# ZoomInfo pricing in 2026: what buyers pay, what drives the quote, and how to avoid renewal surprises

ZoomInfo does not publish prices for its platform. Here is what buyers report paying, the few list prices ZoomInfo does post, the contract terms that matter, and how to negotiate.

By Enrich.chat Editorial. Updated October 15, 2026.

**Short answer:** ZoomInfo does not publish platform prices; paid plans are quoted by sales, typically on one to three year contracts. [Vendr's buyer data](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo) puts the median ZoomInfo contract at $33,500 a year, with deals from $7,240 to $156,042. The closest things to public prices are ZoomInfo's [AWS Marketplace listings](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-ckg6rmyo3zsmw), from $3,000 a year for one user, and [GTM AI](https://gtm.ai/pricing) credits at $0.45 to $0.25 each.

## Key takeaways

- ZoomInfo publishes no platform prices. Vendr's buyer data shows a median contract of $33,500 a year across 1,577 purchases.
- ZoomInfo's own AWS Marketplace listings start at $3,000 a year for 1 user and 2,000 bulk credits. ZoomInfo Sales lists at $34,995 a year.
- Paid contracts run one to three years and are non-cancelable, per ZoomInfo's 10-K. Vendr says notice periods typically run 30 to 90 days.
- ZoomInfo Lite, formerly Community Edition, is free with 10 credits a month, or 25 if you share your email contacts.
- GTM AI, the self-serve option, gives 1,000 free data credits, then sells them at $0.45 to $0.25 each with no contract.

## How much does ZoomInfo cost in 2026?

ZoomInfo does not publish prices for its sales, marketing or talent platforms. Its [pricing page](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing) offers only a quote form and free trials. [ZoomInfo's own pricing guide](https://pipeline.zoominfo.com/sales/how-much-does-zoominfo-cost), updated July 7, 2026, says every paid plan is custom quoted. So each number below is either a list price ZoomInfo posts somewhere else, or what buyers report paying.

The best buyer data comes from Vendr, a software buying service. On October 15, 2026, [Vendr's ZoomInfo page](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo) showed a median contract of $33,500 a year across 1,577 purchases. Deals ranged from $7,240 to $156,042 a year, and Vendr's buyers saved 22% on average.

| ZoomInfo price point | Price | Basis |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Median contract | $33,500 a year | Reported, [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo) |
| Contract range | $7,240 to $156,042 a year | Reported, [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo) |
| ZoomInfo Sales Basic: 1 user, 2,000 bulk credits | $3,000 for 12 months | List price, [AWS Marketplace](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-ckg6rmyo3zsmw) |
| ZoomInfo Sales: platform, bulk credits | $34,995 for 12 months | List price, [AWS Marketplace](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-u52tqtal5ejbu) |
| ZoomInfo Talent: base platform | $15,000 for 12 months | List price, [AWS Marketplace](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-u52tqtal5ejbu) |
| ZoomInfo Operations: up to 250,000 records | $39,000 for 12 months | List price, [AWS Marketplace](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-u52tqtal5ejbu) |
| ZoomInfo Marketing: ABM Pro+ access | $69,995 for 12 months | List price, [AWS Marketplace](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-u52tqtal5ejbu) |
| GTM AI data credits | $0.45 to $0.25 per credit | Published, [GTM AI](https://gtm.ai/pricing) |
| ZoomInfo Lite | $0, 10 credits a month | Published, [ZoomInfo](https://pipeline.zoominfo.com/sales/how-much-does-zoominfo-cost) |

The AWS listings are the closest thing to a ZoomInfo price list, and ZoomInfo is the seller. The main [ZoomInfo listing](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-u52tqtal5ejbu) offers 12, 24 and 36 month contracts for four products. Both it and the [Sales Basic listing](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-ckg6rmyo3zsmw) state that ZoomInfo does not support refunds. Most buyers still get a private quote, which is why Vendr's range is so wide.

