# RocketReach pricing in 2026: what lookups and exports really cost per contact

RocketReach lists three individual plans from $399 a year. The number that matters is the plan price divided by your export limit. Here is that math, plus API costs, contract terms and a credit-plan comparison.

By Enrich.chat Editorial. Updated October 15, 2026.

**Short answer:** RocketReach's US plans cost $69, $119 or $209 a month, or $399, $899 or $1,699 a year, on [its pricing page](https://rocketreach.co/pricing) as checked October 15, 2026. Annual plans give unlimited lookups but [cap exports](https://rocketreach.co/resources/unlimitedcredits-faq/) at 1,200, 3,600 or 20,000 a year, and API calls use exports. If you use every export, a contact costs about $0.09 to $0.33 on annual plans.

## Key takeaways

- US prices on October 15, 2026: Essentials $69 a month or $399 a year, Pro $119 or $899, Ultimate $209 or $1,699. RocketReach prices differ by country.
- Annual plans have unlimited lookups (fair use: 10,000 a month) but fixed exports of 1,200, 3,600 or 20,000 a year. Monthly plans cap lookups at 100, 250 or 1,000.
- Price divided by allowance gives about $0.33, $0.25 and $0.085 per contact on annual plans, and $0.69, $0.48 and $0.21 on monthly plans, if you use every credit.
- API and MCP calls use export credits. RocketReach has no separate API price list, and custom plans start at $6,000 a year.
- Plans auto-renew, payments are non-refundable and unused annual exports do not roll over.

| Essentials | $399 /year | $69 a month if billed monthly |
| Pro | $899 /year | $119 a month if billed monthly |
| Ultimate | $1,699 /year | $209 a month if billed monthly |
| Custom team | $6K+ /year | Quote, for teams of 5 or more |

## How much does RocketReach cost in 2026?

RocketReach's US individual plans cost $69, $119 or $209 a month, or $399, $899 or $1,699 a year, as checked on October 15, 2026. These are the Essentials, Pro and Ultimate plans on [RocketReach's pricing page](https://rocketreach.co/pricing). The page opens on annual billing, and a toggle switches it to monthly.

| RocketReach plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing | Lookups | Exports |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Essentials (email only) | $69 a month | $399 a year ($33 a month) | 100 a month, or unlimited on annual | 1,200 a year on annual |
| Pro (email and phone) | $119 a month | $899 a year ($75 a month) | 250 a month, or unlimited on annual | 3,600 a year on annual |
| Ultimate (email and phone) | $209 a month | $1,699 a year ($142 a month) | 1,000 a month, or unlimited on annual | 20,000 a year on annual |
| Custom team | Not listed | From $6,000 a year | Unlimited | 20,000 per license a year |

Annual billing costs less per month, but you pay for the year up front. Twelve months of monthly billing would cost $828 on Essentials, $1,428 on Pro and $2,508 on Ultimate. The annual plans save 52%, 37% and 32% against those totals. RocketReach's page headlines the annual price as $33, $75 and $142 a month, billed yearly.

These are US prices. RocketReach shows different prices in other countries, and we list examples further down.

### Does RocketReach have a free plan?

Yes, a small one. [RocketReach's pricing FAQ](https://rocketreach.co/pricing) says a free account gets 3 free lookups with no credit card. A [help center article](https://knowledgebase.rocketreach.co/hc/en-us/articles/23024457785243-What-are-RocketReach-Credits) adds that free accounts get three sets of lookup credits in total. You receive the next set when you return after the last one runs out, and nothing after the third.

### What do RocketReach team plans cost?

Teams pay about 5% less per seat, and large teams are quoted. The pricing page has an "Add 1 Seat - Save 5%" option, and RocketReach's US plan data lists team seats at $379, $854 and $1,614 a year. [RocketReach's custom plans](https://rocketreach.co/enterprise) start at $6,000 a year for teams of five or more. They include 20,000 exports per license a year, single sign-on and a dedicated account manager.

