# Seamless.AI vs ZoomInfo in 2026: two quote-based contracts, two credit models

Neither vendor lists its platform price. We read both vendors' own pages on October 16, 2026, to compare credits, data, API access and contract terms, and to show when a third option fits better.

By Enrich.chat Editorial. Updated October 16, 2026.

**Short answer:** Seamless.AI and ZoomInfo both sell contact data by credit, and neither publishes a platform price. [Seamless.AI's Terms](https://seamless.ai/policies/terms-of-use) renew annual contracts for 12 months unless you change them 60 days ahead, while [ZoomInfo's license terms](https://www.zoominfo.com/legal/ltc) say the agreement is not cancellable. For contact data inside an AI agent, Enrich.chat has credit plans from $29 a month, billed monthly.

## Key takeaways

- Neither vendor publishes its platform price. Seamless.AI's free plan is 50 credits, once. ZoomInfo's Lite gives 10 credits a month, and its GTM AI top-ups start at $20 (checked October 16, 2026).
- Seamless.AI's Terms make every subscription annual: it renews for 12 months unless changed 60 days ahead, and all sales are final. ZoomInfo's license terms say the agreement is not cancellable, and its 10-K says contracts typically run one to three years.
- A Seamless.AI credit researches one contact. A ZoomInfo credit is spent when you export a record, and its MCP server draws only on pooled bulk credits, not monthly ones.
- Both back their data with claims, not tests. Seamless.AI's credit back covers invalid emails only, at its discretion. ZoomInfo's contract offers a prorated refund if accuracy stays under 95% after 30 days.
- 1,000 contacts with a work email and a mobile need 260,000 Enrich.chat credits, which fits the Scale plan at $90 a month, with unlimited seats.

## Quick verdict

Pick **Seamless.AI** for a credit-based prospecting app with outreach tools on a 12-month term, and **ZoomInfo** for intent data and a full platform on a longer contract. If the contact data goes into an AI agent or your own app, **Enrich.chat** is the simpler buy: public credit plans from $29, unlimited seats, billed monthly.

- Browser prospecting with email and calling: Seamless.AI (Free 50 credits, then quote; annual term)
- Intent data and a full platform: ZoomInfo (Sold by quote, typically one to three years)
- Contact data in an AI agent or app: Enrich.chat (Credit plans from $29, 10 free lookups a day)

## Side by side

- **Seamless.AI** (Best for browser-based prospecting with outreach): A credit-based app with a Chrome extension, email and calling. Free is 50 credits, once. Paid prices are quote or in-app only, and subscriptions are annual with a 60-day notice rule.
- **ZoomInfo** (Best for intent data and enterprise depth): A platform sold as packages by quote, with 25 listed datasets, intent signals and CRM sync. Lite is free and GTM AI sells credits from $20, but the platform is typically a one to three year, non-cancelable contract.

## What is the difference between Seamless.AI and ZoomInfo?

Seamless.AI is a prospecting app that bills by the contact it researches. ZoomInfo is a data platform sold as packages by quote. Both run on credits, and neither publishes a platform price. We read both vendors' own pages on October 16, 2026.

|  | Seamless.AI | ZoomInfo |
| --- | --- | --- |
| What it sells | Business emails, phone numbers and company data, plus email, calling and automation tools | Business contacts, companies, intent and news signals, plus software for sales, marketing, operations and recruiting |

| What one credit buys | One researched contact, with its emails and phones | One exported or enriched record |
| Paid price | Quote or in-app only | Quote for the platform; GTM AI top-ups from $20 |
| Term | Annual; renews for 12 months unless changed 60 days ahead | Typically one to three years; non-cancelable |

The cells follow Seamless.AI's [credit guide](https://seamless.ai/customers/education/articles/seamless-ai-credit-and-license-types), [Terms](https://seamless.ai/policies/terms-of-use) and [pricing page](https://seamless.ai/pricing), and ZoomInfo's [pricing page](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing), [annual report](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1794515/000179451526000012/zi-20251231.htm) and [GTM AI pricing](https://gtm.ai/pricing). Our [Seamless.AI explainer](https://enrich.chat/blog/what-is-seamless-ai/) and [ZoomInfo explainer](https://enrich.chat/blog/what-is-zoominfo/) cover each alone.

