# Lusha pricing in 2026: plans, credits, and what a contact really costs

Lusha lists four self-serve plans and a custom Scale plan. These are the prices on Lusha's own page on October 15, 2026, what each credit buys, and the renewal terms that change the real cost.

By Enrich.chat Editorial. Updated October 15, 2026.

**Short answer:** On October 15, 2026, [Lusha's pricing page](https://www.lusha.com/pricing/) listed Free at $0, Starter at $49.90, Pro at $69.90 and Premium at $399.90 a month on monthly billing, and 25% less on annual billing. [Lusha's credit guide](https://docs.lusha.com/user-guide/usage-analytics/how-credits-are-counted) charges 1 credit per email and 5 per phone number, so a mobile costs about 44 to 62 cents. Scale is quoted by sales.

## Key takeaways

- Lusha's monthly-billing prices are Free at $0 for 40 credits, Starter $49.90, Pro $69.90 and Premium $399.90. Annual billing is 25% lower but paid a year upfront: $449.10, $629.10 and $3,599.10.
- An email costs 1 credit and a phone number 5. On list prices that is about 9 to 12 cents per email and 44 to 62 cents per mobile.
- Lusha's API charges at least 1 credit per request, even with no result, so one contact with an email and a phone costs 7 credits.
- Plans renew automatically, the Terms call payments non-refundable, and unused credits expire at the end of the term. Only monthly Pro and Premium roll over, up to 2x.
- 1,000 contacts a month with an email and a mobile need about 6,000 Lusha credits, $643.65 a month on Premium with monthly billing, against $90 a month on Enrich.chat.

| Plan | Price | Notes |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Free | $0 /mo | No credit card |
| Starter | $49.90 /mo | $37.45 a month billed yearly |
| Pro | $69.90 /mo | $52.45 a month billed yearly |
| Premium | $399.90 /mo | $299.95 a month billed yearly |

## How much does Lusha cost in 2026?

Lusha sells five plans: Free, Starter, Pro, Premium and Scale. On October 15, 2026, [Lusha's pricing page](https://www.lusha.com/pricing/) showed Free at $0, Starter at $49.90, Pro at $69.90 and Premium at $399.90 a month on monthly billing. Scale has no public price, and Lusha asks you to contact sales.

The page opens on annual billing, marked 25% off. That view shows $37.45, $52.45 and $299.95 a month, but each is a year paid upfront. The page data lists the annual totals as $449.10, $629.10 and $3,599.10. A slider above the cards adds credits to Pro and Premium for a higher price.

| Lusha plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing | Credits | Seats |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Free | $0 | $0 | 40 a month | 1 |
| Starter | $49.90 a month | $449.10 a year ($37.45 a month) | 400 a month, or 4,800 a year | 1 |
| Pro | $69.90 a month | $629.10 a year ($52.45 a month) | 600 a month, or 7,200 a year | 2, up to 10 |
| Premium | $399.90 a month | $3,599.10 a year ($299.95 a month) | 3,400 a month, or 40,800 a year | 5, up to 25 |
| Scale | Custom | Custom | Custom | Custom |

Prices come from [Lusha's pricing page](https://www.lusha.com/pricing/) and exclude tax, per [Lusha's Terms](https://www.lusha.com/legal/terms_and_conditions-2/). Seat limits come from Lusha's [billing and plans guide](https://docs.lusha.com/user-guide/billing-and-plans). The pricing page says teams of more than 5 users should contact sales. Scale's card promises 50% or more off the per-credit price and adds SSO, but shows no dollar figure.

Prices on Lusha move. [Zeliq's guide](https://www.zeliq.com/blog/lusha-pricing) recorded a summer promotion in July 2026 with Pro at $45.45 and Premium at $259.95 a month on annual billing. Those are lower than the October 15 prices above, so check the date on any price you read, including this one.

