# ZoomInfo vs LinkedIn Sales Navigator in 2026: cost, contact data and contracts compared

ZoomInfo sells contact data and intent by quote on annual contracts. Sales Navigator sells LinkedIn search and InMail by the seat. We read both vendors' own pages, and show when a credit-plan API fits better.

By Enrich.chat Editorial. Updated October 15, 2026.

**Short answer:** ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator do different jobs. [Sales Navigator Core costs $119.99 per seat a month](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/compare-plans), and LinkedIn says a lead page shows an email or phone [only if someone supplied it](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a106049/lead-pages-in-sales-navigator-overview?lang=en). ZoomInfo sells emails, phones and intent by quote: [Vendr's buyer data](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo) puts the median contract at $33,500 a year, and its [10-K](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1794515/000179451526000012/zi-20251231.htm) calls contracts non-cancelable.

## Key takeaways

- Sales Navigator publishes prices: Core is $119.99 a seat a month, or $89.99 billed annually, and Advanced is $159.99 or $149.99. ZoomInfo publishes none, and Vendr's median contract is $33,500 a year from 1,577 purchases.
- Sales Navigator shows an email or phone only if the member, your team or your CRM supplied it, and it has no CSV export. ZoomInfo sells emails and mobiles, at one credit per export on its pricing page.
- ZoomInfo's 10-K says contracts typically run one to three years and are non-cancelable. Sales Navigator ends at the close of the billing cycle, but saved leads and messages are removed.
- SoftwareReviews scores Sales Navigator 8.8 and ZoomInfo Sales 7.5, from 106 and 93 reviews. ZoomInfo's own 10-K lists Sales Navigator among its potential competitors.
- ZoomInfo's MCP server signs in with ZoomInfo credentials and spends ZoomInfo credits. Enrich.chat has credit plans from $29 a month with unlimited seats, and an MCP server that needs no sign-in or key.

## Quick verdict

Pick **ZoomInfo** for emails, phones and intent if you can sign an annual contract, and **Sales Navigator** for LinkedIn search, InMail and warm introductions. If an AI agent or your own app needs the contact data, **Enrich.chat** adds work emails and mobiles for the people you find, with unlimited seats and no annual contract.

- Emails, phones and intent: ZoomInfo (By quote, annual contracts)
- LinkedIn search, InMail, introductions: Sales Navigator (From $119.99 a seat a month, or $89.99 billed yearly)
- Contact data in an AI agent or app: Enrich.chat (Credit plans from $29, 10 free lookups a day)

## Side by side

- **ZoomInfo** (Best for data, intent and exports): A contact and company database with buyer intent, a Chrome extension and dialing, sold by quote. Vendr's reported median is $33,500 a year, and paid contracts typically run one to three years.
- **LinkedIn Sales Navigator** (Best for LinkedIn search and warm introductions): LinkedIn's own sales search: 50+ filters, saved-lead alerts, 50 InMail credits a month and TeamLink on Advanced. Core is $119.99 a seat a month. It has no CSV export and no contact data of its own.

## What is the difference between ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator?

ZoomInfo is a contact and company database with intent data, sold by quote on annual contracts. LinkedIn Sales Navigator is LinkedIn's search and messaging tool for sellers, sold by the seat. ZoomInfo helps you reach people and rank accounts. Sales Navigator helps you find and research people on LinkedIn. We read both vendors' own pages on October 15, 2026.

Some buyers do pick one over the other. ZoomInfo's [2025 Form 10-K](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1794515/000179451526000012/zi-20251231.htm) names LinkedIn Sales Navigator among its potential competitors. But the two start from different places. [LinkedIn](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator) says Sales Navigator searches more than 1 billion members. [ZoomInfo](https://www.zoominfo.com/compare/linkedin-sales-navigator-vs-zoominfo) says it holds 500M contacts and 100M+ companies.

| | ZoomInfo | Sales Navigator |
| --- | --- | --- |
| What it is | Contact and company database with intent data, a Chrome extension and workflows | LinkedIn lead and account search with alerts, InMail and team tools |
| Where the records come from | ZoomInfo's own database: 500M contacts, 100M+ companies, a ZoomInfo claim | LinkedIn's network: more than 1 billion members, per LinkedIn |
| Emails and phones | Mobile numbers and business emails, 1 credit per export | Only if the member, your team or your CRM supplied them |
| Export | Each export costs a credit | No CSV or Excel export; CRM Sync on Advanced Plus |
| Signals | Buyer intent on Copilot plans; 4,500+ topics claimed | Alerts for saved leads; Buyer Intent from Advanced |
| Price | By quote; Vendr's median is $33,500 a year | Core $119.99 a month, or $89.99 billed annually |
| Contract | Billed annually; terms typically 1 to 3 years and non-cancelable | Monthly or annual; cancels at the end of the billing cycle |
| Best for | Teams that sell on data and intent and can sign a contract | Sellers who work accounts and relationships on LinkedIn |

