# Snov.io pricing in 2026: what each plan costs, what a credit buys, and the extras that add up

Starter is $39 a month, but credits, recipients, tokens and LinkedIn slots are separate meters. Here is what Snov.io's own pages say, with the maths and the cancellation steps.

## How much does Snov.io cost in 2026?

Snov.io's Sales Suite starts at $39 a month for Starter, then runs from $99 for Pro S to $738 for Ultra on monthly billing. These are the list prices on the [Snov.io pricing page](https://snov.io/pricing), checked October 16, 2026 in its monthly, 3-month and annual views. Annual billing takes 25% off and 3-month billing takes 5% off. Custom Ultra, from 200,000 credits, has no public price.

Every paid plan includes unlimited team seats, senders, follow-ups and campaigns. Snov.io's [billing FAQ](https://snov.io/knowledgebase/faq-pricing-plans/) says plans limit only four quotas: credits, recipients, email warm-up slots and enrichment tokens.

Starter differs from Pro in features as well as size. The pricing page greys out 17 features on Starter, among them A/B testing, reply sentiment analysis, shared do-not-email lists, team statistics, premium-pool warm-up and 24-hour priority support. Starter keeps bulk search, the API, webhooks, MCP access, both Chrome extensions and the built-in CRM.

### What does the Snov.io free plan include?

Snov.io's free plan gives 50 credits, 100 recipients, 25 enrichment tokens and one warm-up slot, and the [billing FAQ](https://snov.io/knowledgebase/faq-pricing-plans/) says it does not expire. The pricing page calls it Trial and says its free credits, tokens and recipients renew every 30 days. The [token FAQ](https://snov.io/knowledgebase/faqs-enrichment-tokens/) instead says the 25 tokens on the free plan do not expire, so treat them as one-time.

The [pricing page FAQ](https://snov.io/pricing) says Trial leaves out integrations, bulk search, bulk verification, teamwork, A/B testing, API and webhooks access, and export. LinkedIn Automation has its own 7-day free trial.

## What does one Snov.io credit buy?

One Snov.io credit pays for one email found with a valid or unknown status, or one email verified with a valid or invalid result. The rules sit in the [credit limit guide](https://snov.io/knowledgebase/what-is-a-credit/), last dated April 30, 2026. The same pool pays for every finder and verifier tool.

### What does a miss cost on Snov.io?

Snov.io charges nothing when it finds no email or finds an invalid one, but it charges 1 credit for an unknown one. The [credit limit guide](https://snov.io/knowledgebase/what-is-a-credit/) says a gray result (no email found) and a red result (invalid) are free. A yellow result (unknown) costs 1 credit, because Snov.io says it may still be deliverable. The [API reference](https://snov.io/api) lists catch-all domains as one reason for an unknown status.

That rule produces complaints. A one-star [Trustpilot review](https://www.trustpilot.com/review/snov.io?stars=1) dated October 15, 2026 says a pull of 407 valid emails was charged 585 credits. Snov.io's public reply said credits are charged for valid or unverifiable emails. The guide adds that a credit can also be used for a prospect already in your list, for example when two people share one email address. ### Do Snov.io credits roll over or expire?

Snov.io credits roll over while your plan stays active and expire when it ends. The [billing FAQ](https://snov.io/knowledgebase/faq-pricing-plans/) (September 30, 2026) says monthly plans roll unused credits into the next month, and annual plans keep adding them until the 12-month term ends. If you turn auto-renewal off, the credits expire when the billing period does. The pricing page words this differently: credits expire every 30 days unless you are on an annual plan or have renewal on.

### What happens when Snov.io credits run out?

Snov.io's billing FAQ lists no credit top-up. To refresh credits early you buy the same plan again, which starts a new billing period, or you upgrade. Token packages cover tokens only. The [API](https://snov.io/api) returns a `not_enough_credits` status when an account has too few credits.

## What are recipients, enrichment tokens and LinkedIn slots?

Credits are one of four meters on a Snov.io bill. Recipients pay for sending, enrichment tokens pay for phones and AI tools, and LinkedIn slots are a separate monthly subscription. Each meter has its own quota and its own reset rule.