Each vendor describes the split its own way. Seamless.AI's [homepage](https://seamless.ai/) says it is a real-time search engine, not a database, and that stored databases go stale. ZoomInfo's [comparison page](https://pipeline.zoominfo.com/sales/seamless-vs-zoominfo) says Seamless.AI verifies at the moment of lookup and credits ZoomInfo's own 300+ human researchers. Both are marketing claims, and we found no independent test of either.

The vendors also misstate each other. ZoomInfo's page gives Seamless.AI's free tier as 1,000 credits a year, but Seamless.AI's help center says 50 credits that never refresh. Check any rival-written claim against the owner's own page, including ours.

## Is Seamless.AI cheaper than ZoomInfo, and which prices are public?

The lowest figures we found are $1,764 a year for Seamless.AI Basic, a reported price, and $3,000 a year for ZoomInfo Sales Basic, a list price. They buy different amounts, and neither vendor publishes its main plan prices. This table shows what each vendor lists and what outsiders report, checked October 16, 2026.

| Price point | Amount | Basis |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Seamless.AI Free | $0; 50 credits, once | Published, [credit and license guide](https://seamless.ai/customers/education/articles/seamless-ai-credit-and-license-types) |
| Seamless.AI Basic | $147 a month billed yearly; 250 credits a month | Reported, [Lindy](https://www.lindy.ai/blog/seamless-ai-pricing) (January 27, 2026) and [UpLead](https://www.uplead.com/seamless-ai-vs-zoominfo/) (April 28, 2026) |
| Seamless.AI Pro, bulk credits, API | Quote only | [Pricing Inquiry form](https://seamless.ai/pricing) |
| Seamless.AI average spend | $8,300 a year (50 to 1,000 employees); $13,201 (1,000 or more) | Reported, [SpendHound](https://www.spendhound.com/marketplace/seamlessai-pricing), updated October 1, 2026 |
| ZoomInfo Lite | $0; 10 credits a month | Published, [pricing guide](https://pipeline.zoominfo.com/sales/how-much-does-zoominfo-cost) |
| ZoomInfo GTM AI | 1,000 data and 1,000 AI credits free at signup; top-ups from $20; $0.38 a data credit at the $1,000 spend tier | Published, [GTM AI pricing](https://gtm.ai/pricing) |
| ZoomInfo Sales Basic | $3,000 for 12 months; 1 user, 2,000 bulk credits | List price, [AWS Marketplace](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-ckg6rmyo3zsmw) |
| ZoomInfo Sales | $34,995 for 12 months | List price, [AWS Marketplace](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-u52tqtal5ejbu) |
| ZoomInfo median contract | $33,500 a year; range $7,240 to $156,042 | Reported, [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo), 1,577 purchases, updated February 2026 |

On October 16, 2026, [seamless.ai/pricing](https://seamless.ai/pricing) was a Pricing Inquiry form that offers special pricing for unlimited users, bulk credits and add-on products, with no numbers. Seamless.AI's own [comparison page](https://seamless.ai/compare) lists credit limits and the lack of tiered pricing as its weakness.

ZoomInfo's [pricing page](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing) shows package names and Get Pricing buttons, with no dollars. Its [pricing guide](https://pipeline.zoominfo.com/sales/how-much-does-zoominfo-cost) says paid plans are custom quotes billed annually, with no standard monthly option. The exceptions are Lite, GTM AI, and two AWS Marketplace listings that ZoomInfo prices itself. Our [Seamless.AI pricing guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/seamless-ai-pricing/) and [ZoomInfo pricing guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/zoominfo-pricing/) go deeper.

Reported prices are weaker evidence than a price list: Lindy and UpLead sell competing products, and averages cover whole contracts, not one plan.

## What does a credit buy: Seamless.AI, ZoomInfo or Enrich.chat?

A Seamless.AI credit researches one contact. A ZoomInfo credit exports one record. An Enrich.chat credit is spent on each field found. On the first two, the license or package decides who can spend them.