[Vendr's buyer data](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/rocketreach) gives a wider range. Its median RocketReach buyer pays $6,750 a year, with deals from $1,800 to $13,340. One buyer in Vendr's community reports getting three enterprise seats down to $6,750, a $690 saving.

## What is the difference between a lookup and an export on RocketReach?

A lookup reveals a contact's details inside RocketReach, and an export takes them out. [RocketReach's unlimited credits FAQ](https://rocketreach.co/resources/unlimitedcredits-faq/) says a lookup stores the data in the platform. An export downloads it as a CSV or sends it to a tool such as Salesforce, Zapier or Salesloft.

Your billing cycle decides which of the two is capped, according to [its help center](https://knowledgebase.rocketreach.co/hc/en-us/articles/43739526208411-Difference-between-Annual-and-Monthly-Subscription-Plans):

- **Monthly plans cap lookups.** You get 100, 250 or 1,000 lookups a month and can export everything you look up. Unused lookups roll over for up to 12 months while the plan stays active, says RocketReach's [monthly plan guide](https://knowledgebase.rocketreach.co/hc/en-us/articles/229376408-Does-RocketReach-Offer-a-Monthly-Subscription).
- **Annual plans cap exports.** Lookups are unlimited, with a fair-use limit of about 10,000 a month. Exports are a fixed pool for the whole year: 1,200, 3,600 or 20,000. The pool does not refill monthly or roll over, per the [annual plan guide](https://knowledgebase.rocketreach.co/hc/en-us/articles/1260804512270-How-Do-Annual-Plans-Work).

**Figure 1: RocketReach lookups versus exports.** A lookup reveals a contact inside RocketReach and an export takes it out by CSV, CRM sync, Autopilot, API or MCP. Annual plans have unlimited lookups and capped exports of 1,200, 3,600 or 20,000 a year. Monthly plans cap lookups at 100, 250 or 1,000 a month.

*Which credit RocketReach caps depends on how you pay. Sources: [RocketReach help center](https://knowledgebase.rocketreach.co/hc/en-us/articles/43739526208411-Difference-between-Annual-and-Monthly-Subscription-Plans), [RocketReach credit guide](https://knowledgebase.rocketreach.co/hc/en-us/articles/23024457785243-What-are-RocketReach-Credits), [RocketReach pricing page](https://rocketreach.co/pricing).*

### Which actions use an export?

[RocketReach's credit guide](https://knowledgebase.rocketreach.co/hc/en-us/articles/23024457785243-What-are-RocketReach-Credits) lists them: CSV downloads, CRM and Zapier syncs, Autopilot lists, Upload List enrichment, API lookups and MCP lookups. Searching uses no credit. The Get Contact button and the browser extension use lookups.

A credit is spent only when a profile returns a verified email or phone. [RocketReach's pricing FAQ](https://rocketreach.co/pricing) says a lookup that finds neither is refunded. Looking up or exporting the same person twice costs nothing the second time.

Running out of exports does not lock you out of the app. RocketReach's [unlimited plan guide](https://knowledgebase.rocketreach.co/hc/en-us/articles/30787678226971-Migrating-to-a-Unlimited-Lookup-Plan) says you can keep revealing contacts with unlimited lookups. You just cannot take them out until you upgrade or renew.

## How much does one RocketReach contact cost?

A RocketReach contact costs the plan price divided by the lookups or exports you use. If you use every credit, that is about $0.33, $0.25 and $0.085 per contact on annual plans, and $0.69, $0.48 and $0.21 on monthly plans. On annual plans the export cap sets the real price, because an unlimited lookup is no use if you cannot take the contact out.

| RocketReach plan | Price | Allowance | Cost per contact |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Essentials, monthly | $69 a month | 100 lookups | $0.69 |
| Pro, monthly | $119 a month | 250 lookups | $0.48 |
| Ultimate, monthly | $209 a month | 1,000 lookups | $0.21 |
| Essentials, annual | $399 a year | 1,200 exports | $0.33 |
| Pro, annual | $899 a year | 3,600 exports | $0.25 |
| Ultimate, annual | $1,699 a year | 20,000 exports | $0.085 |

**Figure 2: RocketReach cost per contact by plan.** Bar chart of RocketReach US cost per contact if every credit is used. Monthly plans cost $0.69, $0.48 and $0.21 per lookup on Essentials, Pro and Ultimate. Annual plans cost $0.33, $0.25 and $0.085 per export.

