# ZeroBounce pricing in 2026: credit tiers, the ONE plan, and what a verified email really costs

ZeroBounce sells credits pay as you go and one subscription, ZeroBounce ONE. These are the prices on its own pages on October 16, 2026, with the cost per email, the credit rules and the terms that change your bill.

By Enrich.chat Editorial. Updated October 16, 2026.

**Short answer:** On October 16, 2026, [ZeroBounce's pricing page](https://www.zerobounce.net/pricing) listed pay-as-you-go credits from $39 for 2,000 validations ($0.0195 each) to $3,199 for 1,000,000, and one subscription, ZeroBounce ONE, from $99 a month for 10,000 credits plus its deliverability tools. Unknown results and duplicates cost nothing, and a free plan gives 100 validations a month.

## Key takeaways

- Pay-as-you-go credits run from $0.0195 each at 2,000 credits ($39) to $0.0032 at 1,000,000 ($3,199). The only subscription, ZeroBounce ONE, starts at $99 a month for 10,000 credits, or $79 billed yearly.
- One credit checks one address. Unknown results and removed duplicates are free, catch-all results are not on that list, and a verified Email Finder result costs 20 credits.
- For the same number of credits, ONE costs 22% to 31% less than a pay-as-you-go pack. It is a monthly charge and bundles tools such as warmup seeds and DMARC monitoring.
- On accounts created after June 1, 2026, credits expire two years after your last purchase. Credits do not expire while ONE is active. Prepaid credits are non-refundable, and ONE has a 30-day money-back guarantee with usage limits.
- Finding 10,000 work emails a month needs about $1,299 of ZeroBounce pay-as-you-go credits, or $99 on ONE, against $29 on Enrich.chat's Growth plan. Enrich.chat has no standalone verifier.

## Plans and prices

Prices as listed by ZeroBounce on October 16, 2026. [Source](https://www.zerobounce.net/pricing). List prices in US dollars. ONE has a yearly toggle that takes 20% off. Pay as you go has no subscription. Enterprise is by quote. Tax is not shown on the pricing page.

| Plan | Price | Notes |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Freemium | $0 /mo | The 100 credits need a business or premium domain at sign-up |
| Pay as you go | $39 /pack | A pack of 2,000 credits. Up to $3,199 for 1,000,000 credits |
| ZeroBounce ONE | $99 /mo | $79 a month billed yearly. $2,499 a month at 1,000,000 credits |
| Enterprise | Custom | For more than 1,000,000 credits |

## How much does ZeroBounce cost in 2026?

ZeroBounce sells validation credits two ways: one-off pay-as-you-go packs and one monthly subscription, ZeroBounce ONE. On [ZeroBounce's pricing page](https://www.zerobounce.net/pricing) on October 16, 2026, packs started at $39 for 2,000 credits and ONE started at $99 a month for 10,000 credits plus a bundle of deliverability tools.

| ZeroBounce option | Price | What it includes |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Freemium | $0 | 100 validation credits a month and 10 Email Finder queries |
| Pay as you go | $39 for 2,000 credits, up to $3,199 for 1,000,000 | Credits only, with unknown results free |
| ZeroBounce ONE | $99 a month for 10,000 credits, or $79 a month billed yearly | Credits plus finder searches, tests, warmup seeds and monitors |
| Enterprise | Custom quote | More than 1,000,000 credits, with an account manager |

ONE is the only subscription listed. The [ONE page](https://www.zerobounce.net/zerobounce-one) compares its $99 with an earlier $129 for the same 10,000 credits, so older guides can quote higher prices. All prices here are list prices in US dollars. One view of the pricing page also showed a banner for a 25% promo code that ran from October 12 to 16, 2026.

### Is there a free ZeroBounce plan?

Yes. ZeroBounce's Freemium plan gives 100 validation credits a month, one inbox test, one email server test, one blacklist monitor and 10 Email Finder queries, per the [pricing page](https://www.zerobounce.net/pricing). The 100 credits need a sign-up with a business or premium domain. Freemium leaves out Activity Data, warmup and DMARC monitoring.