The ZoomInfo cells come from its [pricing page](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing), [pricing guide](https://pipeline.zoominfo.com/sales/how-much-does-zoominfo-cost), comparison page and 10-K. The Sales Navigator cells come from LinkedIn's [plans page](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/compare-plans), product page and Help Center. If you only need contact data inside an AI agent or your own app, a credit-plan API such as [Enrich.chat](https://enrich.chat/pricing/) is a third option. See our [ZoomInfo pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/zoominfo-pricing/) and [Sales Navigator pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/linkedin-sales-navigator-pricing/) guides.

## How much do ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator cost in 2026?

Sales Navigator publishes its prices and ZoomInfo does not. LinkedIn lists [Core at $119.99 per seat a month](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/compare-plans), or $89.99 billed annually. ZoomInfo sells by quote, and [Vendr's buyer data](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo) puts the median contract at $33,500 a year. We checked both on October 15, 2026.

### Sales Navigator's published plans

| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed annually | What the plan adds |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Core | $119.99 | $1,079.88 ($89.99 a month) | 50+ filters, 50 InMails a month, alerts |
| Advanced | $159.99 | $1,799.88 ($149.99 a month) | TeamLink and Buyer Intent |
| Advanced Plus | Quote | Quote | CRM Sync with your CRM |

LinkedIn's plans page, updated September 27, 2026, lists annual savings of 25% on Core and 6% on Advanced. It says prices may exclude VAT, GST and promotional discounts. Both prices are per license. Advanced Plus has no public price, and [Vendr says](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/linkedin) it typically needs 10 or more seats.

### ZoomInfo's price points

[ZoomInfo's pricing page](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing) shows no prices, only trial and demo buttons. So each figure below is a reported price, or a list price that ZoomInfo posts somewhere else.

| ZoomInfo price point | Price | Basis |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Median contract | $33,500 a year | Reported, [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo), 1,577 purchases |
| Contract range | $7,240 to $156,042 a year | Reported, [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo) |
| Sales Basic: 1 user, 2,000 bulk credits | $3,000 for 12 months | List price, [AWS Marketplace](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-ckg6rmyo3zsmw) |
| GTM AI data credits | $0.38 each at the $1,000 tier; top-ups from $20 | Published, [GTM AI](https://gtm.ai/pricing) |
| ZoomInfo Lite | $0, 10 credits a month | Published, [ZoomInfo](https://pipeline.zoominfo.com/sales/how-much-does-zoominfo-cost) |
| Professional, Copilot Advanced, Copilot Enterprise | Not published | Quote, per ZoomInfo's pricing page |

ZoomInfo's [pricing guide](https://pipeline.zoominfo.com/sales/how-much-does-zoominfo-cost), updated July 7, 2026, says paid plans are custom quoted on five factors: team size, credit volume, features, integrations and API access, and contract length. It says paid plans are billed annually, with no standard monthly option, and carry a minimum number of seats. Vendr's median covers buyers of every size, so it is not like for like with one Sales Navigator seat. The AWS listing also says ZoomInfo does not support refunds.

**Figure 1: Yearly price: Sales Navigator list against ZoomInfo reported.** Bar chart of yearly price in US dollars, checked October 15, 2026. Five Sales Navigator Core seats billed annually cost $5,399.40 and five Advanced seats cost $8,999.40, with no emails or mobiles supplied. ZoomInfo Sales Basic on AWS Marketplace lists at $3,000 for 12 months for one user. Vendr reports a ZoomInfo contract low end of $7,240 and a median of $33,500 a year. Enrich.chat has unlimited seats, and a plan for 1,000 contacts a month with an email and a mobile costs $90 a month.

