# LinkedIn Sales Navigator pricing in 2026: Core, Advanced and Advanced Plus compared

LinkedIn's own prices for every plan, what each one adds, how the free trial and cancellation work, and what Sales Navigator still leaves out: emails, phone numbers and an export.

By Enrich.chat Editorial. Updated October 15, 2026.

**Short answer:** LinkedIn Sales Navigator Core costs $119.99 a month or $1,079.88 a year per seat, and Advanced costs $159.99 a month or $1,799.88 a year, according to [LinkedIn's compare plans page](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/compare-plans) on October 15, 2026. Advanced Plus has no public price. Every plan includes 50 InMail credits a month, but none exports leads, emails or phone numbers.

## Key takeaways

- Core is $119.99 a month or $1,079.88 a year ($89.99 a month), a 25% saving. Advanced is $159.99 a month or $1,799.88 a year ($149.99 a month), a 6% saving.
- Advanced Plus is sold by quote. Third-party guides report about $1,600 per seat per year, but none names a source.
- All three plans give 50 InMail credits a month. Unused credits bank up to 150, and LinkedIn does not sell extra credits.
- The free trial lasts one month, needs a card, and is open only to members with no paid LinkedIn plan and no LinkedIn free trial in the past 365 days.
- Sales Navigator cannot export leads to CSV or Excel, and it shows an email or phone only if the member, your team or your CRM supplied it.

## Plans and prices

Prices as listed by LinkedIn on October 15, 2026. [Source](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/compare-plans). US prices per seat, before VAT or GST. LinkedIn does not publish an Advanced Plus price.

| Plan | Price | Notes |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Core | $119.99 /mo | $1,079.88 a year billed annually, or $89.99 a month |
| Advanced | $159.99 /mo | $1,799.88 a year billed annually, or $149.99 a month |
| Advanced Plus | Custom quote | Priced by team size, CRM and training needs |

## How much does LinkedIn Sales Navigator cost in 2026?

LinkedIn Sales Navigator Core costs $119.99 per seat a month, and Advanced costs $159.99. Billed annually, Core is $1,079.88 a year and Advanced is $1,799.88, per [LinkedIn's compare plans page](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/compare-plans). LinkedIn last updated that page on September 27, 2026, and we checked it on October 15, 2026. Advanced Plus has no public price.

| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed annually | Annual, per month | Annual saving |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Core | $119.99 | $1,079.88 | $89.99 | 25% |
| Advanced | $159.99 | $1,799.88 | $149.99 | 6% |
| Advanced Plus | Quote only | Quote only | Quote only | Not published |

Annual billing is where the two public plans differ most. LinkedIn calls the annual Core price a 25% saving, so Core works out to $89.99 a month. Advanced only drops to $149.99 a month, a 6% saving. On one seat, that is $360 a year saved on Core and $120 on Advanced.

**Figure 1: What one Sales Navigator seat costs for a year.** A bar chart of the US list price of one Sales Navigator seat over 12 months. Core costs $1,439.88 billed monthly or $1,079.88 billed annually, a saving of $360 or 25%. Advanced costs $1,919.88 billed monthly or $1,799.88 billed annually, a saving of $120 or 6%. Advanced Plus has no public price and is sold by quote.

Advanced Plus is sold by quote. LinkedIn says its price [depends on your team's size, your CRM integration and your onboarding and training needs](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/compare-plans), and asks you to request a demo. Third-party guides report figures such as [about $1,600 per seat per year for smaller contracts](https://woodpecker.co/blog/linkedin-sales-navigator-pricing/), with larger deals at $11,750 to $26,500 or more a year. Woodpecker, which publishes those figures, does not name a source, and LinkedIn does not confirm them. Treat them as rough and ask LinkedIn for a quote.

Taxes and location change the final price. LinkedIn says its listed prices [may exclude VAT, GST and promotional discounts](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/compare-plans), and that the price at checkout is the actual one. The [LinkedIn User Agreement](https://www.linkedin.com/legal/user-agreement) adds that prices can differ by location and exchange rate.