## What do ZeroBounce's pay-as-you-go credits cost?

Pay-as-you-go credits cost $0.0195 each in the smallest pack and $0.0032 each at 1,000,000 credits. One credit checks one address, and the smallest purchase is 2,000 credits for $39, per ZeroBounce's [pricing FAQ](https://www.zerobounce.net/docs/frequently-asked-questions/billing-and-payments/how-is-pricing-determined-for-email-verification). The table lists each step on the Pay-As-You-Go slider on October 16, 2026.

| Credits | Price | Per credit | Per 1,000 credits |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 2,000 | $39 | $0.0195 | $19.50 |
| 5,000 | $69 | $0.0138 | $13.80 |
| 10,000 | $129 | $0.0129 | $12.90 |
| 25,000 | $274 | $0.01096 | $10.96 |
| 50,000 | $499 | $0.00998 | $9.98 |
| 100,000 | $649 | $0.00649 | $6.49 |
| 250,000 | $1,299 | $0.005196 | $5.20 |
| 500,000 | $2,199 | $0.004398 | $4.40 |
| 1,000,000 | $3,199 | $0.003199 | $3.20 |

The steps are uneven. The 100,000-credit pack is 35% cheaper per credit than the 50,000-credit pack, so $150 more buys twice the credits. Above 1,000,000 credits the slider says to contact sales. You can pay by PayPal or Stripe, and ZeroBounce's [FAQ](https://www.zerobounce.net/docs/frequently-asked-questions) describes Autopay, which buys credits when your balance drops below a threshold you set.

## What is the ZeroBounce ONE plan, and what does it cost?

ZeroBounce ONE is the only subscription: monthly credits plus a bundle of deliverability tools, sized by a slider from 10,000 to 1,000,000 credits. 10,000 credits cost $99 a month, or $79 a month billed yearly, which is 20% off. Beyond 1,000,000 credits the slider says to contact sales.

| Credits a month | ONE, monthly billing | ONE, yearly billing, per month | Pay as you go, same credits |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 10,000 | $99 | $79 | $129 (ONE is 23% less) |
| 25,000 | $199 | $159 | $274 (27% less) |
| 50,000 | $379 | $303 | $499 (24% less) |
| 100,000 | $449 | $359 | $649 (31% less) |
| 250,000 | $999 | $799 | $1,299 (23% less) |
| 500,000 | $1,699 | $1,359 | $2,199 (23% less) |
| 1,000,000 | $2,499 | $1,999 | $3,199 (22% less) |

**Figure 1: Price per 1,000 credits, pay as you go against ZeroBounce ONE.** Bar chart of ZeroBounce list prices per 1,000 credits on October 16, 2026. Pay as you go costs $12.90 at 10,000 credits, $10.96 at 25,000, $9.98 at 50,000, $6.49 at 100,000, $5.20 at 250,000, $4.40 at 500,000 and $3.20 at 1,000,000. ZeroBounce ONE on monthly billing costs $9.90, $7.96, $7.58, $4.49, $4.00, $3.40 and $2.50 at the same volumes.

*Price per 1,000 credits at seven volumes, pay-as-you-go pack price against the ZeroBounce ONE monthly price for the same number of credits. Read from the two sliders on [ZeroBounce's pricing page](https://www.zerobounce.net/pricing) on October 16, 2026. The per-1,000 figures are our arithmetic. ONE also includes tools and a monthly charge.*

The percentages are our arithmetic. ZeroBounce's pricing FAQ says a subscription can save up to 18%, while its [ONE page](https://www.zerobounce.net/zerobounce-one) says about 23% at 10,000 credits, which matches the slider. ONE is a monthly charge and a pack is a one-off, so they are not the same purchase.

### What is in a ZeroBounce ONE subscription?

At the $99 starting point, the [ONE page](https://www.zerobounce.net/zerobounce-one) and [pricing page](https://www.zerobounce.net/pricing) list 10,000 credits, 10,000 Email Finder or Domain searches, 100 inbox placement tests, 100 email server tests, 250 warmup seeds, 10 blacklist monitors and 1 DMARC monitor domain. ONE also adds Activity Data, higher API rate limits, faster file processing, VIP 24/7 support and 15% off pay-as-you-go credits. Unused credits roll over. Unused tests, searches and seeds do not.