- **Seamless.AI.** Per its [credit and license guide](https://seamless.ai/customers/education/articles/seamless-ai-credit-and-license-types), a Basic license gets 250 credits a month and Pro gets 10,000, refreshed on the contract date. Free is 50 credits that never refresh, and a bulk pool does not refresh either. The same credits pay for Data Enrich and Autopilot at 1 each, and the AI Assistant at 0.2.
- **ZoomInfo.** Its [pricing FAQ](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing) says a credit is spent when you export a profile to a file, a CRM, its extension or an API call, and searching is free. Each package includes monthly credits, and CRM integrations usually need a minimum bulk credit purchase. Per its [credit guide](https://docs.gtm.ai/docs/credit-usage-and-limits), a record enriched once costs nothing to enrich again for 12 months, but GTM AI's FAQ says that is an Enterprise benefit.
- **Enrich.chat.** A found work email uses 10 credits, a mobile 250, and a profile or tech stack 5. A lookup that finds nothing uses 0 credits. Every plan includes every product and unlimited seats.

Figure 1 prices 1,000 contacts at each side's listed or reported rate, pro-rated as if every credit were used. Seamless.AI's $1,764 a year for 3,000 credits is $0.59 a credit, so $588. ZoomInfo Sales Basic's $3,000 for 2,000 credits is $1.50 a credit, so $1,500. GTM AI's $0.38 a credit is $380, with mobile data listed only under Enterprise.

**Figure 1: Pro-rated cost of 1,000 contacts on each side.** Bar chart of the pro-rated cost of 1,000 contacts, checked October 16, 2026. ZoomInfo Sales Basic at the AWS list price of $3,000 for 2,000 credits costs $1,500. Seamless.AI Basic at a reported $1,764 a year for 3,000 credits costs $588. ZoomInfo GTM AI at $0.38 a credit costs $380 and excludes mobile data. Enrich.chat costs $46.80 for 1,000 contacts with a work email and a mobile, and $2.90 for work emails only, at its plan credit rates.

*Pro-rated cost of 1,000 contacts, our arithmetic from the table above. Not like for like: a Seamless.AI credit returns a contact's emails and phones, a ZoomInfo credit the fields a package allows, and Enrich.chat spends credits per field at its plan's credit rate. Sources: [Lindy](https://www.lindy.ai/blog/seamless-ai-pricing), [AWS Marketplace](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-ckg6rmyo3zsmw), [GTM AI](https://gtm.ai/pricing), [Enrich.chat pricing](https://enrich.chat/pricing/).*

On Enrich.chat, 1,000 contacts with a work email and a mobile need 260,000 credits. That fits the Scale plan at $90 a month; pro-rated, those credits are worth $46.80. The same 1,000 work emails alone need 10,000 credits, which fits the Growth plan at $29 a month. A plan price is fixed, so a part-used plan costs more per contact, as with a part-used Seamless.AI license.

## What data, filters and intent signals does each publish?

Both publish long filter lists in their API docs. ZoomInfo lists more datasets and deeper signals. Every size figure below is a vendor claim, and we ran no tests.

|  | Seamless.AI | ZoomInfo |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Profile depth, as claimed | 100+ data points per profile | 25 datasets with field counts: Company 80, Contact 26, Intent 13 |
| Contact filters | Job title, seniority, department, keywords, past company, job changes with a 60 to 365 day lookback | Job title, management level, department, employment history, education, skills, minimum contact accuracy score |
| Company filters | Size, revenue, industry and NAICS codes, founding age, technologies, funding, news events, location radius | Revenue, employee count and growth, industry codes, technology tags, funding, parent company, location radius |
| Buyer intent | Powered by Bombora; 10,000+ topics in 170+ categories; an extra purchase | 4,500+ topics and 85M+ weekly signals claimed; Copilot Advanced adds intent signals, Copilot Enterprise real-time intent |
| Technographics | Technology filter on company search | Technology tags in search; tech insights from Copilot Advanced |
| Size claims | 1.8B+ verified emails and 414M+ phones in one reading of its homepage, 1.6B+ and 448M+ in another; 2.2B+ verified contacts on its API page | 500M+ professional profiles, 122M+ companies, 300M+ verified emails, 135M+ direct dials |
| Integrations | Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics and Zapier-powered apps; 6,000+ tools on the homepage, 9,000+ apps on the Prospector page | 120+ native integrations, per ZoomInfo's comparison page |

