# Get an API key

Log in with your email, pick a monthly plan from $29 and copy your key. Every product is included, with unlimited seats and no password.

## Get an API key in 3 steps

1. **Log in with your email.** Enter your email address and we send you a 6-digit code. There is no password.
2. **Pick a monthly plan.** Growth, Scale or Pro, paid through Dodo Payments checkout. Every plan includes every product and unlimited seats.
3. **Copy your key.** It appears on your account page as soon as the plan is active. It starts with `pp_` and is shown once, so copy it then and give it to your agent.

## Do I need a key to try Enrich.chat?

No. The first 10 lookups each day are free from any AI agent and from the website tools, with no signup. A key is for going beyond that: it uses the credits in your plan.

## Which monthly plan should I pick?

- **Growth**, $29 a month: 100,000 credits, enough for about 10,000 work emails or 400 mobiles.
- **Scale**, $90 a month: 500,000 credits, about 50,000 work emails or 2,000 mobiles, with higher rate limits.
- **Pro**, $299 a month: 2,500,000 credits, about 250,000 work emails or 10,000 mobiles, with the highest rate limits.

Every plan is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime. Higher plans cost less per credit. The [pricing page](https://enrich.chat/pricing/) shows what one match costs on each plan.

## What do credits pay for?

Credits are spent only on matches: 10 credits per work email found, 10 per reverse email lookup, 250 per mobile found and 5 per company tech stack. A lookup that finds nothing costs 0 credits. Each response includes `credits_used`, so you can see what every call used. A profile on its own is 5 credits, and name, title and company come free with an email or a mobile.

## How does my agent use the key?

Paste the key into your agent's chat, or have it send the key as an `Authorization: Bearer` header or a `key` parameter. The [guide for AI agents](https://enrich.chat/agents/) explains the flow.

## How do I change plan, update my card or cancel?

Open your [account page](https://enrich.chat/account/) and choose Manage billing. It opens the payment provider's customer portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

## What if I run a platform or need custom volume?

Enterprise starts at $2,000 a month for custom volume, bulk files, data licenses and dedicated rate limits and support. Email [sales@enrich.chat](mailto:sales@enrich.chat) with your volume and the fields you need.

## Can my agent keep going after the free limit?

Yes. When the 10 free daily lookups run out, the API answers HTTP 402 with a link to your account page. Your agent keeps track of the rows it finished. Once you paste your key into the chat, it resumes at the first unfinished row.