### What do ZeroBounce ONE add-ons cost?

The $99 covers the default allowance of each tool. The calculator lets you raise each one, and the price rises with it. We read these figures on October 16, 2026 by changing one allowance at a time, with 10,000 credits on monthly billing. ZeroBounce publishes no rate card for them, so treat the table as readings.

| Allowance | Included | Raised to | Monthly price shown |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Warmup seeds | 250 | 500, or 1,000 | $324, or $699 |
| Inbox placement tests | 100 | 200, or 500 | $149, or $259 |
| Email Finder or Domain searches | 10,000 | 20,000, or 100,000 | $199, or $999 |
| Blacklist monitors | 10 | 20, or 50 | $124, or $179 |
| DMARC monitor domains | 1 | 2, or 5 | $148, or $295 |
| Email server tests | 100 | 200, or 500 | $139, or $219 |

## What does ZeroBounce charge for unknown, catch-all and other results?

ZeroBounce charges one credit for each address it returns a result for, and nothing for unknown results or duplicates. Per its [pricing FAQ](https://www.zerobounce.net/pricing), that holds for bulk files and the real-time API. Figure 2 shows each case.

**Figure 2: What one ZeroBounce result costs in credits.** Two lists of ZeroBounce results and their credit cost. For validation or scoring, a valid, invalid, catch-all, spamtrap, abuse or do_not_mail result uses 1 credit and scoring the same address adds 1 credit. An unknown result and a removed duplicate use 0 credits. For Email Finder and Domain Search, a verified email costs 20 credits or 1 subscription query, a spam trap, suppression or catch-all domain costs 1 credit, and an unknown result costs 0.

*What each ZeroBounce result costs, checked October 16, 2026. Validation rows follow the one-credit-per-result rule and the two free cases in the [pricing FAQ](https://www.zerobounce.net/pricing), which does not list every status by name. Finder rows follow the [credit FAQ](https://www.zerobounce.net/docs/frequently-asked-questions/questions-about-our-services/do-email-validation-credits-expire) and [Email Finder docs](https://www.zerobounce.net/docs/email-finder).*

### Does ZeroBounce charge for unknown results?

No. ZeroBounce never charges for unknown results, and its [status-code docs](https://www.zerobounce.net/docs/email-validation-api-quickstart/v2-status-codes) say the credits are credited back. An unknown means the address could not be checked, for example because of an offline mail server or greylisting. ZeroBounce says about 80% of unknowns turn out to be bad addresses, which is its own claim.

### Does ZeroBounce charge for catch-all results?

Probably yes, one credit. The pricing FAQ names two free cases, unknown results and removed duplicates, and does not list catch-all. A catch-all domain accepts every address, so the mailbox stays unconfirmed. [Verify+](https://www.zerobounce.net/docs/email-list-validation/verify-plus) is an optional, free setting that, ZeroBounce says, sends an email and reads the bounce to resolve more catch-all, Yahoo and AOL addresses. Our free [catch-all checker](https://enrich.chat/tools/catch-all-checker/) tests a domain, and our guide to the [catch-all email](https://enrich.chat/blog/what-is-a-catch-all-email/) covers the risk.

### What do scoring, Email Finder and Activity Data cost?

- **Scoring.** One more credit per address, so validating and scoring one address uses two. A 0 to 10 score does not confirm a catch-all mailbox, per ZeroBounce's [catch-all guide](https://www.zerobounce.net/email-types/catch-all-emails).
- **Email Finder.** 20 credits for a verified result, or one subscription query, per the [Email Finder docs](https://www.zerobounce.net/docs/email-finder). A spam trap, suppression or catch-all domain result costs one credit and an unknown result nothing, per the [credit FAQ](https://www.zerobounce.net/docs/frequently-asked-questions/questions-about-our-services/do-email-validation-credits-expire).
- **Domain Search.** 20 credits or one query when a format is found, and nothing otherwise, per the [Domain Search docs](https://www.zerobounce.net/docs/domain-search).
- **Activity Data.** A ONE benefit that Freemium lacks. The [Activity Data page](https://www.zerobounce.net/services/activity-data) gives no separate price for other accounts, so ask before you rely on it.