*Yearly price at the figures checked October 15, 2026. The Sales Navigator bars are 5 seats billed annually, our arithmetic: seats times LinkedIn's annual price. The ZoomInfo bars are one AWS list price and Vendr's reported contracts, whose seat counts are unknown, so the chart shows scale, not like-for-like value. Sources: [LinkedIn plans](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/compare-plans), [AWS Marketplace](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-ckg6rmyo3zsmw), [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo), [Enrich.chat pricing](https://enrich.chat/pricing/).*

Five Core seats billed annually list at $5,399.40 a year. Add Vendr's median ZoomInfo contract and the pair costs $38,899.40 a year, before any Advanced Plus quote. For contact data alone, Enrich.chat sells monthly credit plans from $29, with unlimited seats. The same 1,000 contacts with a work email and a mobile need 260,000 credits, which fits the Scale plan at $90 a month.

## Which gives you emails and phone numbers, ZoomInfo or Sales Navigator?

ZoomInfo does, and Sales Navigator does not. [ZoomInfo's pricing page](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing) lists mobile numbers and business email on its Professional plan and says each export costs one credit. LinkedIn says a lead page shows contact information only if [the member, your team or your CRM supplied it](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a106049/lead-pages-in-sales-navigator-overview?lang=en).

**Figure 2: What one person looks like in each tool.** Two panels. A Sales Navigator lead page gives job and role change alerts for saved leads, 50 InMail credits a month and TeamLink warm introductions on Advanced plans, but shows an email or phone only if someone supplied it. A ZoomInfo contact record lists business email and mobiles, buyer intent signals on Copilot plans, and dialing and CRM links, and each export costs one credit at a price set by quote. Below them, Enrich.chat takes a public profile URL and returns a work email with a status and a mobile with a line type, and a lookup with no match uses 0 credits.

*What you get for one person in each tool, as each vendor lists it on October 15, 2026. ZoomInfo's package names change the contents of a record, and your quote sets the real list. Sources: [LinkedIn lead pages](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a106049/lead-pages-in-sales-navigator-overview?lang=en), [LinkedIn product page](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator), [InMail credits](https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/57013), [ZoomInfo pricing](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing), [Enrich.chat agents.md](https://enrich.chat/agents.md).*

What a ZoomInfo credit costs is set in your quote. ZoomInfo's pricing guide says records with deeper data, such as org charts or intent alerts, use more credits. The only public per-credit price we found is [GTM AI's](https://gtm.ai/pricing) $0.38 at its $1,000 tier, and GTM AI lists mobile phone data under Enterprise packages.

ZoomInfo's phone counts also differ by page. Its comparison page gives 120M direct-dial phone numbers in one place and 135M+ verified phone numbers in another. Both are ZoomInfo claims, and we tested neither.

### What are the export and search limits?

LinkedIn says Sales Navigator [does not offer the option to export](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a102031) account and lead information to a CSV or XLS file. Advanced Plus adds CRM Sync instead. A search shows [up to 2,500 lead results across 100 pages](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a106030). ZoomInfo's [own comparison article](https://pipeline.zoominfo.com/sales/zoominfo-vs-linkedin) says Core and Advanced users can export to CSV. We follow LinkedIn's Help Center, which says otherwise.

### How do you add contacts to the people you find in Sales Navigator?

Copy each person's public linkedin.com/in/ address, not the linkedin.com/sales lead link, and look it up. Enrich.chat returns a work email with a status and a mobile with a line type, and it never logs in to LinkedIn. A URL is only a lookup key. For one profile, use the free [LinkedIn email and phone finder](https://enrich.chat/tools/linkedin-email-finder/). For a list, see the [LinkedIn URL to contact API](https://enrich.chat/api/linkedin-to-contact/).

| Option | 1,000 contacts with an email and a mobile need | Cost at list price |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Sales Navigator | None: no emails or mobiles are supplied | Core is $89.99 a seat a month billed annually, to find the people |
| ZoomInfo | At least 1,000 credits, at 1 per export | Set by quote |
| Enrich.chat | 260,000 credits | $90 a month on the Scale plan, unlimited seats |

A work email uses 10 credits, a mobile uses 250, and a lookup that finds nothing uses 0 credits. Each work email comes back as `verified`, `catch_all` or `unknown`. Treat every contact as a strong lead, not a guarantee.

