# Apollo vs ZoomInfo in 2026: data, mobiles, intent, and what a team of three really pays

Apollo sells data, sequences and a dialer in one seat at published prices. ZoomInfo sells deeper data and intent on annual contracts. We compared both on their own numbers, and show when a credit-plan API fits better.

By Enrich.chat Editorial. Updated October 15, 2026.

**Short answer:** Choose Apollo if a small team wants data, sequences and a dialer in one tool: [Apollo's plans](https://www.apollo.io/pricing) cost $49 to $119 a seat a month billed annually. Choose ZoomInfo for deeper enterprise data and intent; it sells by quote, and [Vendr's buyer data](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo) puts the median contract at $33,500 a year. For contact data inside an AI agent or app, Enrich.chat has monthly credit plans from $29, spent only on matches.

## Key takeaways

- Apollo publishes prices: $49, $79 or $119 a seat a month billed annually, or $65 and $99 billed monthly. ZoomInfo publishes none, and Vendr reports a median contract of $33,500 a year.
- Three Apollo seats cost $1,764 to $4,284 a year at list price. ZoomInfo's only per-user list price is $3,000 a year for one user and 2,000 credits, on AWS Marketplace.
- An Apollo email costs 1 credit and a phone 8. A ZoomInfo credit exports one profile. ZoomInfo's self-serve GTM AI plan charges $0.45 to $0.25 a record, but has no mobile data.
- ZoomInfo claims 500M+ profiles and 4,500+ intent topics. Apollo claims 240M+ contacts and gives 1 to 12 Bombora intent topics by plan. TrustRadius scores them close: 8.5 for Apollo, 8.3 for ZoomInfo.
- For 1,000 contacts with an email and a mobile, Enrich.chat needs 260,000 credits, which fits the Scale plan at $90 a month, with unlimited seats and no annual contract. Lookups with no match use 0 credits.

## Quick verdict

Pick **Apollo** for small-team outbound in one app and **ZoomInfo** for enterprise data and intent. If you only need verified emails and mobiles inside an AI agent or app, **Enrich.chat** is the simpler buy: one prompt, credit plans from $29, unlimited seats, no annual contract.

- SMB all-in-one outbound: Apollo (Data, sequences and a dialer from $49 a seat a month)
- Enterprise data and intent: ZoomInfo (4,500+ intent topics and scoops, sold by quote)
- Contact data in an AI agent or app: Enrich.chat (Credit plans from $29, unlimited seats, 10 free lookups a day)

## Side by side

- **Apollo** (Best for SMB all-in-one outbound): A contact database plus sequences, a dialer and AI tools in one seat. Published prices from $49 a seat a month billed annually, or $65 monthly. Credits expire each billing cycle.
- **ZoomInfo** (Best for enterprise data and intent): A larger claimed database with 4,500+ intent topics, scoops and org charts. Sold by quote on annual contracts; Vendr's reported median is $33,500 a year.

## What is the difference between Apollo and ZoomInfo?

Apollo is a sales platform that puts a contact database, email sequences and a dialer in one per-seat plan with published prices. ZoomInfo is a larger data and intent platform sold in packages, usually on annual contracts with no list price. We read both vendors' pricing pages on October 15, 2026.

[Apollo's pricing FAQ](https://www.apollo.io/pricing) says Apollo is a good fit for small businesses. [ZoomInfo's pricing page](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing) offers a form to request a price, and [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo), a software buying service, says ZoomInfo typically targets mid-market and enterprise buyers.

|  | Apollo | ZoomInfo |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Plans | Free, Basic, Professional, Organization, Custom | Lite (free), Professional, Copilot Advanced, Copilot Enterprise, and GTM AI self-serve |
| How you pay | Per seat, monthly or annually, with credits pooled across the team | Seats, credits, package and term set by quote; GTM AI sells credits with no contract |
| List price | $49 to $119 a seat a month, billed annually | Not published; median contract $33,500 a year, per Vendr |
| Outreach tools | Sequences and a US dialer on paid plans | AI email drafts and dialing; sequences through the Engage add-on |
| Buying signals | Bombora intent, 1 to 12 topics by plan | 4,500+ intent topics, scoops, website visitors |

The ZoomInfo rows come from its pricing page, [pricing guide](https://pipeline.zoominfo.com/sales/how-much-does-zoominfo-cost) and [data page](https://www.zoominfo.com/data). If you only need the data, in an AI agent or your own app, a credit-plan API such as [Enrich.chat](https://enrich.chat/pricing/) is a third option.