## What drives a ZoomInfo quote?

A ZoomInfo quote comes from four inputs: seats, credits, package and contract term, with add-ons on top. ZoomInfo's [2025 Form 10-K](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1794515/000179451526000012/zi-20251231.htm) says it prices each subscription by the features, users and records under management in each product edition. Its [pricing guide](https://pipeline.zoominfo.com/sales/how-much-does-zoominfo-cost) names team size, credit volume, features, integrations and API access, and contract length as the five factors.

**Figure 1: What drives a ZoomInfo quote.** A ZoomInfo quote multiplies seats, credits, package and contract term, then adds add-ons such as Streaming Intent, Engage, international data and API access. Vendr's buyer data puts the median result at $33,500 a year, with a reported range of $7,240 to $156,042.

### Seats

ZoomInfo's guide says paid plans include a minimum number of seats and grow with headcount. Each seat is one named person. Under ZoomInfo's [License Terms and Conditions](https://www.zoominfo.com/legal/ltc), each user gets a personal login. If you share a login, ZoomInfo can treat each extra person as a new paid user, billed at the going per-user rate for the rest of the term. Vendr reports that teams with 10 to 20 seats pay higher per-seat rates than teams with 50 or more.

### Credits

One credit is one export of a contact or company profile, says the FAQ on ZoomInfo's [pricing page](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing). That covers exports to a CSV file, to your CRM or through an API call. Each package includes a set number of monthly credits, and deeper data such as org charts or technographics costs more. The same FAQ says CRM integrations usually carry a base cost and a minimum purchase of bulk credits. ZoomInfo's guide gives a sizing example: five reps who each export 50 contacts a day use about 1,000 credits a week.

### Term and add-ons

Longer terms lower the yearly rate but lock you in longer. Vendr reports 15% to 30% off first quotes for two or three year deals, and 10% to 20% for paying a year upfront. Add-ons are priced on their own. ZoomInfo's guide lists Streaming Intent, Engage for sequences and dialing, international data, extra seats, and API and MCP access. ZoomInfo's [MCP docs](https://gtm.ai/docs/mcp/credits) say the MCP server itself comes at no extra fee on packages with bulk data credits enabled, so ask which applies to your quote. Streaming Intent is priced by how many keywords and accounts you track, per the pricing page.

## What are ZoomInfo's plans and packages?

ZoomInfo sells three sales packages and three marketing packages, none with a public price. On October 15, 2026, its [pricing page](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing) listed ZoomInfo Professional, Copilot Advanced and Copilot Enterprise for sales teams. It listed Marketing Demand, ABM Lite and ABM Enterprise for marketers. Each package includes the features of the one before it.

| ZoomInfo package | What it adds | Price |
| --- | --- | --- |
| ZoomInfo Professional | Contact and company profiles, mobiles and business emails, search and export, CRM integrations, Chrome extension, AI email drafts, dialing | Quote |
| Copilot Advanced | Buyer intent, website visitors, hierarchy data, account fit score, champion tracking, job posting changes, workflows | Quote |
| Copilot Enterprise | Real-time and custom intent, earnings call and competitor signals, custom integrations, advanced reporting, a dedicated customer service manager | Quote |
| Marketing Demand | 75,000 included credits, 25 intent topics, AirCover, WebSights and FormComplete audiences, CRM and marketing automation integrations | Quote |
| ABM Lite | 100 intent topics, ZoomInfo display network (10 campaigns), Facebook and LinkedIn ads, Google retargeting | Quote |
| ABM Enterprise | 150,000 included credits, unlimited intent topics and display campaigns | Quote |

Older package names still show up in quotes and renewals. ZoomInfo's [training site](https://university.zoominfo.com/getting-started-with-salesos) refers to ZoomInfo Sales Pro+, Advanced+ and Elite+ editions. It notes that intent signals, website visitor tracking, department org charts and funding data may need Advanced+ or Elite+. Vendr's guide groups the products under the older SalesOS, MarketingOS, TalentOS and OperationsOS names. If a quote uses an old name, ask which current package it maps to. Our [Apollo vs ZoomInfo comparison](https://enrich.chat/compare/apollo-vs-zoominfo/) shows how these features line up against a published price list.

