for each extra sender slot, $29 a month for 100 intent signals, and WhatsApp, domains and mailboxes billed apart.

*The three layers of a lemlist bill, with monthly list prices. Only layer two is contact data. Sources: lemlist's [pricing page](https://www.lemlist.com/pricing), [credits guide](https://help.lemlist.com/en/articles/8944295-credits-how-they-work) and [guide to adding addresses](https://help.lemlist.com/en/articles/4452692-add-a-different-email-address), checked October 16, 2026.*

These are the costs to count before you pick a plan:

- **No credits on Email.** The credits guide says the Email plan includes none, so data costs extra from the first lookup.
- **Each Multichannel user adds $109.** Three users cost $327 a month, or $261 on yearly billing. Each sender slot beyond 5 per user adds $9.
- **Add-ons bill apart.** The [billing overview](https://help.lemlist.com/en/articles/7894851-billing-users-overview) lists domains, emails, WhatsApp, phone numbers, credits and extra mailboxes as add-ons. It says domains and emails bought through lemlist are not refundable.
- **Intent signals.** The add-on costs $29 a month for 100 signals, or $21 on yearly billing, and agents also spend credits. The credits guide prices a signal at 20 to 100 credits, but lemlist's lead-cost blog says LinkedIn signals start at 400. Check the app first.
- **Switching plans.** The plans guide says Email and Multichannel cannot switch by button: contact support or create a new team. Cancelling and buying the other plan charges its full price, per the cancel guide.
- **Fee changes.** The Terms let lemlist change fees with at least 30 days' notice by email.

## What are lemlist's contract, renewal and cancellation terms?

lemlist plans renew automatically, and its Terms say unused fees are not refunded, even pro rata. An admin can cancel at any time, and the account keeps paid features until the period ends. These are the rules in lemlist's own documents, as we read them on October 16, 2026:

- **Renewal.** The [Terms of service](https://www.lemlist.com/legal/terms) say paid subscriptions are due monthly or yearly in advance and renew on the same basis, and that paid plans carry a fixed-term commitment, generally 12 months. The pricing page and the cancel guide describe monthly billing that ends with the paid period, so the documents do not fully agree. Ask lemlist to confirm your term in writing before you pay.
- **Refunds.** The Terms say lemlist does not refund unused fees for a month or year already begun, even pro rata. The billing overview says renewal charges generally cannot be refunded unless support approves an exception.
- **Credits.** The Terms say unused credits are lost without refund once their validity ends. The Enrichment add-on is its own subscription, with its own billing cycle.

### How do you cancel lemlist?

An admin cancels in the app, per lemlist's [cancel guide](https://help.lemlist.com/en/articles/4452745-how-to-cancel-your-subscription):

1. Open Settings, then Billing & Users, and click Manage next to the subscription.
2. Click Cancel on the current plan and confirm.
3. Keep using paid features until the billing period ends. Click Undo cancellation before then if you change your mind.
4. If you have the Enrichment add-on, open the credits panel, click Buy more credits, then click Cancel add-on. Its credits expire on your next anniversary date. Top-up and gift credits stay.

After the paid period, the account moves to Freemium. lemlist's [retention guide](https://help.lemlist.com/en/articles/12875207-understand-cancellation-data-retention-and-account-deletion-in-lemlist) says your data stays until you ask for deletion, which its privacy team completes within 7 days of confirming the request.

## Does lemlist have an API, an MCP server and a Chrome extension?

Yes, and lemlist lists no separate price for any of them. Its comparison table ticks API key access, developer tools and Work in lemlist from LinkedIn and Gmail on all three plans. Data calls use credits, per the [MCP docs](https://developer.lemlist.com/mcp/setup).

- **Rate limit.** lemlist's [API docs](https://developer.lemlist.com/api-reference/getting-started/rate-limits) set 20 requests per 2 seconds for each API key.
- **Enrichment.** The [Enrich Data endpoint](https://developer.lemlist.com/api-reference/endpoints/enrich/enrich-data) is asynchronous: you start a job, then fetch the result or receive a webhook. It takes an email, a LinkedIn URL, or a name with a company domain.
- **Database search.** The [people database search](https://developer.lemlist.com/api-reference/endpoints/people-database/search-people-database) returns up to 100 results a page and limits queries every 24 hours, without giving the number.
- **MCP.** The server at `app.lemlist.com/mcp` signs in with OAuth or an API key and covers campaigns, leads and database search.