## Which has more accurate data, Apollo or ZoomInfo?

ZoomInfo claims the bigger database and publishes more accuracy figures, but review sites rate the two close together on data quality. Every number below is a vendor's own claim or a review-site score, attributed. We did not test either database.

| Vendor claim | Apollo | ZoomInfo |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Contacts | 240M+ | 500M+ professional profiles |
| Companies | 30M+ | 122M+ |
| Verified emails | Not published | 300M+ |
| Direct dials | Not published | 135M+ |
| Accuracy claim | 98% email accuracy, as reported by Apollo | 96% email deliverability, 87% mobile number accuracy |
| How records are checked | A data contributor network Apollo calls its Living Data Network | AI plus human validation, with 300+ researchers |

Sources: Apollo's [MCP page](https://www.apollo.io/product/mcp) and [comparison page](https://www.apollo.io/insights/apollo-vs-zoominfo), and ZoomInfo's [data page](https://www.zoominfo.com/data) and [comparison page](https://www.zoominfo.com/compare/apollo-vs-zoominfo). ZoomInfo's own pages differ: its comparison page says 100M companies and 200M+ verified emails.

ZoomInfo also puts a data promise in its contract. Section 1.5 of its [license terms](https://www.zoominfo.com/legal/ltc) says that if more than 5% of your licensed contacts no longer work at the listed company, ZoomInfo gets 30 days to fix it. If it can't reach 95%, you may end the agreement for a prorated refund. Apollo's approach is a credit refund: a bounced Apollo-verified email sent from Apollo within 30 days gets its credit back.

### What review sites say about data quality

| Review site | Apollo | ZoomInfo |
| --- | --- | --- |
| TrustRadius score | 8.5 of 10, 671 ratings | 8.3 of 10, 1,887 ratings |
| TrustRadius, data standards | 8.2 of 10, 197 ratings | 8.0 of 10, 729 ratings |
| Gartner Peer Insights | 4.3 of 5, 66 ratings | 4.1 of 5, 440 ratings |
| G2, as quoted by ZoomInfo | 4.7 of 5, 9,843 reviews | 4.5 of 5, 12,960 reviews |

Scores come from [TrustRadius](https://www.trustradius.com/compare-products/apollo-vs-gtm-workspace), which calls ZoomInfo's app GTM Workspace, and [Gartner Peer Insights](https://www.gartner.com/reviews/market/revenue-data-solutions/compare/apollo-vs-zoominfo). G2 blocked our reader, so the G2 scores are as shown on ZoomInfo's comparison page. TrustRadius's summary of 89 recent [Apollo reviews](https://www.trustradius.com/products/apollo/reviews) says 34% raised concerns about contact accuracy and completeness. Its summary of 18 recent [ZoomInfo reviews](https://www.trustradius.com/products/gtm-workspace/reviews) says 89% praised accurate contact details, but it also lists inconsistent accuracy as a con.

### What users on Reddit report

Users on Reddit report stale data on both. In an [r/sales thread from May 2025](https://www.reddit.com/r/sales/comments/1kyrh53/zoominfo_vs_apolloio_vs_others/), a 1 to 3 person team asked which to buy when it only needed contact details. A rep who had used ZoomInfo at a large company said Apollo's free plan did the job, and found the two similarly inaccurate. Another user said ZoomInfo was not worth the money after a renewal dispute over an integration. A third team, with an 8% bounce limit, dropped Apollo because its data was too outdated.

