# Opt out of Enrich.chat

If you'd like your professional contact information removed from our data, we'll remove it and stop sharing it.

## Remove your information

Email [privacy@enrich.chat](mailto:privacy@enrich.chat?subject=Opt%20out) from the address you want removed. Include any of the following so we can find every record about you:

- Your full name
- Your LinkedIn profile URL
- Work and personal email addresses
- Phone numbers

We'll confirm by email once your records are deleted and suppressed, so they aren't added back in a future data update.

California residents can also submit a single deletion request to all registered data brokers through the California Privacy Protection Agency's [Delete Request and Opt-out Platform (DROP)](https://privacy.ca.gov/drop/). We process DROP requests on the schedule the law requires.

## How we handle personal data

Enrich.chat provides business contact information (names, job titles, employers, work emails, phone numbers and company details) to businesses and their AI agents for professional outreach, recruiting, and data hygiene.

- **Sources.** Data comes from B2B data sources we aggregate, and it is checked when we return it, for example to confirm that an email inbox or phone line still works.
- **Use.** Customers must use the data lawfully, including telemarketing and texting rules (TCPA and Do Not Call lists) and email rules (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- **Your rights.** You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, using the address above.

## Accounts, API keys and request logs

If you use Enrich.chat as a customer or a visitor, this is what we keep about you.

- **Your account.** Your email address, when you signed up and when you last logged in. We log you in with a one-time code sent by email, so there is no password. Codes are stored only as a one-way hash and expire after 10 minutes.
- **API keys.** Stored only as a one-way hash. The full key is shown once, when you create it, and we cannot show it again.
- **Payments.** Checkout and billing are handled by Dodo Payments. We receive your plan and its renewal date, and never your card number.
- **Request logs.** For each API or tool request we log the time, your IP address, the country it came from, the endpoint, the result and the credits used. We do not log what you searched for. Logs are kept for 30 days to prevent abuse and to show usage in your account, and then deleted.