### Sales Navigator prices outside the US

LinkedIn lists starting prices in four more currencies. These are per seat, before tax, as shown on the [compare plans page](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/compare-plans) on October 15, 2026.

| Currency | Core, monthly | Core, annual | Advanced, monthly | Advanced, annual |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| US dollar | $119.99 | $1,079.88 | $159.99 | $1,799.88 |
| British pound | £94.99 | £959.88 | £130.00 | £1,499.88 |
| Euro | €120.99 | €1,088.88 | €148.21 | €1,693.88 |
| Canadian dollar | C$144.99 | C$1,199.88 | C$179.99 | C$2,039.88 |
| Australian dollar | A$154.99 | A$1,499.88 | A$189.99 | A$2,159.88 |

## What is the difference between Core, Advanced and Advanced Plus?

Core is for one seller, Advanced adds team tools, and Advanced Plus adds CRM sync. All three share the same search filters, InMail allowance and AI research tools, according to the [plan grid on LinkedIn's compare page](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/compare-plans).

| Feature | Core | Advanced | Advanced Plus |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Best for | Individual sellers | Sales teams | Teams on an integrated CRM |
| InMail credits | 50 a month | 50 a month | 50 a month |
| 50+ lead and account search filters | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Saved leads | 10,000, up to 1,000 per list | 10,000, up to 1,000 per list | 10,000, up to 1,000 per list |
| Account IQ, Lead IQ, alerts, Message Assist | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Relationship Explorer and Relationship Map | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| TeamLink and Smart Links | No | Yes | Yes |
| Buyer Intent signals | No | Yes | Yes |
| Seat management and central billing | No | Yes | Yes |
| Team reporting | No | Yes | Yes, plus custom ROI reports |
| Upload your book of business | No | CSV upload | CSV upload and CRM import |
| CRM sync and lead creation in your CRM | No | No | Yes |
| Embedded CRM profiles, Sales Navigator for Microsoft Teams | No | No | Yes |
| Free trial | Yes | Yes | No, demo only |

The step from Core to Advanced buys collaboration. TeamLink shows you [teammates with a Sales Navigator seat who are 1st-degree connections of a lead](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/is-it-worth-it), so one of them can introduce you. Smart Links lets you share content as a tracked link and see who engaged with it. Advanced also lets one admin buy, assign and pay for every seat. Its CSV upload works [only for account lists, not lead lists](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a1381839).

The step to Advanced Plus buys the CRM link. Only Advanced Plus can sync leads and accounts with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or HubSpot and create a CRM record from a lead page, per [LinkedIn's Help Center](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a102031).

### Which Sales Navigator plan should you choose?

- **Core** if you prospect alone and mainly need search, saved lists and InMail. Pay annually if you will use it all year.
- **Advanced** if two or more sellers share accounts and you want TeamLink introductions and one bill.
- **Advanced Plus** if your team works in Salesforce, Dynamics or HubSpot and needs Sales Navigator data inside the CRM.

## How much does Sales Navigator cost for a team?

Sales Navigator is priced per license, so a team pays the seat price times its headcount. At [LinkedIn's list prices](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/compare-plans), five Advanced seats cost $8,999.40 a year billed annually, or $9,599.40 over twelve monthly bills.

| Advanced seats | Billed annually | Billed monthly, 12 months | Annual saves |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 1 | $1,799.88 | $1,919.88 | $120 |
| 5 | $8,999.40 | $9,599.40 | $600 |
| 10 | $17,998.80 | $19,198.80 | $1,200 |

How a team buys depends on the plan, per [LinkedIn's buying FAQ](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/compare-plans):

- **Core** has no team seat management or central billing, so it suits a single seller.
- **Advanced** can be bought online, up to five licenses at once from a desktop, or one license in the LinkedIn mobile app. After the first license is active, your Full Admin adds and assigns seats in LinkedIn Admin Center.
- **Advanced Plus** is bought through LinkedIn's sales team. Once the account is set up, your admin assigns licenses in Admin Center.

Buying through a LinkedIn sales rep also changes your support. LinkedIn lists a [dedicated account team and tailored training](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/compare-plans) for Advanced Plus, and for Advanced when you buy it through a sales representative.

Annual billing is the only discount LinkedIn publishes. Larger deals are negotiated. [Vendr, which tracks software purchases, reports](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/linkedin) that Sales Navigator buyers with 20 or more seats often get 20 to 35% off list, most often when they bundle other LinkedIn products. Vendr's page also lists older Sales Navigator prices, so use it for the size of the discount, not the base price. If you pay an older, lower price today, LinkedIn warns that [cancelling loses your current pricing](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a102026).