Sources, read October 16, 2026: Seamless.AI's [homepage](https://seamless.ai/), [Prospector page](https://seamless.ai/products/prospector), [API page](https://seamless.ai/products/api), [search reference](https://docs.seamless.ai/api-reference/v1/contact-search/search-contacts) and [Buyer Intent article](https://seamless.ai/customers/education/articles/buyer-intent-data), and ZoomInfo's [data page](https://www.zoominfo.com/data), [search reference](https://docs.gtm.ai/reference/searchinterface_searchcontact), [pricing page](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing) and [comparison page](https://pipeline.zoominfo.com/sales/seamless-vs-zoominfo).

The vendors' own pages disagree with themselves, so read sizes as marketing. ZoomInfo gives 122M+ companies on its data page, 110M+ on its [free-trial page](https://www.zoominfo.com/free-trial) and 100M+ in its comparison. Test 100 of your own contacts on each before you sign. Our guides to [intent data](https://enrich.chat/blog/intent-data/) and [technographic data](https://enrich.chat/blog/technographic-data/) explain what these signals are worth.

## How do the verification claims compare?

Both are claims, not tests. Seamless.AI says every search verifies contacts in real time, and ZoomInfo claims 96% email deliverability. Each contract limits what the claim is worth.

- **Seamless.AI.** Its homepage says an invalid email is refunded automatically, with no forms, and its [Prospector page](https://seamless.ai/products/prospector) describes a 10-step real-time verification process. The [Credit Back terms](https://seamless.ai/policies/credit-back-protection-program) (updated February 25, 2026) are narrower. Credits may be returned, at Seamless.AI's discretion, only for emails its mail-server check finds invalid. Phone numbers, company data, role addresses such as info@ and soft bounces are excluded. Section 15 of the [Terms of Use](https://seamless.ai/policies/terms-of-use) disclaims accuracy warranties.
- **Seamless.AI's labels.** Its [help article](https://seamless.ai/customers/education/articles/email-ai-and-phone-validation-on-dynamic-layout) marks each email Valid, Accept All, Unknown, Invalid or Do Not Mail, with a Total AI score. Phones get an AI score and a Mobile tag, with no numeric bands.
- **ZoomInfo.** Its [data page](https://www.zoominfo.com/data) claims 96% email deliverability and 87% mobile number accuracy. Section 1.5 of its [license terms](https://www.zoominfo.com/legal/ltc) sets a contract remedy: if more than 5% of licensed contacts are not employed at the listed company, ZoomInfo has 30 days to bring them to 95% accuracy, or you may terminate for a prorated refund. That is not a refund for each bad email.

Our guides to [email bounce rate](https://enrich.chat/blog/email-bounce-rate/) and [B2B data decay](https://enrich.chat/blog/b2b-data-decay/) explain why any list goes stale.

## Can your AI agent or app use Seamless.AI or ZoomInfo?

Yes, both have an API and an MCP server, and both gate the API by plan. Seamless.AI publishes no API price. ZoomInfo's self-serve GTM AI plan has top-ups from $20.

|  | Seamless.AI | ZoomInfo |
| --- | --- | --- |
| API access | Bundled with certain plan tiers or sold as an add-on; no standalone price. No active license returns HTTP 422 missingLicense | Enterprise API on a contract; GTM AI self-serve at 5 requests a second and 5 apps |
| How the API bills | 1 credit per 10 search results, 1 credit per record researched; an empty search is free | Search is free; 1 credit per new record enriched; a no-match is not charged |
| Rate limit | 60 requests a minute per endpoint, shared by the organization | Builder 5, Standard 25, Scaling 35 requests a second, plus hourly and daily caps |
| Records per call | Research up to 500 | Enrich up to 25 by API, up to 10 by MCP |
| MCP server | OAuth 2.1 sign-in; search is free, credits only on enrich; product page says 54 tools | ZoomInfo sign-in; a free GTM AI account or a package with pooled bulk credits; tools reference lists 26 tools |
| Mobile numbers | Part of a researched contact | On GTM AI, listed under Enterprise packages |