Stale records are mostly a timing problem. Enrich.chat returns a status with each field: an email is verified, catch_all or unknown, and a mobile's line type is mobile or unknown. The line type describes the number, not whether the person still answers it. To check numbers you already hold, use the free [phone number validator](https://enrich.chat/tools/phone-number-validator/).

## What do emails, mobiles and direct dials cost on each?

On Apollo, an email costs 1 credit and any phone number costs 8. On ZoomInfo, one credit exports a whole contact profile, but the price of a credit sits in your contract. Enrich.chat spends 10 credits on a work email and 250 on a mobile, and nothing when a lookup finds no match. Its plans start at $29 a month for 100,000 credits.

|  | Apollo | ZoomInfo | Enrich.chat |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Work email | 1 credit, only for emails Apollo can verify | Part of a 1-credit profile export | 10 credits per email |
| Mobile or direct dial | 8 credits, any phone type | In the export on paid packages; not on GTM AI | 250 credits per mobile found |
| Price of a credit | About $0.02 to $0.026, if every credit is used | Set by quote; GTM AI $0.45 to $0.25 a record | $0.00012 to $0.00029, depending on the plan, if every credit is used |
| Fixed fee | A seat price every month | A contract fee for the term | A plan price every month, with unlimited seats |

Apollo's rules come from its [About Credits page](https://www.apollo.io/pricing/about-credits) and its [help article on data requests](https://knowledge.apollo.io/hc/en-us/articles/4738396786701-Request-Contact-Data-in-Apollo). When you request an email, Apollo also looks for an office phone at no extra charge. [ZoomInfo's pricing FAQ](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing) says a credit is used each time you export a contact or company profile, including through an integration. Deeper data, such as org charts and technographics, costs more.

**Figure 1: How each vendor bills one contact with an email and a phone.** On Apollo Basic billed monthly, a seat costs $65 for 2,500 credits, an email costs 1 credit and a phone 8, so one contact with both uses 9 credits, about $0.23 if every credit is used, and unused credits expire each billing cycle. On a ZoomInfo contract, exporting one profile uses 1 credit and the credit price is set by quote, while the self-serve GTM AI plan charges $0.45 to $0.25 a record without mobile data. On Enrich.chat a monthly credit plan has unlimited seats, one GET request returns the email and mobile for 260 credits, which is about $0.08 pro-rated at the Growth plan rate, and a miss uses no credits.

*How each vendor bills one contact with an email and a phone, at list prices. Apollo's figure assumes every credit is used, and so does the Enrich.chat figure, which is pro-rated at the Growth plan rate. The plan itself is $29 a month. Sources: [Apollo pricing](https://www.apollo.io/pricing), [Apollo credits](https://www.apollo.io/pricing/about-credits), [ZoomInfo pricing](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing), [GTM AI pricing](https://gtm.ai/pricing) and [Enrich.chat agents.md](https://enrich.chat/agents.md), checked October 15, 2026.*

All three charge only for data they find. The real difference is the fixed fee around each contact: a seat, a contract, or a monthly credit plan with unlimited seats. Our guide to [direct dials](https://enrich.chat/blog/direct-dials/) explains how mobiles, direct dials and office lines differ.

## Which has better intent data and buying signals?

ZoomInfo has the deeper intent product on its own published specs. Its [data page](https://www.zoominfo.com/data) claims 4,500+ intent topics and 85M+ weekly intent signals. Its [intent page](https://www.zoominfo.com/features/intent-data) says it can show which people inside an account are showing buying signals. Apollo's buying intent works at the company level, with 1 to 12 topics depending on your plan.