- **Recipients.** One recipient is used the first time you contact a prospect in a billing period, by email or LinkedIn action in a campaign. Follow-ups in the same period are free, and a test email counts as one. Unused recipients expire every period, per the [recipient limit guide](https://snov.io/knowledgebase/recipients/).
- **Enrichment tokens.** Plan tokens reset every month and do not roll over. Extra tokens come in one-time packages from 1,000 ($20) to 50,000 ($1,000), a flat $0.02 each, valid for 90 days, per the [token guide](https://snov.io/knowledgebase/what-are-tokens-and-how-to-use-them/). Snov.io says Enrichment is a separate subscription, so you can buy tokens without a Sales Suite plan.
- **LinkedIn slots.** Each slot connects one LinkedIn account and costs $69 a month, or $59 with a paid Sales Suite plan, per the [billing FAQ](https://snov.io/knowledgebase/faq-pricing-plans/). The pricing page shows $62 a month for annual slots, sold through sales.

Phones are where tokens matter. Snov.io's [enrichment guide](https://snov.io/knowledgebase/prospect-enrichment-actions/) lists the token cost of each action, and the third column below prices it at the $0.02 package rate.

Most tools charge only for data found. The guide names one exception: "Fill out from web" charges for every prospect, even when it finds nothing.

## What does one Snov.io email really cost?

On list prices, one email costs about 3.9 cents on Snov.io Starter and about 0.74 cents on Pro L if you spend every credit on found emails. Snov.io's [pricing FAQ](https://snov.io/pricing) confirms two points on that curve: 3.9 cents on Starter and about 0.9 cents on Pro M.

The maths assumes one credit per email, every credit spent on a green or yellow email, US dollars before tax, and no use of recipients or tokens. Credits roll over while a plan renews, so unused ones are not lost month to month. Any left when you cancel are.

Annual billing cuts these figures by 25%. Pro S falls to about 1.5 cents a credit, and Pro L and Ultra to about 0.55 cents.

Adding a mobile changes the total, because phones run on tokens. At 10 Wiza tokens ($0.20), a contact with an email and a phone costs about 24 cents on Starter and about 21 cents on Pro L. Starter's 75 plan tokens cover 7 such phones a month, and Ultra's 750 cover 75.

## What hidden costs can raise a Snov.io bill?

Snov.io's plan price is rarely the whole bill, because several other charges sit beside it. These are the ones to count before you pick a plan:

- **One shared credit pool.** Finder, verifier, prospect saves and 50-credit deliverability tests all draw on the same credits, per the [credit limit guide](https://snov.io/knowledgebase/what-is-a-credit/).
- **Unknown emails.** They cost a credit, and Snov.io's [verifier FAQ](https://snov.io/email-verifier) says unverifiable addresses carry more risk.
- **Phones and AI.** Both run on tokens, so 1,000 phones at 10 tokens is a $200 package on top of the plan.
- **Separate subscriptions.** LinkedIn slots and done-for-you domains and mailboxes bill on their own and are cancelled one by one, per the [cancel guide](https://snov.io/knowledgebase/how-to-cancel-my-account/).
- **Plan steps.** Pro S to Pro M adds $90 a month for 15,000 more credits, and the billing FAQ lists no credit-only top-up.
- **Changing the rules.** The [Terms](https://snov.io/t_and_c) let Snov.io change fees, and how credits are charged, at any time. Fees exclude taxes.

## How do Snov.io contracts, renewals and cancellation work?

Snov.io's plans renew automatically until you turn off plan renewal, and its Terms say plan fees are non-refundable. The [Terms and Conditions](https://snov.io/t_and_c), effective June 4, 2026, set these rules:

- **Monthly plans** run in 30-day periods and renew automatically if plan renewal is on. The billing FAQ says auto-renewal is on by default.
- **Annual plans** take one upfront payment for 12 months. Credits arrive every month and roll over until the term ends. Auto-renewal applies to annual plans bought after November 20, 2023.
- **Refunds.** Plan and add-on fees are non-refundable to the extent the law allows. Snov.io still reviews each request and may refund a double charge or another case at its discretion.
- **Fee changes** apply to new purchases and renewals, with no refund for a period already paid.