*Plan price divided by the lookups (monthly) or exports (annual) the plan includes, US prices checked October 15, 2026. It assumes every credit is used on a contact that RocketReach finds. Sources: [RocketReach pricing page](https://rocketreach.co/pricing), [RocketReach US plan data](https://rocketreach.co/v2/product/multi-seat?country_code=US).*

Three things move your real cost away from those figures:

- **Unused exports raise it.** Annual exports do not roll over. Use half of Pro's 3,600 and the cost per contact doubles to about $0.50.
- **One credit covers either field.** [The credit guide](https://knowledgebase.rocketreach.co/hc/en-us/articles/23024457785243-What-are-RocketReach-Credits) says a Premium credit is spent when a profile returns an email or a phone. It costs the same either way, but getting both is not guaranteed.
- **Misses cost nothing.** This one works in your favor. A lookup that finds no verified email or phone is refunded.

The biggest discount sits on Ultimate. Its annual export price is about a third of Pro's, but you must buy 20,000 exports to get it.

## How much does the RocketReach API cost?

RocketReach has no separate API price list. [RocketReach's API page](https://rocketreach.co/resources/products/api/) says usage is based on your plan, and the pricing page lists MCP and API access on Essentials, Pro and Ultimate. Custom packages start at $6,000 a year.

Every API contact lookup uses an export credit. [RocketReach's People Lookup docs](https://docs.rocketreach.co/reference/people-lookup-api) state that the endpoint consumes export credits, and the [API FAQ](https://docs.rocketreach.co/reference/faq) says one export equals one API credit. On annual Pro that caps the API at 3,600 contacts a year, however high the rate limit is.

| RocketReach plan | API person lookups per month (rate limit) | Annual export cap |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Essentials | 5,000 | 1,200 |
| Pro | 20,000 | 3,600 |
| Ultimate | 50,000 | 20,000 |
| Custom | 200,000 | Quoted |

[RocketReach's rate limit docs](https://docs.rocketreach.co/reference/rate-limits) set the monthly figures above. They are ceilings, not allowances. On annual plans the export cap is lower than the rate limit, and on monthly plans the lookup cap is. A global limit of 10 requests per second applies to all APIs.

Some billing details help when you budget an API project:

- **Misses are free.** The API FAQ says no credit is charged when a lookup finds no data, and repeat lookups of the same profile are free while your plan is active.
- **Account-managed plans use Universal Credits.** [The Universal Credits guide](https://docs.rocketreach.co/reference/universal-credits-overview) charges 2 credits for a professional email, 3 for a personal email and 6 for a phone, per profile. A page of up to 100 search results costs 1 credit. RocketReach does not publish what a Universal Credit costs.
- **MCP uses the same credits.** [RocketReach's MCP page](https://rocketreach.co/resources/products/mcp/) says there is no separate bill. The [MCP tools reference](https://docs.rocketreach.co/reference/mcp-tools) says a person lookup uses one lookup credit plus one person export, and searches use none.
- **Cancelling kills the keys.** API keys are invalidated when a subscription ends, per the [cancellation guide](https://knowledgebase.rocketreach.co/hc/en-us/articles/229973148-What-Happens-When-I-Cancel-my-RocketReach-Subscription).