## Which has better data, ZoomInfo or Sales Navigator?

Sales Navigator searches LinkedIn's network, where members keep their own profiles. ZoomInfo sells its own database of contacts, companies and intent. Neither vendor publishes an independent test, and we ran none. The figures below are vendor claims and review scores.

| Measure | ZoomInfo | Sales Navigator |
| --- | --- | --- |
| People and companies | 500M contacts and 100M+ companies, a ZoomInfo claim | More than 1 billion members, per LinkedIn data from April 2026 |
| Direct dials | 120M or 135M+, depending on the ZoomInfo page | None supplied |
| Verified business emails | 200M+, a ZoomInfo claim | None supplied |
| Intent | 4,500+ topics claimed; Buyer Intent signals on Copilot Advanced | Buyer Intent on Advanced and Advanced Plus |
| Reviewer composite score | 7.5, ZoomInfo Sales, 93 reviews | 8.8, 106 reviews |
| Likelihood to recommend | 80% | 92% |
| Cost seen as fair for the value | 75% | 85% |

The ZoomInfo claims come from its [comparison page](https://www.zoominfo.com/compare/linkedin-sales-navigator-vs-zoominfo). The LinkedIn figures come from its [product page](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator). The scores come from [SoftwareReviews](https://softwarereviews.com/categories/sales-intelligence/compare/sales-navigator-vs-zoominfo-sales), which showed "Date compared on: October 15, 2026". G2, Gartner and TrustRadius blocked our reader, so we cite none of their scores. With about 100 reviews each, treat small gaps as noise.

### Whose records are fresher?

Sales Navigator leans on profiles that members update themselves. ZoomInfo's own comparison page [concedes that Sales Navigator does well on identity accuracy](https://www.zoominfo.com/compare/linkedin-sales-navigator-vs-zoominfo), because members maintain their profiles. LinkedIn says its alerts tell you when a saved lead has an update, [like a job or role change](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator). ZoomInfo's [comparison article](https://pipeline.zoominfo.com/sales/zoominfo-vs-linkedin) says its data is multi-source and checked by researchers and machine learning, which is a vendor claim. Its [license terms](https://www.zoominfo.com/legal/ltc) add the one accuracy promise we found: if more than 5% of your licensed contacts have left the listed company, ZoomInfo has 30 days to fix it. If it does not, you may end the agreement for a prorated refund. Our guide to [B2B data decay](https://enrich.chat/blog/b2b-data-decay/) explains why any list ages.

### Which has better buying signals?

ZoomInfo has the deeper intent layer. Its pricing page lists [Buyer Intent signals on Copilot Advanced and real-time signals on Copilot Enterprise](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing), and its pricing guide sells Streaming Intent as an add-on. Sales Navigator tracks LinkedIn-native signals: alerts on saved leads and accounts, plus Buyer Intent from Advanced. Enrich.chat has no intent data. Our [intent data guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/intent-data/) covers when a contact list works better.

## What contract and cancellation terms should you check?

ZoomInfo's 10-K says its subscription contracts typically run one to three years and are non-cancelable. Sales Navigator can be cancelled, and it ends at the close of the billing cycle. Read the renewal clause before you sign either one.

**Figure 3: What stopping looks like on each plan.** Three rows. ZoomInfo paid plans are not cancellable, so you pay to the end of the term, typically 1 to 3 years, then platform access stops and data you took stays usable under the terms. Sales Navigator ends at the end of the billing cycle after you cancel, and saved leads, accounts and messages are removed. Enrich.chat plans are billed monthly and cancel anytime, and unused credits do not roll over.

*What stopping looks like on each plan, as the vendors' own documents describe it on October 15, 2026. ZoomInfo's real term is in your order form. Sources: [ZoomInfo 10-K](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1794515/000179451526000012/zi-20251231.htm), [ZoomInfo license terms](https://www.zoominfo.com/legal/ltc), [LinkedIn cancellation notes](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a102026), [Enrich.chat pricing](https://enrich.chat/pricing/).*

### ZoomInfo's terms

- **Term and billing.** The 10-K says contracts typically run one to three years and are non-cancelable. ZoomInfo bills in advance, annually, semi-annually or quarterly. About 53% of contracts by annualized value are multi-year.
- **License terms.** Section 3.1 of the [license terms](https://www.zoominfo.com/legal/ltc) says the agreement is not cancellable and stays in effect until it expires or ends under its terms. Section 3.3.1 says you may keep using data obtained during the term, subject to the agreement, but must stop using the platform.
- **Renewal.** ZoomInfo's [pricing guide](https://pipeline.zoominfo.com/sales/how-much-does-zoominfo-cost) tells buyers to confirm the notice period before auto-renewal and to ask for a cap on renewal increases. [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo) reports that notice periods typically run 30 to 90 days, and that renewal increases are often 5% to 10% a year.
- **Self-serve credits.** ZoomInfo's GTM AI plan has no contract, per [its pricing page](https://gtm.ai/pricing).