## How does the Sales Navigator free trial work?

The Sales Navigator free trial lasts one month, then turns into a paid subscription unless you cancel. LinkedIn offers it on Core and Advanced. Advanced Plus has no self-serve trial, so you request a demo instead.

- **Length.** The trial [auto-renews to a paid plan on the billing date, one month after you started it](https://www.linkedin.com/help/billing/answer/a106102).
- **Who can start one.** LinkedIn offers trials to [members with no paid LinkedIn subscription, including Premium or Sales Navigator, who have not used a LinkedIn free trial in the past 365 days](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/compare-plans). Availability can vary by plan and region.
- **Card required.** LinkedIn asks for payment details up front and [emails a reminder seven days before the trial ends](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/compare-plans). If you bought on an Android device, [you won't get that reminder](https://www.linkedin.com/help/billing/answer/a106102). iOS buyers do.
- **Avoiding the charge.** Check the renewal date in LinkedIn Admin Center and [cancel the trial at least one day before it](https://www.linkedin.com/help/billing/answer/a106102).
- **Ending early.** LinkedIn says that if you end a free trial early, [you lose access right away](https://www.linkedin.com/help/billing/answer/a106102).

A month is enough to test one real use. Pick a territory, build two or three saved lead lists, send your InMails and track the replies. Then count how many of those leads you could email or call today. That number shows whether you also need a separate source of emails and phone numbers.

## What is the difference between LinkedIn Premium and Sales Navigator?

Premium Business is a networking plan with 15 InMail credits a month. Sales Navigator is a prospecting tool with 50 InMail credits, 50+ sales search filters, saved lead lists and buyer alerts. LinkedIn lists [Premium Business from $69.99 a month, Premium All-in-One from $89.99 and Sales Navigator from $119.99](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/premium-versus-sales-navigator).

**Figure 2: Monthly price against InMail credits on LinkedIn's sales plans.** A scatter chart of monthly list price against InMail credits a month. Premium Business costs from $69.99 with 15 InMails. Premium All-in-One costs from $89.99 with 30. Sales Navigator Core costs $119.99 billed monthly, or $89.99 a month billed annually, and Advanced costs $159.99. Every Sales Navigator plan gives 50 InMails a month.

*Every Sales Navigator plan gives the same 50 InMails, so the extra cost of Advanced buys team features, not reach. Premium prices are LinkedIn's lowest listed "from" prices, checked October 15, 2026. Sources: [LinkedIn Premium vs Sales Navigator](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/premium-versus-sales-navigator), [compare plans](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/compare-plans), [InMail credits](https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/57013).*

Every Sales Navigator plan [includes Premium Business features](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/premium-versus-sales-navigator), such as the Featured section and a custom button on your profile, so you do not need both. Premium All-in-One sits in between. LinkedIn built it for small business owners, with 30 InMail credits, up to 15 prospect suggestions a day and a $50 monthly credit to boost posts.

Pick by how you sell. If you send a few messages a month and care most about your profile, Premium Business costs less. If you prospect every week, the filters, lists and alerts in Sales Navigator are the reason to pay more. You can switch plans in LinkedIn Admin Center, but moving from Sales Navigator to Premium [removes Sales Navigator features such as TeamLink and CRM integrations](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/premium-versus-sales-navigator).

## What does Sales Navigator not give you?

Sales Navigator helps you find and research people, but it is not a contact database. It gives you no exportable lead list, and it shows an email or phone number only when someone has already supplied one.

- **No CSV or Excel export.** LinkedIn says it [does not offer a way to export account and lead information into a CSV or XLS file](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a102031). On Advanced Plus, CRM Sync keeps leads and accounts in step with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or HubSpot instead.
- **No contact data of its own.** A lead page shows contact information [if the member added it, if you or a teammate typed it in, or if your CRM supplied it](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a106049/lead-pages-in-sales-navigator-overview?lang=en). Nothing is found or verified for you.
- **Capped search and lists.** A search shows [up to 2,500 lead results across 100 pages](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a106030). You can save [10,000 leads in total and 1,000 per list](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a101025).
- **A fixed InMail allowance.** You get 50 credits a month and can bank [up to 150, and LinkedIn does not sell extra credits](https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/57013).
- **Nothing to keep if you leave.** When you cancel, LinkedIn says [saved leads, saved accounts and messages are removed](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a102026), and a new subscription starts empty.