### What do buyers report paying?

Negotiated contracts cost more than the self-serve cards. On October 15, 2026, [Vendr's Lusha page](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/lusha) showed a median of $15,999 a year across 147 purchases. Deals ranged from $6,000 to $70,403, and buyers saved 11% on average. Treat that as a guide for large teams. Vendr's plan descriptions also lag Lusha's page, for example a Free plan of about 5 credits a month, so this guide takes list prices from Lusha only.

## What does one Lusha credit buy?

One Lusha credit buys one small unit of data. [Lusha's pricing page](https://www.lusha.com/pricing/) charges 1 credit for a verified email address and 5 credits for a phone number. [Lusha's credit guide](https://docs.lusha.com/user-guide/usage-analytics/how-credits-are-counted) says revealing both together costs up to 6 credits, and re-viewing a contact you already revealed costs nothing.

| Lusha action | Credits | Notes |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Reveal an email | 1 | Platform, extension and API |
| Reveal a phone number | 5 | Platform, extension and API |
| Email and phone together | Up to 6 | Platform |
| Search, filter, view company data | 0 | Platform only; the API charges for both |
| Company profile | 1 | Through the API |
| CSV export | 1 per 25 rows | Charged even for contacts already revealed |
| CRM export | 1 per changed row | Salesforce or HubSpot |
| AI chat prompts | 1 per 5 prompts | Workspace |
| Data Waterfall, confirmed email | 2 | API and MCP, paid plans |
| Data Waterfall, confirmed phone | 8 | API and MCP, paid plans |

Credits are one shared balance across the app, the browser extension, the API and MCP, says [Lusha's facts page for AI assistants](https://www.lusha.com/ai-assistants/). Credits come out at the point of reveal, not at the point of use, so a wrong number still costs credits. [Lusha's incorrect data page](https://docs.lusha.com/user-guide/billing-and-payments/reporting-on-incorrect-data) says Lusha does not refund automatically, though you can ask support for a manual review.

## What does one Lusha contact really cost?

On list prices, one Lusha credit costs between 8.7 and 12.5 cents. An email costs about 9 to 12 cents and a mobile number about 44 to 62 cents. Lusha does not publish a price per credit, so these figures are our arithmetic: each plan's price divided by its credits, checked October 15, 2026.

**Figure 1: What one email and one mobile number cost on Lusha's plans.** Bar chart of Lusha's list price per email, which is 1 credit, and per mobile number, which is 5 credits, on Starter, Pro and Premium. A mobile costs $0.62, $0.58 and $0.59 on monthly billing and $0.47, $0.44 and $0.44 on annual billing. An email costs one fifth of that, from $0.087 to $0.125.

*Cost of one email and one mobile number at Lusha's list prices, checked October 15, 2026. Premium uses the 3,400 and 40,800 credit packs. Lusha publishes plan prices and credit costs, not these per-unit figures; they are our arithmetic. Sources: [Lusha pricing page](https://www.lusha.com/pricing/), [Lusha credit guide](https://docs.lusha.com/user-guide/usage-analytics/how-credits-are-counted).*

| Plan and billing | Credits | Price | Per email | Per mobile |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Starter, monthly | 400 | $49.90 | $0.125 | $0.62 |
| Pro, monthly | 600 | $69.90 | $0.117 | $0.58 |
| Premium, monthly | 3,400 | $399.90 | $0.118 | $0.59 |
| Starter, annual | 4,800 | $449.10 | $0.094 | $0.47 |
| Pro, annual | 7,200 | $629.10 | $0.087 | $0.44 |
| Premium, annual | 40,800 | $3,599.10 | $0.088 | $0.44 |

Annual billing is the cheaper way to buy, but it commits you for a year. Adding credits lowers the rate a little. On monthly billing, [Lusha's slider](https://www.lusha.com/pricing/) priced 6,200 Premium credits at $662.40, or 10.7 cents a credit. On annual billing it priced 74,400 credits at $6,119.10, or 8.2 cents. Monthly Premium tops out at 10,000 credits for $977.40, and past that the slider tells you to contact sales.

