## What is Seamless.AI?

Seamless.AI is a B2B prospecting platform that sells business emails, phone numbers and company data, plus tools to email, call and automate outreach to the people it finds. Its [Article 14 notice](https://seamless.ai/policies/gdpr-article-14-notice) names the company as Seamless Contacts, Inc., doing business as Seamless, with an address in Dublin, Ohio. Its [homepage](https://seamless.ai/) calls Seamless.AI a real-time search engine for sales leads and says 1M+ sales leaders use it. Those are Seamless.AI's own claims, read on October 16, 2026.

Seamless.AI groups its products in three layers. The Data Engine is where reps search for people and research contacts. The Engagement Hub covers email, calling and social selling. The Automation Network adds an AI assistant, Autopilot, an API and an MCP server. This page focuses on the data layer, because that is where the credits, the data questions and the contract terms sit.

## How does Seamless.AI work?

A rep searches for people, clicks Find on a result, and Seamless.AI researches that contact for one credit. The [credit and license guide](https://seamless.ai/customers/education/articles/seamless-ai-credit-and-license-types) says clicking Find uses 1 credit per contact. Figure 1 shows the steps and the other things the same credits pay for.

The Chrome extension follows the same path. Per its [help article](https://seamless.ai/customers/education/articles/website-search), you open a company website, see how many contacts Seamless.AI found there, and click Find on one to research and validate it. That uses a contact search credit, as it does in the web app.

### What is the Total AI score?

Total AI is Seamless.AI's 0 to 100 confidence score for an email address. Its [help article](https://seamless.ai/customers/education/articles/determining-total-ai-on-dynamic-layout) says the score shows how confident Seamless.AI is that the email is valid, deliverable and belongs to the right person. The bands run from 90 to 100 (highest confidence) down to 1 to 49 (not recommended), and the article suggests 70 or above for most outreach. It gives no formula, covers emails only, and does not define the "20 to 30% higher success rates" it reports for teams that use the score.

Once a contact is saved, you can send it to a CRM. The [CRM import article](https://seamless.ai/customers/education/articles/importing-to-crm-on-dynamic-layout) lists a single import from the Actions column, bulk import (Import Selected, Import Filtered or Import All) and an Auto-import setting. It does not say whether imports use credits.

Seamless.AI sells data, outreach and automation products, and some extras are priced separately from the base credits. The [homepage navigation](https://seamless.ai/) lists these:

The Chrome extension's [store listing](https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/dbepenphjfofmnjmlacfcdehikakmaap) shows 4.1 out of 5 from 205 ratings and 80,000 users, last updated October 8, 2026. The listing calls it free, but finding a contact in it still uses a credit, per the help article above.

### Does Seamless.AI have an API or an MCP server?

Yes to both. The [API page](https://seamless.ai/products/api) says Seamless.AI publishes no standalone API price: access is bundled with certain plan tiers or sold as an add-on, and usage draws on credits. The [rate limits page](https://docs.seamless.ai/rate-limits-and-credits) sets 60 requests a minute per endpoint for a whole organization. The [MCP server](https://seamless.ai/products/mcp) signs in with OAuth. Per its [access rules](https://docs.seamless.ai/mcp/access-control), search and research are open to every user, while email, calls and campaigns need a Connect license. ## How do Seamless.AI credits and plans work?

Seamless.AI runs on Universal Credits, and one credit researches one contact. The [credit and license guide](https://seamless.ai/customers/education/articles/seamless-ai-credit-and-license-types) says that from June 2026 it is moving older Standard and premium credits into Universal Credits, which also pay for its AI and automation features. Buyer Intent is the exception: it uses Intent Topics, not credits.

Seamless.AI does not publish paid prices. On October 16, 2026, [seamless.ai/pricing](https://seamless.ai/pricing) forwarded to a [pricing inquiry page](https://seamless.ai/pricing-inquiry) that offers special pricing and a demo form, with no numbers. The homepage FAQ says only that the platform is free for up to 50 credits, and that you contact sales after that.

Third parties fill the gap. [Lindy](https://www.lindy.ai/blog/seamless-ai-pricing), which sells a rival product, reports the Basic plan at $147 a month on yearly billing, in a review last updated January 27, 2026. [SpendHound](https://www.spendhound.com/marketplace/seamlessai-pricing) says its figures reflect actual contracts, and shows an average of $8,300 a year for companies with 50 to 1,000 employees and $13,201 for larger ones, updated October 1, 2026.

The contract matters as much as the price. Under the [Terms of Use](https://seamless.ai/policies/terms-of-use), all subscriptions are annual, with monthly or annual billing. To cancel, you must complete a subscription change in the platform at least 60 days before the renewal date, or the contract renews for 12 more months. All sales are final. ## Where does Seamless.AI get its data, and how accurate is it?

Seamless.AI gives two descriptions of its sources, and neither names a share for each source. Its homepage FAQ says every search crawls the public web in real time to find, verify and validate contact details. Its [Article 14 notice](https://seamless.ai/policies/gdpr-article-14-notice), last updated September 30, 2026, lists five ways it may obtain personal data, shown in Figure 2.