## Why do RocketReach prices differ between websites?

RocketReach sets plan prices by country, so two price guides can both be right. When we read the plan data behind its pricing page for several countries on October 15, 2026, annual Essentials ranged from $100 to $399. Five examples are below.

| Country (annual price / monthly price) | Essentials | Pro | Ultimate |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| [United States](https://rocketreach.co/v2/product/multi-seat?country_code=US) | $399 / $69 | $899 / $119 | $1,699 / $209 |
| [Canada](https://rocketreach.co/v2/product/multi-seat?country_code=CA) (same for Brazil, Japan, Mexico, Singapore) | $329 / $49 | $829 / $99 | $1,699 / $209 |
| [Australia](https://rocketreach.co/v2/product/multi-seat?country_code=AU) | $299 / $45 | $749 / $89 | $1,539 / $189 |
| [Germany](https://rocketreach.co/v2/product/multi-seat?country_code=DE) (same for France) | $229 / $39 | $619 / $79 | $1,379 / $169 |
| [India](https://rocketreach.co/v2/product/multi-seat?country_code=IN) | $100 / $23 | $201 / $46 | $402 / $86 |

The German and French row explains a common mismatch. [Emelia's August 2026 price guide](https://emelia.io/hub/rocketreach-preise) lists $229, $619 and $1,379 a year and says it saw them on RocketReach's page in August 2026. Those match the table, not the US prices. RocketReach's own [help center](https://knowledgebase.rocketreach.co/hc/en-us/articles/1260804512270-How-Do-Annual-Plans-Work) tells buyers to open the pricing page to see plans for their area.

Treat any RocketReach price in a guide as one country's price, including ours. We list US prices because they were the highest, or tied for highest, in the countries we checked. The price at your checkout is the one that counts.

## What are RocketReach's contract terms and hidden costs?

RocketReach plans renew automatically and are not refundable, though [its cancellation article](https://knowledgebase.rocketreach.co/hc/en-us/articles/230421787-How-do-I-Cancel-my-RocketReach-Subscription) says you can cancel at any time with no penalty. The terms below come from RocketReach's [Subscription Agreement](https://rocketreach.co/subscriber_terms) and [refund policy](https://rocketreach.co/refunds), plus its help center.

- **Auto-renewal.** Unless you cancel, the plan renews for the same period. You must cancel before it renews to avoid the next charge, says the agreement. Annual plans bill again on the same day each year.
- **No refunds.** The refund policy says payments are non-refundable and cancellations take effect on the next billing cycle. The one exception is an individual who bought an annual plan by mistake. They can [switch to monthly](https://knowledgebase.rocketreach.co/hc/en-us/articles/360046580453-Accidentally-Purchased-an-Annual-Subscription) within 7 days and get the difference back. Renewals and team plans do not qualify.
- **Credits expire.** When a plan ends, remaining credits expire and are not restored if you resubscribe, per the [cancellation guide](https://knowledgebase.rocketreach.co/hc/en-us/articles/229973148-What-Happens-When-I-Cancel-my-RocketReach-Subscription). Annual exports do not roll over. The monthly plan guide says unused monthly lookups roll over for up to 12 months, but the Subscription Agreement says lookups expire at the end of the term. Ask support which applies to you.
- **Extra credits cost extra.** The agreement says you pay more if you exceed a monthly cap, and you are charged for credits used beyond your export allotment. The pricing page shows no price for either.
- **Fair use limits.** Unlimited plans are limited to 10,000 searches and 10,000 lookups in any rolling 30 days. Per-minute, hourly and daily limits can also apply.
- **Phones need Pro.** Essentials is email only. Phone numbers start on Pro, at $119 a month or $899 a year.
- **Taxes and price changes.** Prices exclude VAT and sales tax. RocketReach can raise fees with written notice, and the change takes effect in your next term.

Customer reviews flag the renewal and refund terms. On October 15, 2026, [Trustpilot](https://www.trustpilot.com/review/rocketreach.co) showed RocketReach at 1.2 out of 5 from 1,113 reviews. Trustpilot's AI summary of 74 recent reviews said the most common complaints were unexpected annual renewals and refused refunds. Trustpilot says it does not fact-check reviews, so read this as a pattern of complaints, not proof. The complaints do match the auto-renewal and no-refund terms above.

