# UpLead vs ZoomInfo in 2026: a published-price credit database against a quote-based platform

UpLead sells contact credits at prices on its site. ZoomInfo sells a platform by quote. We read both vendors' own pages on October 16, 2026, and show when a third option fits better.

By Enrich.chat Editorial. Updated October 16, 2026.

**Short answer:** Choose UpLead for self-serve contact data at published prices: [its plans](https://www.uplead.com/pricing/) cost $99 and $199 a month on monthly billing, and one credit buys a contact's email and mobile. Choose ZoomInfo for intent data and a full platform: it publishes no platform price, and [Vendr's buyer data](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo) puts the median contract at $33,500 a year. For contact data inside an AI agent, Enrich.chat has credit plans from $29.

## Key takeaways

- UpLead publishes prices: Essentials is $99 a month for 170 credits and Plus is $199 for 400, on monthly billing. One credit is one contact with an email and a mobile. ZoomInfo shows no prices, and Vendr reports a $33,500 median contract.
- UpLead puts intent data and the full API on its quoted Professional plan, and we found no UpLead MCP server. ZoomInfo sells intent from Copilot Advanced up, and its MCP server works in Claude and ChatGPT after a ZoomInfo sign-in.
- UpLead's monthly plans cancel any time, but annual plans need 60 days' notice and the free trial converts to a paid plan. ZoomInfo's license terms say the agreement is not cancellable.
- Both guarantees are claims. UpLead says credits come back below 95% accuracy, yet its Terms call fees non-refundable. ZoomInfo lets you leave with a prorated refund if over 5% of licensed contacts have left their company and it cannot fix that in 30 days.
- For contact data inside an agent or app, 1,000 contacts with an email and a mobile need 260,000 Enrich.chat credits, which fits the Scale plan at $90 a month, with unlimited seats.

## Quick verdict

Pick **UpLead** to build contact lists in an app at prices you can read, and **ZoomInfo** for intent data and a full platform on an annual contract. If the contact data goes into an AI agent or your own app, **Enrich.chat** is the simpler buy: credit plans from $29, unlimited seats, no annual contract.

- Contact lists in an app: UpLead (From $99 a month, one credit per contact)
- Intent data and a full platform: ZoomInfo (Sold by quote on annual terms)
- Contact data in an AI agent or app: Enrich.chat (Credit plans from $29, 10 free lookups a day)

## Side by side

- **UpLead** (Best for self-serve contact lists): A prospecting app, Chrome extension and API sold at published prices. Essentials is $99 a month for 170 credits and Plus is $199 for 400. One credit is one contact with an email and a mobile.
- **ZoomInfo** (Best for enterprise data and intent): A platform with a large claimed database, intent signals and CRM sync. It lists no prices, and Vendr reports a median contract of $33,500 a year.

## What is the difference between UpLead and ZoomInfo?

UpLead is a B2B contact database sold at published monthly prices. ZoomInfo is an enterprise go-to-market platform sold by quote. We read both vendors' own pages on October 16, 2026.

[UpLead's pricing page](https://www.uplead.com/pricing/) lists a free trial, Essentials at $99 a month and Plus at $199 a month, with Professional quoted by sales. One credit buys one contact with an email and a mobile direct dial. [ZoomInfo's pricing page](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing) shows no dollar prices, only a Get Pricing form and free-trial buttons for three sales packages.

|  | UpLead | ZoomInfo |

The cells come from UpLead's [pricing page](https://www.uplead.com/pricing/), [contract help article](https://support.uplead.com/en/articles/5621338-is-there-a-contract) and [API docs](https://docs.uplead.com/), and ZoomInfo's [pricing guide](https://pipeline.zoominfo.com/sales/how-much-does-zoominfo-cost), [MCP page](https://www.zoominfo.com/solutions/zoominfo-mcp) and [license terms](https://www.zoominfo.com/legal/ltc). The vendors agree on the split: [UpLead's comparison page](https://www.uplead.com/uplead-vs-zoominfo/) says UpLead fits SMB and mid-market teams and ZoomInfo fits large enterprises, and [ZoomInfo's article](https://pipeline.zoominfo.com/sales/uplead-vs-zoominfo) says the same. Both pages are marketing, so we use them for what each vendor claims, not for who is right. Our [UpLead pricing guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/uplead-pricing/) and [ZoomInfo explainer](https://enrich.chat/blog/what-is-zoominfo/) cover each tool alone.