Two worked examples show the range. A solo rep who reveals 100 emails and 40 phone numbers a month uses 300 credits, which fits Starter's 400 credits at $49.90 a month. Five reps who each reveal 200 emails and 50 phone numbers use 2,250 credits. That fits Premium's 3,400 credits and 5 seats at $399.90 a month, about $80 a rep.

## Is the Lusha free plan worth using?

Lusha's Free plan is permanent and covers light use. [Lusha's pricing page](https://www.lusha.com/pricing/) gives 40 credits a month, 1 seat and no credit card. Its FAQ says Free includes the browser extension and CRM integrations, and [Lusha's facts page for AI assistants](https://www.lusha.com/ai-assistants/) says it includes MCP access.

At 1 credit per email and 5 per phone number, 40 credits cover 40 emails or 8 phone numbers a month. Free credits do not roll over, per [Lusha's credit basics page](https://docs.lusha.com/user-guide/getting-started/how-credits-work-in-lusha). The API works on Free but under strict limits: 40 requests a minute and 100 a day, per [Lusha's API guide](https://docs.lusha.com/user-guide/lushas-api/all-there-is-to-know-about-lushas-api).

Lusha also gives extra credits through its [Community program](https://www.lusha.com/privacy/community/). Members install a Lusha product that syncs their business email with Lusha and shares B2B contact details. Lusha does not state the credit amount on that page, so read it and check your employer's policy before you join.

## What hidden costs can raise a Lusha bill?

The base price is only part of a Lusha bill. Seats, the API request charge, phone numbers and expiring credits all add to it. Check these six items before you buy.

- **Annual billing is paid upfront.** [Lusha's Terms](https://www.lusha.com/legal/terms_and_conditions-2/) say fees are due in advance and you owe the whole term. The 25% saving comes with a year of commitment.
- **Extra seats cost extra.** Pro includes 2 seats and Premium 5. On monthly billing each added seat costs $49.90 a month. On annual billing one added Pro seat moved the displayed price from $52.45 to $89.85 a month, which is $449.10 a year. Lusha's [billing guide](https://docs.lusha.com/user-guide/billing-and-plans) caps seats at 10 on Pro and 25 on Premium.
- **Phone numbers cost five times an email.** A list with both fields costs six times a list with emails only.
- **The API adds a request charge.** [Lusha's API guide](https://docs.lusha.com/user-guide/lushas-api/all-there-is-to-know-about-lushas-api) sets a minimum of 1 credit per request, even if no data comes back. One contact with an email and a phone costs 7 credits.
- **Extras draw on the same credits.** AI prompts, CSV exports, CRM exports, signals and Data Waterfall all use credits. CSV exports cost credits even for contacts you already revealed, per [Lusha's credit guide](https://docs.lusha.com/user-guide/usage-analytics/how-credits-are-counted).
- **Credits expire.** Annual credits reset at the end of the year, even if you renew. Free and Starter credits do not roll over either. Only monthly Pro and Premium roll over, up to twice the monthly amount.

## What are Lusha's contract, renewal and cancellation terms?

Lusha plans renew on their own, and Lusha's Terms call all payments non-refundable. A plan runs for the period you pay for, one month or one year, and then renews for the same period. Here is what Lusha's [Terms and Conditions](https://www.lusha.com/legal/terms_and_conditions-2/) and [billing FAQ](https://docs.lusha.com/user-guide/billing-and-payments/billing-faq) say.