If you buy an annual plan, set a reminder before the renewal date. [RocketReach's cancellation article](https://knowledgebase.rocketreach.co/hc/en-us/articles/230421787-How-do-I-Cancel-my-RocketReach-Subscription) says your plan type and billing cycle are listed under Subscription Details on the Usage and Billing page.

## When is RocketReach the better choice?

RocketReach is the better choice when one person or a small team prospects inside its web app and wants to browse and reveal contacts freely. It has several features Enrich.chat does not.

- **Unlimited lookups on annual plans.** You can open as many profiles as fair use allows and export only the best.
- **A built-in workspace.** RocketReach has a [desktop Chrome extension](https://rocketreach.co/resources/products/api/), Autopilot lists and email sending of up to 500 emails a day, as its pricing page lists.
- **CRM integrations.** Pro and Ultimate connect to Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, Salesloft and Bullhorn.
- **Extra data on Ultimate.** The top plan adds intent data and healthcare data.
- **Strong ratings on review sites.** [RocketReach's API page](https://rocketreach.co/resources/products/api/) shows 4.5 stars on G2, 4.6 on Gartner, 4.1 on Software Advice and 4.1 on Capterra. These are RocketReach's own figures, and its Trustpilot score is far lower.

If those matter more than cost per contact, RocketReach can be the right fit. Our [RocketReach alternatives](https://enrich.chat/alternatives/rocketreach/) guide ranks other tools on price, phone numbers and API access.

## What does Enrich.chat cost compared with RocketReach?

For a data feed inside an agent or app, Enrich.chat credit plans cost less than RocketReach's export-capped plans at the volumes below. Enrich.chat sells monthly plans: Growth $29 for 100,000 credits, Scale $90 for 500,000 credits, Pro $299 for 2,500,000 credits. Every plan includes every product and unlimited seats, with no annual contract. A work email costs 10 credits, a mobile 250, and a lookup that finds nothing costs 0 credits.

To compare, spread RocketReach's yearly exports over twelve months. Essentials' 1,200 exports are 100 emails a month, Pro's 3,600 are 300 contacts a month and Ultimate's 20,000 are about 1,667 a month. The table shows the Enrich.chat plan that covers each volume.

| RocketReach annual plan | Contacts a month | Enrich.chat credits | Enrich.chat plan |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Essentials, 1,200 exports a year | 100 emails | 1,000 | Growth, $29 a month |
| Pro, 3,600 exports a year | 300 with email and mobile | 78,000 | Growth, $29 a month |
| Ultimate, 20,000 exports a year | 1,667 with email and mobile | 433,420 | Scale, $90 a month |

**Figure 3: Monthly bill: RocketReach annual plans against Enrich.chat.** Bar chart of the monthly cost of the same yearly volume. For 100 emails a month, RocketReach Essentials costs $33 a month on annual billing and Enrich.chat costs $29. For 300 contacts with email and mobile, Pro costs $75 against $29. For 1,667 contacts, Ultimate costs $142 against $90.

*RocketReach prices are the US annual plans divided by twelve, paid as one yearly bill. The yearly exports (1,200, 3,600 and 20,000) are spread over twelve months. Enrich.chat shows the monthly plan that covers the same contacts, billed monthly and cancelable anytime. It assumes every lookup finds both an email and a mobile, the highest cost; contacts that are not found use 0 credits. Sources: [RocketReach pricing page](https://rocketreach.co/pricing), [Enrich.chat pricing](https://enrich.chat/pricing/).*

The Essentials row is close: a small, email-only list costs about the same on either. The gap opens when you need phones or volume. The Growth plan also covers up to 10,000 emails a month, so there is room to grow. Enrich.chat credits renew with each monthly payment, and unused credits do not roll over. Each IP gets 10 free lookups a day without signup, and the full rates are on the [pricing page](https://enrich.chat/pricing/). You pick a plan and pay at checkout on your [account page](https://enrich.chat/account/).