## How much do UpLead and ZoomInfo cost in 2026?

UpLead costs $99 a month for 170 credits on Essentials and $199 a month for 400 on Plus, with monthly billing. ZoomInfo publishes no platform price, and the listed and reported figures we found run from $3,000 to $33,500 a year. We checked each source on October 16, 2026.

| Price point | Amount | Basis |
| --- | --- | --- |
| UpLead Essentials | $99 a month, or $74 a month billed yearly | Published, [UpLead](https://www.uplead.com/pricing/) |
| UpLead Plus | $199 a month, or $149 a month billed yearly | Published, [UpLead](https://www.uplead.com/pricing/) |
| UpLead Professional | Custom, annual billing only | Quote, [UpLead](https://www.uplead.com/pricing/) |
| ZoomInfo Lite | $0, 10 credits a month | Published, [ZoomInfo](https://pipeline.zoominfo.com/sales/how-much-does-zoominfo-cost) |
| ZoomInfo Sales Basic: 1 user, 2,000 bulk credits | $3,000 for 12 months | List price, [AWS Marketplace](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-ckg6rmyo3zsmw) |
| ZoomInfo Professional+: 3 seats, 5,000 bulk credits | $14,995 a year | Reported, [Tropic](https://www.tropicapp.io/glossary/zoominfo-price), page dated August 6, 2026 |
| ZoomInfo median contract | $33,500 a year; range $7,240 to $156,042 | Reported, [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo), 1,577 purchases |
| ZoomInfo GTM AI | 1,000 data credits free; top-ups from $20; $0.38 a credit at the default $1,000 tier | Published, [GTM AI](https://gtm.ai/pricing) |

UpLead's annual view shows $74 and $149 a month, billed yearly. That is $888 and $1,788 a year by our arithmetic, and a February 2025 [sign-up article](https://support.uplead.com/en/articles/10474065-how-to-sign-up-for-uplead) puts the annual Essentials charge at $890. Extra credits cost $0.60 on Essentials and $0.50 on Plus, per [UpLead's About page](https://www.uplead.com/about-us/). A Black Friday banner offered 40% off annual plans through chat, so we could not see that price.

ZoomInfo's [pricing guide](https://pipeline.zoominfo.com/sales/how-much-does-zoominfo-cost) says it publishes no specific dollar amounts, and names team size, credit volume, features, integrations and contract length as the drivers of a quote. [Tropic](https://www.tropicapp.io/glossary/zoominfo-price) reports Professional+ at $14,995 a year from its own contract analysis, with no stated sample size, and [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo) reports a $33,500 median. UpLead's comparison page uses the Tropic figure. See our [ZoomInfo pricing guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/zoominfo-pricing/).

ZoomInfo's self-serve [GTM AI](https://gtm.ai/pricing) plan is the exception: 1,000 data credits and 1,000 AI credits free at signup, then top-ups from $20 with no contract. Its pricing page lists mobile phone data under Enterprise packages.

**Figure 1: Monthly price points for UpLead, ZoomInfo and Enrich.chat.** Bar chart of monthly price points checked October 16, 2026. UpLead Essentials costs $99 and Plus $199 on monthly billing. ZoomInfo Sales Basic lists at $3,000 for 12 months on AWS Marketplace, which is $250 a month. Tropic reports ZoomInfo Professional+ at $14,995 a year, about $1,250 a month, and Vendr reports a median ZoomInfo contract of $33,500 a year, about $2,792 a month. Enrich.chat Growth costs $29 a month.

*Price per month, or a year paid up front divided by 12 (our arithmetic), checked October 16, 2026. Not like for like: UpLead's $99 buys 170 contacts, a ZoomInfo contract also buys seats and intent, and an Enrich.chat plan buys credits spent per field. Sources: [UpLead](https://www.uplead.com/pricing/), [AWS Marketplace](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-ckg6rmyo3zsmw), [Tropic](https://www.tropicapp.io/glossary/zoominfo-price), [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo), [Enrich.chat](https://enrich.chat/pricing/).*

Enrich.chat sells Growth $29 for 100,000 credits, Scale $90 for 500,000 credits, Pro $299 for 2,500,000 credits, billed monthly with unlimited seats and no annual contract. Unused credits do not roll over, as with UpLead. See the [pricing page](https://enrich.chat/pricing/).