- **Automatic renewal.** The plan renews for a period equal to the original, at the then-current price. Discounts from the first term do not carry over.
- **Cancelling.** You can cancel any time in account settings, and the plan runs to the end of the paid period. The Terms ask you to cancel at least 14 days before the period ends, because cancelling can take a few days.
- **Refunds.** The Terms say all payments are non-refundable. Lusha's [cancellation guide](https://docs.lusha.com/user-guide/plans-and-upgrades/account-cancellation-what-happens-to-your-credits-and-data) says refunds for unused credits are reviewed and may not be approved, and that spending credits while a refund is pending voids the request.
- **Credits.** Unused credits expire at the end of the term and do not carry to a renewal. A used credit cannot be reversed, and Lusha will not replace credits because of a record's quality.
- **Changing plans.** Upgrades apply at once and start a new billing cycle, with the unused part of your current plan credited. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal and go through Lusha Support. Monthly plans can be frozen for 1 or 2 months, up to twice a year.
- **After you cancel.** The account moves to Free. Saved data stays visible, but CSV export is a paid feature, so export first, per Lusha's [cancellation steps](https://docs.lusha.com/user-guide/billing-and-payments/how-to-cancel-your-lusha-subscription).
- **Price changes.** The Terms let Lusha change fees at any time, with notice if it affects your plan. [Vendr's guide](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/lusha) says renewal clauses with increases such as 5% to 10% a year are common in Lusha contracts.

Reviews on billing are hard to weigh. Lusha's pricing page shows 4.3 out of 5 stars and does not name the source. [Trustpilot](https://www.trustpilot.com/review/lusha.com) showed a TrustScore of 1.2 from 781 reviews on October 15, 2026. Trustpilot does not verify reviews, and its own summary says most are about unwanted cold calls and data handling, not billing. A few reviews from June to August 2026 report an unexpected auto-renewal charge or credits lost after cancelling. Put your renewal date in a calendar either way.

If you plan to feed Lusha data to an AI agent, read the AI clause. The Terms bar giving Lusha data to any external AI system that may use it for training, fine-tuning or model development. [Lusha's API guide](https://docs.lusha.com/user-guide/lushas-api/all-there-is-to-know-about-lushas-api) adds that API data may not be used to train or develop AI or machine learning systems, subject to the Terms. This is not legal advice, so have a lawyer read the clause before you connect an agent.

## How does Lusha pricing work for the API and MCP?

Lusha's API and MCP server draw on the same credit balance as the app, and API limits depend on your plan. [Lusha's API guide](https://docs.lusha.com/user-guide/lushas-api/all-there-is-to-know-about-lushas-api) says every user gets an API key by default, including on Free. Limits are set per key.

| Lusha plan | Per minute | Per hour | Per day |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Free | 40 | None listed | 100 |
| Starter | 40 | None listed | 100 |
| Pro | 50 | 150 | 1,500 |
| Premium | 300 | 1,800 | 18,000 |
| Scale | 300 | 5,000 | 50,000 |

Credits follow the rules in Figure 2. A single request costs 1 credit per result, plus the data revealed. A bulk request of up to 100 contacts costs 1 credit for each 1 to 25 results, plus the data revealed. A request with no result still costs 1 credit.

**Figure 2: Credits for one Lusha contact with an email and a phone.** Stacked blocks showing Lusha's credit charges. In the app, an email at 1 credit and a phone at 5 credits cost 6 credits. Through the API, one contact per request adds a 1 credit request charge for 7 credits. A bulk request of 25 contacts shares that charge for about 6.04 credits each. A request with no result still costs 1 credit.

*How Lusha's credit rules add up for one contact with an email and a phone. The 6.04 figure is our arithmetic: 25 contacts at 6 credits plus 1 request credit is 151 credits. Sources: [Lusha API guide](https://docs.lusha.com/user-guide/lushas-api/all-there-is-to-know-about-lushas-api), [Lusha credit guide](https://docs.lusha.com/user-guide/usage-analytics/how-credits-are-counted).*

The MCP server connects over OAuth for Claude, ChatGPT and Codex, or with an API key in a header for VS Code, Cursor, n8n and other clients, per [Lusha's MCP documentation](https://docs.lusha.com/user-guide/mcp/lusha-model-context-protocol-mcp-server). It needs a Lusha account on any plan, and MCP calls use credits from the same pool. Lusha's facts page says the MCP server can check your balance at no cost.

Data Waterfall falls through to third-party providers when Lusha has no match. [Lusha's Data Waterfall docs](https://docs.lusha.com/user-guide/lushas-api/data-waterfall) say it runs on the API and MCP for paid plans, an admin must turn it on, and it charges only on a match: 2 credits per confirmed email and 8 per confirmed phone.