## Is ZoomInfo free?

Partly. ZoomInfo has a permanent free tier called ZoomInfo Lite, a short free trial of the paid platform, and free starting credits on its self-serve GTM AI plan. None of them is a free version of the full platform.

| Free ZoomInfo option | What you get | The catch |
| --- | --- | --- |
| ZoomInfo Lite | 10 credits a month, search, Chrome extension, WebSights Lite | Business email only; not open to current or past paid customers |
| Community Edition, inside Lite | 25 credits a month | You connect your inbox or CRM and share its contacts with ZoomInfo |
| Free trial | Core platform features with usage limits | Typically 7 days; ends on its own |
| GTM AI signup | 1,000 data credits and 1,000 AI credits, once | The [pricing FAQ](https://gtm.ai/pricing) says credits expire 12 months after they are granted, while its calculator says they never expire on an active account. No mobile data. |

### ZoomInfo Lite and Community Edition

Community Edition still exists, under a new name. ZoomInfo's [Community Edition page](https://www.zoominfo.com/ce) now calls the free tier ZoomInfo Lite, formerly known as Community Edition. ZoomInfo's [pricing guide](https://pipeline.zoominfo.com/sales/how-much-does-zoominfo-cost) says Lite includes 10 credits a month, or 25 if you join the Community. The [Lite FAQ](https://www.zoominfo.com/faqs/community-edition) says joining means you connect your business email or your CRM so ZoomInfo can collect business contact details from it. Credits do not roll over to the next month.

Read the [ZoomInfo Lite Community Terms of Use](https://www.zoominfo.com/legal/ce-terms-conditions) before you connect a work inbox. They let ZoomInfo parse email signatures, headers and your contact book. They also give ZoomInfo a perpetual license to share that contact data, including with its customers. Your employer may not allow that. You can leave the Community at any time and keep the standard Lite allowance.

### ZoomInfo free trial

ZoomInfo's [free trial page](https://www.zoominfo.com/free-trial) says the trial typically lasts 7 days and needs no credit card. You sign up with a business email, usage limits apply, and the trial ends on its own. Length can vary with promotions, company size and whether a sales rep is involved.

## How much does ZoomInfo cost without a sales call?

GTM AI is ZoomInfo's only pay-as-you-go plan with published prices. It is ZoomInfo's self-serve plan for API, MCP and command-line access, built for software and AI agents rather than reps in the web app. On October 15, 2026, the [GTM AI pricing page](https://gtm.ai/pricing) gave each new account 1,000 data credits and 1,000 AI credits once, with no card. After that, top-ups start at $20, with no contract or seat fees.

One data credit enriches one company, contact or intent record. The price per credit falls from $0.45 to $0.25 as the top-up grows, and the $0.25 rate needs a $25,000 top-up. At the calculator's rates, 10,000 credits cost $3,800, or $0.38 each. A limited offer took 70% off the first data credit purchase. The FAQ says credits expire 12 months after they are granted. Mobile phone data and SSO are Enterprise features. Our [ZoomInfo API pricing guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/zoominfo-api-pricing/) has the full tier table, rate limits and a sample call.

## What are ZoomInfo's contract terms?

ZoomInfo contracts run one to three years, and you cannot cancel one just because you stop using it. ZoomInfo's [2025 Form 10-K](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1794515/000179451526000012/zi-20251231.htm) says subscriptions typically last one to three years and are non-cancelable. ZoomInfo bills in advance each year, half year or quarter. About 53% of its contract value sits in multi-year agreements.