Enrich.chat returns people, work emails, mobiles and company profiles over a plain HTTPS API. Your agent reads [agents.md](https://enrich.chat/agents.md) once and then calls it from ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, n8n or your own code, or adds the MCP server at [one-click install](https://enrich.chat/install/). RocketReach also has an MCP server, but it signs in with your RocketReach account and spends your plan's credits. Each Enrich.chat work email comes back as verified, catch_all or unknown. Each mobile is labeled mobile or unknown by line type, which says what kind of number it is, not that it belongs to the person. A LinkedIn URL works as a lookup key, and Enrich.chat never logs in to LinkedIn.

Enrich.chat has two honest gaps next to RocketReach:

- **No workspace.** There is no Chrome extension, email sequencing, dialer or intent data. RocketReach offers a browser extension, Autopilot and, on Ultimate, intent data.
- **No native CRM app or CSV upload screen.** Enrich.chat returns data, and SDKs are planned. Your agent can already call the API. For CRM work, see our [HubSpot enrichment](https://enrich.chat/integrations/hubspot/) page.

Other options are in our guides to [Lusha pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/lusha-pricing/), [ZoomInfo pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/zoominfo-pricing/) and [the best B2B data providers](https://enrich.chat/blog/best-b2b-data-providers/). You can also test a few names in the free [email finder](https://enrich.chat/tools/email-finder/). Before you commit to a plan, price your own list:

```text
## Frequently asked questions
### How much does RocketReach cost per month?
In the US, RocketReach costs $69, $119 or $209 a month on monthly billing for Essentials, Pro and Ultimate. Annual billing costs $399, $899 or $1,699 a year, which [RocketReach's pricing page](https://rocketreach.co/pricing) shows as $33, $75 and $142 a month. We checked these on October 15, 2026. RocketReach shows different prices in other countries, so confirm yours at checkout.
### Does RocketReach have a free plan?
Yes, but a small one. [RocketReach's pricing FAQ](https://rocketreach.co/pricing) says a free account gets 3 free lookups with no credit card. A [help center article](https://knowledgebase.rocketreach.co/hc/en-us/articles/23024457785243-What-are-RocketReach-Credits) says free accounts get three sets of lookup credits in total, and nothing after the third. Enrich.chat gives each IP address 10 free lookups a day with no signup.
### What is the difference between a RocketReach lookup and an export?
A lookup reveals a contact inside RocketReach. An export takes the contact out, by CSV download, CRM sync, Autopilot, list upload, API call or MCP call. Annual plans have unlimited lookups but fixed yearly exports of 1,200, 3,600 or 20,000. Monthly plans cap lookups at 100, 250 or 1,000 a month. [RocketReach's credit guide](https://knowledgebase.rocketreach.co/hc/en-us/articles/23024457785243-What-are-RocketReach-Credits) lists every action.
### How much does the RocketReach API cost?
RocketReach has no separate API price list. The API comes with Essentials, Pro and Ultimate, and each API contact lookup uses one export credit, so annual Pro allows 3,600 API contacts a year. Custom packages [start at $6,000 a year](https://rocketreach.co/resources/products/api/). Account-managed plans use Universal Credits, and RocketReach does not publish what one costs.
### Can you get a refund from RocketReach?
Rarely. [RocketReach's refund policy](https://rocketreach.co/refunds) says payments are non-refundable, paid plans auto-renew and cancellations take effect on the next billing cycle. One exception: an individual who bought an annual plan by mistake can [switch to monthly within 7 days](https://knowledgebase.rocketreach.co/hc/en-us/articles/360046580453-Accidentally-Purchased-an-Annual-Subscription) and get the price difference back. Renewals and team plans do not qualify.
### What is a cheaper alternative to RocketReach?
For contact data inside an AI agent or app, a credit plan can cost less than RocketReach's export-capped plans. Enrich.chat sells monthly plans, Growth $29 for 100,000 credits, Scale $90 for 500,000 credits, Pro $299 for 2,500,000 credits, with unlimited seats and no annual contract. A work email costs 10 credits, a mobile 250, and a lookup that finds nothing costs 0 credits. See our [RocketReach alternatives](https://enrich.chat/alternatives/rocketreach/) and [pricing](https://enrich.chat/pricing/).