The [refund guide](https://snov.io/knowledgebase/refund-conditions/) lists cases it may consider, such as a request within 14 days of an automatic renewal with no quota used, or a double charge. Token packages are refundable if none of the tokens were used, per the [token FAQ](https://snov.io/knowledgebase/faqs-enrichment-tokens/). Snov.io's [plan change guide](https://snov.io/knowledgebase/upgrade-downgrade-plan/) adds three more rules:

- Plan changes apply at once and start a new billing period. Monthly upgrades are not prorated.
- Moving from a long-term plan to a monthly plan cancels it at once, loses unused credits and gives no refund.
- There is no pause. Snov.io suggests a lower plan instead.

### How do you cancel Snov.io?

You cancel Snov.io by turning off auto-renewal in Billing, and the plan then ends at the close of the paid period. The [cancel guide](https://snov.io/knowledgebase/how-to-cancel-my-account/) gives these steps:

1. Open Billing. In a team account, only the team leader can.
2. In the plan details at the top, set auto-renewal to Off and confirm.
3. Keep using paid features until the billing period ends, and export your prospect lists and campaign reports first.
4. Cancel any LinkedIn slots or done-for-you mailboxes in their own Billing tabs.
5. Check that Billing shows auto-renewal as Off.

On the end date, unused credits, recipients and warm-ups expire and the account moves to the Free plan. The Terms add that if you buy no paid plan within 90 days of moving to the Free plan, prospect records older than 90 days are deleted.

## Does Snov.io have an API, and which plans include it?

Snov.io's API comes with Starter and above, per the [credit limit guide](https://snov.io/knowledgebase/what-is-a-credit/). It uses the same credits as the app and has no separate price. The free plan has no API access, though Snov.io's [API page](https://snov.io/api) says free-plan users can request test access by booking a demo. The page sets a limit of 60 requests a minute and uses OAuth access tokens that last 3,600 seconds.

Finder calls run in two steps: you start a task, then fetch the result. ## What do Snov.io's ratings, accuracy claims and data sources look like?

Snov.io rates well on public review pages, and its accuracy figures are its own claims, not tested results. Here is what we read on October 16, 2026:

- **Chrome Web Store.** [Email Finder by Snov.io](https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/email-finder-by-snovio/einnffiilpmgldkapbikhkeicohlaapj) shows 4.9 from 6.1K ratings and 400,000 users, updated September 28, 2026. It declares authentication information, location, web history and website content. The [LI Prospect Finder](https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/li-prospect-finder/mdhjhplkmldfjgoegbdmallcdhlecfcn) listing that Snov.io links to shows 4.9 from 106 ratings and 90,000 users.
- **Trustpilot.** [Snov.io's page](https://www.trustpilot.com/review/snov.io) shows 4.6 from 1,595 reviews, with 89% five-star and 5% one-star. Its AI summary praises support and onboarding. The recent one-star reviews we read concern credits and refunds.
- **Other sites.** Capterra and TrustRadius blocked automated reading, so we do not quote them.

Snov.io's [Email Finder page](https://snov.io/email-finder) says its latest tests showed over 98% accuracy. Its [Email Verifier page](https://snov.io/email-verifier) claims 98+% accuracy and a bounce rate under 1% in one place, and a 1.72% bounce rate on verified lists in its FAQ. Snov.io's [Privacy Policy](https://snov.io/privacy-policy), effective June 26, 2026, says prospect data comes from clients or from its tools, and that its extensions may collect business profiles from public sources. It says it does not process personal addresses such as Gmail. Phone enrichment goes through third-party providers, and the policy names Wiza. To opt out, you can email help@snov.io or snovio_dpo@snov.io, or use its "Clear from list" form, which removes the email from its database and search results.