ZoomInfo's standard [License Terms and Conditions](https://www.zoominfo.com/legal/ltc) apply when an order form refers to them. They add the details that matter for your budget:

- **Not cancellable.** Section 3.1 says the agreement is not cancellable. It ends at the end of its term, by mutual agreement, or if one side fails to fix a material breach within 21 days of written notice.
- **Renewal rules live in your order form.** The license terms set no renewal rule of their own, so the auto-renewal clause and notice period are in the order form you sign. [Vendr reports](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo) that auto-renewal is common and that notice periods typically run 30 to 90 days.
- **Late payment costs.** ZoomInfo can charge 1.5% interest a month on late payments, suspend access, or make all remaining fees due at once (section 4.2).
- **Silent amendments.** Proposed changes to the terms take effect 30 days after notice unless you reject them (section 13.7).
- **Two exit clauses.** Section 1.5 promises 99.9% monthly uptime, and that no more than 5% of your licensed contacts have left their listed company. For uptime, a second miss within three months of your notice lets you terminate. For contacts, ZoomInfo gets 30 days to fix the data first. Either way, you then get a prorated refund of prepaid fees.

ZoomInfo's own [pricing guide](https://pipeline.zoominfo.com/sales/how-much-does-zoominfo-cost) tells buyers to confirm the auto-renewal notice period and ask for a cap on renewal increases. It also says to check what happens to exported data if you do not renew. Vendr adds that ZoomInfo contracts often raise prices 5% to 10% a year.

## How do you negotiate ZoomInfo and avoid auto-renewal surprises?

Start early, bring a competing quote, and change the renewal terms in writing before you sign. These tips come from [Vendr's analysis of ZoomInfo deals](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo) and from [ZoomInfo's own pricing guide](https://pipeline.zoominfo.com/sales/how-much-does-zoominfo-cost).

1. **Put the notice deadline in your calendar on day one.** Find the renewal clause in your order form and count back from the renewal date. Vendr suggests starting the review 90 to 120 days before renewal.
2. **Ask for a longer notice window and a price cap.** Vendr recommends a notice period of 90 to 120 days and a cap on yearly increases, or none at all. ZoomInfo's guide also tells buyers to request a renewal price cap.
3. **Time the deal to quarter end.** ZoomInfo's fiscal year ends December 31, per its [10-K](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1794515/000179451526000012/zi-20251231.htm), so quarters end in March, June, September and December. Vendr says buyers near quarter end often get 20% to 30% better outcomes.
4. **Negotiate credits, not just seats.** Ask for a larger credit pool, fixed overage rates and rollover of unused credits. Vendr says buyers who settle credit terms upfront often avoid $10,000 to $50,000 or more in overage fees.
5. **Get real competing quotes.** Vendr and ZoomInfo's guide both name rival quotes as a bargaining tool. Apollo publishes its prices, as our [Apollo pricing guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/apollo-pricing/) shows, and credit-plan APIs such as Enrich.chat publish theirs.
6. **Price multi-year terms with care.** A two or three year deal lowers the rate but removes your exit. Vendr advises asking for the right to adjust seats and credits each year without penalty.
7. **Send notice in writing and keep it.** ZoomInfo's [license terms](https://www.zoominfo.com/legal/ltc) say notices go by email to the address each side provides. Keep the sent email.

**Figure 2: When to act before a ZoomInfo renewal.** A timeline of the days before a ZoomInfo renewal date. Start the review 120 to 90 days out, send written notice before the deadline, which typically falls 30 to 90 days before renewal, and expect the contract to auto-renew with fees due in advance after that.

## Is ZoomInfo worth it?

ZoomInfo is worth it for teams that use its signals, not only its contact data. Reviewers rate the product highly but mark it down on value for money.

- **Ratings are high.** ZoomInfo's main [AWS Marketplace listing](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-u52tqtal5ejbu) showed 4.5 out of 5 from 8,521 ratings on October 15, 2026. Almost all are reviews from G2 and PeerSpot, and 72% gave five stars. ZoomInfo's [pricing page](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing) shows the same 4.5 score across 9,384 G2 reviews.
- **Cost is the weak spot.** AWS's AI summary of 500 of those reviews rated functionality, ease of use and customer service as positive, and cost effectiveness as negative.
- **Data reviews are mixed.** Recent G2 reviews shown on AWS praise the search and the contact data. Several also say some contacts are out of date and need checking before outreach, and that intent signals do not always lead to real deals.
- **Smaller review sites agree on price.** On [PeerSpot](https://www.peerspot.com/products/zoominfo-pricing), ZoomInfo scored 4.1 out of 5 from 8 reviews. Pricing comments ranged from fair value to a CRO who called ZoomInfo the priciest in the market and said it tries to add extras teams may not need.