**Figure 3: What Sales Navigator gives you, and what you still need.** Two lists side by side. Sales Navigator gives you 50+ lead and account filters with up to 2,500 search results, saved leads and lists up to 10,000 leads and 1,000 per list, 50 InMail credits a month, alerts with Lead IQ and Account IQ, and TeamLink and Smart Links on Advanced plans. You still need a verified work email, a mobile number, a CSV export of your leads, public linkedin.com/in/ profile URLs and a way to keep your leads, since saved leads are removed when you cancel. A lookup by profile URL fills the email and mobile gap without scraping.

*Sales Navigator finds and organizes people. Contact details and an export come from somewhere else. Sources: [LinkedIn export help](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a102031), [lead pages](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a106049/lead-pages-in-sales-navigator-overview?lang=en), [saved leads](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a101025), [InMail credits](https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/57013), [cancelling](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a102026).*

### What LinkedIn's terms say about exporting data

Copying data out of Sales Navigator with an outside tool runs into LinkedIn's rules. Section 8.2 of the [LinkedIn User Agreement](https://www.linkedin.com/legal/user-agreement) bans software, including browser plugins and add-ons, that scrapes or copies profiles and other data. It also bans copying or sharing information from LinkedIn without the content owner's consent.

LinkedIn's Help Center says members who use scraping or automation tools [risk having their accounts restricted or shut down](https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/a1341387). An extension that reads your Sales Navigator results and builds a file runs inside your signed-in session. LinkedIn does not publish a list of banned tools, but if it decides a tool crosses the line, the account it restricts is yours. Our [Proxycurl alternative guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/proxycurl-alternative/) covers how LinkedIn has acted against scraped data. This is a summary, not legal advice.

## How do you add verified emails and mobiles to Sales Navigator leads?

Use Sales Navigator to find the right people, then look up each person's public profile URL to get the contact details. A lookup by URL never logs in to LinkedIn, so nothing runs inside your Sales Navigator seat.

1. **Find and save leads in Sales Navigator.** Use the filters, lists and alerts you pay for.
2. **Copy each lead's public profile URL.** It starts with linkedin.com/in/, not linkedin.com/sales/. The table below shows the difference.
3. **Look it up.** Paste one URL into the [LinkedIn email and phone finder](https://enrich.chat/tools/linkedin-email-finder/), or send a list through the [LinkedIn URL to email and mobile API](https://enrich.chat/api/linkedin-to-contact/) from code or an AI agent.

From code, the lookup is one request per profile:

```
GET https://enrich.chat/v1/person?linkedin_url=linkedin.com/in/jane-doe
{"found": true,
 "name": "Jane Doe",
 "title": "VP Operations",
 "work_email": {"value": "jane.doe@acme.com", "status": "verified"},
 "mobile": {"value": "+14155550142", "line": "mobile"},
 "credits_used": 260, "free_lookups_remaining": 9}
```

Add `fields=email,mobile` to ask only for the fields you need. Each work email comes back with a status: `verified`, `catch_all` or `unknown`. A catch-all domain accepts any address, so treat those emails as risky, or test the domain with the [catch-all checker](https://enrich.chat/tools/catch-all-checker/). The mobile's `line` comes back as `mobile` or `unknown`, which is the number's type. It does not show that the number works or that it belongs to the person, so confirm who you reach.

You buy credits, not seats. Enrich.chat sells monthly plans: Growth $29 for 100,000 credits, Scale $90 for 500,000 credits, Pro $299 for 2,500,000 credits. Every plan has unlimited seats and every product. A verified work email costs 10 credits and a mobile 250, and a response of `{"found": false}` uses 0 credits. Each response includes `credits_used`, and free-tier responses add `free_lookups_remaining`. The website tools give you 10 free lookups, and agents get 10 a day per IP with no signup. The [pricing page](https://enrich.chat/pricing/) has the details.