## What does Enrich.chat cost compared with Lusha?

Enrich.chat sells monthly credit plans: Growth $29 for 100,000 credits, Scale $90 for 500,000 credits, Pro $299 for 2,500,000 credits. Every plan includes every product and unlimited seats, billed monthly with no annual contract. A work email costs 10 credits and a mobile 250, and a lookup that finds nothing uses 0 credits. Each IP also gets 10 free lookups a day without signup. Full rates are on the [pricing page](https://enrich.chat/pricing/).

Take 1,000 contacts a month, each with a work email and a mobile. On Lusha that is 6,000 credits in the app, or 7,000 if an agent calls the API one contact at a time. Per Lusha's slider, the 6,000 credits cost $643.65 a month on Premium with monthly billing, and the 7,000 cost $737.40. On annual billing, 72,000 credits cost $5,939.10 upfront, about $494.93 a month. On Enrich.chat the same list needs 260,000 credits a month. That fits the Scale plan at $90 a month. Figure 3 compares the bills.

**Figure 3: Monthly cost of 1,000 contacts with an email and a mobile.** Bar chart of the monthly cost of 1,000 contacts with a work email and a mobile number on October 15, 2026. Lusha Premium costs $737.40 a month when an agent calls the API one contact at a time, $643.65 a month in the app on monthly billing, and about $494.93 a month on annual billing. Enrich.chat costs $90 a month on the Scale plan.

*Monthly cost of the same 1,000 contacts, assuming every contact returns both fields. Lusha bars use Premium list prices for the credit pack that covers the list: monthly billing for the first two bars, and a year paid upfront divided by 12 for the third. The Enrich.chat bar is the Scale plan ($90 a month, billed monthly). The two services return different data, so this compares price only. Sources: [Lusha pricing page](https://www.lusha.com/pricing/), [Enrich.chat pricing](https://enrich.chat/pricing/).*

The five-rep team from earlier, with 1,000 emails and 250 mobiles a month, needs 72,500 Enrich.chat credits. That fits the Growth plan at $29 a month, with unlimited seats.

Price is only one input. Lusha and Enrich.chat return different data, and this page makes no claim about which one finds more of your list. Each Enrich.chat work email comes back as verified, catch_all or unknown, and each mobile as mobile or unknown by line type, so you see the status of every field. A LinkedIn URL works as a lookup key, and Enrich.chat never logs in to LinkedIn. Your agent can read [agents.md](https://enrich.chat/agents.md) or add the [MCP server](https://enrich.chat/install/), and the free tier needs no API key.

Enrich.chat has two honest gaps next to Lusha:

- **No browser extension or point-and-click app.** Enrich.chat returns data over an API and MCP. SDKs are planned, not available.
- **No buying signals, intent data, sequences or native CRM app.** If your team sells on job-change alerts or lookalikes, Lusha covers more ground.

Other vendors price differently. Our guides to [Apollo pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/apollo-pricing/), [ZoomInfo pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/zoominfo-pricing/), [RocketReach pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/rocketreach-pricing/) and [Cognism pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/cognism-pricing/) cover the rest of the field, and the [ZoomInfo vs Lusha](https://enrich.chat/compare/zoominfo-vs-lusha/) comparison sets the two side by side.

## When is Lusha the better choice?

Lusha is the better choice when your team works inside LinkedIn and a CRM and wants an app instead of an API. It has real strengths:

- **A browser extension.** Lusha's plan comparison lists the extension on LinkedIn, CRMs, any website, and Google Calendar and Gmail, on every plan including Free.
- **CRM integrations.** [Lusha's facts page](https://www.lusha.com/ai-assistants/) says native HubSpot and Salesforce integrations come with all plans.
- **Signals and scoring.** Lusha adds buying signals, lookalikes, AI recommendations and a 0 to 100 Signal Score, which its [API guide](https://docs.lusha.com/user-guide/lushas-api/all-there-is-to-know-about-lushas-api) describes.
- **Team controls and compliance.** Premium adds team management, and Scale adds SSO and a do-not-call list. Lusha lists SOC 2, ISO 27701, GDPR and CCPA on its pricing page.