## What do reviews say about lemlist's price?

lemlist's [Trustpilot page](https://www.trustpilot.com/review/lemlist.com) showed 4.7 from 250 reviews on October 16, 2026, with 81% five-star and 12% one-star. The one-star reviews we read mention price, slow support, bugs and cancellation. One, from February 2025, says several months were paid after the user thought the plan was cancelled, and lemlist replied that cancelling takes a few clicks in Settings. lemlist's pricing page also shows a G2 badge with 4.6 from 2,240+ reviews, which we did not check.

## How does lemlist's data price compare with Enrich.chat's credit plans?

lemlist and Enrich.chat sell different things, so only the data half compares. Enrich.chat sells monthly credit plans: Growth $29 for 100,000 credits, Scale $90 for 500,000 credits, Pro $299 for 2,500,000 credits. Every plan includes every product and unlimited seats, billed monthly with no annual contract. A work email costs 10 credits, a mobile 250, and a lookup that finds nothing uses 0 credits. Each IP also gets 10 free lookups a day without signup. Full rates are on the [pricing page](https://enrich.chat/pricing/).

Here is one lookup with the [people enrichment API](https://enrich.chat/api/person-enrichment/): a name and a company website in, a work email with a status label out. Jordan Reyes and example.com are fictional, and the response is illustrative.

```
# Illustrative request. Jordan Reyes is fictional.
curl -G "https://enrich.chat/v1/person" \
  --data-urlencode "name=Jordan Reyes" \
  --data-urlencode "company=example.com" \
  --data-urlencode "fields=email"
```

```
{
  "found": true,
  "name": "Jordan Reyes",
  "title": "Head of Sales",
  "company": {"name": "Example Co"},
  "work_email": {"value": "jordan.reyes@example.com", "status": "verified"},
  "credits_used": 10,
  "free_lookups_remaining": 9
}
```

The status is a label, not a delivery guarantee. Adding a mobile with `fields=email,mobile` would show a `credits_used` of 260. If nothing matches, you get `"found": false` and nothing is used. Agents keep to about one request a second. To skip the HTTP call, add the keyless [MCP server](https://enrich.chat/install/), or try the free [email finder](https://enrich.chat/tools/email-finder/).

Credit counts differ, so compare bills. The table prices five monthly workloads on lemlist's Enrichment add-on and on Enrich.chat's plans, assuming every lookup finds a result. For emails and phones, both services charge only on a result.

| Monthly workload | lemlist credits | lemlist add-on, monthly (yearly) | Enrich.chat plan |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 400 work emails | 2,000 | $20 ($16) | $29 a month (Growth plan, 4,000 credits) |
| 2,000 work emails | 10,000 | $94 ($75) | $29 a month (Growth plan, 20,000 credits) |
| 5,000 work emails | 25,000 | $225 ($180) | $29 a month (Growth plan, 50,000 credits) |
| 100 mobiles | 2,000 | $20 ($16) | $29 a month (Growth plan, 25,000 credits) |
| 1,000 emails and 1,000 mobiles | 25,000 | $225 ($180) | $90 a month (Scale plan, 260,000 credits) |

**Figure 3: Monthly price of three data workloads on lemlist and Enrich.chat.** Bar chart of the monthly price of the plan that covers each workload. 400 work emails cost $20 on lemlist's 2,000 credit add-on and $29 on the Enrich.chat Growth plan. 5,000 work emails cost $225 on lemlist's 25,000 credit add-on and $29 on the Enrich.chat Growth plan. 1,000 work emails and 1,000 mobiles cost $225 on lemlist's 25,000 credit add-on and $90 on the Enrich.chat Scale plan.

*Monthly price of the plan or add-on that covers each workload, assuming every lookup finds a result. lemlist bars use monthly billing and its 5 credits per email and 20 per phone, and they leave out the lemlist plan itself. Enrich.chat bars use 10 credits per email and 250 per mobile. lemlist's yearly billing would show $16 and $180. The products differ, so this compares price only. Sources: lemlist's [credits guide](https://help.lemlist.com/en/articles/8944295-credits-how-they-work), [Enrich.chat pricing](https://enrich.chat/pricing/).*

At 400 emails or 100 mobiles, lemlist's $20 add-on is cheaper than Enrich.chat's entry plan, so a few hundred lookups a month favor lemlist. At 2,000 emails the lemlist add-on is $94 and the Enrich.chat plan is $29. Credits renew with each monthly payment, and unused credits do not roll over, while lemlist's add-on credits do.

The table leaves out lemlist's plan, which you need only if you also send from lemlist. Its Freemium guide says credits can be bought on a free account, the closest like-for-like for a data-only buyer. A price table cannot say which service finds more of your list, and this page makes no claim about it. lemlist's [credits guide](https://help.lemlist.com/en/articles/8944295-credits-how-they-work) says its email waterfall checks up to 10 data providers. Run 50 to 100 of your own rows through each before you choose. For a lemlist-style database search, `/v1/search` takes a plain-English description and returns up to 25 people a call, and 125 credits cover 25 of them. See the [people search API](https://enrich.chat/api/people-search/).