Two things to know before you choose Enrich.chat. It has no Chrome extension, so you copy URLs yourself. It has no built-in sequencer or dialer, so you send and call from your own tools. Our [comparison of LinkedIn email finders](https://enrich.chat/blog/best-linkedin-email-finder/) covers tools that work differently.

To run a whole list, paste this prompt into ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or any agent that can make web requests, then add your URLs below it:

```text
Use www.enrich.chat to find the verified work email and mobile for each LinkedIn profile URL in my list of Sales Navigator leads. Flag catch-all emails as risky, mark rows with no match as not found, and give me the total credits_used.
```

### Sales Navigator lead URLs vs public profile URLs

A Sales Navigator lead link and a public profile URL point to the same person, but they are different addresses. Use the public one for a lookup.

| | Sales Navigator lead link | Public profile URL |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Starts with | linkedin.com/sales/ | linkedin.com/in/ |
| Who can open it | People signed in with a Sales Navigator seat | Anyone, if the member's profile is public |
| What it shows | The lead page: Lead IQ, relationships, your team's notes | The member's LinkedIn profile |
| Use it for | Work inside Sales Navigator | Sharing, CRM records and contact lookups |

Sales Navigator runs at [www.linkedin.com/sales](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a1504599), so a lead page link starts there. Lead pages are built for [Sales Navigator Core, Advanced and Advanced Plus customers](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a106049/lead-pages-in-sales-navigator-overview?lang=en). A public profile URL is [an address that starts with www.linkedin.com/in](https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/a522735), and it exists only if the member's profile is public.

To get the public URL, open the person's regular LinkedIn profile and copy the address that contains linkedin.com/in/. The two views are linked: on a LinkedIn.com profile, [View in Sales Navigator opens the person's lead page](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a106044). Some tools convert lead links in bulk by running inside your LinkedIn session, which can fall under LinkedIn's ban on [extensions that scrape or automate activity](https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/a1341387). To skip the copying, describe your buyers to the [AI lead list builder](https://enrich.chat/tools/lead-list-builder/). It returns names, titles, companies and LinkedIn URLs that you can look up the same way.

## How do you cancel Sales Navigator and get a refund?

Cancel in LinkedIn Admin Center, under Purchases. The plan stays active to the end of the period you paid for: the current month on a monthly plan, or the paid year on an annual plan, per LinkedIn's [cancellation policy](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/compare-plans).

For a Core plan you bought online, [LinkedIn's steps](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a719066) are:

1. Click your profile icon in the top right, then Settings & Privacy.
2. Select Account Preferences and scroll to Subscriptions & payments.
3. Click Manage Premium account, then Manage Subscription. LinkedIn Admin Center opens.
4. Click Purchases, select the subscription, and choose Cancel subscription or Cancel free trial under Actions.

For Advanced, [only the purchaser admin can cancel](https://www.linkedin.com/help/billing/answer/a721024), from Admin, then Admin Center, then Purchases. If you bought through LinkedIn's sales team, your account manager cancels it for you. If you bought on an iPhone or iPad, cancel on that device, [LinkedIn says](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a102026).

Before you cancel, know what you lose. LinkedIn's [cancellation notes](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a102026) list three things:

- Saved leads, saved accounts and messages are removed, and you cannot get them back.
- Unused InMail credits do not move to your personal LinkedIn account.
- If prices rose since you subscribed, your old price is gone if you come back.

Refunds are narrow. LinkedIn's [refund policy](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a1337140) says Sales Navigator may be refundable within 7 days of the charge if you have not used it. Consumers in the EU can get a full refund within 14 days of the subscription starting, but that window opens on the first day of a free trial. Apple handles refunds for anything bought in the iOS app.

## Is LinkedIn Sales Navigator worth it?

Sales Navigator is worth it if you sell to people who are active on LinkedIn and you work accounts by hand: research, saved lists, alerts and InMail. It is poor value if what you need is contact data in bulk, because it gives you no exportable emails, phone numbers or lists.

It tends to pay off when:

- You prospect a set territory or account list each week and act on the alerts and saved searches.
- You use most of your 50 InMails. On Core billed annually, a credit costs about $1.80, and [replies within 90 days earn credits back](https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/57013).
- Your team shares accounts, so TeamLink can turn a colleague's connection into an introduction.