## What contact data, filters and intent signals does each one have?

Both return business emails and phone numbers. ZoomInfo claims the larger database and the deeper intent layer. Every figure below is a vendor claim, and we ran no tests.

| Vendor claim | UpLead | ZoomInfo |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Contacts | 200M+ with emails | 500M+ professional profiles |
| Companies | 19M+ | 122M+ |
| Verified emails | Verified at download, no count | 300M+ |
| Phone numbers | Mobile direct dials, no count | 135M+ direct dials |
| Email accuracy | 95% accuracy; Valid emails 97%+ verified at download | 96% email deliverability |
| Phone accuracy | No figure; says it verifies phone numbers | 87% mobile number accuracy |
| Intent | Bombora-powered topics | 4,500+ topics, 85M+ weekly signals |

Sources: UpLead's [Our Data page](https://www.uplead.com/our-data/) and [pricing page](https://www.uplead.com/pricing/), and ZoomInfo's [data page](https://www.zoominfo.com/data), read October 16, 2026. The vendors' own pages disagree. UpLead gives 200M+ contacts on one page and 160M+ in a [February 2025 help article](https://support.uplead.com/en/articles/10474065-how-to-sign-up-for-uplead), and ZoomInfo's article says UpLead has 180M+. ZoomInfo gives 122M+ companies on its data page, 100M+ in its [pricing guide](https://pipeline.zoominfo.com/sales/how-much-does-zoominfo-cost) and 110M+ on its [free-trial page](https://www.zoominfo.com/free-trial). Treat sizes as marketing, and test 100 of your own contacts before you pay.

On October 16, 2026 Trustpilot showed [UpLead](https://www.trustpilot.com/review/uplead.com) at 4.2 from 90 reviews and [ZoomInfo](https://www.trustpilot.com/review/zoominfo.com) at 1.8 from 343, and says it does not fact-check reviews. UpLead's comparison page quotes 4.7 out of 5 from more than 800 G2 reviews, and ZoomInfo's pricing page shows 4.5 from 12,821. We cite no scores from G2 or Gartner, which our reader could not use.

### Which has better filters, technographics and intent data?

ZoomInfo has the deeper intent layer. UpLead has a lower entry point for technographic search. Both gate these features by plan.

- **UpLead.** Its [comparison page](https://www.uplead.com/uplead-vs-zoominfo/) says the search has 50+ filters. Plus adds advanced filters, suppression-list uploads and technographic search. The pricing page says that search covers over 16,000 technologies, while the [technographics page](https://www.uplead.com/technographics/) says 27,000+.
- **UpLead intent.** The pricing page and a [help article](https://support.uplead.com/en/articles/10696666-setting-up-and-using-intent-data-in-uplead) put intent data on Professional, and changing topics later means buying intent credits through a rep. UpLead's comparison page says Plus and Professional, so ask which applies.
- **ZoomInfo.** Per [ZoomInfo's pricing page](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing), Copilot Advanced adds buyer intent signals, website visitors and tech insights, and Copilot Enterprise adds real-time and custom intent. The pricing guide also lists Streaming Intent as an add-on.

Our guides to [intent data](https://enrich.chat/blog/intent-data/) and [technographic data](https://enrich.chat/blog/technographic-data/) explain what these signals are worth.

## How do verification, guarantees and refunds compare?

UpLead verifies each email as you download it and says it guarantees 95% accuracy. ZoomInfo puts a quality promise in its contract. Treat both as claims. UpLead's Terms disclaim accuracy and call payments non-refundable, and a ZoomInfo [AWS Marketplace listing](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-ckg6rmyo3zsmw) says ZoomInfo does not support refunds.