If those matter more than the price per credit, Lusha fits. If you only need contact fields inside an agent, a workflow or your own app, compare the maths above and test a small list first. Our [Lusha alternatives](https://enrich.chat/alternatives/lusha/) page, the [Apollo vs Lusha](https://enrich.chat/compare/apollo-vs-lusha/) comparison and our list of the [best direct dial providers](https://enrich.chat/blog/best-direct-dial-providers/) show more options. To price your own list, paste this prompt into your agent:

```text
## Frequently asked questions
### How much does Lusha cost per month?
On October 15, 2026, [Lusha's pricing page](https://www.lusha.com/pricing/) listed Free at $0, Starter at $49.90, Pro at $69.90 and Premium at $399.90 a month on monthly billing. Annual billing is 25% lower per month but is paid a full year upfront: $449.10, $629.10 and $3,599.10. Scale is custom and has no public price. Adding credits or seats raises each price, and prices exclude tax.
### Does Lusha have a free plan?
Yes. [Lusha's pricing page](https://www.lusha.com/pricing/) describes a permanent Free plan with 40 credits a month, 1 seat and no credit card. Its FAQ says Free includes the browser extension and CRM integrations, and [Lusha's facts page for AI assistants](https://www.lusha.com/ai-assistants/) says it includes MCP access. An email costs 1 credit and a phone number 5, so 40 credits cover 40 emails or 8 phone numbers. Free credits do not roll over.
### How many credits does a phone number cost on Lusha?
A phone number costs 5 credits and an email 1, per [Lusha's credit guide](https://docs.lusha.com/user-guide/usage-analytics/how-credits-are-counted). Revealing both together costs up to 6 credits on the platform. Through the API, [Lusha's API guide](https://docs.lusha.com/user-guide/lushas-api/all-there-is-to-know-about-lushas-api) adds a charge of at least 1 credit per request, even when nothing comes back, so an email and a phone for one contact costs 7 credits. Re-viewing a contact you already revealed costs nothing.
### Do Lusha credits roll over?
Only on some plans. [Lusha's pricing page](https://www.lusha.com/pricing/) shows rollover up to twice the monthly allowance on Pro and Premium monthly plans, and none on Free or Starter. Annual plans grant all credits upfront and reset them at the end of the year, even on renewal, per Lusha's [billing FAQ](https://docs.lusha.com/user-guide/billing-and-payments/billing-faq). Lusha's [Terms](https://www.lusha.com/legal/terms_and_conditions-2/) say unused credits expire at the end of the term.
### Can you cancel Lusha and get a refund?
You can cancel any time in account settings, and the plan stays active until the end of the billing period. Lusha's [Terms](https://www.lusha.com/legal/terms_and_conditions-2/) ask for cancellation at least 14 days before the period ends to avoid the next automatic renewal, and say all payments are non-refundable. Lusha's [cancellation guide](https://docs.lusha.com/user-guide/plans-and-upgrades/account-cancellation-what-happens-to-your-credits-and-data) says refunds for unused credits are reviewed and may not be approved.
### What is a cheaper alternative to Lusha for contact data?
For work emails and mobile numbers, a credit-plan API can cost less than a Lusha plan for the same number of contacts, as the maths on this page shows. Enrich.chat sells monthly plans, Growth $29 for 100,000 credits, Scale $90 for 500,000 credits, Pro $299 for 2,500,000 credits, with unlimited seats and no annual contract. A work email costs 10 credits, a mobile 250, and a lookup that finds nothing costs 0 credits. Each IP gets 10 free lookups a day, no signup. See our [Lusha alternatives](https://enrich.chat/alternatives/lusha/) and [Apollo vs Lusha](https://enrich.chat/compare/apollo-vs-lusha/).