The 20-credit rule surprises people. A Trustpilot reviewer dated October 14, 2026 said they did not know before checkout that one email find costs 20 credits. ZeroBounce replied that the cost is on its [Email Finder page](https://www.zerobounce.net/services/email-finder) and said it would review how it shows pricing.

## What does one verified email cost on ZeroBounce?

At list prices, checking one address costs 0.2 to 2 cents, and each valid address costs more because invalid and risky results use a credit too. The table divides each credit price by 0.8, an assumed 80% valid share. That share is a stand-in for the maths, not a ZeroBounce figure, so use your own.

| Credits | Pay as you go, per valid address | ONE monthly, per valid address | ONE yearly, per valid address |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 10,000 | $0.0161 | $0.0124 | $0.0099 |
| 100,000 | $0.0081 | $0.0056 | $0.0045 |
| 1,000,000 | $0.0040 | $0.0031 | $0.0025 |

ZeroBounce claims 99.6% accuracy. Accuracy figures are vendor claims, and our guide to [email verification tools](https://enrich.chat/blog/email-verification-tools/) compares them.

### Is a month of ONE cheaper than a one-off pack?

On list prices it can be. 100,000 pay-as-you-go credits cost $649, and one month of ONE at 100,000 credits costs $449 and adds tools. The [Terms](https://www.zerobounce.net/terms-of-use) describe month-to-month billing, cancellation at the next bill date and no refund for charges already processed. On accounts created after June 1, 2026, unused credits last two years after the paid period. That is arithmetic, not advice, so confirm the terms at checkout.

## Do ZeroBounce credits expire?

It depends on when you created your account and whether you hold ONE. ZeroBounce's [credit FAQ](https://www.zerobounce.net/docs/frequently-asked-questions/questions-about-our-services/do-email-validation-credits-expire) and [Terms](https://www.zerobounce.net/terms-of-use), last revised May 5, 2026, set these rules:

- **Created on or before June 1, 2026.** Credits never expire.
- **Created after June 1, 2026.** Purchased credits expire two years after your latest purchase, and each purchase restarts the clock.
- **Active ONE subscription.** Credits do not expire while it is active. After it ends, unused credits last two years from the last day of the period.
- **Promotional credits.** The same rules apply.

ZeroBounce says it will make reasonable efforts to email you before credits expire. Its pricing page still says credits "never expire" beside an info icon, and the tooltip says this holds with an active ONE subscription. Read the Terms, not the headline. The Terms also let ZeroBounce end an account that stays inactive for two years.

## What are ZeroBounce's contract, cancellation and refund terms?

ZeroBounce's Terms describe a month-to-month service, and its ONE page says there are no contracts. Prepaid credits are final. Here is what the [Terms](https://www.zerobounce.net/terms-of-use), last revised May 5, 2026, say.

- **Cancelling.** In the billing section, find the subscription, click cancel, give a reason and confirm, or email support. It is processed for the next bill date, and charges already processed are not refunded.
- **Yearly billing.** The pricing page offers a yearly toggle at 20% off but gives no term or refund rules for it. Ask support before you pay for 12 months.
- **Credit refunds.** Sales and prepayments for credits are final. If ZeroBounce ends your account for a breach, your credits are forfeited.
- **ONE money-back guarantee.** A full refund on a first ONE subscription, requested within 30 days of the first payment, if your total use stays at or under 500 emails validated, 5 inbox tests, 5 server tests, 15 warmup emails and one day of monitoring. It excludes renewals and plan changes.
- **Fee changes.** ZeroBounce may change fees at any time on notice, for later usage only. Changes to the Terms get 30 days' notice, except privacy-policy changes.
- **Files and use.** Uploaded lists are stored encrypted for up to 30 days. Use is for your own business, with no resale. Disputes go to binding arbitration under Nevada law, with a 30-day opt-out.

### What does the ZeroBounce accuracy guarantee refund?

The separate [ZB Guarantee](https://www.zerobounce.net/docs/email-list-validation/the-zb-guarantee) promises 99.6% accuracy on most addresses and 96% on AOL, Yahoo and Office 365, excluding disabled accounts. Below that, ZeroBounce refunds 5% of your validation cost for each percentage point: 5% at 1 point under, 10% at 2 and 20% at 4. To qualify, you email only the valid file within 72 hours, only hard bounces count, the list has at least 1,000 opt-in emails you collected, and you supply the SMTP codes of the bounces.