Enrich.chat has honest gaps next to lemlist:

- **No sending, sequences or inbox.** Enrich.chat returns data. You send with another tool, while lemlist's Email plan sends up to 50,000 emails a month.
- **No LinkedIn automation, calling, SMS or Chrome extension.** Enrich.chat works through your agent, the MCP server or a plain HTTPS API. A LinkedIn URL is a lookup key, and Enrich.chat never logs in to LinkedIn.
- **No saved lists, bulk export or intent signals on self-serve plans.** Enterprise is a custom plan that includes bulk files.
- **Narrow inputs.** The email input takes work emails only, and personal mailboxes such as Gmail are not looked up. A name needs a company website, not a company name.

Paste this prompt into your agent to price your own list. The [install page](https://enrich.chat/install/) has the setup steps, and our guide to [B2B lead generation tools](https://enrich.chat/blog/best-lead-generation-tools/) places both products in a stack:

```text
Use www.enrich.chat to find the work email for each person in the list below using their name and company website. Mark anyone not found, show each email's status, and give me the match count and total credits_used so I can compare it with lemlist's 5 credits per email: [paste name and company website, one per row]
```

## When is lemlist the better choice?

lemlist is the better choice when you want to find contacts and send to them from one app. Enrich.chat returns data and sends nothing. Pick lemlist when:

- **You send cold email at volume.** The Email plan lists unlimited users, senders and contacts, plus 50,000 emails a month for $69, per the [pricing page](https://www.lemlist.com/pricing).
- **You run several channels.** Multichannel adds LinkedIn steps, SMS and calling in one sequence, with 400 call minutes per user.
- **You want a database to browse.** lemlist has a searchable leads database and an email waterfall inside the app, and Enrich.chat has no list workspace.
- **You want credits to carry over.** Enrichment add-on and top-up credits roll over, per the credits guide.
- **You want intent signals.** The add-on watches job changes, hiring and funding for $29 a month, plus credits.

If you only need contact fields inside an agent or an app, price Enrich.chat on your own volume. ### Does lemlist charge per user?

Only on Multichannel, which costs $109 per user a month or $87 on yearly billing. The Email plan has unlimited users and senders and is priced by monthly email volume instead, from $69 for 50,000 emails to $659 for 1,000,000, per lemlist's [plans guide](https://help.lemlist.com/en/articles/6643849-lemlist-plans-how-to-choose-the-right-one). Each Multichannel user also gets up to 5 sending addresses, and an extra address slot costs $9 a month.

### How much does a lemlist credit cost, and what is one email worth?

On the price catalog in lemlist's [credits guide](https://help.lemlist.com/en/articles/8944295-credits-how-they-work), a credit costs $0.01 on the smallest monthly add-on (2,000 credits for $20) and about $0.0078 on the largest ($1,568 for 200,000). A found email uses 5 credits, so $0.05 down to $0.039, and a phone number uses 20, so $0.20 down to $0.157. One-off top-ups cost more, from $0.014 a credit.

### Does lemlist charge when it cannot find an email or a phone number?

No. lemlist's [enrichment guide](https://help.lemlist.com/en/articles/7939921-enrich-leads-with-finder-verifier-and-phone) says the email finder charges 5 credits only when it returns a deliverable or risky email, and the phone finder charges 20 credits only when it finds a number. lemlist does not check that a found number works before charging. AI contact sourcing is the exception: it charges 1 credit per company even when no one is found.

### How do you cancel lemlist, and can you get a refund?

An admin opens Settings, then Billing & Users, then Manage, and clicks Cancel. Paid features last to the end of the paid period, then the account moves to Freemium, per lemlist's [cancel guide](https://help.lemlist.com/en/articles/4452745-how-to-cancel-your-subscription). The [Terms](https://www.lemlist.com/legal/terms) say lemlist does not refund unused fees, even pro rata. The Enrichment add-on is a separate subscription that you cancel on its own.

### Can you buy contact data without a lemlist plan?

lemlist's [Freemium guide](https://help.lemlist.com/en/articles/9579215-freemium-plan-what-s-included-and-how-it-works) says you can buy credits on a free account, as one-off top-ups or the Enrichment add-on. Another route is a data API such as Enrich.chat: Growth $29 for 100,000 credits, Scale $90 for 500,000 credits, Pro $299 for 2,500,000 credits. A work email costs 10 credits, and each IP gets 10 free lookups a day. It returns data only, with no sending or sequences. See the [people enrichment API](https://enrich.chat/api/person-enrichment/).