Sources: Seamless.AI's [API page](https://seamless.ai/products/api), [rate limits](https://docs.seamless.ai/rate-limits-and-credits), [research reference](https://docs.seamless.ai/api-reference/v1/contact-research/research-contacts), [MCP page](https://seamless.ai/products/mcp) and [MCP access rules](https://docs.seamless.ai/mcp/access-control), and ZoomInfo's [GTM AI pricing](https://gtm.ai/pricing), [rate limits](https://docs.gtm.ai/docs/rate-limits), [MCP credits page](https://gtm.ai/docs/mcp/credits) and [MCP tools reference](https://gtm.ai/docs/mcp/tools). On Seamless.AI, emailing through MCP needs a Connect license. On ZoomInfo, MCP cannot draw on recurring monthly credits. Our [ZoomInfo API guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/zoominfo-api-pricing/) and [MCP guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/zoominfo-mcp/) go deeper.

Both vendors limit reuse of their data. Section 2.3 of ZoomInfo's [license terms](https://www.zoominfo.com/legal/ltc) bars putting its API credentials into third-party applications and building its data into your own products, unless ZoomInfo permits it. Seamless.AI's [Terms](https://seamless.ai/policies/terms-of-use) bar integrating its data so that unauthorized users can reach it. If you are building a product, ask each vendor in writing. This is not legal advice.

## What do the contract, cancellation and refund terms say?

Seamless.AI sells an annual term that renews for 12 months unless you change it 60 days ahead. ZoomInfo's license terms say the agreement is not cancellable, and its 10-K says contracts typically run one to three years. Figure 2 shows the commitment, and the table has the clauses.

**Figure 2: How long you are committed to each vendor.** A timeline over 36 months. Seamless.AI sells a 12-month term; you can cancel or change it in the platform until 60 days before renewal, after which it auto-renews for 12 more months. ZoomInfo's paid platform typically runs one to three years and is non-cancelable, with AWS Marketplace listing 12, 24 or 36 month terms; Lite and GTM AI carry no contract. Enrich.chat plans are billed for one month at a time.

| Term | Annual, with monthly or annual billing (Terms, section 6) | Typically one to three years (10-K); AWS lists 12, 24 or 36 months |
| Cancel | Complete the change in the platform at least 60 days before renewal; the help article adds a meeting with Customer Success | Section 3.1: not cancellable. Lite and GTM AI have no contract |
| Renewal | Auto-renews for 12 months | Set in the order form, which we could not read. The pricing guide tells buyers to confirm the auto-renewal notice period; Vendr reports notice of 30 to 90 days and yearly increases of 5% to 10% |
| Billing | In advance each cycle; card charged on the first day | In advance, yearly, twice a year or quarterly (10-K); monthly billing is not standard |
| Refunds | All sales final except as the Terms say; credit back for invalid emails; Seamless.AI may give a pro rata refund if it ends your service for a reason other than your breach | AWS listing: no refunds. Section 1.5: prorated refund if accuracy stays under 95% after 30 days. Section 3.3: pro rata refund if ZoomInfo is in uncured material breach |
| Price changes | Fees can change by notice, effective on notice | Proposed amendments take effect 30 days after notice unless you reject them (section 13.7) |

Your order form can differ from both, so read it before you sign.

Reviews echo the contract issue. On October 16, 2026, [Trustpilot](https://www.trustpilot.com/review/seamless.ai) showed Seamless.AI at 1.2 out of 5 from 311 reviews. Its summary names annual plans that renewed without the notice reviewers expected, and cancellations they found hard. [ZoomInfo](https://www.trustpilot.com/review/zoominfo.com) showed 1.8 from 343 reviews, with a summary that centers on outdated data and support. Trustpilot notes that neither company has recently invited reviews, so the scores may not be representative. We cite no G2 scores, because the vendors' own G2 figures differ.

## When is Seamless.AI or ZoomInfo the better choice?

Pick Seamless.AI for a browser-based app with email and calling, on a 12-month credit license. Pick ZoomInfo for intent data, deep company data and enterprise controls, on a longer contract. Figure 3 gives the shortcut.