## Which ZeroBounce plans include the API and the MCP server?

Every ZeroBounce plan includes API access, and ONE adds higher rate limits, per the [Email Finder API page](https://www.zerobounce.net/apis/email-finder-api). The API needs a key and a credit balance.

- **Rate limits.** The [validation docs](https://www.zerobounce.net/docs/email-validation-api-quickstart/v2-validate-emails) allow 80,000 requests in 10 seconds, or 100,000 on ONE, then a one-minute block. The same page says the endpoint is not currently rate-limited, so plan for the stricter reading.
- **Third-party use.** The [API quickstart](https://www.zerobounce.net/docs/email-validation-api-quickstart/) says the API may not be used inside a third-party product under the standard Terms. That needs prior approval and a minimum commitment.
- **MCP server.** The official open-source [MCP server](https://www.zerobounce.net/mcp) installs with `npm install -g @zerobounce/mcp`, needs your API key and is free to connect. Each action uses credits. The [MCP docs](https://www.zerobounce.net/docs/api-integrations/zerobounce-mcp-server) do not say which plans can use it.

For labels, timeouts and a code sketch, see our guide to the [email verification API](https://enrich.chat/blog/email-verification-api/). For the checks behind the labels, see [email validation](https://enrich.chat/blog/email-validation/).

## What hidden costs can raise a ZeroBounce bill?

Most are covered above. Add these up before you buy:

- **The bundle.** ONE's $99 covers tools you may not use, and extra allowances cost more.
- **Finder credits.** 20 per verified result, about 26 cents at the 10,000-credit step.
- **Scoring and catch-all.** Scoring is a second credit, and catch-all results use one.
- **Expiry and fees.** Credits on newer accounts expire after two years without ONE, and fees can change on notice.

Reviews are positive. On October 16, 2026, [Trustpilot](https://www.trustpilot.com/review/zerobounce.net) showed 4.8 from 2,136 reviews, with 84% at five stars. Trustpilot does not fact-check reviews. G2 and Capterra blocked automated reading, so we cite neither.

## How does ZeroBounce's price compare with Enrich.chat's credit plans?

Enrich.chat sells monthly credit plans: Growth $29 for 100,000 credits, Scale $90 for 500,000 credits, Pro $299 for 2,500,000 credits. Every plan includes every product and unlimited seats, billed monthly with no annual contract. A work email costs 10 credits and a mobile 250, and a lookup that finds nothing uses 0 credits. Credits renew with each monthly payment, and unused credits do not roll over. Each IP also gets 10 free lookups a day without signup. See the [pricing page](https://enrich.chat/pricing/).

The two do different jobs. If you already hold the addresses and want them checked, only ZeroBounce does that: Enrich.chat has no standalone verifier. Its dashboard's [Bulk enrich](https://enrich.chat/features/bulk-enrichment/) takes a CSV, but it finds and enriches people and companies. It does not check addresses you already hold. If you have a name and a company and want a work email, both can do it. ZeroBounce's Email Finder takes a name and a domain. Enrich.chat's `GET /v1/person` takes a LinkedIn URL, a work email, or a name plus a company website, and can return mobile and profile fields too. Each work email comes back as `verified`, `catch_all` or `unknown`, a label and not a delivery guarantee.

| Route to one found work email | Cost |
| --- | --- |
| ZeroBounce pay as you go, 10,000-credit pack | 20 credits at $0.0129, about $0.258 |
| ZeroBounce pay as you go, 100,000-credit pack | 20 credits at $0.00649, about $0.130 |
| ZeroBounce pay as you go, 1,000,000-credit pack | 20 credits at $0.003199, about $0.064 |
| ZeroBounce ONE, inside the 10,000 searches | One search, about $0.0099 if you use all 10,000 for $99 |
| ZeroBounce ONE, searches above 10,000 | $0.01 each in the calculator |
| Enrich.chat Growth, $29 a month | 10 credits, $0.0029 if you use every credit |
| Enrich.chat Scale, $90 a month | 10 credits, $0.0018 if you use every credit |
| Enrich.chat Pro, $299 a month | 10 credits, $0.0012 if you use every credit |