- **ZoomInfo intent and scoops.** Copilot Advanced adds buyer intent, website visitors, champion tracking and job posting changes, per [ZoomInfo's pricing page](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing). Copilot Enterprise adds real-time and custom intent, earnings call signals and competitor alerts. Streaming Intent is a paid add-on. The data page also lists signal datasets for funding, mergers, executive moves and launches.
- **Apollo buying intent.** [Apollo's buying intent guide](https://knowledge.apollo.io/hc/en-us/articles/8047704465933-Buying-Intent-Overview) says every plan includes it: 1 topic on Free, 6 on Basic or Professional and 12 on Organization, from 15,000+ topics. Bombora supplies company-level scores, refreshed weekly, so intent flags companies, not the people doing the research.
- **Apollo signals.** Apollo's [search filters](https://knowledge.apollo.io/hc/en-us/articles/4412665755661-Use-Search-Filters-to-Find-Prospects) include job postings and signals. Its plans identify 20 website-visitor companies a month on Free and 100 on paid plans.

Enrich.chat has no intent data or scoops. If you sell on intent, keep your intent source and have an agent fetch contacts for the accounts that surge.

## How do sequences, dialers and AI features compare?

Apollo includes sequences and a dialer in its paid seats, so a rep can find a contact and email or call it in one app. ZoomInfo's packages center on data and AI account prioritization. It sells sequences and dialing through its Engage add-on, and also resells Salesloft.

### Apollo's workflow tools

- Unlimited sequences on Basic and up, per [Apollo's plan comparison](https://www.apollo.io/pricing); Free allows 2 per team. Professional adds A/Z testing and unlimited daily sends.
- A US dialer on paid plans, at 1 credit per 30 seconds. The Advanced Dialer add-on adds power, parallel and international dialing for $119 a team a month billed annually, or $149 monthly.
- An AI Assistant and AI research on every plan, with AI lead scoring from Professional. Call recording runs from 150 minutes on Basic to 8,000 on Organization.
- CRM integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot and Pipedrive on paid plans, plus Outreach, Salesloft and Slack, and a Chrome extension on every plan.

### ZoomInfo's workflow tools

- ZoomInfo Professional includes AI email generation, intelligent dialing, CRM integrations, a Chrome extension and a mobile app, per [ZoomInfo's pricing page](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing).
- Copilot Advanced adds an account fit score, workflows for automated outreach, AI talking points and exports to Outreach or Salesloft. Copilot Enterprise adds AI account summaries and Copilot chat.
- ZoomInfo's [pricing guide](https://pipeline.zoominfo.com/sales/how-much-does-zoominfo-cost) lists Engage, for sequences and dialing, as an add-on to base plans. Since January 2025, ZoomInfo account managers also [sell Salesloft](https://salesloft.com/company/newsroom/zoominfo-salesloft-partnership-2025).
- ZoomInfo's [integrations directory](https://www.zoominfo.com/integrations) listed 189 integrations. Its pricing FAQ says packaged integrations usually carry a base cost and a minimum bulk credit purchase.

Enrich.chat has no sequencer or dialer. You keep your own outreach tool, and your agent or a workflow tool such as n8n, Make or Zapier calls the API over HTTP. For a workflow-first comparison, see [Clay vs Apollo](https://enrich.chat/compare/clay-vs-apollo/).

## Can your AI agent or app use Apollo or ZoomInfo?

Yes. Both run MCP servers that connect to Claude and ChatGPT after you sign in with OAuth. The limits sit in the terms: Apollo's plans are for internal use only, and ZoomInfo's self-serve GTM AI plan leaves out mobile numbers.

- **Apollo.** [Apollo MCP](https://www.apollo.io/product/mcp) works on any plan, including Free, and spends your Apollo credits. [Apollo's MCP docs](https://docs.apollo.io/docs/apollo-mcp) ban AI model training on the connection. Apollo's pricing FAQ says powering a product for your own customers needs a separate agreement, and advanced API integrations need a Custom plan.
- **ZoomInfo.** The [ZoomInfo MCP server](https://www.zoominfo.com/solutions/zoominfo-mcp) works in Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Replit after you sign in with ZoomInfo credentials. [GTM AI](https://gtm.ai/pricing), the self-serve plan, includes API, MCP and CLI access at 5 requests a second and 1,000 free data credits once. It lists mobile phone data as an Enterprise feature.