### Who ZoomInfo suits

ZoomInfo is built for larger sales and marketing teams. Its [10-K](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1794515/000179451526000012/zi-20251231.htm) says 1,921 customers paid $100,000 or more a year at the end of 2025. Together they made up over half of ZoomInfo's contract value, out of more than 35,000 paying customers. The same filing says ZoomInfo is moving upmarket. ZoomInfo fits best when you:

- Run a team of reps who prospect every day and will use every seat.
- Sell on buying signals such as intent topics, scoops, website visitors and job changes.
- Need company structure such as org charts and corporate hierarchy, which our [firmographic data guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/firmographic-data/) explains.
- Want one vendor for data, outreach and CRM enrichment, and can budget a five-figure yearly contract.

### Who should look elsewhere

ZoomInfo is a hard sell for founders, solo reps and small teams. Vendr's reported range starts at $7,240 a year, and Lite's 10 credits a month will not cover real prospecting. Developers who only need contact data inside an app or agent do not need seats at all; GTM AI or a credit-plan API fits better. Our list of the [best B2B data providers](https://enrich.chat/blog/best-b2b-data-providers/) covers tools with published prices and no annual contract.

## What does Enrich.chat cost compared with ZoomInfo?

A credit plan costs far less when you need contact details, not the whole ZoomInfo platform. You pay a fixed monthly price for a bundle of credits, with unlimited seats, every product included and no annual contract. Credits are spent only on matches, and a lookup that finds nothing costs 0 credits.

Enrich.chat works this way: Growth $29 for 100,000 credits, Scale $90 for 500,000 credits, Pro $299 for 2,500,000 credits. A work email costs 10 credits and a mobile 250. Each IP gets 10 free lookups a day without signup, and the full rates are on the [pricing page](https://enrich.chat/pricing/). You pick a plan and pay at checkout on your [account page](https://enrich.chat/account/). Spread 10,000 contacts evenly over a year and that is about 834 a month. Emails alone need 8,340 credits a month, which fits the Growth plan at $29 a month. Emails and mobiles need 216,840 credits a month, which fits the Scale plan at $90 a month. Figure 3 shows twelve months of each plan.

**Figure 3: Yearly cost of 10,000 contacts.** Bar chart of yearly cost on October 15, 2026: a ZoomInfo contract at Vendr's reported median of $33,500 and low end of $7,240, ZoomInfo GTM AI at $3,800 for 10,000 data credits at $0.38, and Enrich.chat at $1,080 for twelve months of the Scale plan, which covers 10,000 emails and 10,000 mobiles spread over the year, or $348 for twelve months of the Growth plan, which covers 10,000 emails.

*A ZoomInfo contract also buys seats, signals and a web app, so this is not like for like. The Enrich.chat bars are twelve monthly payments for the plan that fits about 834 contacts a month, Scale for emails and mobiles ($90 a month) and Growth for emails only ($29 a month), billed monthly and cancel anytime. Contacts that are not found use no credits. GTM AI excludes free credits and the first-purchase offer. Sources: [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo), [GTM AI pricing](https://gtm.ai/pricing), [Enrich.chat pricing](https://enrich.chat/pricing/).*

Enrich.chat returns people, work emails, mobiles and company profiles over a plain HTTPS API. Your agent reads [agents.md](https://enrich.chat/agents.md) once and then calls it from ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, n8n or your own code. Each work email comes back as verified, catch_all or unknown. Each mobile is labeled mobile or unknown by line type, which says what kind of number it is, not that it belongs to the person. A LinkedIn URL works as a lookup key, and Enrich.chat never logs in to LinkedIn.