It tends to disappoint when:

- You run email or phone sequences, because you still need a separate source of verified emails and mobiles.
- You want lists in a spreadsheet or CRM without paying for Advanced Plus.
- You only search a few times a month. [Premium Business, from $69.99](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/premium-versus-sales-navigator), or free LinkedIn search may be enough.

LinkedIn's main evidence is a 2023 study it [commissioned from Forrester Consulting](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/is-it-worth-it). Forrester built a model company from customer interviews and reported a 312% return over three years and payback in under six months. The people interviewed used Advanced Plus. Treat it as a vendor-funded model: useful for the questions to ask, not a forecast of your results.

The fair test is the free month. Run one territory through Sales Navigator, then add emails and mobiles to the leads you saved with a URL lookup, as shown in [how to get phone numbers from LinkedIn](https://enrich.chat/blog/find-phone-number-from-linkedin/) and [how to find an email on LinkedIn](https://enrich.chat/blog/find-email-on-linkedin/). If Sales Navigator found the right people and the lookup filled in the contact details, keep both. If you mainly wanted contact data, compare data tools instead, starting with our guides to [Apollo pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/apollo-pricing/) and [ZoomInfo pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/zoominfo-pricing/).

## Frequently asked questions

### Can I get LinkedIn Sales Navigator for free?

Only for one month. LinkedIn offers a free trial of Core or Advanced to members who have no paid LinkedIn plan and have not used a LinkedIn free trial in the past 365 days, according to its [compare plans page](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/compare-plans). You need a card, and the trial [turns into a paid plan one month after it starts](https://www.linkedin.com/help/billing/answer/a106102). Cancel at least one day before that date to avoid the charge. There is no free Sales Navigator plan.

### Does Sales Navigator give you email addresses and phone numbers?

Only when someone has supplied them. A lead page shows contact information [if the member added it, if you or a teammate entered it, or if it came from your CRM](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a106049/lead-pages-in-sales-navigator-overview?lang=en). Sales Navigator does not find or verify emails or mobiles for you. To add them, paste the lead's public profile URL into the [LinkedIn email and phone finder](https://enrich.chat/tools/linkedin-email-finder/), which returns a work email and mobile with a status for each.

### Can you export leads from Sales Navigator to Excel or CSV?

No. LinkedIn says it [does not offer a way to export account and lead information into a CSV or XLS file](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a102031). On Advanced Plus, CRM Sync keeps leads and accounts in step with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or HubSpot instead. Export extensions exist, but Section 8.2 of the [LinkedIn User Agreement](https://www.linkedin.com/legal/user-agreement) bans plugins that scrape or copy profiles, and LinkedIn can restrict accounts that use them.

### How many InMails do you get with Sales Navigator?

You get 50 a month on Core, Advanced and Advanced Plus. LinkedIn's Help Center says [unused credits roll over up to 150 and must be used within 90 days](https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/57013), and you cannot buy more. An InMail that gets a reply within 90 days earns its credit back. Premium Business gives 15 a month and Premium All-in-One gives 30, per LinkedIn's [plan comparison](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/premium-versus-sales-navigator).

### Is there a discount on LinkedIn Sales Navigator?

The discount LinkedIn publishes is annual billing. On its [compare plans page](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/compare-plans), Core drops from $119.99 a month to $1,079.88 a year, a 25% saving, and Advanced from $159.99 a month to $1,799.88 a year, a 6% saving. LinkedIn notes that listed prices may exclude promotional discounts. [Vendr reports](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/linkedin) that buyers with 20 or more seats often negotiate 20 to 35% below list.

### Can ChatGPT or Claude find emails for my Sales Navigator leads?

Yes, if you give it public profile URLs and a contact data API. Paste a prompt that points the agent to enrich.chat/agents.md, then your list of linkedin.com/in/ URLs. The agent looks up each one and returns the work email and mobile with their statuses. Agents get 10 free lookups a day per IP with no signup. For more volume there are monthly credit plans, Growth $29 for 100,000 credits, Scale $90 for 500,000 credits, Pro $299 for 2,500,000 credits, and a work email costs 10 credits and a mobile 250. See the [guide for AI agents](https://enrich.chat/agents/).