Enrich.chat takes a shorter path. Add its remote MCP server at `enrich.chat/mcp`, with no sign-in and no key (the [install page](https://enrich.chat/install/) has one-click links and per-app steps). Or have your agent read [agents.md](https://enrich.chat/agents.md) once, then call a plain HTTPS API with GET requests. It works in ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Codex and your own code, with 10 free lookups a day and no signup. A LinkedIn URL works as a lookup key, and Enrich.chat never logs in to LinkedIn.

```
GET https://enrich.chat/v1/person
    ?linkedin_url=linkedin.com/in/jane-doe-ops
    &fields=email,mobile
{"found": true,
 "work_email": {"status": "verified"},
 "mobile": {"line": "mobile"},
 "credits_used": 260}
```

## How much do Apollo and ZoomInfo cost for a 3-person team?

Three Apollo seats cost $1,764 a year on Basic billed annually, and up to $4,284 on Organization, at list prices. ZoomInfo publishes no price for three seats. [Vendr's buyer data](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo) puts the median ZoomInfo contract at $33,500 a year, from $7,240 to $156,042 across 1,577 purchases.

| Option for 3 people | One year | What you get |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Apollo Basic, billed annually | $1,764 | 90,000 credits, sequences, dialer |
| Apollo Basic, billed monthly | $2,340 | 7,500 credits a month, cancel any time |
| Apollo Professional, billed annually | $2,844 | 144,000 credits, AI lead scoring |
| Apollo Organization, billed annually | $4,284 | 216,000 credits, 12 intent topics, SSO |
| ZoomInfo Sales Basic, AWS Marketplace | $3,000 for 1 user | 2,000 bulk credits, no refunds |
| ZoomInfo contract, Vendr median | $33,500 | Seats, credits and package set by quote |
| ZoomInfo GTM AI, 10,000 credits | $3,800 | No seats, no mobile data |
| Enrich.chat, 10,000 contacts over a year | 12 months of $90 (Scale plan) | About 834 contacts a month, 216,840 credits; unlimited seats |

Apollo's prices come from its [pricing page](https://www.apollo.io/pricing). ZoomInfo's only per-user list price is its [Sales Basic listing on AWS Marketplace](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-ckg6rmyo3zsmw), which says ZoomInfo does not support refunds. GTM AI's $0.38 a credit comes from its [calculator](https://gtm.ai/pricing), before free credits and a 70% first-purchase offer. For balance, [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/apollo-io) reports a median Apollo contract of $19,000 a year across 101 purchases, which reflects larger teams.

**Figure 2: One year for a 3-person team, 10,000 contacts.** Bar chart of list prices for one year, sized to 10,000 contacts with an email and a phone each. Enrich.chat costs 12 months of $90 on the Scale plan, which covers 10,000 contacts spread over the year. Three Apollo Basic seats cost $1,764 billed annually or $2,340 billed monthly, and three Professional seats cost $2,844 billed annually. ZoomInfo GTM AI costs $3,800 for 10,000 data credits at list price, without mobile numbers. A ZoomInfo contract has no list price, and Vendr's reported median of $33,500 a year is off the scale.

*One year at list prices for 10,000 contacts with an email and a phone each, the 90,000 credits three Apollo Basic seats include. Enrich.chat is 12 months of its monthly plan, about 834 contacts a month. Apollo seats also buy sequences and a dialer, and a ZoomInfo contract buys intent, so this is not like for like. GTM AI excludes free credits and the launch offer. ### What do 1,000 contacts with an email and a phone cost?