Now take three monthly volumes, assuming every search finds an email. 2,000 found emails need 40,000 ZeroBounce credits, and the smallest pack that covers them is 50,000 credits at $499. 10,000 need 200,000 credits, covered by the 250,000-credit pack at $1,299, and 50,000 need the $3,199 pack of 1,000,000. On ONE, the plan's 10,000 searches cover the first two at $99 a month, and 50,000 searches read $499 a month in the calculator. On Enrich.chat the same emails need 20,000, 100,000 and 500,000 credits, which fit the Growth, Growth and Scale plans at $29, $29 and $90 a month.

**Figure 3: Monthly price to find 2,000, 10,000 and 50,000 work emails.** Bar chart of the monthly price to find work emails, assuming every search finds one. For 2,000 emails, ZeroBounce pay as you go needs 40,000 credits and a $499 pack, ZeroBounce ONE costs $99 at its plan minimum, and the Enrich.chat Growth plan costs $29. For 10,000 emails the figures are $1,299, $99 and $29 on the Enrich.chat Growth plan. For 50,000 emails they are $3,199, $499 and $90 on the Enrich.chat Scale plan.

*Monthly price to find work emails, assuming every search finds one. ZeroBounce uses 20 credits per verified email on pay as you go, or one search from the ONE allowance, which the calculator prices at $0.01 each above 10,000. Enrich.chat uses 10 credits per email. The services return different data and ZeroBounce ONE includes other tools, so this compares price only. Sources: [ZeroBounce pricing page](https://www.zerobounce.net/pricing), [Email Finder docs](https://www.zerobounce.net/docs/email-finder), [Enrich.chat pricing](https://enrich.chat/pricing/).*

Price is one input. ONE's $99 also includes 10,000 validation credits, tests, monitors and warmup seeds, and its credits roll over. The two finders return different data, and neither price says how many names each will find. Our free [email finder](https://enrich.chat/tools/email-finder/) and the [email finder API](https://enrich.chat/api/email-finder/) show the Enrich.chat side, and [person enrichment](https://enrich.chat/api/person-enrichment/) covers the fuller lookup.

### What does an Enrich.chat lookup look like?

Here is a free-tier lookup for a fictional person on example.com. The response is illustrative, and the free tier needs no API key.

```
GET https://enrich.chat/v1/person
    ?name=Priya%20Nair
    &company=example.com
    &fields=email
{
  "found": true,
  "name": "Priya Nair",
  "title": "Head of Finance",
  "company": {"name": "Example Freight"},
  "work_email": {"value": "priya.nair@example.com", "status": "verified"},
  "credits_used": 10,
  "free_lookups_remaining": 9
}
```

If nothing matches, the response is `{"found": false}` and uses 0 credits. A work email can come back as `catch_all` when the domain accepts every address, so treat it as risky. Our guide to [email bounce rate](https://enrich.chat/blog/email-bounce-rate/) explains why. An agent can read [agents.md](https://enrich.chat/agents.md) or add the [MCP server](https://enrich.chat/install/). Pace requests at about one a second.

Enrich.chat has honest gaps next to ZeroBounce:

- **No standalone verifier.** You cannot send Enrich.chat a list of addresses to clean, because even its CSV bulk runs find and enrich rather than check. A work email is the only email it accepts as input, and personal mailboxes such as Gmail are not looked up.
- **No deliverability suite.** There is no warmup, inbox testing, blacklist or DMARC monitoring, scoring or Activity Data, and nothing sends email.
- **Credits do not roll over.** ZeroBounce ONE says unused credits roll over. Enrich.chat credits renew with each monthly payment.
- **A company website, not a name.** A name needs a company website to look up.

```text
Use www.enrich.chat to find work emails for the people in the list below using their name and company website, show the status on each email, mark anyone not found, and give me the number found and the total credits_used so I can compare it with ZeroBounce Email Finder: [paste name and company website per row]
```

The agent returns your rows with a status on each email and the total `credits_used`. Nothing is used for a row that is not found. Treat every contact as a strong lead, not a guarantee.