**Figure 3: Which one fits, in three questions.** A decision tree with three questions. If you need intent signals and org data and can sign a one to three year term, choose ZoomInfo, sold by quote. If you want one app with a browser extension, email and calling, choose Seamless.AI, which has a free 50 credits and a 12-month term. If you need contact data inside an AI agent or app, billed monthly, choose Enrich.chat, from $29 a month. If you are still unsure, run 100 of your own contacts through two tools.

*A starting point by need, as of October 16, 2026. Sources: [ZoomInfo pricing](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing), [Seamless.AI pricing](https://seamless.ai/pricing), [Enrich.chat pricing](https://enrich.chat/pricing/).*

### When Seamless.AI is the better choice

- **Your reps prospect from a browser.** Seamless.AI lists a [Chrome extension](https://seamless.ai/) that finds emails and direct dials for professionals on any website.
- **You want email and calling next to the data.** Its Engagement Hub lists Connect, emailing and an AI dialer. ZoomInfo's [pricing guide](https://pipeline.zoominfo.com/sales/how-much-does-zoominfo-cost) lists sequences and dialing as an add-on.
- **You want to try it before a sales call.** The free plan is 50 credits, and the [MCP page](https://seamless.ai/products/mcp) says no credit card is needed.
- **You want buyer intent without a platform deal.** Seamless.AI sells Bombora-powered intent as an extra purchase.

### When ZoomInfo is the better choice

- **You sell on intent, company structure and trigger events.** Its [data page](https://www.zoominfo.com/data) lists 25 datasets, including funding, mergers and acquisitions, IPO and executive-move signals.
- **A data or RevOps team runs the stack.** ZoomInfo claims 120+ native integrations, and its Enterprise plans add SSO and custom rate limits.
- **You want a contract route to a refund.** Section 1.5 of its license terms gives one for accuracy. Seamless.AI's Terms disclaim accuracy warranties.
- **You want a no-contract way in.** Lite is free with no contract, and GTM AI sells API credits from $20 with no sales call.