### Sales Navigator's terms

- **Cancelling.** LinkedIn says your [account will be cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a102026).
- **What you lose.** Saved leads, saved accounts and messages are removed. InMail credits do not move to your personal account, and your current pricing is lost if you return.

Enrich.chat plans are billed monthly with unlimited seats, and you can cancel anytime. If a ZoomInfo renewal is coming, our [ZoomInfo pricing guide](https://enrich.chat/blog/zoominfo-pricing/) lists negotiation steps, and [Is ZoomInfo free?](https://enrich.chat/blog/is-zoominfo-free/) covers the Lite tier.

## Can an AI agent or app use ZoomInfo or Sales Navigator?

ZoomInfo yes, Sales Navigator not directly. ZoomInfo runs an MCP server that works after you sign in with ZoomInfo credentials. LinkedIn limits its sales API to approved partners, and we found no MCP server published by LinkedIn.

- **ZoomInfo MCP.** The [ZoomInfo MCP page](https://www.zoominfo.com/solutions/zoominfo-mcp) says it works with Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Replit and any MCP-compatible AI. You sign in with your ZoomInfo credentials, and the Claude and ChatGPT connectors give 100 free credits at sign-up. The pricing guide lists API and MCP access among items that may be separate line items.
- **ZoomInfo license terms.** Section 2.3 bars putting ZoomInfo API credentials into third-party applications without ZoomInfo's permission. It also bars building the licensed materials into your own products. Your order form may differ, so check it before you build. This is not legal advice.
- **Sales Navigator.** [Microsoft Learn](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/linkedin/shared/authentication/getting-access) says sales integrations need approval as a Sales Navigator Application Platform partner. ZoomInfo's article says that program is not accepting new applications, which we could not confirm. See our guides to [LinkedIn MCP servers](https://enrich.chat/blog/linkedin-mcp/) and [LinkedIn API pricing](https://enrich.chat/blog/linkedin-api-pricing/).

Enrich.chat takes a shorter path. Add its MCP server at `enrich.chat/mcp`, with no sign-in and no key (the [install page](https://enrich.chat/install/) has one-click links). Or have your agent read [agents.md](https://enrich.chat/agents.md) once, then call a plain HTTPS API. It works in ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Codex, n8n and your own code, with 10 free lookups a day and no signup.

## Can you use ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator together?

Yes. Teams find and message people in Sales Navigator, then use a second source for emails, phones and intent. ZoomInfo is one such source, and it carries the biggest contract. Five Core seats plus Vendr's median ZoomInfo contract come to $38,899.40 a year.

The hard part is moving the data, because LinkedIn restricts software that scrapes or automates activity. ZoomInfo's [integrations page](https://www.zoominfo.com/integrations/linkedin) says its Chrome extension overlays ZoomInfo data on the web, including LinkedIn. LinkedIn's [Help Center](https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/a1341387) says it does not permit third-party software, including browser extensions, that scrapes or automates activity, and that members who use such tools risk restricted accounts. Whether a given extension crosses that line is a question for LinkedIn and the vendor. This is not legal advice. Our guide on [whether scraping LinkedIn is legal](https://enrich.chat/blog/is-linkedin-scraping-legal/) covers the court cases.

A lower-risk path starts from a public profile URL, as above. See [how to find an email on LinkedIn](https://enrich.chat/blog/find-email-on-linkedin/), or paste this prompt into ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor, followed by your URLs:

```text
Use www.enrich.chat to find the work email and mobile for each linkedin.com/in/ URL in my list. Mark misses as not found, flag catch_all emails as risky, and tell me how many matched and the total credits_used so I can compare the cost with a ZoomInfo quote: [paste LinkedIn URLs]
```

## When is ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator or Enrich.chat the better choice?

Pick ZoomInfo when your team sells on data and intent and can sign a contract. Pick Sales Navigator when the work happens on LinkedIn. Pick Enrich.chat when an AI agent or your own app needs the contact data.

### When ZoomInfo is the better choice

- You sell on buying signals. ZoomInfo claims 4,500+ intent topics, and its Copilot plans add Buyer Intent signals.
- Your reps need emails and mobiles in volume, with dialing and CRM links in one app. ZoomInfo's Professional plan lists all three.
- You can budget for an annual contract. Vendr's range runs from $7,240 to $156,042 a year, and the median is $33,500.
- You already hold a contract with spare credits.