## When is ZeroBounce the better choice?

ZeroBounce is the better choice when you already have the addresses, or want deliverability tools in the same account. Its strengths:

- **Cleaning a list you own.** Upload a file or call the real-time API, and unknown results cost nothing. See [bulk email verification](https://enrich.chat/blog/bulk-email-verification/).
- **Tools in one subscription.** ONE bundles warmup, inbox tests, blacklist and DMARC monitoring, and server tests with the credits.
- **Credits that roll over.** Unused ONE credits roll over and do not expire while it is active.
- **Catch-all handling and a written guarantee.** Verify+ is free to turn on, and the ZB Guarantee states a refund formula.
- **Very large volumes and an official MCP server.** The slider reaches 1,000,000 credits, and the server works with your account and API key.

If you start from names and company websites and want a work email with a status inside an agent, test a small list on Enrich.chat. Other vendors are covered in [NeverBounce pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/neverbounce-pricing/), [Hunter.io pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/hunter-io-pricing/) and [Snov.io pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/snov-io-pricing/), and [email verification tools](https://enrich.chat/blog/email-verification-tools/) compares eight verifiers. ## Frequently asked questions

### How much does ZeroBounce cost?

On October 16, 2026, [ZeroBounce's pricing page](https://www.zerobounce.net/pricing) listed pay-as-you-go credits from $39 for 2,000 ($0.0195 each) to $3,199 for 1,000,000 ($0.0032 each), and ZeroBounce ONE from $99 a month for 10,000 credits, or $79 a month billed yearly. ONE reaches $2,499 a month at 1,000,000 credits. Above that, ZeroBounce quotes Enterprise prices. A free plan gives 100 validation credits a month. These are list prices in US dollars.

### Is ZeroBounce free?

Partly. ZeroBounce's Freemium plan gives 100 validation credits a month and 10 Email Finder queries, and the 100 credits need a business or premium domain at sign-up. It has no Activity Data, warmup or DMARC monitoring. The [pricing page](https://www.zerobounce.net/pricing) shows no free trial of ONE. The [Terms](https://www.zerobounce.net/terms-of-use) offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on a first ONE subscription if you stay inside set usage limits.

### Does ZeroBounce charge for unknown or catch-all results?

Unknown results and removed duplicates cost nothing, per the [pricing FAQ](https://www.zerobounce.net/pricing), and the [status-code docs](https://www.zerobounce.net/docs/email-validation-api-quickstart/v2-status-codes) say credits for unknowns are credited back. The FAQ does not list catch-all results as free, so a catch-all validation result uses one credit. Verify+, a free setting, tries to resolve more catch-all addresses. Email Finder charges 20 credits for a verified email, one credit for a catch-all domain and nothing for unknown.

### Do ZeroBounce credits expire?

It depends on your account. ZeroBounce's [credit FAQ](https://www.zerobounce.net/docs/frequently-asked-questions/questions-about-our-services/do-email-validation-credits-expire) says credits never expire on accounts created on or before June 1, 2026. On accounts created after that date, purchased credits expire two years after your most recent purchase. While a ZeroBounce ONE subscription is active, credits do not expire, and after it ends they last two years from the last day of the subscription period.

### Can you cancel ZeroBounce and get a refund?

You can cancel. ZeroBounce's [Terms](https://www.zerobounce.net/terms-of-use) describe month-to-month subscriptions that you cancel in the billing section of your account, effective at the next bill date. Prepaid credits and charges already processed are non-refundable. A first ONE subscription has a 30-day money-back guarantee if you validate no more than 500 emails and stay under limits on tests, warmup and monitoring. ZeroBounce also has an [accuracy guarantee](https://www.zerobounce.net/docs/email-list-validation/the-zb-guarantee) with its own conditions.

### Does ZeroBounce have an API or MCP server, and does it cost extra?

Every plan includes API access, per [ZeroBounce's Email Finder API page](https://www.zerobounce.net/apis/email-finder-api), and ONE raises the validation rate limit from 80,000 to 100,000 requests in 10 seconds. ZeroBounce's official [MCP server](https://www.zerobounce.net/mcp) is free to connect and needs an API key, and each action uses credits. The [API quickstart](https://www.zerobounce.net/docs/email-validation-api-quickstart/) says using the API inside a third-party product needs prior approval and a minimum commitment.