For 1,000 contacts with a work email and a phone each, Apollo needs 9,000 credits and Enrich.chat needs 260,000 credits, which fits the Scale plan at $90 a month. GTM AI would use 1,000 data credits, without mobiles.

| Option | 1,000 contacts need | Cost at list price |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Apollo Basic, monthly | 9,000 credits | About $234 of credit value; one seat holds 2,500 a month, so 4 seats for a month cost $260 |
| Apollo Basic, annual | 9,000 credits | About $176 of credit value, inside $588 a seat a year |
| ZoomInfo GTM AI | 1,000 data credits | $410 at $0.41 each, or the 1,000 free signup credits; no mobiles |
| ZoomInfo contract | 1,000 credits from your pool | Set by quote |
| Enrich.chat | 260,000 credits | About $46.80 of credit value at the Scale plan rate; the plan itself is $90 a month, and misses use 0 credits |

Apollo sells add-on credits in the app, but its pricing page does not list their price. Our [Apollo pricing guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/apollo-pricing/) and [ZoomInfo pricing guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/zoominfo-pricing/) break down every plan.

## What contract and renewal terms should you check?

[Apollo's pricing FAQ](https://www.apollo.io/pricing) lets you pay month to month on Basic and Professional and cancel at any time. ZoomInfo's standard license terms say an agreement cannot be cancelled once signed, and its paid plans are billed annually. Read the renewal clause before you sign either one.

### Apollo's terms

- Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the term.
- Annual plans are paid up front. You can't downgrade mid-cycle, and moving back to monthly means waiting for the annual term to end.
- Downgrades take effect at once, with no refund for unused time.
- Organization is annual only, with a 3-seat minimum.
- Unused credits, add-on credits included, expire at the end of each billing cycle. Add-on credits renew until you remove them.

### ZoomInfo's terms

- Section 3.1 of the [license terms](https://www.zoominfo.com/legal/ltc) says the agreement is not cancellable and runs until it expires or ends under its terms.
- ZoomInfo's [pricing guide](https://pipeline.zoominfo.com/sales/how-much-does-zoominfo-cost) says paid plans are annual subscriptions billed up front, and monthly billing is not standard. It tells buyers to check the auto-renewal notice period and ask for a cap on renewal increases.
- [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo) reports contracts of 1 to 3 years, auto-renewal clauses with 5% to 10% yearly increases, and notice periods of 30 to 90 days.
- Vendr says settling credit terms up front often saves buyers $10,000 to $50,000 or more in overage fees.

GTM AI is the exception at ZoomInfo: top-ups start at $20, with no contract. Enrich.chat plans are billed monthly with unlimited seats, and you can cancel anytime. Our list of [ZoomInfo alternatives](https://enrich.chat/alternatives/zoominfo/) covers more tools with monthly or usage billing.

## When is Apollo, ZoomInfo or Enrich.chat the better choice?

Pick Apollo for small-team outbound in one app, ZoomInfo for enterprise data and intent, and Enrich.chat when the contact data goes into an AI agent, a sheet or your own app.

**Figure 3: Which one fits, by need and team size.** A grid of three needs by three team sizes. For contact data inside an AI agent or app, Enrich.chat fits every team size. For data, sequences and a dialer in one tool, Apollo Basic fits 1 to 5 people, Apollo Professional 5 to 50 people and Apollo Organization 50 and up. For intent, scoops and company structure, ZoomInfo GTM AI fits small teams with no contract, ZoomInfo Copilot Advanced fits 5 to 50 people and Copilot Enterprise fits 50 and up.

*A starting point by need and team size, based on each vendor's published plans on October 15, 2026. Sources: [Apollo pricing](https://www.apollo.io/pricing), [ZoomInfo pricing](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing), [GTM AI pricing](https://gtm.ai/pricing).*

### When Apollo is the better choice

- Your reps prospect and send from one tool, and want sequences, a dialer and a Chrome extension in the seat.
- You want published prices, monthly billing and a free plan to start.
- You want some intent data without a contract: Basic includes 6 Bombora topics.

### When ZoomInfo is the better choice

- You sell on intent, scoops, website visitors and job changes, and want to see which people in an account show intent.
- You need company structure: hierarchy, org charts and technographics.
- You run a large team and can budget for an annual contract near Vendr's $33,500 median.
- You already have a ZoomInfo contract with spare credits.