## Which Snov.io plan fits which team?

Starter fits one seller or a small team, Pro fits teams that send at volume, and Custom Ultra fits very large programs. Match the plan to your credits and recipients, not only the price:

## How does Snov.io compare with Enrich.chat's credit plans?

Enrich.chat sells monthly credit plans for contact data, while Snov.io sells a sales suite with credits inside it. On monthly list prices, work emails alone cost less on Enrich.chat at every volume below, though the two products are not like for like. The plans are Growth $29 for 100,000 credits, Scale $90 for 500,000 credits, Pro $299 for 2,500,000 credits. Every plan includes every product and unlimited seats, billed monthly with no annual contract. A work email costs 10 credits, a mobile 250, and a lookup that finds nothing uses 0 credits.

Take emails first, assuming every lookup finds one. On Snov.io each email is 1 credit, on Enrich.chat 10 credits. The chart shows the monthly plan that covers each volume. Snov.io bars use monthly billing; annual billing would show $29.25, $74.25, $141.75 and $553.50.

Now add phones. 1,000 contacts with an email and a mobile need 1,000 Snov.io credits (Starter, $39) plus 10,000 tokens (a $200 package), about $239 at list prices before the 75 plan tokens. On Enrich.chat the same 1,000 contacts need 260,000 credits, which fits the Scale plan at $90 a month. Enrich.chat has honest gaps next to Snov.io:

- **No Chrome extension.** Enrich.chat works through your agent, the [MCP server](https://enrich.chat/install/) or a plain HTTPS API.
- **No email sequences, warm-up or inbox.** It returns data. You send with your own tool.
- **No separate verifier product.** Each work email comes back as `verified`, `catch_all` or `unknown`, and each mobile as `mobile` or `unknown`.
- **No list workspace.** There is no CSV upload screen or CRM. Search returns people to your agent or app.

Yes, in a limited form. Snov.io's free plan, which its pricing page calls Trial, gives 50 credits, 100 recipients, 25 enrichment tokens and one warm-up slot, per its [billing FAQ](https://snov.io/knowledgebase/faq-pricing-plans/). It does not expire. It leaves out bulk search, bulk verification, export and API access. For a free tier that needs no signup, Enrich.chat gives each IP 10 API lookups a day.

### Does Snov.io charge a credit when it cannot find an email?

No. Snov.io's [credit limit guide](https://snov.io/knowledgebase/what-is-a-credit/) says no credit is charged when no email is found (a gray result) or the email is invalid (red). It does charge 1 credit for an email with an unknown status (yellow), which Snov.io says may still be deliverable. Verifying an email costs 1 credit for a valid or invalid result, and an unknown result is free.

### Do Snov.io credits roll over?

Yes, while your plan stays active. Snov.io's [billing FAQ](https://snov.io/knowledgebase/faq-pricing-plans/) says monthly plans roll unused credits into the next month, and annual plans keep adding them until the term ends. Credits left when a plan ends expire. Recipients never roll over: unused ones expire at the end of each billing period. Plan tokens reset every month, while purchased token packages last 90 days.

### How do I cancel Snov.io, and can I get a refund?

Open Billing and set auto-renewal to Off. You keep paid features until the billing period ends, then the account moves to the Free plan, per Snov.io's [cancel guide](https://snov.io/knowledgebase/how-to-cancel-my-account/). Its [Terms](https://snov.io/t_and_c) say plan fees are non-refundable, though support reviews each request, and its [refund guide](https://snov.io/knowledgebase/refund-conditions/) lists exceptions such as a request within 14 days of an automatic renewal with no quota used.

### Does Snov.io have an API, and does it cost extra?

Snov.io's API comes with the Starter plan and above and uses the same credits as the app, with no separate price. The [API page](https://snov.io/api) sets a limit of 60 requests a minute and uses OAuth access tokens. The free plan has no API access unless you book a demo and ask for test access. Snov.io's [MCP page](https://snov.io/mcp) says its server works on every plan, including the free one.