Enrich.chat has two honest gaps next to ZoomInfo:

- **No intent data, scoops or org charts.** If you sell on buying signals, ZoomInfo covers more ground.
- **No Chrome extension, dialer or SDKs yet.** Enrich.chat returns data, and SDKs are planned. Your agent can already use the [MCP server](https://enrich.chat/install/) or call the API directly, and our [ZoomInfo MCP guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/zoominfo-mcp/) covers ZoomInfo's own server.

For more options, see our [ZoomInfo alternatives](https://enrich.chat/alternatives/zoominfo/) and the [data API for AI agents](https://enrich.chat/agents/), or test a few names in the free [email finder](https://enrich.chat/tools/email-finder/). ## Frequently asked questions

### How much does ZoomInfo cost per month?

ZoomInfo does not sell paid plans by the month. Its [pricing guide](https://pipeline.zoominfo.com/sales/how-much-does-zoominfo-cost) says paid plans are billed annually and monthly billing is not standard. Spread over a year, Vendr's median contract of $33,500 works out to about $2,790 a month, and ZoomInfo's one-user Sales Basic listing on [AWS Marketplace](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-ckg6rmyo3zsmw) works out to $250 a month. The only pay-as-you-go option is GTM AI, with credit top-ups from $20.

### How much does ZoomInfo cost per user?

ZoomInfo publishes no per-user price. The closest list price is ZoomInfo Sales Basic on [AWS Marketplace](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-ckg6rmyo3zsmw): $3,000 for 12 months, for one user and 2,000 bulk credits, checked October 15, 2026. ZoomInfo's [pricing guide](https://pipeline.zoominfo.com/sales/how-much-does-zoominfo-cost) says paid plans have a seat minimum, and Vendr reports that per-seat rates fall as seat counts rise. Under ZoomInfo's [license terms](https://www.zoominfo.com/legal/ltc), a shared login can be billed as an extra user for the rest of the term.

### Is ZoomInfo Community Edition still available?

Yes, under a new name. ZoomInfo now calls its free tier ZoomInfo Lite, formerly Community Edition. A standard Lite account gets 10 credits a month. If you connect your business email or CRM and share contacts, you join the Community and get 25 credits a month, according to [ZoomInfo's pricing guide](https://pipeline.zoominfo.com/sales/how-much-does-zoominfo-cost). The [Lite FAQ](https://www.zoominfo.com/faqs/community-edition) says current and past paid subscribers cannot join, and unused credits do not roll over.

### Can you cancel a ZoomInfo contract early?

Usually not. ZoomInfo's [License Terms and Conditions](https://www.zoominfo.com/legal/ltc) say the agreement is not cancellable and runs to the end of its term. It can end early by mutual agreement, for a material breach not fixed within 21 days, or under the uptime and contact accuracy guarantees in section 1.5. ZoomInfo's AWS Marketplace listings also state that it does not support refunds. To leave at renewal, send notice before the deadline in your order form.

### Is ZoomInfo worth it for a small business?

Rarely, if you only need contact details. Vendr's reported range starts at $7,240 a year, and the free Lite tier gives just 10 credits a month. ZoomInfo's [2025 annual report](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1794515/000179451526000012/zi-20251231.htm) shows where its focus is: customers paying $100,000 or more a year make up over half of its contract value. Small teams usually get more for the money from tools with published prices or a credit-plan API.

### What is cheaper than ZoomInfo?

For contact details alone, a credit-plan API is usually far cheaper than a ZoomInfo contract. Enrich.chat sells monthly plans, Growth $29 for 100,000 credits, Scale $90 for 500,000 credits, Pro $299 for 2,500,000 credits, with unlimited seats and no annual contract. A work email costs 10 credits, a mobile 250, and a lookup that finds nothing costs 0 credits. Each IP gets 10 free lookups a day without signup. Apollo also publishes its plans. Compare more options in our [ZoomInfo alternatives](https://enrich.chat/alternatives/zoominfo/) and the [Apollo vs ZoomInfo](https://enrich.chat/compare/apollo-vs-zoominfo/) comparison.