### When Enrich.chat is the better choice

Enrich.chat fits when you need verified work emails and mobiles, not a sales app. Plans start at $29 a month for 100,000 credits, with unlimited seats and no annual contract. An email uses 10 credits, a mobile 250, and a miss none. Every email comes back as verified, catch_all or unknown, and each matched response shows `credits_used`. Start with 10 free lookups a day and no signup, or try one profile in the free [LinkedIn email finder](https://enrich.chat/tools/linkedin-email-finder/). For more, log in on the [account page](https://enrich.chat/account/) with your email and a one-time code, pick a plan, pay through checkout, and your API key appears there.

Enrich.chat has two honest gaps next to Apollo and ZoomInfo:

- **No sequences, dialer, Chrome extension or visual list builder.** You bring your own outreach tool.
- **No intent data or scoops, and no SDKs yet.** You call the plain HTTPS API or the MCP server. SDKs are planned.

## Frequently asked questions

### Is Apollo cheaper than ZoomInfo?

At list prices, yes. [Apollo's plans](https://www.apollo.io/pricing) cost $49 to $119 a seat a month billed annually, so three Basic seats cost $1,764 a year. ZoomInfo publishes no platform prices, and [Vendr's buyer data](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo) puts its median contract at $33,500 a year, as of October 15, 2026. ZoomInfo's self-serve [GTM AI plan](https://gtm.ai/pricing) is cheaper to start, at $0.45 to $0.25 a credit, but it has no mobile numbers.

### Is ZoomInfo more accurate than Apollo?

We found no independent test that settles it, and we did not run one. ZoomInfo's [data page](https://www.zoominfo.com/data) claims 87% mobile number accuracy and a 96% email deliverability rate. Apollo reports 98% email accuracy on its [comparison page](https://www.apollo.io/insights/apollo-vs-zoominfo). On [TrustRadius](https://www.trustradius.com/compare-products/apollo-vs-gtm-workspace), reviewers rate data standards 8.2 out of 10 for Apollo and 8.0 for ZoomInfo. Both draw complaints about outdated contacts, so test each one on your own list.

### What do Reddit users say about Apollo vs ZoomInfo?

In an [r/sales thread](https://www.reddit.com/r/sales/comments/1kyrh53/zoominfo_vs_apolloio_vs_others/) from May 2025, a 1 to 3 person team asked which to buy when it only needed contact details. A rep who had used ZoomInfo at a large company said Apollo's free plan covered their needs, and found both similarly inaccurate. Another user said ZoomInfo was not worth the money after a renewal dispute. A third team dropped Apollo because its data was too outdated for their bounce limit.

### Can you cancel a ZoomInfo or Apollo contract early?

Apollo's monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the term, per [Apollo's pricing FAQ](https://www.apollo.io/pricing). Annual Apollo plans can't be downgraded mid-cycle. ZoomInfo's [license terms](https://www.zoominfo.com/legal/ltc) say an agreement is not cancellable and runs to the end of its term, unless a breach or its uptime and accuracy guarantees apply. Check the renewal notice period in your ZoomInfo order form.

### Do Apollo and ZoomInfo work in ChatGPT and Claude?

Yes. [Apollo MCP](https://www.apollo.io/product/mcp) connects to Claude, ChatGPT and Perplexity on any Apollo plan, including Free, and spends your Apollo credits. [ZoomInfo MCP](https://www.zoominfo.com/solutions/zoominfo-mcp) works in Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Replit after you sign in with ZoomInfo credentials. Enrich.chat has an MCP server at enrich.chat/mcp that needs no signup or key, with 10 free lookups a day, and your agent can also read [agents.md](https://enrich.chat/agents.md) and call the API.

### Which is better for a small team, Apollo or ZoomInfo?

For most small teams, Apollo. It publishes prices, bills monthly and puts data, sequences and a dialer in one seat. ZoomInfo's free Lite tier gives 10 credits a month, and Vendr's reported ZoomInfo contracts start at $7,240 a year. If your team only needs emails and mobiles inside an agent, a sheet or an app, Enrich.chat may cost less: its plans start at $29 a month for 100,000 credits, an email uses 10 credits, a mobile 250, and a miss none.