### UpLead's verification and guarantee

- **Verification.** Per [UpLead's help article](https://support.uplead.com/en/articles/5621422-am-i-charged-a-credit-for-email-addresses-that-are-not-verified), each email is checked at download and marked Valid, Accept All or Invalid. Choose Valid Only to be charged for valid emails only.
- **The claim.** [UpLead's About page](https://www.uplead.com/about-us/) says customers get their credits back if accuracy falls below 95%. Its [comparison page](https://www.uplead.com/uplead-vs-zoominfo/) says a bounced email's credit is refunded outright.
- **The fine print.** The [Terms](https://www.uplead.com/terms-and-conditions/) say UpLead does not warrant the accuracy of the data (section 6.1) and that payments are non-refundable (section 3.4). A [July 2026 help article](https://support.uplead.com/en/articles/12831225-why-are-my-emails-getting-bounced) says the 95% is measured at verification and does not promise zero bounces. We found no page that explains how to claim a refund.

### ZoomInfo's claims and contract promise

- **The claim.** The [data page](https://www.zoominfo.com/data) claims 96% email deliverability and 87% mobile number accuracy. ZoomInfo's article on UpLead says up to 95% on first-party data.
- **The contract.** Section 1.5 of the [license terms](https://www.zoominfo.com/legal/ltc) says that if more than 5% of your licensed contacts no longer work at the listed company, ZoomInfo gets 30 days to bring them to 95% accuracy. If it cannot, you may end the agreement for a prorated refund of prepaid fees. That is a contract remedy, not a refund for each bad email.

Each remedy has a catch. UpLead's depends on a process we could not find, and ZoomInfo's sits inside a contract you cannot otherwise cancel. Ask for the remedy in writing. Our guides to [B2B data decay](https://enrich.chat/blog/b2b-data-decay/) and [email bounce rate](https://enrich.chat/blog/email-bounce-rate/) explain why any list goes stale.

Enrich.chat returns a status with every work email (verified, catch_all or unknown) and a line type with every mobile (mobile or unknown), so you see the status of each field. We make no accuracy promises: treat every contact as a strong lead, not a guarantee.

## Can your AI agent or app use UpLead or ZoomInfo?

ZoomInfo has an MCP server and a self-serve API plan. UpLead has an API but, on its own pages, no MCP server. Both gate access by plan, so check which plan holds the feature you need. Figure 2 shows where features start.

**Figure 2: What each UpLead and ZoomInfo plan step adds.** Two rows of plan steps. UpLead: a free trial with 5 credits and a Chrome extension, Essentials at $99 a month with CRM links and Zapier, Plus at $199 a month with technographics, the enrichment API and advanced filters, and a quoted annual Professional plan with intent data, the full API, two-way CRM sync and team seats. ZoomInfo: the free Lite tier, a quoted Professional package with emails, mobiles and CRM integrations, Copilot Advanced with intent signals and website visitors, and Copilot Enterprise with real-time and custom intent. GTM AI is a separate self-serve lane with API, MCP and CLI access and top-ups from $20.

*Where features start on each plan, from the pricing pages read October 16, 2026. Each step includes the ones before it, and the lists show headline additions only. Sources: [UpLead pricing](https://www.uplead.com/pricing/), [ZoomInfo pricing](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing), [ZoomInfo Lite](https://www.zoominfo.com/ce), [GTM AI pricing](https://gtm.ai/pricing).*

| Feature | UpLead | ZoomInfo |
| --- | --- | --- |
| API plans | Enrichment API on Plus; full API and Prospector Pro API on Professional | Enterprise API on a contract; GTM AI self-serve |
| Self-serve start | A paid plan from Plus; the pricing page lists no API on the trial | GTM AI free signup, 5 requests a second, 5 apps |
| Lookup inputs | An email, or a name plus a company domain | Search first, then enrich the records you pick |
| How it bills | 1 credit per record; an email is charged only if Valid or Accept All | 1 data credit per enriched record; search and lookup are free |
| MCP server | None found | Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Replit, with ZoomInfo sign-in |
| Mobile data | Included in the credit | On GTM AI, Enterprise packages only |
| CRM and sales tools | Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Outreach, SalesLoft, Lemlist and others; 1,500+ apps via Zapier; two-way sync on Professional | CRM integrations such as HubSpot and Salesforce on Professional; Outreach and Salesloft export on Copilot Advanced |
| Chrome extension | Every plan | Professional and Lite |