The [State Consumer Privacy Policy](https://seamless.ai/policies/state-consumer-policy) adds that Seamless.AI may sell categories of personal information, such as names and phone numbers, to customers, data brokers and data aggregation services. It also says Seamless.AI is registered as a data broker in Texas, California, Oregon and Vermont. These are Seamless.AI's statements about itself.

### How big is the Seamless.AI database?

Seamless.AI's own pages give different headline numbers. It publishes no independent test of any of them, and we ran none.

### How does Seamless.AI check emails and phones?

For emails, Seamless.AI says it runs an automated check that queries the recipient's mail server. Its [Credit Back Protection terms](https://seamless.ai/policies/credit-back-protection-program), last updated February 25, 2026, return the credit when that check finds an address invalid. They exclude phone numbers, company data, role addresses such as info@ and soft bounces. They also call the check a point-in-time assessment with no guarantee of deliverability.

Trustpilot notes that Seamless.AI has not invited reviews recently, so the reviews may not be representative. Its summary centers on renewals, cancellation, support and charges. G2, Capterra and TrustRadius blocked our reader, so this page quotes no scores from them. Read the renewal clause before you buy, and put the 60-day date in your calendar.

## How do you remove your details from Seamless.AI?

Use Seamless.AI's Privacy Request Center, or contact its privacy team. Its [State Consumer Privacy Policy](https://seamless.ai/policies/state-consumer-policy) says you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or opt out of its sale, through a request form that the policy links, or by phone at 855-953-3265. Its [Privacy Policy](https://seamless.ai/policies/privacy-policy) also lists privacy@seamlessleads.com. Seamless.AI says it emails you to confirm your identity, and the [Article 14 notice](https://seamless.ai/policies/gdpr-article-14-notice) says it may keep a limited suppression record so removed details are not added again.

The state policy reports 2025 figures for California: 69,048 deletion requests received and completed in whole or in part, and 21,843 opt-out requests. The average deletion took 2.7 days. The Privacy Policy adds that, unless the law requires it, Seamless.AI does not remove company information or summaries from its directory. EU and UK residents can also write to Seamless.AI's appointed representatives, listed in the Article 14 notice. This is general information, not legal advice.

## When is Seamless.AI the better choice?

Seamless.AI is the better choice for reps who want search, contact data and outreach in one app. Pick it when:

- **Your reps prospect from a browser.** The extension shows how many contacts Seamless.AI found on a company website, with 80,000 users on the Chrome Web Store.
- **You want email and calls beside the data.** Seamless.AI lists Connect, Emailing and Calling in its Engagement Hub. A data API does not send email or place calls.
- **You use buyer intent or job-change alerts.** Buyer Intent and Job Changes are products inside the platform.
- **You enrich whole files.** Data Enrich takes a CSV or XLSX upload, and the [CRM Enrich page](https://seamless.ai/products/data-enrichment) describes scheduled refreshes.
- **You hold a legacy Pro license.** It gives 1,000 credits a day and is no longer sold, so renewing may beat switching if you use it fully.

Seamless.AI fits less well if you need public prices, a monthly term or a plain API for an AI agent. Its homepage says it differs from ZoomInfo because it searches in real time instead of storing a database. That is Seamless.AI's claim, and we found no independent test. ## How does Enrich.chat handle the same job with public credit plans?

Enrich.chat is a contact and company data API and MCP server for AI agents and apps. One `GET /v1/person` request is the closest match to a Find click: it looks up one person. You pass a LinkedIn URL, a work email, or a name plus a company website, and you ask for `fields=email,mobile,profile`. The [person enrichment API](https://enrich.chat/api/person-enrichment/) page has the details. This illustrative request and response uses a fictional person on example.com:

Each found work email comes back with a status label: `verified`, `catch_all` or `unknown`. Each mobile comes back with a line label, `mobile` or `unknown`. These are labels, not delivery guarantees, so treat every contact as a strong lead. A request that finds nothing returns `{"found": false}` and uses 0 credits. Each IP address gets 10 API lookups a day on the free tier, with no signup. Paying customers log in at [enrich.chat/account/](https://enrich.chat/account/), pick a plan, and the key appears on that page.

### What do 250 contacts a month cost on each side?

Seamless.AI meters by contact, and Enrich.chat meters by field found. A work email uses 10 credits and a mobile uses 250. Figure 3 sets out the units.

Take 250 contacts, each with a work email and a mobile. On Enrich.chat that needs 65,000 credits, which fits the Growth plan at $29 a month, billed monthly with unlimited seats. The same 250 emails alone need 2,500 credits, which fits the Growth plan at $29. On Seamless.AI, those 250 contacts use the whole Basic allowance, at the $147 a month Lindy reports on yearly billing. A Seamless.AI credit can return several emails and phones for one person, and its plan includes the app. This compares billing units and published prices, not features. Ask for a mobile only when you will call.

To find people first, use `GET /v1/search` with a plain-English query and filters such as title, seniority, industry, country, `employees_min` and `employees_max`. It returns up to 25 people per call, and each person returned uses 5 credits, so a full page of 25 uses 125 credits. Then call `/v1/person` with a result's LinkedIn URL for the email and mobile. Enrich.chat never logs in to LinkedIn, and a LinkedIn URL is only a lookup key.