### When Sales Navigator is the better choice

- You message people you do not know. Every plan gives [50 InMail credits a month](https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/57013), and a reply within 90 days returns the credit.
- You want warm introductions. TeamLink, on Advanced and Advanced Plus, uses your team's connections.
- You work a fixed account list and want alerts when a saved lead changes role.
- You want a published price and a way out at the end of the billing cycle.

### When Enrich.chat is the better choice

Enrich.chat fits when you already have the people, or an agent finds them, and you need work emails and mobiles. Plans start at $29 a month for 100,000 credits, with unlimited seats and no annual contract. Credits are spent only on matches, and every match shows `credits_used`. Start with 10 free lookups a day, or log in on the [account page](https://enrich.chat/account/), pick a plan and pay at checkout, and your API key appears there. See the [pricing page](https://enrich.chat/pricing/).

Enrich.chat has two honest gaps next to ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator:

- **None of the LinkedIn-side features.** InMail, TeamLink, alerts and saved lead lists stay in Sales Navigator.
- **No intent data, org charts, Chrome extension, sequencer or dialer.** You call the plain HTTPS API or the MCP server, and send and call from your own tools. SDKs are planned.

Mobiles carry rules for calls and texts. Read our guide to [TCPA rules for B2B cold calling](https://enrich.chat/blog/tcpa-b2b-cold-calling/) and the [terms](https://enrich.chat/terms/). ## Frequently asked questions

### Is ZoomInfo better than LinkedIn Sales Navigator?

For emails, mobile numbers, intent data and exports, yes. For LinkedIn search, InMail and warm introductions, no. [ZoomInfo's pricing page](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing) lists mobile numbers, business email and buyer intent, while LinkedIn says a lead page shows an email or phone [only if someone supplied it](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a106049/lead-pages-in-sales-navigator-overview?lang=en). On [SoftwareReviews](https://softwarereviews.com/categories/sales-intelligence/compare/sales-navigator-vs-zoominfo-sales), Sales Navigator scores 8.8 and ZoomInfo Sales 7.5. The tools do different jobs, and many teams use both.

### Is LinkedIn Sales Navigator cheaper than ZoomInfo?

Yes. [Sales Navigator Core](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/compare-plans) costs $119.99 a month per seat, or $89.99 billed annually. ZoomInfo publishes no platform price. [Vendr's buyer data](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo) puts its median contract at $33,500 a year, and its cheapest public listing is [Sales Basic on AWS Marketplace](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-ckg6rmyo3zsmw): $3,000 for 12 months for one user, about $250 a month. The two buy different things, so weigh access and value separately.

### Does ZoomInfo give you phone numbers that Sales Navigator does not?

Yes. [ZoomInfo's pricing page](https://www.zoominfo.com/pricing) lists mobile numbers and business email on its Professional plan, and charges one credit per export. Sales Navigator does not look up phone numbers: LinkedIn's Help Center says [contact information](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a106049/lead-pages-in-sales-navigator-overview?lang=en) comes from the member, your team or your CRM. Enrich.chat takes a public LinkedIn URL and returns a work email and a mobile when it finds a match, at 10 and 250 credits.

### Can you cancel ZoomInfo or Sales Navigator at any time?

Sales Navigator, yes: LinkedIn says your [account will be cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle](https://www.linkedin.com/help/sales-navigator/answer/a102026), and saved leads and messages are removed. ZoomInfo, usually not. Its [10-K](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1794515/000179451526000012/zi-20251231.htm) says subscription contracts typically run one to three years and are non-cancelable, and its [license terms](https://www.zoominfo.com/legal/ltc) say the agreement is not cancellable. Check the renewal notice period in your order form. This is not legal advice.

### Can you use ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator together?

Yes. Teams find and message people in Sales Navigator, then use ZoomInfo for emails, phones and intent. The cost adds up: five Core seats billed annually list at $5,399.40 a year, and Vendr's median ZoomInfo contract is $33,500. LinkedIn's [Help Center](https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/a1341387) says it does not permit third-party software that scrapes or automates activity, so check any extension with the vendor and LinkedIn first.

### Can an AI agent use ZoomInfo or Sales Navigator?

ZoomInfo yes, Sales Navigator not directly. The [ZoomInfo MCP server](https://www.zoominfo.com/solutions/zoominfo-mcp) works in Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Replit after you sign in with ZoomInfo credentials. LinkedIn limits its sales API to [approved partners](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/linkedin/shared/authentication/getting-access), and we found no MCP server from LinkedIn. Enrich.chat has an MCP server at enrich.chat/mcp with no sign-in or key, and 10 free lookups a day.