The UpLead cells follow its [API docs](https://docs.uplead.com/), [API page](https://www.uplead.com/data-api/) and [pricing page](https://www.uplead.com/pricing/). Its docs say every call needs a key in the Authorization header, with a limit of 500 requests a minute, and they list no LinkedIn URL input. A [Lusha blog post](https://www.lusha.com/blog/which-b2b-data-providers-have-an-mcp-server/) (Lusha competes with both vendors) says no UpLead MCP server is documented, and we found none on UpLead's own pages. The ZoomInfo cells follow its [MCP page](https://www.zoominfo.com/solutions/zoominfo-mcp), [GTM AI pricing page](https://gtm.ai/pricing) and [package list](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing). Our [ZoomInfo API pricing guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/zoominfo-api-pricing/) and [ZoomInfo MCP guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/zoominfo-mcp/) go deeper.

Both vendors limit reuse of the data. UpLead's [Terms](https://www.uplead.com/terms-and-conditions/) limit use to internal business use and bar resale. Section 2.3 of ZoomInfo's [license terms](https://www.zoominfo.com/legal/ltc) bars putting its API credentials into third-party applications unless ZoomInfo permits it, and bars building its Services or data into your own products. If you are building a product, ask each vendor in writing. This is not legal advice.

Enrich.chat takes a shorter path for agents. Add its MCP server at `enrich.chat/mcp` with no sign-in or key (the [install page](https://enrich.chat/install/) has one-click links), or have your agent read [agents.md](https://enrich.chat/agents.md) and call a plain HTTPS API, in ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Codex, n8n or your own code. A person lookup takes a LinkedIn URL, a work email, or a name plus a company website, and Enrich.chat never logs in to LinkedIn. A paying customer gets a key on the [account page](https://enrich.chat/account/) after choosing a plan.

```
GET https://enrich.chat/v1/person
    ?name=Jane%20Doe
    &company=acmelogistics.com
    &fields=email,mobile
{"found": true,
 "work_email": {"status": "verified"},
 "mobile": {"line": "mobile"},
 "credits_used": 260,
 "free_lookups_remaining": 9}
```

## What contract, cancellation and trial terms apply?

UpLead's monthly plans cancel any time, but annual plans need 60 days' notice and the free trial converts to a paid plan. ZoomInfo's license terms say the agreement is not cancellable, and its paid plans are billed annually.

### UpLead's terms

- **Renewal.** Section 3.2 of the [Terms](https://www.uplead.com/terms-and-conditions/) says a plan renews for a term as long as the first unless you cancel at least 60 days before the renewal date. UpLead's [help article on contracts](https://support.uplead.com/en/articles/5621338-is-there-a-contract) applies that notice to annual plans and says monthly plans cancel any time. UpLead may raise fees if it gives 90 days' notice before the term ends.
- **Refunds and credits.** Payments are non-refundable, a downgrade starts at the next renewal with no prorated refund (sections 3.4 and 3.5), and credits not used in a term do not roll over (section 3.1).
- **The trial.** The [Trial Agreement](https://www.uplead.com/trial-agreement/) says you are enrolled in the initial subscription plan and charged at once unless you end the trial first. A February 2025 [help article](https://support.uplead.com/en/articles/10474065-how-to-sign-up-for-uplead) says you enter card details to start the trial, and that on day 7 the account is billed $890 for Essentials Annual.

### ZoomInfo's terms

- **Term.** Section 3.1 of the [license terms](https://www.zoominfo.com/legal/ltc) says the agreement is not cancellable and stays in effect until it expires or ends under its terms. Section 13.7 says amendments ZoomInfo proposes take effect 30 days after notice unless you reject them.
- **Billing.** The [pricing guide](https://pipeline.zoominfo.com/sales/how-much-does-zoominfo-cost) says paid plans are annual subscriptions and monthly billing is not standard. It tells buyers to check the auto-renewal notice period and ask for a cap on renewal increases. [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo) reports terms of 1 to 3 years, yearly increases of 5% to 10%, and notice periods of 30 to 90 days.
- **Free options.** Lite is a permanent free tier with no contract. The [free-trial page](https://www.zoominfo.com/free-trial) says the trial typically lasts 7 days and needs no credit card. GTM AI has no contract.