## How does Enrich.chat handle the same job with public credit plans?

Enrich.chat is a contact and company data API and MCP server for AI agents and apps. It covers the lookup step in both products. You pass a LinkedIn URL, a work email, or a name plus a company website to `GET /v1/person`, and ask for `fields=email,mobile,profile`. The [LinkedIn URL to contact API](https://enrich.chat/api/linkedin-to-contact/) page has the details. This illustrative request and response use a fictional person on example.com:

```
Each found work email comes back with a status label: `verified`, `catch_all` or `unknown`. Here `catch_all` means the domain accepts every address, so the mailbox cannot be confirmed. A mobile comes back with a line label, `mobile` or `unknown`. These are labels, not delivery guarantees, so treat every contact as a strong lead. The mobile was `null`, so it cost nothing, and a request that finds nothing returns `{"found": false}` and uses 0 credits. Enrich.chat never logs in to LinkedIn, and a LinkedIn URL is only a lookup key.
To find people first, use `GET /v1/search` with a plain-English query and filters such as title, seniority, industry, country, `employees_min` and `employees_max`. It returns up to 25 people per call, and each person returned uses 5 credits, so a full page of 25 uses 125 credits. Plans are Growth $29 for 100,000 credits, Scale $90 for 500,000 credits, Pro $299 for 2,500,000 credits, billed monthly with unlimited seats. Each IP gets 10 free lookups a day with no signup, and you can try one profile in the free [LinkedIn email finder](https://enrich.chat/tools/linkedin-email-finder/). See the [pricing page](https://enrich.chat/pricing/) for every rate.
```text
Use www.enrich.chat to look up each person on this list by LinkedIn URL, or by name and company website, at about one lookup a second. Show the work email with its status and the mobile with its line type, mark anyone not found, and give me the match count and the total credits_used so I can compare it with a Seamless.AI or ZoomInfo quote: [paste 10 rows]
```
To use it from an agent, add the MCP server at `https://enrich.chat/mcp` with no sign-in or key, or let the agent read [enrich.chat/agents.md](https://enrich.chat/agents.md). The [install page](https://enrich.chat/install/) has one-click links, and our [data API for AI agents](https://enrich.chat/agents/) page shows the setup. Enrich.chat has four honest gaps next to Seamless.AI and ZoomInfo:
- **No Chrome extension, email sending or dialer.** Enrich.chat returns data. You bring your own CRM, sequencer and phone system.
- **No intent data, funding news or job-change alerts.** If you sell on buying signals, both vendors above cover more ground.
- **No saved lists or bulk export on self-serve plans.** A file runs one row at a time at about one request a second, and a search returns about 25 people per call. Enterprise adds bulk files.
- **Narrow inputs.** The email input takes work emails only, so personal mailboxes such as Gmail are not looked up, and a company must be given as a website, not a name. SDKs are planned, not available.
Anyone can ask to be removed from Enrich.chat at [enrich.chat/opt-out/](https://enrich.chat/opt-out/), and you stay responsible for TCPA, CAN-SPAM and GDPR rules. This is not legal advice.
## Frequently asked questions
### Is Seamless.AI cheaper than ZoomInfo?
At the lowest figures we found, yes, but neither vendor publishes its main prices. [Lindy](https://www.lindy.ai/blog/seamless-ai-pricing) reports Seamless.AI Basic at $147 a month billed yearly, while ZoomInfo's Sales Basic lists at $3,000 for 12 months on [AWS Marketplace](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-ckg6rmyo3zsmw). [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo) puts ZoomInfo's median contract at $33,500 a year, and [SpendHound](https://www.spendhound.com/marketplace/seamlessai-pricing) averages $8,300 for Seamless.AI customers with 50 to 1,000 employees. Credits and seats differ, so compare per-credit rates in each quote.
### Which has better data, Seamless.AI or ZoomInfo?
We found no independent test, and we ran none. [ZoomInfo's data page](https://www.zoominfo.com/data) claims 96% email deliverability and 87% mobile number accuracy. [Seamless.AI](https://seamless.ai/products/prospector) describes a 10-step real-time verification on each search, but its [Terms](https://seamless.ai/policies/terms-of-use) disclaim accuracy warranties. On Trustpilot, Seamless.AI shows 1.2 from 311 reviews and ZoomInfo 1.8 from 343. Test 100 of your own contacts on each before you sign.
### Can you cancel Seamless.AI or ZoomInfo at any time?
Usually not mid-term on either. [Seamless.AI's Terms of Use](https://seamless.ai/policies/terms-of-use) make subscriptions annual, and you must complete the change in the platform at least 60 days before renewal, or the contract renews for 12 months. Section 3.1 of [ZoomInfo's license terms](https://www.zoominfo.com/legal/ltc) says the agreement is not cancellable, and its [10-K](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1794515/000179451526000012/zi-20251231.htm) says contracts typically run one to three years. ZoomInfo Lite and GTM AI carry no contract. Enrich.chat plans are billed monthly and cancel anytime.
### Does Seamless.AI or ZoomInfo have an API or an MCP server?
Yes, both have each. [Seamless.AI's API page](https://seamless.ai/products/api) says keys are bundled with some plan tiers or sold as an add-on, with no standalone price. Its [MCP server](https://seamless.ai/products/mcp) uses OAuth 2.1, and search is free until you enrich. ZoomInfo's MCP server needs a ZoomInfo sign-in and pooled bulk credits, and [GTM AI](https://gtm.ai/pricing) gives self-serve API access with top-ups from $20. Enrich.chat's MCP server needs no sign-in or key: see the [install page](https://enrich.chat/install/).
### What is a simpler alternative to both for contact data in an AI agent?
For work emails and mobiles inside an agent or app, Enrich.chat sells monthly credit plans: Growth $29 for 100,000 credits, Scale $90 for 500,000 credits, Pro $299 for 2,500,000 credits. Every plan has unlimited seats and no annual contract. A work email uses 10 credits, a mobile 250, and a lookup that finds nothing uses 0 credits. Each IP gets 10 free lookups a day without signup. It has no intent data, Chrome extension or dialer. See our [Seamless.AI alternatives](https://enrich.chat/alternatives/seamless-ai/) and [ZoomInfo alternatives](https://enrich.chat/alternatives/zoominfo/).
