# Editorial policy

How the Enrich.chat team researches, sources, reviews and corrects what we publish.

## Who writes our pages

Guides, comparisons and tool pages on enrich.chat are written and maintained by the Enrich.chat team, the people who build the product. We write about contact data, enrichment APIs, outbound sales and AI agents because that is the work we do every day.

## How we research a page

- **Primary sources first.** Prices come from each vendor's own pricing page or documentation. Laws and rules come from the regulator or the court record. Statistics come from the organisation that ran the study.
- **Every fact links to its source.** When a page states a number, a price or a date, the source is linked next to it and listed at the bottom of the page.
- **Dated prices.** Software prices change often, so pricing pages show the date we last checked them. Where a vendor does not publish prices, we say so and do not guess.
- **No invented tests.** We only describe a test or benchmark if we ran it, and we explain how.

## How we handle comparisons

We make Enrich.chat, and we compare it with other products. Every comparison page says so. We describe competitors using their own public information and well-known review sites, we include the cases where another product is the better choice, and we never pay or accept payment for placement.

## How we use AI

We use AI tools to help research and draft pages, the same way our customers use AI agents to find people. Every page is checked against its sources before it is published, and a named source stands behind every factual claim.

## Updates and corrections

We review pricing and comparison pages regularly and show the last reviewed date at the top of each page. If you spot a mistake, or you work at a company we cover and something is out of date, email [hello@enrich.chat](mailto:hello@enrich.chat). We correct factual errors as soon as we can confirm them.

## Your data

Anyone can ask us to remove their professional contact information at [enrich.chat/opt-out](https://enrich.chat/opt-out/). We process requests within 15 days.