Enrich.chat plans are billed monthly and you cancel anytime. See also our guide to [whether ZoomInfo is free](https://enrich.chat/blog/is-zoominfo-free/).

## How do UpLead and ZoomInfo handle privacy and opt-outs?

Both vendors keep profiles of people who never signed up, and both let a person ask for removal. ZoomInfo's data page claims removals take 48 to 72 hours. Compliance with calling and email laws stays with you.

- **UpLead.** Its [privacy policy](https://www.uplead.com/privacy/) says it builds business profiles from people who submit data, from public information, and from third-party companies that license data to it. People ask for access or deletion through an opt-out form. A [help article](https://support.uplead.com/en/articles/10836637-data-removal-requests-handled-correctly) says requests are processed once ownership is confirmed, or within 30 days for other requests.
- **ZoomInfo.** Its [Your Privacy page](https://www.zoominfo.com/privacy-center/your-privacy) offers removal, access and profile claims. After removal the profile no longer appears in its products, but ZoomInfo may keep limited information to honor the request and help stop the profile being added again. Lite's Community Edition asks users to connect a work inbox so ZoomInfo can collect contacts from it, per the [Lite page](https://www.zoominfo.com/ce).

The legal duty is yours. UpLead's [Terms](https://www.uplead.com/terms-and-conditions/) require you to follow laws such as CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, GDPR and CCPA, and ZoomInfo's section 2.3 makes you solely responsible for your communications with the people on its lists. Anyone can opt out of Enrich.chat at [enrich.chat/opt-out/](https://enrich.chat/opt-out/), and requests are processed within 15 days. This is not legal advice. Our guide to [B2B cold calling and the TCPA](https://enrich.chat/blog/tcpa-b2b-cold-calling/) covers the practical side.

## When is UpLead, ZoomInfo or Enrich.chat the better choice?

Pick UpLead to build contact lists in an app at published prices, ZoomInfo for intent data and a full platform on an annual contract, and Enrich.chat when the contact data goes into an AI agent, a sheet or your own app.

**Figure 3: Which one fits, in three questions.** A decision tree with three questions. If you need intent data or org charts and can sign an annual contract, choose ZoomInfo, sold by quote. If you want to build lists in an app at prices you can read, choose UpLead, from $99 a month. If you need contact data inside an AI agent or app with unlimited seats, choose Enrich.chat, from $29 a month. If you are still unsure, run 100 of your own contacts through two tools.

*A starting point by need, from each vendor's published plans on October 16, 2026. Sources: [ZoomInfo pricing](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing), [UpLead pricing](https://www.uplead.com/pricing/), [Enrich.chat pricing](https://enrich.chat/pricing/).*

### When UpLead is the better choice

- One person or a small team wants to build lists in an app, with 50+ filters, a Chrome extension on every plan and a CRM export, at prices on the website.
- You want one credit to cover a contact's email and mobile, so you can budget per contact.
- You want to start small and pay monthly, and you do not need intent data on day one.

### When ZoomInfo is the better choice

- You sell on intent, website visitors and company structure, where ZoomInfo claims 4,500+ topics.
- Your team works inside a platform: CRM sync, a Chrome extension, dialing and add-ons such as Engage.
- You can budget for an annual contract, or already hold one with credits, so its MCP server and API cost nothing extra to connect.

### When Enrich.chat is the better choice

Enrich.chat fits when you need work emails and mobiles inside an agent, a sheet or your own app, not a prospecting workspace. Plans start at $29 a month for 100,000 credits, with unlimited seats and no annual contract. Start with 10 free lookups a day and no signup, or try one profile in the free [LinkedIn email finder](https://enrich.chat/tools/linkedin-email-finder/).

Enrich.chat has four honest gaps next to UpLead and ZoomInfo:

- **No list builder.** Search is plain English over the API, with filters such as title, seniority and company size. There is no app for building and managing lists, and no CSV upload screen.
- **No intent or technographic filters on lists.** Tech stack is a one-domain lookup for 5 credits, as in the [tech stack lookup](https://enrich.chat/tools/tech-stack-lookup/). There is no intent data.
- **No CRM app and no Chrome extension.** You call the API or the MCP server from your own workflow. SDKs are planned, not available.
- **Work emails only on the email input.** A lookup by email takes a work address. Personal mailboxes such as Gmail are not looked up.

Use www.enrich.chat to find the work email and mobile for each person on this list, at about one lookup a second. Show the email status and the mobile line type, mark anyone not found, and give me the match count and total credits_used so I can compare it with an UpLead or ZoomInfo quote: [paste full name and company website, or a LinkedIn URL, per row]
```
## Frequently asked questions
### Is UpLead cheaper than ZoomInfo?
At list prices, yes. [UpLead's pricing page](https://www.uplead.com/pricing/) shows Essentials at $99 a month and Plus at $199 a month on monthly billing, checked October 16, 2026. ZoomInfo publishes no platform price. [Vendr's buyer data](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo) puts its median contract at $33,500 a year, and [Tropic](https://www.tropicapp.io/glossary/zoominfo-price) lists Professional+ at $14,995 a year. A ZoomInfo contract also buys seats, intent data and apps, so the two are not like for like.
### Which has better data, UpLead or ZoomInfo?
We found no independent test, and we ran none. ZoomInfo's [data page](https://www.zoominfo.com/data) claims 500M+ profiles, 96% email deliverability and 87% mobile accuracy. UpLead's [Our Data page](https://www.uplead.com/our-data/) claims 200M+ contacts with emails and a 95% accuracy guarantee. Both are vendor claims. On Trustpilot, UpLead shows 4.2 from 90 reviews and ZoomInfo 1.8 from 343, which are small samples that Trustpilot does not fact-check. Test 100 of your own contacts on each.
### Does UpLead or ZoomInfo have an API or an MCP server?
Both have an API. [UpLead's pricing page](https://www.uplead.com/pricing/) lists an enrichment API on Plus and the full API on Professional, and we found no UpLead MCP server. ZoomInfo's [MCP server](https://www.zoominfo.com/solutions/zoominfo-mcp) works in Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Replit after you sign in with ZoomInfo credentials, and its [GTM AI](https://gtm.ai/pricing) plan gives self-serve API access, with mobile data listed under Enterprise. Enrich.chat has an MCP server at enrich.chat/mcp that needs no sign-in or key.
### Can you cancel UpLead or ZoomInfo at any time?
UpLead monthly plans, yes: its [help center](https://support.uplead.com/en/articles/5621338-is-there-a-contract) says they cancel any time, while annual plans need 60 days' notice before renewal. ZoomInfo, usually not: section 3.1 of its [license terms](https://www.zoominfo.com/legal/ltc) says the agreement is not cancellable, and its [pricing guide](https://pipeline.zoominfo.com/sales/how-much-does-zoominfo-cost) says paid plans are billed annually. UpLead's free trial also converts to a paid plan unless you cancel, so read the trial terms first.
### Does UpLead refund bounced emails?
UpLead says so in its marketing, but its contract does not. [UpLead's About page](https://www.uplead.com/about-us/) says customers get credits back if accuracy falls below 95%, and its [comparison page](https://www.uplead.com/uplead-vs-zoominfo/) says a bounced email's credit is refunded. Its [Terms](https://www.uplead.com/terms-and-conditions/) call all payments non-refundable and disclaim accuracy. We found no page that explains how to claim, so ask support for the process in writing before you rely on it.
### What is a simpler alternative to UpLead and ZoomInfo for contact data?
For work emails and mobiles inside an agent or app, Enrich.chat sells monthly credit plans: Growth $29 for 100,000 credits, Scale $90 for 500,000 credits, Pro $299 for 2,500,000 credits. Every plan has unlimited seats and no annual contract. A work email uses 10 credits, a mobile 250, and a lookup that finds nothing uses 0 credits. Each IP gets 10 free lookups a day without signup. It has no list builder, intent data or CRM app. See our [UpLead alternatives](https://enrich.chat/alternatives/uplead/) and [ZoomInfo alternatives](https://enrich.chat/alternatives/zoominfo/).
